If I could give negative stars, I would. Made TWO appointments with this company based on the time frame that the gentleman (Jessie) chose.. No show for both of them. He made a phone call informing us he wasnt going to make it after he said that he was heading over..even though that was 15 mins after the time he was initially supposed to be there. Terrible way to run a business.
Jesse came out and tackled a difficult spider problem which many of his competitors told me would be difficult to take care of. So far there has not been a single spider. For expert pest control in Clifton Park and surrounding areas, call All Star Pest Solutions!

Hi I hired all star pest solutions about 3 months ago Jesse showed up sprayed for 20 mins and talked with me for a half an hour then left I called him twice after a month and told him I was still getting bit and he came looked and said he didnt see anything and suggested that it may be Im my mind and to get a second opinion from another company and to see what they find I did so and of coarse they said prob fleas and it would cost me about 225 I paid all-star 300 and I didnt even get a receipt somehow he managed to slip away without giving me one good thing my contractor wrote a check .Im unhappy with the outcome of the service.

In September, I hired Jessie from all star pest solutions. His service got worse as the weeks went on. He did not show up when scheduled. One day, he did not show up at all and when I called, he said he was ill. He didnt even make a phone call to tell us why he wasnt going to show up. He was to do three floors a week which translates into 48 apartments and he could not complete the job without taking several breaks. He told me I called too much for trouble calls. isnt that what service is all about?! and I am a great payer!!! I do not recommend using this organization. I just traded one kind of pest for another by using him!!!
Jesse owes our business money for advertising and after seeing him in person still has yet to pay our business. As this is past 100 days now. Make sure your agreement with him is paid up front to avoid any surprises. He has advertised with us in the past so the respect not to collect up front now rests on our hands. Poor business etiquette. Non responsive individual here.

2021-07-08We had Jessie and his team complete a full attic restoration on our 1800s farmhouse. We couldnt possibly be more please with his responsiveness, professionalism, and the quality of the work he completed. It is so rare to find a team who works as hard and is as committed to their work as Jessie and his team are. To be honest, I hope we never have the need to hire him again but if we ever do wed hire him a thousand times over. Im so glad we didnt go with a larger company. Going with a personally owned local business we knew we could trust made every bit of difference. Thanks a million, Jessie and crew!

They are knowledgeable, professional, and personable.Jesse has a determination & work ethic to efficiently see the job through far more than companies weve used in the past.All Star Pest Solutions was precise and thorough from the start of the job through to doing a status check weeks after the job had been completed! 2020-01-04Jesse is extremely reliable and professional. It’s refreshing to know that customer care is number one . I highly recommend him as he is extremely efficient and not to mention very considerate !! Taking even an extra few mins to go above and beyond and genuinely making a point to care and consult properly goes to show that pleasing his customers is just as important as getting the job done right and in a timely matter! I say a 5 star rating is and understatement!

2017-01-04I called Jesse with All Star Pest Solutions about noises I was hearing in my attic at night. Jesse promptly showed the same day, he was very thorough and knowledgeable and gave me a great price compared to estimates I received from other companies . After finding squirrels nesting in my attic, he humanly removed all squirrels and immediately repaired the opening and damage. Now I finally get some rest at night without hearing noises in my attic. I Couldnt be more happy with the service and highly recommend All Star Pest Solutions. Thank You!!!

2017-10-16I had a large bees nest that I kept spraying thinking I could get rid of it myself. Well a few weeks and 4 cans of bee spray later they were worse. I contacted a few companies and they all wanted to sell me a package with monthly visits etc. I contacted All Star Pest Solutions on a Saturday at 11 am. Within 2 hours Jesse was at my house to deal with it! He was personable, professional and did the job for the amount quoted on the phone. No additional charges, no upsale of other products, he did just what I wanted. And it was half of the cost the other companies had quoted. I was impressed with his personal protective equipment and how efficiently he got rid of a VERY large nest that was above my drop ceiling in the basement. I was impressed with his job, pleased with the cost an found out he is the owner operator of the company. I would recommend this company and asked for business cards to share with friends. Hopefully I wont have bees for awhile but I willl yes him for other issues I unfortunately discover.

2017-02-09Had mice problems called for service and was quite pleased with the results. Explained in details what he was going to do why and what we needed to do to continue to be rodent free. He has been dead on so far. We would highly recommend Jesse and have to several friends and businesses. Knowledgeable, professional and personable without a doubt our go to guy.
