Dentures look great, recovery was a breeze. No issues with my extractions, my only criticism is that they are hard to get ahold of after 10 am.
Very efficient, I just would have liked to have options explained to me a little. Staff was courteous and professional. They did have a sign stating they were very short staffed the day I went.
On top of being affordable the staff is some of the nicest people I have ever met, especially the receptionist. They never blow of your concerns and take the time to answer your questions, I had an appointment in days no long wait and never made me feel bad about my situation.

Very poor service400.00 for grey dentures and not guaranteed even when dentures are made. Told they may be off but have to be satisfied. BS. Oriental Dr bad went First to Sitwell teeth dropped need repair states couldnt do it. bS wanted 400.00 instead. Had gone to him before wanted to shave my gums fool. Never again. He in my opinion has poor personally. Bathroom a mess and floors looked like they never vac.
The staff went so far beyond expectations when I developed a sore spot and called to have my dentures adjusted...However I informed them that I was flying to Costa Rica, and they saw me that Very Day so that I would not be in pain during my vacation! Incredible Customer Service!!! Im treated like Family!

Honestly I’d thought they would be more helpful. Going in I thought they could help me fix my teeth and figure out what steps I should take. All they said was your insurance doesn’t cover implants. Didn’t take the bib off of me I did it myself. Didn’t walk me out. Didn’t offer a dentist who could help. Waste of time.
I went there looking into an inplant. Dr Yap answered all my questions, & explained why a new bridge with a new tooth added would be a better choice for me.Would definitely go back when I need the new bridge..
My experience at Affordable dentures & implants was very impressive. Great people and service. I had special requests and I was accommodated and the staff went above and beyond for me. The receptionist Idalia really impressed me , she guided me through all steps of the process. She was very informative and made sure I fully understood the process. I opted for financing and she had me approved within a minute. The dentists carry out their work in a manner where I felt very comfortable and at ease. I definitely Will recommend and refer others to this practice , I cant say enough good things.
Horrible experience....waited an hour for appointment, yet they took someone who came in after missing appointment time and took them right back! Patient privacy not a big concern as staff are quite vocal and can be heard in waiting area discussing/speaking with patients & some conversations overheard were enough to warrant leaving without ever being seen. Over promise and under produce should be their motto....
The experience I had with affordable dentures has been great. The staff and doctor are amazingly informative and helpful through the entire process.After having my extractions done ( many being complicated and broken at the gum line ) I was able to return to work the following day with no pain just a little discomfort and a great set of teeth. This is the first part of my journey that will be concluded with the implant denture. I would have to say if you have hesitated to make the jump over to dentures to give affordable dentures a try. Great prices,expert staff, quality product and courteous customer service!
From 3 years ago to last week, the service, atmosphere, personnel and products have all maintained a 5+ rating. Idalyia, who greets folks at the front desk, is the cog who holds the place together.Given my experiences and the comments from other patients, theres no question that Affordable Dental Associates and it s staff are #!.
I can’t give them any stars yet except one yet. I arrived at 10:45 for an 11 o’clock appointment. By 1130 I’m still waiting and there were four people still ahead of me. When I inquired he told me that she worked alone and they couldn’t give me an estimate as to how long the wait would be. My question would be why did you schedule all those people so close with one person. I will give one more chance. Implants are expensive and I shouldn’t be expected to wait more than a half an hour to begin my visit. If I was a half an hour late I wonder if they would’ve been as patient as they expected me to be gracious
Luckily I found Dr Williams through a flyer sent to my husband. He didnt need an implant but I did! An implant was my only option as I didnt have a secure tooth on which to hook a bridge. I had put off getting an implant for over a year because of the cost. My dentist office quoted me a price between $4500-$7000 depending on whether I needed a bone graft. I do not have that kind of money so decided to just leave the gaping hole which was hidden in the back so not quite visible. I scheduled the initial consult with Dr Williams immediately! Her price of $3000 was too good to be true, and because I didnt need bone the price dropped to $2695! The office is clean and bright and the Dr and her staff are professional, kind, courteous, and helpful. I had no problems with rescheduling an appointment or getting an emergency appointment. I spent so much time with Dr Williams and her staff over this past year I feel like they are family. I have recommended them to a coworker and family member who are both in great need of dentures or implant work. Dr Williams, Thank you for giving me back a tooth I thought Id never have again. :)
I had a great experience with Dr. Williams and her staff, sure the extractions and temporary denture werent easy initially but what was re-assuring was that they would be available when I needed them. I had 32 teeth removed and temporary dentures placed and it was challenging because Im quite young so who would want to go through that process, right!?!? Im still healing from extractions and going in for regular adjustments which are free in the package that I purchased which is great my temporary dentures are beautiful although it took a while to get used to them but I have to say Im really looking forward to getting my final dentures and possibly considering implants to hold my denture in the near future. Definitely worth the visit and every penny spent!
I can honestly say sense 2009 I gone here and never once had a bad experience. Best smile I ever had thanks to them. I recommend this place highly. The care is wonderful and they listen when you speak. ❤ thank you all for the great care ❤
I was told to be there at 830am and I was there before 8am,I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they fixed a chiped tooth that was on a denture. I was told that they would have to wait until 230pm to get it back.they called me back at 1030 am and they were perfect. They told me that it would be 175 dallors,i thought it was a little pricey but when something like this happens, I guess it was worth it.
The best experience I have had in a long time with a dental office, from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor everyone was great. I walked out of there very happy with a great set of teeth. Anyone thinking about getting dentures dont hesitate it is very affordable and you will not be disappointed.
The doctor is a kind soul with big heart the dental assistant was fine until I told her exactly what I thought of the horrible job they did on my $1190.00 upper denture! That was the worst thing I ever had to go through. I spent May hours and many trips to the Albany site to return over and over again. I finally had to just say I can not accept this and leave with nothing!!!!The kindness of the employees was the only good thing about itThey need new people to make the dentures, because my gosh the one who did mine was horrible!!!The front tooth did not match mine it looked like a chicklet gum it wasn’t every close to the shape of my other tooth just horribleAnd the plate wouldn’t even fit in my mouthThe poor dental assistant was trying to shave down the sides so it would fit , the tooth was so big that it was like made for a man twice my sizeHonestly this was a site out of a plate made for Gorge Washington
Great customer service. Dentist was gentle and the staff friendly. We drove an hour to get to this location, and it was definitely worth it. Would recommend to anyone getting first dentures.
This place is terrible and I beleive most reviews are fake! We walked out before we even saw the dentist . The women at the front desk were terrible. One of them wanted to inspect my dads mouth claims she has 3 years experience there yeah as a receptionist! She has no business asking to inspect peoples mouth she is not a dentist or hygienist. To be honest if I were the dentist I would fire those woman at the front desk. You lost out on business because of them. Im still in shock that woman said I been here three years so I have 3 years experience in this omg! We grabbed my dad and ran the hell out of there .
Worst experience of my life, promised so much but lacked in all of areas pertaining to the perfect smile.Dr. Williams pulled out all of my teeth and had to see a surgeon one year later to fix all that she did. She butchered me and left me with dentures that fall out of my mouth.I have since found a great dentist that knew my mouth was a disaster and promise me that I will have that beautiful smile back. All the pain I have endured through all of this comes down to a place called Affordable dentures, please be aware of what I say, pain and suffering from one terrible bad mistake.
Repaired my tooth on my denture. Second time tooth fell off in 6 months.
I started my journey in May 2017 with getting all of my teeth extracted and getting two full sets of dentures. I can say as of today 10/18/17 I am finally happy and not frustrated with the process. Thank you to Idalia at the front desk for always giving her constant support every single time I walked in and out of their door.

The absolute worst experience of my entire life. They were so nice until the day of my procedure. I had 18 teeth removed and full upper and lower temporary dentures. When they were doing the impressions I told them they felt way to big for my mouth. I spent over an hour and a half while they tried to get them to fit my mouth but there just to big and dont fit and the bite doesnt line up. The teeth are huge. They didnt stitch me up so Ive got huge holes in my mouth. Its an absolute nightmare. I will not be getting my permanent ones from her. Below is a picture of the temporary dentures I was given and paid for out of pocket. affordable dentures Albany, Dr. Williams, worst experience of my entire life.UPDATE 11/21Well today was my follow up appointment with Dr. Williams. I was told to come in and they would remake my dentures and Id leave with them today. Well again I spent 5 hours there and the new dentures looked exactly like the ones the made me on Thursday 11/16. They were to big for my mouth and just didnt look right. I probably could get a pair of dentures that look better at a party supplies store. They were so big I couldnt even close my lips fully. The doctor and assistant were so rough with me, while trying to convince me that the teeth fit and looked fine dr Williams got frustrated with me and asked me to open my mouth while I still had the dentures in and knowing I just had a full mouth extraction which she gave me absolutely no pain medication afterwards other then Tylenol and Motrin. She then came over put her finger on the roof of my mouth to feel the denture and pulled up as hard as she possibly could and pushed the dentures so hard into my guys that I started gushing blood everywhere. I will never in my life let them touch me again. The secretary took my exrays also came in and read my exray and the dental assistant did my impressions and fit me for the dentures and shes not supposed to thats the doctors job. Please think twice about going there. Yes its cheap but your definitely getting what you pay for at that office. I was also in the hospital for two days after my surgery because the infection was so bad and after a CT scan I was told that Dr. Williams left bits and pieces of random teeth in my mouth. The secretary and assistant argued almost the entire time while us patients could hear and see it all. Im so happy Im far away from that place.
Fantastic experience from the wonderful office staff all the way up to the Doctor. Friendly, helpful, prompt, I would recommend anyone needing dentures to check out this wonderful office. I had upper extractions and a full upper plate couldnt ask for a better experience
I had the best experience with Dr. Williams and staff. They first took impressions and gave me temporary dentures to gets me through vacation time. Upon returning my metal dentures were waiting and fit perfectly. This is my third set of partials and these fits the first time and feel great 2 months later.Unfortunately i had to return with a broken cap. Dr. Williams looked at re=fitting it but said it would come off. also, there was an abscess under the tooth and it should be removed. Never felt a thing. Extracted in 20 minutes and other then a little sore, NOOO pain.Thanks to all of you .

Had a great time so far. Excellent work and very friendly staff. Had extensive amour of work done, full upper and partial lowers. Everything went better than I expected it to. I have my temporary ones and havent had any issues yet.

So disappointed about my experience- waste of money —- Really Very overpriced for insufficient, poorly fitting dentures - I’m embarrassed to have paid them 1100 dollars - shame on me for not doing more research and moving forward and trusting them — then when I needed Adjustments, they weren’t so friendly at that point, which made my experience just very negative - I wish I had just gone to a more suitable dentist to have the dentures made properly.........

Had a very difficult extraction and same goes for fitting dentures. Its quite a journey. Cant imagine doing it without the support and knowledge of the staff. They wont quit till everythings perfect.

2022-03-01At first I was kind of skeptical about this place,I received a partial denture for my front tooth the price was amazing I only paid like $760.00. what this purchase, I can be refitted during the 100 day time frame after I received my denture.. I did recently come back to get refitted only because I felt it could use a little bit more tightening. The receptionist is so kind and the doctor is incredible, the staff being very professional. I will definitely recommend this place.Worth every penny. They try their very best to make you satisfied

2022-02-23An awesome place and my second highly positive experience there. Last week had a single tooth extracted that was in the front (highly visible). They extracted tooth and fitted me with a denture, that same visit and it fit perfectly. First experience was 3 years ago and just as positive. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend them . And 1000% satisfied with the work I had done.. I had very minimal discomfort after my procedure..

2022-05-17I went in to get a new set of bottom dentures due to my broke beyond repair. I ended up getting a new full set $1850. for a good quality materials. They advertise same day service for almost every denture service’s. But in my case I paid in full for everything, got fitted and was told I couldn’t have my first fitting for 4 days! & it’s not a guarantee that they fit so adjustments add those in & I may not have them back then either!! IF I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT DAYS UNTIL I COULD EVEN GET A FITTING I WOULD HAVE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Took my $ and could care less about me from that point on. I will never recommend them to anyone. I feel so stressed out over this. They are supposed to make you feel better about your smile not cry about it.

2022-06-10I had a pleasant experience and I am excited to moving further in the direction of getting my mom taken care of so anyway. They were very friendly and very fast to help and very explanatory on prices and everything let me know it was going to be a few weeks for my insurance to get back to them and once they did they would get right get ahold of me so we can get the ball rolling. 2022-05-21Started off with prompt prettiest friendly service the nurse was awesome the doctor was fantastic I went in there with a real serious problem felt sick ashamed to smile remember they cant help what youve done to yourself in a situation youve created for yourself what day can help you like theyve helped me 24-hours after my surgery I feel more healthy like theres no sickness in my body from my teeth and actually smile with confidence and its only my temporary healing set of dentures they were comforting my situation and did a great job on the procedure I cant wait to get my final set after I recover Im so happy thank you for abling me chew food again and giving me my break Smile Back thank you so so much and honestly this is the first time Ive ever looked forward to going back to the dentist hahaha
