I work for a small local business that provides Property Maintenance and snow plowing in the winter. We were hired by Mr Graves to plow his business and his home. We have contacted him multiple times for payment and he has stated he was going to send the check out and we have yet to receive anything. I have found a review on the Better Business Bureau and also one on Yelp website stating that mr. Graves has had issues with other customers in the past about money as well. Including an issue with taking payment for a schools trip and not showing up to pick them up

This company doesnt even deserve a one star rating. We had a horrible experience with this company, very unprofessional and their driver is another story. For one they gave us a bus that was retiring after our senior trip to Baltimore/Ocean City, which would have been okay except the air conditioning went on the bus. Kids were hot, overheating, and sick. We called the bus company several times and said they would have someone take a look at it, that never happened. On the way the bus started smoking we all had to vacate the bus and was told someone was gonna fix it or give a new bus, none of that happened. Got to the hotel, driver said someone was going to come out that night and fix it, no one came. In the meantime the driver bought to bottles of wine and was witnessed by a parent as well as 2 students. Called about that, nothing happened. We couldnt open the windows because they were for emergency use only. The only thing we had for a air were the two ceiling latches that were opened. However, we eventually opened the windows and used water and Gatorade bottles to keep them open. The driver bought alcohol and consumed alcohol on this trip. She had no experience driving a bus of that size at all. As you can see from the photo my seniors had to help her backup the bus from the outside. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
