Finally taking the leap and purchasing our first hot tub, never having one before, boy are we glad we decided to go through Alden Pools! Their expertise, customer service and attention to detail is unparalleled - and greatly appreciated by newbies like us! From the start, they took the time to really make sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for our family, and were never pushy in any regard as we took the time to think it over. Once we decided to buy, they provided great communication, were timely with delivery and very polite. We have now been enjoying our hot tub more than we thought we ever would - and love the personal relationship we get with Alden Pools. They have been incredible with assisting us with any questions or concerns that we may have as we learn the ins and outs of owning a hot tub (Reality check: it really is easier than we thought and thankful that Alden Pools is able to show us that!). We highly recommend Alden Pools!

Alden pools not only installed my pool, but were also fantastic at it. Made sure i had everything I needed. If there was ever a problem, I was able to get a quick response and have a solution right away. Thanks to Matt, Josh and team for being outstanding

I have had a rainbow playset for many years and was looking to fix a few items on it. I went to the Rainbow play center website to purchase some of the items I needed and they directed me to my local dealer. Which is Alden pools. When I get there the young lady that helped me could not answer my questions or didn’t know if they sold anything, so she went to her manager and the manager told her to give me the email from Rainbow play center. Don’t waste your time driving to Alden Pool‘s they don’t have anything there and they’re not very helpful they send you back to the company that sent me directly to them.

We purchased an above ground pool from them 3 years ago, we love the pool! We had an issue with the pool guy installing our pool and we contacted Alden pools and Matt helped us get in touch with the pool guy who wasn’t returning our calls and got our issue fixed! We just purchased a hot tub from them this year, it was delivered about 2 weeks ago (they held onto it for us till our patio was ready) and we love it! We are also upgrading our pool next year to the semi in-ground pool, Matt has been amazing helping us put together the perfect pool! We are super excited and can’t wait till spring! The staff at Alden pools is amazing! They are super friendly and knowledgeable! Anyone looking for a pool or spa I send them right to Alden pools!

We purchased a Rainbow playset from Matt and his team at Alden Pools and Play. Customer service was excellent and we were shown many playset options with zero pressure to buy! They left that decision up to us and when we were ready buy, well the day came and we decided on a playset. I took it upon myself to put it together and save a few bucks but any questions/issues I had during install, they didn’t hesitate to assist me and even give me a few extra pointers! I would highly recommend Alden pools and play for any of your backyard needs that they can assist with!

We ordered a pool to be installed summer of 2021. When I called to place the order the service was top notch. We were well informed about everything and told the pool would be ready for install May 2021. When the weathers broke in the spring that is when the story changed. We called for updates about every 4 weeks since we had numerous contractors lined up for landscaping, electric, and fencing. No one would return our calls. Finally after weeks of nothing we were told the pool would be installed July 16 and it would be less than a week. No one ever came out to look at our property prior, we have a very slanted yard. The pool was installed and the concrete contractor who is recommended through Alden Pool came out that same day. He recommended we but a retaining wall behind the pool because of the slant of the property. We agreed that this sounded great. Consequently he subcontracts someone to do this. That person then had to order the materials. That was in July. It is now September. All work has stopped since the middle of July and I have a half filled pool that is green and a yard that is destroyed; front and back. The only calls I am getting are from the owner of Alden Pool to collect the reminder of his money. We have called the concrete company and the stone contractor none of who are returning calls. The pool is not functioning, and at minimal, the contract promises a 3 ft walk way of concrete around the pool with installation. I’m so dissatisfied with this process, I would not recommend this to anyone.

I have been having a hard time finding the Leap Frog Hibernation Kit. I called Alden pools and spoke with a very professional and accommodating employee. I wish I remembered her name but unfortunately I dont. She told me if I got my order in early enough in the day the item would ship that day. I ordered the product on Thursday 10/1 and received it yesterday 10/3. I cant believe how prompt their service is. Unfortunately I live on Long Island and am not near their store but I can tell you that any online ordering I do for my pool will be done through Alden. I have already begun recommending them to my friends. I wish every business was as professional as Alden. Keep up the great work and Thanks.

The owner Matt goes above and beyond just like the past owner Chuck did! He’s always eager to please his customers and the staff is always friendly and willing to help! My family loves supporting local businesses and Alden Pools and Play is one you can always count on for great service and quality product!
