Friendly staff nice local establishment
Aside from the 25 minute wait, our visit to Applebees was great. Our waitress Mercedes was awesome. I can not say it enough. One of the only waitresses Ive actually enjoyed having. She didnt bother us while we were stuffing our faces, she was kind, she talked to our daughter like they were friends and she just took care of us. Great experience this time around. Oh and I got lucky and was able to end the night with a nice round $69 bill.
Excellent meal. The waitress was exceptional and the came out fast and hot!!! Highly recommend their Applebees Club. Sign up and get $15 off any appetizer.
We stayed at the holiday Inn off of the thruway. We thought ordering out would be great. We order, I get in the pick up line, and immediately the food gets brought out. There are 6 of us, theres a lot of food, the guy reads off my receipt, kind of points at everything, I take a quick peak as I get it in the car, looks like everything is there. We go right down to the pool, and about 45 minutes later go back up to eat. We are missing a $21 steak. I call and say hey I picked up my food about 45 minutes ago, we are missing a steak. They find my order, see I paid for a steak, and say alright come back well put one on the grill. This is annoying, however they seem to be taking care of it. I get to the pick up line, they come out and ask me what my order is I tell them my name and Im here to pick up the steak my order is missing. 10 minutes later they call and ask how I want the steak cooked. I said we ordered it medium well, that will be good. I figure they just started cooking it... Ok ill give them 15 minutes. Well 20 minutes goes by, I call and say hi Im here in the pick up area, been waiting about 35 minutes for a steak that was missed on my original order. oh yeah yeah its coming right out. 10 minutes later I call again and say the usual, this is ridiculous Wheres my steak please consider refunding. sir your steak is coming out right now, and it does. Back to the hotel,wife cuts in to it, completely red and cool inside. Not just in the middle. From the middle all the way to the outside, completely raw. Our room had a microwave. Nuked it. Called Applebees to demand a refund. Got hung up on 3 times, and gave up. Good work 👍👍
The last time we frequented this establishment was around Halloween. My fiancé had the salmon and found a bug on his plate. We notified our server and the manager came out and accused my fiancé of planting the bug. We are the type of people who do not like to complain because we’ve both worked in food service. The manager tried to give us something for free, but we were adamant about not wanting anything for free. He ended up giving us a 10% discount for the fly found in the food. We haven’t been back since and do not plan to frequent this franchise any longer.
Former employee: I had very helpful coworkers who are amazing at their jobs, managers are excellent as well. Food is consistently good. Just know that their priority is good customer service. I loved working here and recommend going for a good dining experience.
The food was really good, but our waitress left much to be desired. I had the bacon cheddar grilled chicken sandwich and I would order again.
There was too much salt and/or seasoning on my chicken. They only have garlic mashed potatoes; no plain mashed potatoes. Im diabetic and a heart patient, therefore, I am very limited to seasonings, especially salt and fatty/fried foods, etc.

Our waitress was awesome!!!! Her name was Des (on the name tag). Curiosity and accurate... stayed right on top of everything... the food was average tasting...

Veterans day at Applebees is always wonderful. The veterans menu is beautiful and the choices very nice. Once we were seated a young lady came to our table to thank husband for his service. What a nice thing to do. Thank you Applebees! You make a veterans feel appreciated!
Service was great. Meal not so much. Ordered beef and cheese sandwich with grilled onions. Beef tasted like liver, and sandwich should have been called fried onions with meat you wont recognize. My wifes dinner was good mine I will never order again, yuck !!!

Have dined here multiple times- both for dine in and car-side pick up. Everytime the staff is friendly and professional and the food is excellent for the price.If you go on a busy night for pickup (Fridays and weekends) you may have to wait like 10min for your food, but thats par for the course. Good place to eat overall. The boneless buffalo wings are my favorite.
We had a great server. We had a death in our family and we met up halfway for family visit and dinner. We were there probably longer than we should have been. Server was great about it and we kept asking out of courtesy if they needed the table to tell us. Food was very good and service too. I would recommend during covid 1 person in bathroom at a time...a little small for the distance thing
Food was great. Greeters were extremely rude. Had to beg for a menu and pass out our own napkins and forks. Did not offer to refill our sodas or water. The 2 greeters continued to visit in back of us through out our meal.
Place needs a deep clean, Booth tables by the windows need to be dusted daily, there was old food stuck in between chairs and flies on the window. Rugs are not good for restaurants, bad smell if you dont clean daily. Food was ok, Could be better at serving and cooking! Utensils need to be also properly washed.

For me this was another poor experience! The other three guests in my post were satisfied but not me.Service below standard, in fraction of the health dept. Code..... Server fingernails an inch or longer, painted black and who knows what crud was unseen under those ugly nails and dirty hands!
The food was very good, my only complaint is that the waitress was in a huge hurry, but we were one of two couples in her section. When she wasnt with us she would just stand around, talking to her coworkers.
Usually I have a good experience here, but today I wasnt too impressed. I understand pink is normal on a burger but this looks raw. This is the first and only time Ive ever had an issue here. Everything else I ordered was perfect though.

Ordered a hamburger well done and it was raw in spots and my husband ordered the double crunch shrimp and they were cold. The manager took 5.00 off the bill and got a free dessert. But still it stinks when you cant eat what you order

I ordered two 2/$20 ish dollar items… This came with two appetizers… I ordered spinach artichoke dip and mozzarella sticks. They gave me the chips and the salsa but no spinach artichoke dip at all. I called the restaurant and I was just in town visiting my dad so I didn’t want to drive back up there (that’s why I ordered curbside!) BUT the manger said that she would send me a coupon on the mail. So we will see… stay tuned for an update!
The Applebees in Batavia made the best burger and fries I have ever had at this chain. I am pickey on my fries and lately I cant find fries that are cooked correctly. It takes time if they are done right. I like my burger pink in the middle and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and our waitress was attentive. She even refilled our drinks without asking. Businesses are understaffed these days leaving us to be patient more often. They also have extra work to do because of Covid. Well I couldnt tell. They did an amazing job. My sons chicken cesar salad looked beautiful. The only thing he was disappointed with was they didnt have Dr. Pepper.
Extremely unorganized, they really need to do a better job of training their employees. The front hostess was rude and yelling at everyone, putting down her fellow employees and kept saying she didnt know what she was doing. Our food order was messed up a few times, and my daughters burger was ordered well done and it came with so much pink in middle I would say it was unsafe to eat. She ended up eating just her fries. Even the manager walking around saying Hi to everyone seemed unaware his restuarant was a hot mess. We spent the rest of the evening home with stomach pains and feeling sick. We hadnt been here for several months because our last experience was bad also, thought we would give it another try. We were very let down and will not be returning.

Well, it is Applebees. We got the oriental chicken salads to go. They were okay. Chicken wasnt hot, but the dressing is very flavorful, so we get it sometimes. Anymore though, Applebees just doesnt taste good. It tastes like what it is. Mass produced. It was really the only place we could find to go though to get a salad on our only night in town. As usual, with all the Applebees food.... it wasnt worth it.

Waitress and staff were quite attentive. Steak was perfect. Actually came rare as ordered. Cant get that in Binghamton, NY. In Binghamton you literally have to order it knowing it will come overdone before having to make them cook a new one. EVERY TIME! This 🍎 bees was the best.
When ever I get the chance I come here, good food great staff that just want to make your day. They make sure to get the orders out in a timely manner. And address any issues. Have eaten here twice in the last week and both meals were great.
We were seated quickly we ate the two for 25$ special and the food was very good and plenty to eat. The hostess was very pleasant and the waitress Chelsea was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again soon.

This restaurant was very clean and picked up. All of the staff were wearing their masks properly. Our waitress was very good. One thing to note was that there is no physical menu. In the center of the table is a QR code that you scan with the camera of your smartphone and you get sent to a website that has the menu for you to look over. It is a cool feature that I personally like and would like to see other restaurants utilize. However, this does require you to have a smartphone with you. Im sure that they have physical menus if you required them. All in all this is going to be the new lunch spot for the wife and I!

One star for the kitchen and 5 stars for fast and friendly staff. A dozen tiny grilled shrimp came to the table in less than a minute after the order so obviously held in a warming tray that was probably turned off because they were cold. Half rack of ribs, fries & broccoli came out in another quick minute....all lukewarm at best ...but the bones on the ribs were hot & meat barely warm ( and barely any meat) A tell-tale sign that last weekends ribs had been tossed in the microwave. I asked for butter which came quickly but it sat on top of cold broccoli and never melted. The mediocre fries were plentiful. Thank you COVID for another annoying meal at a restaurant.
Great staff and always friendly! Went out for my husbands birthday and we had a table of 8. Staff was very courteous and got us a table on a busy night in under 15 minutes. Waitress was great, she was training someone and they did a great job! Fries tasted like they were dipped into the salt one by one, but overall great experience!

Food was great overall!Staff followed covid 19 restrictions and guidelines even allowed us to bring 2 chairs from a diffrent table so that we could sit comfortably- a group of 10. Waitress was great always made sure we had what we needed. Setting was great and not as crowded. Wait for the food was short and everything was HOT HOT!

Sadly today was the second time in a months time I was extremely shocked and discouraged by the food at this establishment. Today I was served cold chicken fiesta. The entire chicken was refrigerator cold. I was extremely surprised at the wait staff and managers poor attempt to explain it was because of the sauce. The entire chicken was refrigerator cold. I was then overcharged. A few weeks prior my medium well steak was bloody rare. Applebee’s please review your cooking personnel; this was once a nice friendly grocery shopping dinner stop. Not anymore.
Horrible experience we are Latino family I don’t know if the waitresses didn’t realize that we also spoke English and kept making very racial comments towards my table. We were eating and she kept rushing us to order and to pay as well all in all not a great experience. Between All the waiters and waitresses kept cursing in front of children very rude wasn’t satisfied with this place at all

Ordered chicken tender dinner.... Terrible... Chicken pieces were tiny and dried up. Also ordered a salad with chicken... Came with NO dressing and nothing but lettuce and chicken. .Ordered 2 mixed drinks.. one with petron that cost $10.... the other was a long island iced tea. Both drinks tasted like water. To top it off, ordered a brownie dessert...it was literally one smallbite. So very disappointed. Waste of money
Food was Fabulous, as always! Our Service was Fabulous, as always! So Many Unruly young people in one place was just over the top!!! Management should really try to get a handle on this. Beyond Sad.

The wife an I ate at the bar. The bartender was great. But our food took forever to come. There was another couple honest at the bar 20 min after we did ordered drinks an food and their food came quickly after ordering. Not very happy with the Batavia Applebees
I love Applebees .I would give them in Batavia NY a 5 stars.but the tables are Nasty and need to be refurbished.Food.i got the ribs and my date the 6ox steak.outstanding.waitress was excellent.
They wait time for when I took my family there was to be expected due to it being the weekend and all. But when we did get seated our waitress was wonderful. And fast about getting us our food and anything else we needed quickly even though they were busy. But there food is delicious and well worth the wait if you have never eaten there. If you go I would recommend doing the four cheese Mac and cheese. It is a very good dish to try on the first time you go in
Ive been here on quite a few occasions over the years. I dont have any complaints with this particular location. Service is always good as well as the food. The 2 for 25 is a great stand by. I usually go with the 6oz steak, mash and Garlic green beans. Im also quite fond of their French Onion soup.
Way to many empty tables to have everyone so close to one another. Every other table would be fine, then as the people start arriving then fill in the empty table. All Im saying is figure something out. How we were seated was bad. Im the very last booth then the next group right behind me then the next was right across the way. Why? Stopped in here on a drive back from Niagara Falls. It was a Saturday night and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was slow coming to the table for the first time, but after that she was good. Very pleasant. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Food was good and arrived within an appropriate amount of time.
Well have been here at this location many times. The hostesses are very rude and unwelcoming to say the least. The waitresses it all depends who you get. Last visit was my birthday and they couldn’t get a simple steak medium. 4 try’s and still rare. Our waitress we only saw twice. My husband waited forever for. Coffee refill. This location needs to get it together!
I have to be honest and I rarely go to Applebees. But the service here was excellent and the food we chose was done well.

We went for lunch. Not crowded. No wait time to be seated. Waitress had a smile. Food was delicious. They have a different monthly drink special. Left stuffed and with leftovers. There are televisions throughout playing various stations. Great place for two people to have a cozy meal and for groups to get together and watch the game.

We had a great meal, and apps. Go before 6pm to get lots of great half price deals. Our food was hot and fresh and our waitress was extremely efficient and quick. Total bill came in under 60$ for a family of four. We will for sure be back.
The service here was slower than my big Range Rover sport SVRs dual infotainment screen and that means it was slow. It all started when my auto high beams shinned in the windows and I saw the atmosphere. It looked like a nightmare and it was. The waitress appeared to be lost and the food was just ok. I’d rather drink the premium gas I put in my Range Rover though.
French Onion Soup was so good. I loved the dark rich broth. I didnt think that it should take an hour to get 2 cups of soup, though. The waitress was not friendly. Borderline rude. We didnt order alcoholic beverages and just wanted water. That took 20 minutes to get. If it wasnt for that wonderful soup, my rating would have been much lower.

Wasnt impressed with the objects that were floating in my drink. After telling the waitress about it, she acted like it was a normal thing. I also think that for the price of my meal, it certainly didnt match the amount of, or shall I say lack of food I received.
Went here on lunch yesterday on break for work on 7-22-20. Not only was her order wrong, when I called to tell them it was wrong the lady was rude. The girl is allergic to almonds, they offered a new meal which she accepted and that was wrong again it once again had almonds in it. So the manager said she remade it and then it was just thrown together. We won’t be ordering again for work. If you have a food allergy don’t go because they don’t care. They only got one star because won’t let me post otherwise.
Very good food , The beer pretzels had a little bit too much salt for our taste , my Whiskey burger was delicious, and I loved the bread sticks with Alfredo sauce .next time I will try the loaded garlic mashed potatoes with a burger.
Im not a big fan of Applebees but this time I found the wonton chicken tacos. Them things are by far the best thing on the menu. The service was very good and quick. The place was also very clean. Keep up the good work guys!! If you like this post please hit the LIKE button thank you!!

We have been here 3 times this month, the first time was pretty good, the 2nd it was okay, but this time was a real disappointment, Our Server was not friendly at all, i felt like she was just there like she had no choice. My food took like 30 min when they were not busy and it was over done and i waited another 25 min for a remake. Manager was not even qualified for her position. I dont wanna say Ill not be going back, but if I do it wont be for a long while. No service, horrible food and bad management!!!

Usually pretty good. Went out of our usual comfort zone this time with our lunch order. I ordered the chicken wonton stir fry and hot buffalo boneless wings. My food all tasted pretty good. My wife ordered the cedar lemon chicken, tasted like it was smoked in a house fire. Tasted awful, definitely avoid that item.
Iv never had as bad of a experience as soon as we walked in there the waitress seemed like she hated us sand regarded us as such the entire time me and my family where laughing she just acknowledged us with a cold hello just a over all rude server i would rate it a zero if possible
Service and food was great. That stretch of the Thruway is brutal and this was a nice break. Less one star for that tablet on the table. I accidentally tapped a game and 2 bucks got put on my bill . They refunded it with no problem though. But still . Theres enough screens in there already.
Loni was our server, and she was very friendly and attentive. She had the perfect blend of enthusiasm and friendliness without being over-the-top or cheesy. The food was great as well; wait times were appropriate and my steak was cooked to the correct temperature. Would definitely come back again.

Went for our anniversary. Got their 2 for $25 steak dinner. Food was good, steak cooked to preference. Long wait between ordering and getting appetizers. Both appetizer plates were soiled. Replacements didnt come until after we had finished the appetizer, so guess we really didnt need them.
I have been to apples in batavia many times. When it was busy we got our meal before we were done with our appetizer. Tonight we waited 20-25 minutes for our meal. Getting ready to leave after talking to the managerOur dinner arrived. The potatoes were ice cold. They used the excuse that it takes longer for a well done steak. I came all the way from wayland ny to eat. This is sad. I probably wont be returning
Waitress was to busy talking to another customer that she knew someone else had to bring us our food. Than we waited over 10 minutes to get our bill while she stood at the table right next to talking to those same people. We got our food 10 minutes after we got it while we were still eating she came over and asked me if I wanted a box,almost like she was rushing us to leave.
Let’s be honest, Applebee’s food is average on the best day. Combine that with terrible service and you’ve got the worst restaurant experience. You’d imagine 4:45 being the pickup time would mean 4:45. An hour later and you’re still waiting and they give you cold food. Do yourself a favor. Support a local restaurant and leave this place in the 90’s where it belongs.
No smile from hostess. Acted like she didnt want to be there. Waitress really slow and this is on a Monday at around 8. Ordered the 8oz sirloin with shrimp and Parmesan sauce. Looks like a 4 oz sirloin remind you I got it medium rare with five tiny shrimp. I sucked one of the sides for a house salad and had to ask her to bring it before I got my steak. Took 35 minutes to cook a small steak and 5 tiny shrimp with hardly anybody in the restaurant. Totally unacceptable. Will not be going back
Came here before work to have dinner with a few friends last night around 9pm.Dont get me wrong, the food and drinks have always been really good in my experiences at this Applebees Location, and Ive always enjoyed my time when I go out.BUT THE BEST PART ...I literally cannot put into words how AMAZING our waitress was. (I really wish I remembered her name, but all I can remember is that she was so excited that she had just purchased her first home)From the second she came up to our table, she had a smile on her face, and consistently put one on all of ours as well.Not only was she extremely friendly, polite, well mannered, and sweet.. but she 100% was amazing at her job. So attentive and genuinely concerned if we were enjoying ourselves and our food.Ive been to hundreds and hundreds of restaurants in my life, but she was by far one of the best waitresses weve ever had the pleasure to have serve us. This girl DEFINED customer service and I cant wait to tell all of my other friends to come here, and hopefully have her take care of them. It was genuinely amazing to see someone do such a great job with a smile, and because of her, I guarantee that not only will my friends and I be back, but if anyone ever asks me for a recommendation, (as I work at a local batavia hotel) I will 100% send them to this Location.Cant say thank you enough, and cant wait for next time!
This Applebees is a very good restaurant. The waitress was knowledgeable and knew the menu. The dining room seemed clean and although there were a couple tables that were empty, they were in need of bussing but they got cleared within 5 minutes. Overall a great experience.
We went to Applebees after trying to get a table at Alexs Place. It was a 3 hour wait for a table of five, but we were seated right away at Applebees. Its not fine dining but its not fast food either. Applebees has a decent menu selection and they had specialty drinks for only a dollar. I had the quesadilla burger and french onion soup. It was very good. Im glad we were able to eat on time because we had a concert to go to at Roberts Wesleyan College.
Great place with amazing service. The food is great, especially their alfredo sauce. Definitely a recommendation for families, couples and those just looking for a good meal.
Ticket time was pretty long, almost 40 minutes, there were 3 of us in our party and we didnt have large or complicated orders. The house was pretty busy so will give them h the benefit of the doubt, although it still shouldnt have taken that long. The food was typical for Applebees, nothing spectacular but nothing awful either. Server was friendly and typically attentive.

We had good food and service, especially for a busload of 47 with only a couple hours notice. The manager brought in extra servers on a Sunday night and everyone enjoyed a variety of entrees. There were no complaints!
The place was very busy. Yes we had to wait for our food but again they were busy. We ordered there new pasta dishes that come with a bread stick. The waitress brought our food and I ask were the bread sticks were I was told oh they should be coming out. 10 mins later she ask if we needed anything I said bread sticks would be nice. No answer then dropped a cup of ice on my husband foot with no apologies. After the waitress had a very bad adidude. Worse service ever.
I really love Applebees but I have to tell you Ive been so disappointed. I went with a friend for my first time out after having my daughter. Let me tell you it was much needed and the waitress was terrible. She literally made fat comments to me. I just looked at her and said I just had a baby a couple months ago.. and she kept saying it.. so my friend wrote a review and what not and was told there was gonna be additional training that was 14 months ago... well probably a month ago my boyfriend and I thought well I havent been there in over a year.. well.... our waiter... the bar tender.. He was amazing and honestly should get a really nice raise! I watched him multiple times go in for our food. I asked my steak for well and my boyfriend asked for his burger medium.. his burger was well and my steak was bleeding.. I not to mention we waited there for close to 2 hours.. It was rough. I know it was late but that was a bit much... not sure if Ill ever be back.
Food and drinks were good, as was the service, even if our server did check on us a million times, haha!
Not really sure what I expected. We went at a not very busy time and the waitress forgot our childs food. We placed his order first so it would come out first. Not only did she forget to order his food...but she also neglected to tell the chef our child had a dairy allergy. Needless to say we wont be coming back ever again after the night we had dealing with our childs allergy reaction after eating dinner.
40 minute wait time wasnt doable this night. Always enjoy Applebees though.

Horrible food. Every time I order I have to call for something wrong. Today some genius cut steak for fajitas it was very obvious the steak was raw. Who slices a raw steak without noticing. He cared more about his next cigarette then the freaking food. I hate this place.
Cold food, and chicken fingers were over done and waiter did nothing about it. not worth the money

I think this Applebees is great! They do a very good job taking care of their guests. I think its amazing with how much applebees has changed their menu for the good. A certified butcher to cut the steaks? Thats cool. Some of the stuff on their menu is a little pricy for what you are given but overall, its not bad and they are starting to get more healthy options as well.

Service was excellent. Food and Drinks were delicious. Didnt wait very long to get our food. Was visiting with a friend and ended up staying in a booth for awhile but never felt rushed. Will definitely be back!!
This is a favorite place to go for myself and a friend of mine. We always are greeted with a nice waitress or waiter and are seated very quickly. I recommend the green bean crispers. Theyre to die for. 5/5 - Will be returning for years to come. Its a very nice local place and displays photos of locals on the wall.
Honestly it was really nice , very clean good size proportions & food was great . MY ONLY COMPLAINT was I came with 5 other people including a very impatient 1 year old , they serviced everyone but us and we ended up waiting nearly an hour when it was suppose to be a 15-25 minute wait . So definitely work on that part of customer service but besides that everything was very nice & I will recommend
Most of the food was good, but one item was not up to the mark. Pickup was quick and straightforward.
My biggest complaint there is a lack of good sides! Mashed potatoes that desperately need gravy or something. You have to pay for every little extra! Try adding some kind of garlic knots or a dinner roll where expected! They were very busy so I guess someone disagrees with me!
We went to the Applebees in Batavia for our New Years Eve dinner. It was a terrible experience. Started out great,we waited only 5 mins to be seated. Our drinks came fairly quickly. Our appetizers took about 15 mins and were cold. We waited we waited an hour and 15minutes for our entrees. At one point I flagged down the waitress and all she could say is theres a lot of tickets, were very busy. Not so busy that people who came after us got their meals and ate them before we got ours. Our food finally came and and looked and tasted like it was just thrown together. This is the second time this has happened at this location.
The food has steadily increased over the year to being much higher in price than it needs to be BUT with that many TVs and that many drinks, itll make you forget all about that. But Good God, could the tables for two be any smaller!?
Not impressed. Literally NO choices for a vegetarian on the menu, unless fries are the main course. They did make a veggie stir fry for my daughter that was not on the menu, but it just wasnt amazing. Hate to say it, but I can see why it wasnt on the menu.

My food was good as well as the service. My friend who treated me to dinner however, had food that was partially burned beyond recognition. It was once bacon on her burger, but resembled cremated remains of what was probably something good.
My entire party got sick after we ate there. Staff was hilarious and friendly though 🤷♀️

Cant complain. Ordered entree and side of onion rings. Order was typed out wrong stating I wanted onions on steak. They didnt charge me for the messup.

I ordered an oriental grilled chicken salad at 11 o’clock on Sunday just as they open to pick up with an extra piece of chicken. It came with the chicken and hardly any lettuce that was completely soaked in water and a few almonds.and water soaked rice noodles. I basically spent $20 on a salad and had to take the chicken out and go buy my own lettuce. Such a waste
Waitress Barbara k was very rude and wouldnt split the bill the way we asked and then couldnt get the bill right. Not a people person at all! Food was terrible!
Food is hot, fast, and cooked as expected. This place got off to a rocky start many years ago but has steadily improved. Its a typical Applebees, with noise, TVs, crowds, occasional waits, and the regular menu.
The managements coordination of our large group (30 people) was excellent. They got us seated quickly and served us efficiently. The food was good too!

The food came out pretty slow and the waitress never came back to see if anyone wanted a second drink. You never know at a chain restaurant how it will be, as our other visits have been better.

My 8oz steak was cooked to perfection but as with any chain restaurant the drinks were weak, the meat is not great quality for the price. Also upgrading to the fire grilled veggies.... FYI you only get 2 slices of cucumber & 2 slices peppers.... For the extra dollar...
I realise its a new way of applying a idea during a panicdemic....and its a holiday.(mother day)...but to call in a order for curb side pick up and be told 510pm...and wait a hour and a half due to people not listen and having no workable system is not even close to acceptable...will not go back..a least order was right
As soon as we arrived the Hostess said we couldnt have paper menus & then our wonderful waitress offered them to us!
We went in at 11:00pm, service sucked and the waitress where all acting like we put them out, waitresses where swearing we had out 13 year old with us and she even said wow they like the F word alot! We sat with empty glasses waiting for refills. Not one of the best places to go, we use to go their alot sorry we will go to Geneseo from now on!

My daughters chicken was raw, Hair in our Salad, Broccoli was hard and absolutely terrible.My Grandson burnt his mouth on the corndog, yet the middle was frozen. Absolutely horrible experience.
Waitress was awesome. I had the all you can eat riblets and they were cold. Probably the worst Ive had their. Witch is sad because its usually pretty good.
Service was very good. Food was decent. The tablet on the table is convenient for paying but we thought it was annoying to have a screen flashing deals and games at us while we were eating.

I was seated and then wasnt served. I sat for about ten minutes and then left. Usually I have good experiences at Applebees but this wasnt the case. Maybe I just needed a different server.
Got seated right away. The food was good. Had to wait a little while for cream and sugar for coffee. Wasnt too expensive, a little pricey for the food quality.

No different than any other Applebees. The food is alright. With the addition of online ordering the curbside to go department has really picked up. When sitting down to eat the staff is pleasant and attentive.

Honestly they have cheaper meal options. went out with the girls the waitresses are very sweet. Quick timing too as far as the wait.
Service was slow. For the price the food was sub par. Got the all u can eat riblets. They were dry and I had to keep waiting for server to bring more as they only give you 3 little riblets at a time.

Waitress seemed friendly when came in but then got us are food and 3minutes after we got our food asked if everything was ok we didnt even eat any of it was cooling down mac and cheese for my son I got chicken penna I had a mix of noodles and there was very little sauce couldnt get waitress to stop so I could tell her just kept scurrying but even though I tried to get her attention she came when done told her about sauce said she would get more but by then my food was cold and everyone else was done chief brought sauce after 15 minutes and I also had coffee and I would expect at 2.99 a cup to bring you more but nope if waitresses want tips they should pay attention to customers I been there a lot probably not again
Our waiter Connor was very nice. He checked on us frequently and got our orders correct. He even came to double check our order was correct before he brought it out
Always the same good service fast and friendly and I like They add to their menu like I got the Asian stir fry with crispy wantons and shirmp amazing I really havent craved a plate I got from a restaurant the next day

Messed up our order...had to wait forever for coffee ..twice to even get a second cup...then they had to brew some...portion was terrible compared to other Applebees in which we go very often. Waited a long time. The waiter was busy talking to her friends, would forget about us. Chicken breast was good, but barely warm.
Food is overpriced and obviously frozen. Server didnt get our order right. The only thing good about this place is the atmosphere is okay.
I got soup and salad. Salad was ice cold like it was just taken out of refrigerator with the dressing on it and all. And French onion soup was OK. Cheese was floating on top only in half the soup. Wont be going again.

I have eaten at many applebees but I recently ate at the one in Batavia ny it will be my last, chicken parm was horrible barely any sauce and very skimpy on the chese and the chicken was tough, very disappointed

2022-05-18Had dinner with my mom and my 2 daughters (15 yr old & 22 month old) service was good, fast at getting us seated and our drink orders in. Drinks were very good, I got the perfect strawberry Margarita and my mom got a normal one, both were made well and tasted awesome. We all ordered the whiskey burger, however, they got our orders messed up. This was the first time we have ever had any issue with our food order and we have been coming to this Applebees for 6+ yrs. I ordered my burger well done (no pink) without a bun, they did a lettus wrap and my order was correct. My mom ordered the same thing as me, however, she got my daughters order, which was a normal whiskey burger, cooked with pink, bun but no onion. The manager came out to let us know it was not our severs fault as it was his mistake and took full responsibility. He did remove 1 of the burgers from our bill and offered to re-cook the burgers for my mom and daughter. We didnt have them do that as my mom and daughter just switched the burgers. We will return to this Applebees as this was just a 1 time mistake. The bathrooms were clean and had handicap ♿️ access. I would recommend you eat at this Applebees 😊

2021-04-02Fast fresh food with amazing service! Kids always love it and eat every bite. A family favorite for sure. Kids love the Mott sticks here the best. The wife and I love the buffalo boneless. Skillets are always my wifes go to as Im a rib man myself!! And for you captain Morgan people out there, the pot of gold drink is amazing!!Like and follow to get all our updates!! 2021 will be busy!! 2022-04-01We regularly enjoy meals from the Batavia Applebees. The food is always good. This review, I want to bring attention to how hard the server, Madeline was working the to go pick ups. She served each car with multiple trips to take pick up name, accept payment, retrieve food, deliver food, etc. Every car was greeted with a smile and a thank you. No time wasted, purely professional and friendly. Way to go! I certainly hope she is paid well! :D

2022-05-26Did not include our drinks when we ordered online. husband picked up order and asked all is here and was told yes. he brought home to us to find $12 for the two drinks was not there. ( yes he should of checked receipt he was handed) i called he told they did not get taken over from bar area. then asked if they can help with anything else. yes seeing im not driving 1d our round trip pick them up refund my card for the drinks. was told manger would call me and it has now been almost a week with no call!make sure you double check your receipts! lesson learned.

2022-04-07Lunchtime was very crowded and we were seated in a strange booth corner . The waitress was excellent . Very attentive to our needs . I had plain onion rings for $10 . Fairly expensive . Drinks were well priced and good sized .

2022-04-08I got to be honest I was pretty disappointed unfortunately. My server was nice, but the food just wasnt it. I feel like Applebees as a corporation has just been going downhill. More expensive (probs due to inflation a bit tbh), and lower quality food almost every time I go there no matter which one I go to. The only thing that was enjoyable about my meal was probs the mozzarella sticks and unfortunately the kitchen closed by the time I when to order the thing that I really went there for. A triple chocolate melt down. My three cheese chicken penne was just bad. Not aggressively mediocre or okay, just flat out bad.

2022-06-21Applebees used to be delicious! Chicken had more breading than chicken. Grilled chicken sandwich was flavorless. Max n cheese was severely lacking in cheese. Server could have cared less that we barely touched our meals.
