Beautiful building that is always kept very clean. The apartments are spacious, have tons of closet space and are well designed. Nicole (property manager) and Carlos (maintenance) are always very helpful and responsive. After living here for 2.5 years, it will be sad to say goodbye at the end of this month. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in the Yonkers area.

I had been trying to locate into 1177 for 5 months! It seems no one ever leaves and I can understand why.My experience on the leasing side has been most professional do to Nicoles attention and patience with me.I wanted a particular unit and she kept me advised on a regular basis.when it come time to exacute the lease it was handled ,timely and efficiently. This comes from a person who has owned,operated,and worked for Property Management teams for over 40 years.Nicole is a perfect fit for GDS and 1177 Greystone.Before retirement Nicole was the type of people we would hire in a heart beat.

Apartment hunting and came across this building. Luxary style apartments with valet parking and lounge in the entrance. Views of the water with outdoor balconies. East access to the metro North train station and bus right out front. Very very nice building indeed with work out room and parking. You must make 3 times the market rate of the apartment for example if apartment is 1000 a month you must bring in 3000 a month income. There are apartments for rent and also to buy. Definitely a great Company too very thoughtful about there amenities and on point with information you are seeking.

I recently moved into 1177@Greystone. The move couldn’t have been more seamless. Nicole (property manager) and Carlos (maintenance) were a tremendous help. I’m looking forward to living in this luxury building with beautiful views, amenities and calling it home!

I have been a client/renter for three years now at this property, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the operations of the building. Should I ever have any issue in my unit, management has been responsive almost immediately. The common areas and garage are kept in immaculate condition. Nicole the building manager is friendly and knowledgeable, Carlos in maintenance is Johnny on the spot. GDC runs a first class operation.

Upscale, swanky building with stunning Hudson River views. Nicole from the office was professional and knowledgeable, a real pleasure to deal with. Check out this building if you are in the market for a luxury rental!

My husband and I had an appointment to tour the apartment at 11:30am today. It’s now 11:49am and the leasing office has been empty since we arrived early an hour ago. After multiple calls that went to voicemail, we decided to leave. I’m very disappointed by this experience as I was looking forward to touring the building. We tried calling their sister property, two buildings over, and, again, no answer. I understand that at times appointments do not work out, but please do not send confirmation emails the night before to not show up the day of.
