2021-12-13Very rude bank officer. Did what was needed but without any (even faked) hint of kindness, empathy or help. Back turned on us even before we could get ready to leave her cubicle. (Was with my elderly mom who needs a lot of physical assistance, even with a walker.)

2021-12-16I have been a long-time customer of Apple Bank for many years and this particular branch has been extremely helpful, very professional and reliable. You can count that your concerns, questions and of course investment (money) is well secured protected. The staff are very courteous and provide an excellent customer service.

2021-11-08Such antiquated process here. One branch doesnt communicate with the other, and everything is a challenge here. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality service.
