Nice small town fair, friendly staff a few ride for both adults and small children. Most of the food was pretty decent in price overall I would say its a real nice little fair.

Beautiful property with tons of potential for agricultural and community activities.
Games are way too expensive, got food poisoning from some damn potatoes from the church or whatever and the rides make creaking noises when they go which is awesome.
It was great until the cops showed up but other that I really had a blast

2022-06-11Afton raceway dirt track. Grandstand seating . Close parking. reasonable price . Good food. Runs kinda on time .

2017-07-13Fun local fair. Good rides. Interesting events to watch during the fair. Demolition derby, harness Racing. Pagents. Live stock shows. Weekly stock car races, monthly horse shows during good weather.

2021-07-11The fair was very great we listen to Jason Wicks not and it wasnt overly priced but only $3 to get in the rodeo was $10 and a roast beef sandwich part was free and everybody was having a great time

2019-09-09Made it to their last show for the year, usually dont get here as I have other commitments thru the season... Very good racing, program moved along very well with the racing completed in just over 3 hrs... Really enjoyed the place...

2019-08-29Small town Fairgrounds and Racetrack. I have only ever visited during a fair and it was exactly what you would expect. A few food stands with standard fair fare, a few small town fair rides and games, and finally a collection of local advertisement stands and promotions. Still not a bad way to kill an afternoon if you have little else to do. Dont bother getting there too early as not everything is likely to be available or set up.

2016-07-28My children and I had a great time tonight at the races Im not sure that theres a better trac locally. They for sur ed have the best con session Stand with a lot of good food and great service... if anyone has the opportunity to check it out , its a great time ...

2018-08-23Entire half or more of harness track not even viewable as its obscured by some type of unkempt inner car track. Bleacher seating was old, uncared for, outdated, filthy & very difficult to climb (if not impossible for people with disabilities!) as there were not even handrails! Traffic flow on the actual grounds were not directed or guided in any manner -- no people, no flow signs, even, and were therefore very unsafe! Serious accidents just waiting to happen! There was no judges stand for the harness races, unreliable communication techniques between the judges & the barns, etc... no official race timing abilities & not very effective microphones for judge announcements. I was extremely unimpressed with this fairground and feel strongly that despite its small size, there remain many cost effective ways to update & improve safety, traffic flow, communication, & track visibility & racing enjoyment by attendees--for one thing, harness racing should actually occur during fair week!! Increasing attendance would increase money to enhance viewer enjoyment all the way around. Standardbred harness racing should be encouraged as a viewer sport in every possible manner!
