Absolutely one of the worst dental offices I have ever been to. I would give zero stars if possible. To start, it is often impossible to get in contact with someone from the office. The phone will ring for many minutes at a time but there will be no answer. As you can imagine, this is frustrating when trying to get a hold of someone.Secondly, both Dr. Noureldeen and Dr. Conrad and beyond incompetent. They lack in bed side manner and have varying opinions. Dr. Conrad once had me wait a half hour for him only for me to see him for a 2 minute exam right before he took care of an emergency visit. Dr. Noureldeen once was an hour an a half late for my visit and also only spent two minutes with me before leaving to see other patients. This left me wondering if he would see me.One positive of the office would be their new front office staff, they seem to have more compassion that everyone in the office put together.Overall, I would not recommend this office for any of your dental needs. The majority of these reviews are negative for a reason - avoid this place if you are able to!!
I spent $700 in advance to take dental impressions. After the visit, they disappeared without providing the service for which I paid. I didnt get to see my impressions and didnt receive the Invisalign consultancy for which I paid.I requested a refund and after 3 months, Im still waiting.They totally disappeared. They dont answer the phone and if they pick it up, you are kept on hold for hours.No one is able to solve your problems and they work in a constant state of disorganization.They also made me waste a lot of time while I was scheduling an appointment.I was in touch with someone called Vlad. Hes completely messed up.He made me come to the wrong location with the wrong dentist.Then, he also disappeared and I wasnt able to book my following visits.I never met such an unprofessional company before.Stay away from this organization.
Had a pleasant experience in American Dental in the location on 180 Broadway! Very patient and well Mannered Staff. Beautiful ladies at the front desk. Enjoyed conversation with Tuba and Maria : )
I visited American Dental Hicksville as I was interested in braces for my daughter. The Assistant manager informed me of the protocol and schedule. Then the manager spent some time with me explaining the expectations and financial obligations...realistically. Truly professional and would recommend as they work to meet every individuals need.
On 3/5/2021 I visited the Hickville office for a deep cleaning proceedure.The hygienist Riya exceeded my expectations when she was very thorough and detailed and made me feel very comfortable. The proceedure from start to end was seamless and was not as painful as I expected. Additionally the overall customer service is very good by all of the staff.Clayton, Cambtia Hgts N.Y.

Worst place ever- they were half hour late when I was the 1st appointment at 9a.m and staff was walking in after me.Since I was there before any staff was able to witness not one staff was COVID checked with hand sanitizer or temperature check. A male dentist when walked into the doors walked into office past me with NO mask.I wasn’t COVID checked either they kept having me move room to room and with each room change nothing was Sanitize.I work at a hair salon and do all the Protocols and safety measures to protect myself and clients and at a dentist office it was like covid didn’t Exist. After leaving I felt like I had to shower.
I do not recommend this dentist office to anyone. The staff is unfriendly and rude on the phone as well as in person. I’ve overheard the staff speaking rudely about other patients which is completely unprofessional. They take forever to see you then rush through your cleaning and your teeth still feels dirty afterwards. There was only one guy dental assistant whom was very professional and kind. The girl in the front Desk has a serious RBF as if she hates her job which I find odd being that it’s a dentist office. Smile much?! She’s rude and rolls her eyes as if you’re bothering her to make a future appointment. The good reviews are from ppl whom have been going there for years and have developed a relationship with the workers. New comers get treated according to your insurance. This place is a BIG NO FOR ME!
Got in and out quickly. Clients must show up on time. A lot of people expect quick service but show up late for their appointments. I never had a problem if I showed up on time.Great teeth cleaning by the dental hygienist .Always very thoughtful and polite. I never had a problem with anyone anytime.
America Dental? its just a name! nothing els! Not really excellent office to go there! Manager ?she is not friendly always complains, about things. Am very disappointed todays visit! I had emergency my crowns inside i had broke teeth ,but they did not give any kind emergency help! I did not get it What ,for they made my an appointment ,for! Am really not recommending!
I waited in the waiting room from 9:30 until 10:45. During that time someone called me in for x-rays, and then told me to sit in the waiting room again. I had to leave to make a 12:30 appt. In the city, and the receptionist told me the next available appointment was a month away. Ive already made an appointment with another dentist for Tuesday and I wont be back.
I gave them a lot of trouble with the insurance. I made an appointment for an x-ray & checkup but forgot to to make one for cleaning. They not only successfully confirmed my insurance through the headache but also got me in for cleaning within the hour. Highly recommend.
RUN FROM THIS PLACE... The office staff was quite rude and not friendly. Customer service was horrible. Sat down with office manager Carmen to discuss my treatment plan and she was very overpowering. I attempted to ask questions to get a better understanding of what I needed to do and she became combative and wouldnt let me get a word in. All she kept saying was, I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU.As we spoke, another staff member came in to speak with her as I was speaking and she put her finger up for me to be quiet so she could have a conversation with her employee. She then proceeded to tell me that if I didnt like the conversation, then i need to find another dentist because there werent the right fit.
The experience I had was horrible! I went there on September 8th 2016 for my two front teeth because I was in pain, I had an appointment at 10:30am and i got there in time or 5 minutes and I was waiting for 10 to 15 minutes then I asked them how long until I go inside and they said about 10 to 15 minutes and then I was still waiting for an hour and a half then they finally called me in to do my x-rays.. I had to go back a second time because they didnt do a temporary repair.. When they sent my insurance company the pre approval for the dental work they didnt put the proper information then when I called for them to call the insurance company the recipient told me that she was going to call to give them the information and then I spoke to the insurance company to find out whats going on with the approval they told me nobody from the dentist office called and then when I called American Dental today I spoke to someone they told me to hold on and they never came back to the phone and I was on hold for almost 15 minutes and then when I called back nobody answered the phone.. Overall I would never recommend them as a dentist to go to ever!
Went to get my two wisdom teeth pulled the dentist did the procedure but didn’t say a word after. Then his staff half told me advice on what to do and not do them told me I had to leave. Like I wasn’t just staying there I had barely gotten up from the chair and had been told I had to leave. Very unprofessional. On top of that the oral surgeon left about 1/3 of my tooth in my gum and didn’t check after he had finished which caused me to be in a lot of pain for the days after the procedure. I was also only prescribed ibuprofen for the bad pain I had which barely did anything.
Had a root canal done out of pocket by Dr. Konrad and he did and amazing job. And Carmen helped me financially to get dental work done. And the front desk staff was excellent!! Very helpful!!
I was a little concerned after reading these reviews. I was over critical during my visits and I have to say I am happy with the service. I had a root canal done by Dr. Thomas Riutta Jr, DDS. and he was great and does nice work. I will continue to go to this location.UpdatedDr.Riutta is gone.. had root canal performed before covid. Post and crown not completed. Finally things opened up. Scheduled an appointment, got there waited for an hour finally got called in. Sat in the exam room for 30min and had to walk out to get back to work. Rescheduled, this time I was to text my arrival and stay in the car. 30 min no response so I text again. Hour later I call goes to answering service. I go inside they say oh sorry we have issues with the system and they had to reschedule. Ok so my next appointment I arrived 13 min late, call while driving to say I was going to be late was on hold the whole ride and hung up when I arrived. I signed in an waited..45 minutes later I get call up to the desk and they sorry you had a 4:00. I was like lol I got here 13 min late. Have to reschedule ..Here I am sat hopefully my last time here for a 10AM . 11:15 still here not seen by dentist. UPDATE after sitting in the chair forever ..went to the front desk, they were like wow..so sorry. They found the dentist doing a cleaning and had no idea about the post and crown. I had enough..the lady at the front desk was frazzled and I just said I gotta go please call me with a day I can come back. To this day I havent received a call and had to go elsewhere. P.S. the only reason I continued to go to this place was the dentist that did the roof canals Dr.Rudia.i know that I spelled this wrong. Anyways he is no longer there.Do yourself a favor and do just let anybody work on your teeth especially here. You can give them a try and let me know how it went but I will never go back.
Very Unprofessional Workers!! Stay away if you can. I was there on Nov 1, 2019 with my son and wife for their first dental appointment in NY. I have never seen that sort of dentist in Chicago and Boston before who does not know how to behave with children. I know they dont have a pediatric dentist, however at least a general dentist should have a professional manner to treat with children and their parents.
The hygienist doing my cleaning today started out doing a sloppy job and hit my teeth with the spinning metal part of the polisher several times. Then on top of this she repeatedly completely turned her head an looked out the door into the hallway while still working in my mouth. I was so uncomfortable with lack attention that I ended the cleaning and walked out. This place is a second rate operation with a second rate staff to match.
Manager Carmen is rude and unprofessional. Dental work is not good. They will extract teeth (Hempstead) instead of filling. Destroyed my mouth. Glad I found a nice dentist with friendly staff. This place is a meat market!
Rude doesnt even cover what both staff and doctors were. You get cheap dental because they bring on terrible dentists and illiterate staff. If we could give negative stars on here, it would be closer to a real rating. They dont even deserve one star.LYDIA in particular was awful. Not only was she rude, she purposely put me on hold three times only to hang up on me and then laugh when I called back. Because, talking to the wife of a man crying in pain should make all people laugh. Three times I repeated I was calling because my HUSBAND, who just had impacted wisdom teeth pulled, with no gas or being put to sleep, was in a lot of pain and bleeding, three times she told me my BOYFRIENDs bleeding was fine because he just had teeth pulled. REALLY? OH! And the root canal that was supposed to be done with this so all the pain would be taken care of? Never happened. Can they really be that lazy? Or are they just looking to make us pay for more visits, regardless of the pain their patients were in?Speaking of paying more.. they took all our insurance information and quoted him the final price.... and then doubled it after they already pulled the teeth out. Incredible.Youre not saving money going to cheap idiots. He actually had to have the pieces of the tooth they missed pulled out by a different dentist. A real dentist. Save yourself money and more importantly PAIN and see REAL dentists.
Was in due to extreme tooth pain my mom felt. Staff was super busy but extremely guiding and cooperative. Despite the chaos I went thru back and forth with insurance and prior dental office Carmen was phenomenal in being supportive, guiding us thru the process and going above and beyond to assist my mom finally getting her X-ray and pain free post tooth extraction. Thank you Carmen and staff at Hicksville location.
The person portraying a dentist walked in looked and told me he couldnt do anything. There is no communication, I had oral surgery a few weeks later, I confirmed my day the day before. I show up and they say its the wrong date and for an entirely different procedure. Definitely going somewhere else.

Omg! I wished I had looked at reviews before taking my daughter there. I wouldnt even give 1 star to the doctor that checked my child. My daughter was feeling so sick n was complaining about her teeth. She had fever for 2 days. Shes in extreme pain. I wait for so long n when its our turn, the doctor doesnt even check properly n says shes teething its normal. My daughter is almost 2.5 years old. I could go on n on but doctor didnt even know what was wrong with her. I took her to pediatric today n they said shes not even teething, she has some virus...smh wouldnt recommend to anyone
Hygienist racked my gum line. Next day ate peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Was picking the pb&j from between my teeth where she chisel my gum line chunks of the teeth came off. When I told the dentist blew it off as if I didnt say anything. To make matters worse the wait time is ridiculous even if you have a appointment you will need to wait. Longest wait Ive had there was a hour and half. Dont go.

I had an emergency during Christmas holiday,and I was able to get a quick appointment with American Dental in Hicksville. My experience was OUTSTANDING,from the front desk Staff greetings,to the X-ray Technician,the Dental Hygienist,and the Dentist- Dr.N. My experience was of Gentle,Helpful,and very Professional service. Thank you American Dental office in Hicksville!!!
The worst customer service, they are not educated. Corporate office will take your information and make an appointment for you, then upon arrival at this branch they will have you provide your insurance and ID and make you wait an hr to tell you they cannot accept Medicaid. Manager is rude and speaks down upon you, worst dental clinic ever. Do not waste your time.
This is one of the worst places Ive ever been to. I went here to get my teeth checked out and ended up with one of the worst pain Ive ever experienced. When I went back to get it checked out, they told me that my insurance didnt cover it. So now Im left with an aching tooth. Dont come to this place, ever! This is by far the least professional place ever. Staff is horrible, the Dentist is a bigot without any care whatsoever. Save yourself, I wish I wouldve read reviews and saved me the pain!
Not sure why there are such bad reviews. My kids and I have been coming here for years and I was just there today. Staff is polite and courteous. Today my X-Rays had to be retaken, but they were apologetic and re-did them right away. My son was in and out, but I needed some more work. Lol Its a busy office in a fairly new building, so they must be doing something right!!

This place needs to shut down. The worst Dentistry Ive ever been to. Especially the Indian doctor she made us wait for 2 hours then checked me and said everything is normal nothing to worry about while I was in pain for 3-4 days also said come back in 3 months for a follow-up. They just want your money its 2017 and this place is a piece of s***.
I literally waited 3 hours at the office to get a checkup and cleaning. I told Dr. Lauredean that my crowns have been implanted for 4 years and they are not working properly. He said that it was time to replace those crowns. He said I need to tell the front desk about my crown replacement. I went to the front desk and told them that Dr. Lauredean said I need to have crown replacement. The front desk said their office will order the crowns for me and I didnt need to do anything but to wait for their call to schedule my next appointment. I waited for 2 months and didnt hear from them. I finally called them to ask for an update. The front desk told me that Dr. Lauredean didnt input anything about my crown replacement in my record. Obviously they didnt order crowns for me at all. She said I have to go there again to have another checkup before Dr. Lauredean can decide if I really need crown replacement! I was so frustrated about it. I dont want to go there and wait another 3 hours to have another checkup! I expressed my frustration, but the front desk was so rude. She implied that I made it up about my crown replacement. It was the worst experience ever!I would NEVER NEVER come back to that place ever again!
If I could give this place a zero stars I would! My family has been coming to this place for twenty years. All the good & nice people are gone.I have bad anxiety and I hate going to the dentist. My Dad is always with me to help ease the anxiousness for me. The lady at the desk is the rudest person Ive ever met! She has NO business working with people. The second to last time I was in there my father had asked how long it would be until I could see the dentist (we had been waiting a half an hour with only one other person in the office). The woman had said, When that patient is done which isnt an answer. So when my dad sat down with me the two of us were talking about how crazy the wait was. The woman at the desk yells out to us, If you have something to say you can come up and say it to me. We werent even talking to her or about her! Not to mention how rude it was! I had said, I was speaking to my father not you. thats when she decided to get smart and keep her mouth shut. Like I said I suffer from anxiety so people like this is the last thing I need.The last time I was there (today) I had booked an appointment for two week from then. I had called to confirm the time because I didnt receive a phone call. The same receptionist picks up. Not only did I have to say my name and date of birth twice or three times, she said I wasnt in for an appointment at all! I knew why that was, I just didnt have proof. She had claimed there were no spots for today either. I had asked to speak to someone because I wanted to complain about being inconvenienced because I know for a fact that I did book the appointment. Thats when she immediately snapped at me and said, I AM THE MANAGER AND IM TRYING TO HELP YOU! No offense to the woman but I didnt say she wasnt. Then she had the audacity to say to me, I want to speak your father! My jaw dropped! I couldnt believe she demanded to speak to my Dad, Im 25 years old why couldnt she talk to me?! I put my father on and she told him, Your daughter need to relax. Yes I swear she said that because I had the conversation on speaker phone. Then she screamed and yelled at my father about how I need to respect people. Ive never been so insulted, disrespected, and spoke about/to like a child in my entire life! She kept rambling on and yelling at my Dad, didnt give him a second to talk. Magically after my Dad finally got a word in an 11:30 and 4:30 was open. Convient but I was happy to get this over with. After the appointment was booked she just hung up on my Dad.When I got to the place for my appointment the other receptionist (not the one I spoke) says to my Dad rudely, I need to talk to you. No hi or hello, she just said it like he was a child in trouble. At one point she came out and sat next to my Dad and tried to confront me about the phone call. Which I didnt understand why because I wasnt talking to her, I hadnt said anything wrong, and I wanted to speak to a manager which she wasnt! So what was the point of confronting me? She had NO right! When she tried speaking to me I immediately shut her down and said, Im not speaking to you about this. so she dramatically threw her hands up and said, Fine! Its probably better that way. I didnt say anything thing to anyone cause I didnt want any further problems and again she had nothing to do with it! My Dad was on the phone when she came to talk to us so she tried to scare me and said to my dad, Oh I still need to talk to you. Did she? No!I have to say, the doctor and the assistant guy was very nice, but the way I was treated was DISGUSTING! This place needs an attitude make over and a lesson or two in customer service.
Very unprofessional. They give appointments 3/4 weeks late and on the last day they call and cancel. Once on the day on appointment they send me back claiming equipment is not working whereas I can clearly see they were taking other patients. Not one time they did this to me 3 times in a row. Avoid at all cost.
I wish I could give this place a ZERO!! Untrained staff and dentists. No one knows what they are doing. A staff WHO WAS NOT A DENTIST told me that I needed a root canal and then goes but I am not a general Dentist so I cant tell you and then they proceeded to put an approval for my root canal....WHEN THEY WERE NOT EVEN SURE IF I NEEDED IT OR NOT. I go up to the front desk to submit the approval then the lady goes so yeah... what did that guy tell you? What do we need to do? It was a circus. If you want a better service for your teeth just head to your nearest dollar store to ask them to provide you better dental services before coming to this American Dental.
3 tooth pulled out . no pain. Yo i was expecting the worst but next thing i know we done. Word. Didnt feel the needle didnt feel tooth being pulled. Nothing. Yo only thing bad about them is they tell you 12 pm appointment know your gonna sit for an hour. Also i saw a post aboit bedside manner. It was ok. I wasnt trying to be friends. Ue got to do what he got to do. Be friend off the clock. Also in 10 min got a call from my local cvs saying my medication was ready. 800mg ibuprofen. They going to be doing my implants and all.
This is the worst place Ive ever been. Some of the taff are not helpful at all. The Doctors are probably the cheapest they could find because they are terrible. They work quick which means that they are not spending adequate time with the patient. I had a cleaning and that was the worst cleaning I had in my life, just to tell you that this woman did the cleaning in 5 min.Stay away from this place and take the time to read the reviews of the places you are going to visit.
I was hesitant about going to this office since I read some of the reviews but, I decided to go and see for myself. It turns out to be the opposite. This office is very professional, the dentist and his staff and manager are all very attentive and caring. I will definitely recommend this office.
I went in to have a chipped tooth fixed. Sat in a waiting room for 45 minutes, they told me itd take a month. Two and a Half months later theyve made no progress on any of the paper work my insurance company has asked of them and my tooths still chipped.The single ray of sunshine was one of the dentists who put a temporary tooth covering on for free, though Im suspicious they were supposed to do that anyway.Look elsewhere.
I do not recommend anyone to go to this dentist office, as I had a horrible experience there a couple of weeks ago. The dentist did a root canal on me. I was in crucial pain from the root canal and was crying during the surgery. After some liquid was placed into the root, I was in so much pain and the dentist and assistance just walked out and left me in that situation to attend someone else. The service I received that day was terrible. They do not care about their patients.
I actually think they are so busy because they are good. Sometimes you do have to wait, just like any other doctor. The girls in the front are friendly, but very busy. I stick to them because they do take my insurance and a lot other places do not.
Im so shocked to read bad reviews. I have been with american dental for many years. My husband n i have always had no problems the staff courteous n the doctors of 3 i have j ad have been terrific. I have never had to wait no more than 30 minutes n tht has at times been because of an emergency
11/2015 - UPDATE *****BEWARE*****I just recently received a bill for services from American Dental.I immediately called my insurance company and requested an explanation of benefits. In looking at the explanation I noticed two FRAUDULENT charges that were submitted to my insurance company.BE CAREFUL THIS OFFICE COMMITS FRAUD AND THEN CHARGES YOU FOR EXTRA MONEY!!!!!Call your insurance company and make sure they are not over charging you and fight for your rights!I am taking the appropriate steps to fight them, and I am filing all the appropriate paperwork with my insurance company and getting a second opinion. You can prove American Dental is commiting fraud!!!******************************************************************************************************************List of incompetence:When I made my appointment I was very clear to indicate my reason for going was due to severe pain and I needed a minor fix to my filling.1.) When I arrived they had me down for a general office visit and dental cleaning.2.) The lady trying to take x-rays was rough. I explained I had been in pain for many days to take it easy. She said, Deal with It! When I wouldnt deal with it, she called another person and she had her give me a panoramic xray instead.3.) Then when I was finally seated for an exam, the Dentist, indicated that she was not capable of giving me a diagnosis for the pain I was experiencing. She indicated I needed to go see and oral surgeon. If she cannot diagnose me, then why go see an oral surgeon?4.) When i asked her to give me an explanation as to why seeing a surgeon and what led her to believe that was the best course of action. She indicated she couldnt tell my why.5.) I asked if she could at least take care of my filing. She said it was not what she was told she had to do. She could only go by whats on the schedule. She only works there she doesnt own the establishment.This is AMERICAN DENTAL!SAVE YOURSELF NEVER GO HERE, I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP! THE WORST KINDS OF PEOPLE EVER. DISGUSTING!
Was quoted one price they started my work then quoted a completely different price. Ayleida Mary and Diana are very rude even down to office manager Carmen. I would not ever recommend this office to anyone. Dr Nouraldeen did do great work but his front desk staff needs to be fired. So unprofessional.

Doctor was a little late but did a great job on fixing 3 teeth. Price was much better than I was quoted at dental 365. Funny to say but Im of fan of this dental office. Bella
Horrible place, do not go there. I was told I had 9 cavities. I decided to go elsewhere afterwards since It did not seem accurate. It turns out I only had 2 cavities. Do not trust they place, they are very dishonest and only want your money! One of the male dentist was very inappropriate and it was very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this dental center!!
Absolutely TERRIBLE! I went first to location in NYC and the office was completely gross and disorganized so I switched to Hicksville location and even though cleaner, the people arent any better. Front desk they are rude, doctors dont seem to know a thing!! Guess you get what you pay for! I went for a cavity filling and the doctor drilled too far (more than the cavity was another dentist said) and now I need a root canal! Find out later when I went back complaining of pain that that doctor was fired and new doctor they gave me was absolutely terrible so I walked out. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND TIME! Dont risk bad treatment for bad service

Had an appointment today saw Dr Noureldeen . Did a root canal and it went great. Cant believe I felt no pain thought it would be worse with no sweet air .
DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT. Sat in the office for 2 hours and not been seen. I had to leave for another appointment. Very poor services.
Rude and not friendly, didnt understand the situation and just wanted to get out for lunch break. Didn’t inform parents about pulling tooth, overall very bad dentist, would never recommend this to anyone.
I have consistently been having a bad experience at this place only to now find out that I am not the only one. I feel cheated. They are unorganized, unprofessional and incompetent.
My family and I have been coming here for years. Everyone there is very kind and understanding. My children and I have always had good experiences here! Would recommend. #smile

BEAWAR!! They use old drill bits... !! they tried to use drill bits that were used on other patient teeths and then tried to use on me..so they can save money on the drill bits..when I noticed blood on the drill bits... and questioned them... they were extremely rude and started to show attitude... this place is a AIDS and DISEASE TRANSFER place... The service was prompt and it was one short deal problem toothache was diagnosed and got the aching tooth extracted in one visit. Need not to come back.

The doctor wrote some one name on my Report . he is not even send the prescription to the pharmacy. Waited for 2 days for the prescription. Very very very bad.

Extremely poor service , they are just interested in making money, over book the patients , poor scheduling , I had to wait for 1:30 hr , staff will not communicate on any delays, the doctors doesn’t seem to know what has to be done, he comes in the room without looking at the file and details...stay away..

Took my kids to do the teeth cleaning ,seem like THE Dr. has GODSPEED,both my kids were done cleaning less than couple minutes.The only thing I could tell that their front teeth’s stains got little lighter.

Never in my life will i ever go back, i went in for a regular cleaning and as the lady was in the middle of cleaning my teeth, she drops the cleaning instrument on the ground, picks it back up and attempts to put it back in my mouth.

People who speak Spanish are very pedantic and even if you miss an appointment they tell you to make sure you arrive or there will not be another one, that is, it is not free, you pay them to be treated by the poor service, those who answer the phone for them are leaving one

2022-01-07Went in over a year ago for multiple sessions for fillings, they didn’t know how to use the x ray machines properly, and had to redo multiple photos, my last filling sessions also felt extremely rushed (dentist dropped tools multiple times, equipment kept breaking, and left the room right when we are done leaving me no time to ask questions) and now a year later those teeth fillings involved in that rushed last session are now falling out. To top it off I was set for one more session to finish my fillings but when we get there they say they no longer take our insurance with no warning even tho we already had the appointment set and pretty much told us to leave, so now I can’t even return to get the horrible work they did fixed.

2022-03-12I went in as a new client. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The dentist however was extremely rude! He did not introduce himself or even acknowledge me. He just instructed me to open up spent two seconds in the room stated good and left. The doctor did not address any of my concerns or issues. I waited 45 minutes for nothing. I will not be back. Definitely not worth it. Strongly not recommended.

2022-04-20I am a very patient person, never have I ever felt compelled to write a review. But this is a new low. During my last 4 appointments, I have had to wait for a total of 7 hours. Yes you read that right, a little over 7 hours. I get that sometimes, things happen and appointments get pushed back. But four times? AND a collective 7 hours? There is clearly a problem in how this place is being run.

2022-07-05If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. This dentist is so unprofessional on so many levels. When you come into the establishment. The receptionist are extremely rude and almost always have an attitude. They never notified me about paying a co-pay with each visit until one day they sprung a bill of over $100 on my lap. They refused to conduct my procedure until I payed them off. Not to mention one dentist filled HALF of my cavity. Not the full tooth! My teeth are still sore in the area. I also was given a crown and the tooth is bigger than the space. So the crown is throbbing as well. Pick another dentist. They are horrible here.

2021-04-16I always have a great experience during my visits to this location. The receptionist, Dolina, and the assistant manager, Maria, are particularly great with customer service. They were super resourceful during my last visit. They thoroughly explained certain dental procedures and helped me identify affordable services to offset costs. Their new dental assistant, Sherry, is also very nice! I definitely recommend them :)

2021-04-04The Hicksville Location was AWESOME!!! The best staff. The young man who did my X-rays was friendly sweet and made me feel at ease. The dental hygiene’s who gave me my cleaning was super friendly and wonderful! The front desk team was great too 😃The whole experience was great from start to finish. I highly recommend going here and can’t wait to go back!!

2021-12-11Tried to make an appointment as a new patient and spoke to the front desk receptionist who had so much attitude, my wife had to take the phone from me and put her in her place. She didn’t understand what I was saying at all and repeatedly kept telling me that I wasn’t understanding her when I knew exactly what she was saying. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.

2020-02-26I came in recently for a check up and cleaning and was very pleased with the service I received. My appointment was for 2:00pm and I was seen by 2:05pm, which is great because Im use to having to wait at least 30 minutes at my old dentist. While there I meet Tracey who cleaned my teeth. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I had a wonderful experience and cant wait to head back in 6 months.

2021-04-23Very very disappointing experience. The staff especially the young boy they have was very rude and disrespectful. In this time of pandemic they behaved very negligent. Also they made me wait for 2hour despite my confirmed appointment without giving me any excuse. And when I asked explanation manager incharge was very rude and disrespectful. I had to walk out without any treatment whatsoever . I wasted my time and money going to that clinic in Hicksville. Truly disgusting.

2021-05-15Absolutely terrible service. They dont care about you or any of their patients, incredibly rude. My mother had broken her tooth and I came in and told them it was an emergency and they said they cant see her because she cancelled her last appointment. My mother broke her tooth and was bleeding from the mouth profusely, she wasnt there a routine check up. I am very disappointed that this can even be a considered an office of medicine. I wouldnt wish this place on anyone.
