I donated whole blood here earlier today. The facility is nice and clean, and the technicians (or phlebotomists? I’m not sure of the term...) are friendly and are very skilled.Because of the current Covid system, there are practices in place to keep things safe. For example, appointment must be scheduled ahead instead of walk-ins. Thank you to the center for making sure everything is wiped down and sanitized.I hope people will donate regularly to help the constant need of blood donations.

My wife took the day off work, and we paid a babysitter for the day... to be told she signed up for a stand by slot.We asked why we were not told it was a special slot and the lady said welcome to the red crossI donate often to honor my wifes uncle who needed a lot of blood at end of life, but this makes me wonder about this organization.

If youre into someone fishing around your body with a needle while youre in the midst discomfort of your adult life I highly recommend this place.

Great staff and great place to donate. Pop in a movie while yous hooked up to the aphoresis machine.
