My husband and I have been patients of Aspen for many years. Our appointment this past week was definitely the best ever.Debbie and her partner in the receiption office are ultra friendly, helpful and make you feel like a family member. Then on to Krystal, our hygienist. Krystal is so very thorough! She took her time with the cleaning and gave us good hints for home brushing. Dr. Masood is very pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. 5 stars definitely for Aspen Batavia.
I must say I really hate to go to the dentist, but the Batavia office was very pleasant! The staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They employ the gentlest kindest dentist I have ever had work on my teeth. He was very compassionate. Two trips - fillings and extractions and zero pain! Now that is unheard of - but they truly are amazing. They are also very accommodating of my schedule =)Highly recommend!
I had Alexa do my cleaning. She was amazing!! Very friendly and didn’t do that annoying thing other hygienist do when they ask you a bunch of stuff then stick their tools in your mouth so you can’t answer. She was gentle and did NOT hurt me at all. Educated me in a simple manor I could understand and gave me wonderful recommendations that I have been doing since and I’ve seen an improvement. I definitely recommend going to her and I don’t even like going to the dentist
DO NOT GO HERE! I am sure the doctors here are wonderful! However, the office staff is extremely RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. My spouse had a wisdom tooth extraction and had scheduled both the consultation and extraction earlier in July. He had completed the consultation at their Greece office. When we arrived at the Batavia office they did not have him scheduled. She Stated we must have canceled the appointment. Which, we did not. we had both taken time off work that we cannot get back. When trying to somehow get the situation straightened out the receptionist was absolutely nasty! Another patient kindly offered to give us his appointment slot as he was there for the same procedure. We were then told they had no record of my spouses consultation. After, she had already confirmed he was there on the 13th. I wish I would have obtained the receptionists name because she should be fired. Nothing but lies and a rude and condescending attitude. Many people take time off of work or come into a doctors office with anxiety and fear. This was absolutely unacceptable!
The staff at the Batavia office was amazing. I went in feeling very anxious, as I havent been to a dentist in many years. Everyone put my fears at ease and we came up with a plan very quickly to give me my smile back. I no longer and dreading the experience of going to the dentist, but in fact very excited about it. And I owe that all the the team at Aspen dental. Will recommend to everyone.
I really had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone was was so welcoming and friendly. I hadnt been to the dentist for a while and my teeth sure showed that. However, no one was at all judgmental or demeaning. I found everyone the team to be super friendly and helpful. Heres to the team, Becca, Krystal, Dr. Sai, Dr. Tin, Alexa, Kim and Katelyn. Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I was extremely impressed with everyone there. Kim was the one who did all my x-rays. She was fantastic! She knew I was very nervous and she was very gentle and helped to relax me. The dentist was great! He explained all my options and answered my questions. The best of all was Katelyn. She thoroughly explained every detail of my upcoming appointments, prices, and payment options. I highly recommend the Aspen Dental Batavia NY office. They are the best!
Nobody enjoys going to the dentist but i sure left smiling. 100% what i would consider an all around great customer experience... The doctor was very informative as to the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. Also, Marissa the office manager worked around my work schedule which isnt the most flexible. 3 out of 3Edit 7 years later: the work I had done was rushed and way overcharged for. I have since found a new local dentist and the work I had done at aspen was not even needed. Find yourself someone local! Everyone at aspen gets paid based on the work they up sell you on

My Doctor is DR Prasad Eswar. I know his patient from last 20 years. He is the Best doctor that I can ever find. I moved to Cary NC a year back. I couldnt find any body like Dr P and his team. So I come Rochester NY for my teeth repair. Really they are like angles.
Ive always HATED going to the dentist, but with my face swollen the size of an orange, I really had no choice. From my first call, where the sympathetic receptionist got me in the next day, to my first visit, the staff, specifically Dr. Sai and Kim, his assistant, were friendly, reassuring and empathetic. On the day my tooth was removed, it was done quicker and more painlessly than I ever thought possible. GO ASPEN!!!
Dr. Sai has done a wonderful job and goes out of his way to make sure youre comfortable as well as informed. They came up with a solution for me and so far is going great. Becca was awesome at scanning for invisalign with great care (multiple times) while moving the overly sized probe around. Amber was an all star at making my trays the way I needed them. Ashley, Kim, Hanna and all the office personnel were great and always welcoming me with a smile.
Dr. Sai is the only dentist I have gone to here and I highly recommend. He is always thorough and doesn’t let me go before he knows I’m comfortable and happy with the work he did. Becca his dental assistant is great too they always have me laughing and they do a great job.
I was welcomed into the Batavia office quickly and the staff was amazing! They made you comfortable with all that they do and make sure to keep you comfortable. I find their interaction with patients extraordinaryand their ability to explain dental issues easy to understand and delivered with the most care and understanding.
Staff is courtesy an thorough. I appreciate the care I receive here. Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do; so their kindness and caring helps to ease the emotional distress.
The only issue I had was not expecting to spend the amount of money I did for dentures. Guess that comes with the type of dentures I got. But, Other than that everyone was very friendly, helpful and informative. I do like the fact that I was waited on quickly and given different options for the procedures and dentures themselves. I will definitely recommend Aspen Dental to friends and family.
What an awesome office! Staff was super friendly from start to finish! I was personally seen by a dentist to assess my dental status. They also got me in to see a hygienist the same day for a cleaning! Lots of X-rays and scans but I feel that is part of the new and technology driven exam! Thanks again Batavia staff!!!!!
This was my first visit to Aspen Dental in Batavia and from the moment I walked through the door, all through my exam and recommendations it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating, smiling and friendly.I would certainly recommend them!!
Ive been going here for the better part of 10 years now. Clean, friendly service, professional environment, and very knowledgeable. Only complaint I have is the last minute notices of possible appointment changes. Otherwise I recommend them.
The wait time here is always short for me. This time, I had a different dentist cleaning my teeth than usual. Her name is Krystal, and I learned new things about my mouth I never knew before. Also, she told me what she was doing throughout the process, so there was better communication. Usually my teeth feel gritty after my appointments, but she gave me the time to check and make sure it was all smooth. My gums always bleed at my appointments when they floss my teeth, and this was the first time they didn’t bleed or hurt much. She was very gentle and realized that I had sensitive gums.
Horrible experience for someone with severe anxiety with dental procedures. The surgeon started extraction, I experienced intense pain in my jaw and the Dr. disregarded it, trying to convince me it wasnt actually pain. The staff was callous and insensitive to my anxiety, fear, and pain. They instead wanted to blame me for being unable to continue the procedure. Needless to say, I still have the bad tooth, jaw pain, and it was the 2nd worse dental experience Ive ever had. For anyone with anxiety or sensitivity to dental treatment, Aspen Dental is not the place to go. Profit and staff gossip is more important than the patients comfort and needs.
Debbie the assistant office manager greeted me and checked me in smoothly and Katelyn helped me with payment options because I didn’t have insurance and they really seemed committed to making sure I got the care I needed.Dr Brian was soo nice and the dental assistant Amber.
Ok so 5 stars is not enough to express my experience I had with the Batavia office. I was in extreme pain and to start, they got me in within 2 hours. I received the most professional, courteous, kind and caring treatment without judgment for not being to a dentist appt in years. Upon assessing that I needed 2 teeth pulled, I was back there today. Dr. Sia is by far my dentist for life! From start to finish, he literally took care of me and made my procedure like a walk in the park. He not only prepared me physically but also mentally.. I had several shots which I did not feel, he stopped often to make sure I was alright and used gentle yet effective techniques to make the process less evasive and bearable to say the least. He even followed me put to the desk in the end to make sure my return appts. Were scheduled exactly when I needed to see him again. He could not have been more thorough in my entire visit. He left no stone unturned. I do not know all of the names of the girls but the staff are wonderful and caring as well. Such a team honestly. As I said in the beginning, I will never go to any other dentist but Dr. Sia...
Fabulous patient care, they explained everything as they did it (process and procedure) they made me feel at ease. It was comfortable. I had a great doctor. She explained my current dental health and the importance of routine cleanings. I have my next appointment scheduled. Thank you

I made an appointment the day before due to a tooth issue/pain. Dentist took his time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions and took care of the issue and made recommendations. Great service and friendly staff! Visit and x-rays were free as it was my first visit. Would highly recommend, specially in an emergency!!

I had a great experience with everybody at Aspen Dental in Batavia, NY. My evaluation and xrays were free which was awesome since my so called insurance wasnt accepted there or anywhere else in a 40 mile range! At least now I know the procedures I need. All the staff were awesome and friendly. Katelin even went to the trouble to print me out costs and looked into financing for me if I needed it.I was pleased.

Went in for an emergency extraction but they didnt have any appointments available... however they still took me in got me medicine to deal with the pain and gave me x-rays right away. Need my wisdom teeth removed as well and they got me in within the week for that. Friendly staff that didnt make me feel bad about the terrible condition my teeth are in and gave me confidence that they could get everything fixed and get my smile back!

I enjoyed working with the technician who cleaned and inspected my teeth. she gave specific and concise information how well I am caring for my teeth. Her cleaning skills were excellent. She did not try to sell me items I did not need.I did arrive on time for my appointment, I was told there was a 10 minute delay which turned into 30 minutes before I was called in to begin my visit.
Can’t rave enough about the service my son and I received at Aspen Dental Batavia. My son was home from college for Thanksgiving and both of us needed dental services as new patients. We were given appointments with short notice and were treated with incomparable respect, efficiency, and kindness. We needed return appointments, and were seen the next morning! Every person we encountered was professional and went over the top to ensure the very best experience. I highly recommend Dr. Spinello, Dental Hygienist Alexa, Dental Assistant Kristen, and every member of the office staff. Kudos and thank you!

Had a dental emergency. I arrived there at 8 AM and was on my way home by 10:05. They were fast, kind ,professional and took good care of me. I also appreciated how careful they were with following the guidelines for Covid.
All the staff was very kind. The oral suregon was great. He was fast and I didnt feel anything. It was my first time ever getting teeth pulled I was nervous but I felt very comfortable at Aspen. I will definitely be going back.
Dental visits are always horrible for me. I usually avoid them like the plague!! I was due for a cleaning and to pin point what tooth was causing me pain. Lindsay was the hygienist that took care of me. She was pretty great! I usually have two clenched fists while getting my teeth cleaned because of how sensitive my teeth are to the cold water and the little vacuum that sucks everything up. I did not have that problem with her not once! After the X-rays I was seen by Dr Sai. He explained everything to me and gave me different options to the various problems that were seen in my X-rays. At the end of my visit I sat with Cassandra who explained different payment options and future visits and what they all entailed. She was very sweet. Overall my experience with this dental office was quite pleasant. Will be returning in the near future.
I love the people at Aspen Dental, they are friendly and fun. But the last time I was there the person who cleaned my teeth was rough and it seemed to dig at my teeth. It has been a week and my mouth still hurts and my teeth dont feel right. My gums just ache.
Way different than my usual dental provider I use to go to. Went for a check up and cleaning. I didnt receive a cleaning which was unusual.They took x-rays then poked at my gums before explaining that I was in need of plenty of dental work.I was then sent to billing/financing. Unfortunately the expense was greater than what the insurance would cover.This left me dead in the water on getting the needed work done.Unlike my previous dental provider No in-house financing was available. Only outside lender finance was offeredand. So if you have less than good credit you dont receive the services that may be needed.On the up side, the staff at Aspen Dental of Batavia was a very friendly group of folks, and I enjoyed my visit.

The first time i went they were very friendly and helpful wait time was fast and the second time i went a week later the told me wrong information and was very rude remind you i paid all in cash for all my services and told them they are not going to do the same thing my dentist could do with my insurance that they accept and charge me asked for my money back and walked out they was so rude about it. The one assistant kinda curly brown hair shes cool
Went in for there promotion for free exam and xrays for people that have no insurance. Told me I have a infection and pretty much booted me out. Felt like they where trying to get push people as fast as they could out the door. I had questions and she answered by putting her finger in my mouth and pushing on my bad tooth extremely hard for no reason. Only positive thing I have to say is the lady that did the finance was extremely nice and answered my qustions.
I was a new patient the other day at the Batavia office. I havent had insurance in over 10 years so I am needing a lot of work down the road. I was embarrassed by my mouth and afraid that once they saw it they would think yikes or worse! But everyone there from the receptionist to the xray tech to the girls with financing to the dentist, treated me with such kindness and respect. Putting those fears at ease and just assuring me that we have a plan now in progress and one step at a time well get me again more confident in my mouth. They made my experience much easier and Im very appreciative.
Aspen got my in quickly and taken care of. I felt like they actually cared and are helpful with making everything from the procedures to the payments much less stressful and pain free than I thought it would be
I was told at the front desk at the end of my appointment that I was all set and that my insurance would cover it. I then received a bill in the mail for a significant amount.Being given incorrect information and then having to deal with their mistake later on will definitely prevent me from ever using their services again.
The staff calls me by name and is always pleasant. The girl doing my cleaning remembers things about me and relates & interacts on a personal level.Wonderful place.

I went here the other day for an “emergency visit” only to have a ton of xrays taken and a short examination and be sent on my way. I left work to go here because my cavities were bothering me so bad, and I could have just stayed at work instead of wasting my time here. They also told me that I needed $1300 worth of work done and when I consulted with my regular dentist today, they debunked all of that and said I didn’t need the special “deep cleaning” that Aspen said I did. They tried getting me to schedule my appointments right then and there and told me that I should really do the super expensive deep cleaning before I get my cavities filled but then told me not to go to my regular dentist in November because the cavities would become root canals by then?? The office manager was also very condescending to the lady who was trying to take care of my finances. All in all, a ripoff and a waste of time, and I won’t be going to any Aspen office again!
Doctor Spinello was the best. Made me feel comfortable. I dont like going to the dentist. I have anxiety issues with going to the dentist. I wont make an appt unless Doc Spinello is in that day. She is the best!!
The staff was friendly . Unfortunately, the wait area seemed to have a lot of insects and bugs all over. Dont like having to worry about insects climbing on me! Other than that, my visit was pleasant and they were helpful.
I went in to have a bridge replaced that Aspen had done 4 years ago. They charged me $500 more than the original procedure. Of course Im not going to be having the work done by them. Also the original procedure was a nightmare the bridge didnt really fit well and they had to grind my top teeth down alot for the bottom to fit. $3000 for a replacement bridge and minor work on the abutment teeth is $1000 overpriced.
I had to get five extractions done on June 25th at 3 p.m. the dentist and staff were absolutely excellent and I wasnt even there more than an hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Same day appointment, entire office were friendly and welcoming. My problem was handled before I left. I am not a fan of dental work at all, that hasnt changed, but I will certainly return to this location for my further needs.
The ladies at the Batavia location are always so great! From the welcoming up to the moment you leave they make you feel like family, just so friendly and caring. Having people in your mouth is not an ideal situation you want to be in, but they make sure that every moment is as comfortable as they can make it! Thank you all!

I went to Aspen for my 6 month cleaning. I was in & out quickly. I only waited, maybe 5 min. in the waiting area. The hygienist never left my sitting in her chair. I was in the building about 15 - 20. It was great.
Do you enjoy being lied to to have dental work done? Do you enjoy doing other peoples desk job for them? Do you enjoy going round and round about a bill for over a year? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this is the place for you! When they say dont worry you wont owe a cent and you authorize dental surgery to be done, dont get mad when they send you a bill for a few thousand because they dont know how to call/fax the insurance and give them a policy number.Atleast the surgery was fast. About all the good I have to say, but its not even their surgeon, they contract that out.
Not happy at all advertising says they work with all insurance companies and they dont. And even if I wanted to pay for it they wouldnt have anyone there to pull a tooth for 8 days. And then it would be a orthopedic surgeon not a dentist at $140 more
The experience was like that of being taken advantage of. Customer service was not good, they lacked empathy and professionalism. No one could give me educated answers when I asked about options and to be informed about the depth of my condition. If you want wham-bam thanks for your money with zero consultation then I would say give them a try.
I had a great visit, and personal attention by all. Everybody is very friendly and helpful and are will to talk to you, when they are not busy on the phone or with another customer. I love it there, cant wait to go back for a future procedure.
First I would like to say - I was afraid - very afraid. The entire office personnel are very very kind and sympathetic to my fears. I was truly treated with very knowledgeable and pleasant employees in every facet of my visits: from walking in the door, xrays, oral examine, discussion of dentures, how the procedure will take place - to signing on the line for extractions 2 days later. Dr. Lisa Spinello, tried to convince me that the extractions would be pain free = trust me - I really didnt believe her. Well let me tell you, it was! Again, let me repeat - I was truly afraid of the pain I cant tell you enough what a dreaded appointment this was - Aspen Dental - you are an amazing group there in Batavia. Wow - I am so glad I followed your confident & caring lead. See you for my 1st check up later today = and I will be SMILING for the 1st time in years.
Aspen dental got me in on the same day i called. They provided friendly service and effective painless surgery.
Girls at the front desk and girl that takes the x-rays are very nice. But thats the only ones. The young lady that put my bridge in was very cold and didnt care even made comments to me sarcastically about me being in pain and my bridge doesnt fit right theres a big space at the top so food can go in and when they pulled my teeth I had to go back five times for bleeding only to find out they they hit of it an artery ( if The Doctor Who pulled them had checked on me instead of rushing out he wouldve seen it )he lady Who put my bridge in was very cold and didnt care even made comments to me sarcastically about me being in pain and my bridge doesnt fit right theres a space at the top or food to go and when they pulled my teeth I had to go back five times for bleeding only to find out they they hit An artery. Not to mention after pulling three teeth they sent me home without anabiotics without pain pills which I had to go back for and on top of that they send it to the wrong pharmacy so I had to go back again. Very bad experience!!!! UPDATE been about a month and the bridge sticks out past my gumline so food can get in there and its very uncomfortable
I love the fact that I can get a professional cleaning and an X-ray and be out in a half hour. The staff is friendly and the facility is top notch. The TV in front of each dental chair is a bonus.
Worst dentist Ive ever gone to. They took forever to see me even though I set up an appointment. They only looked at my X-rays and looked inside my mouth for all of a second when I showed the dentist which tooth hurt. Next thing I know their telling me that I need so much work done on my teeth with root canals and caps and getting some pulled. Then Im talked to by a financial advisor who tells me its going to cost nearly $5,000 for the work they want to do and to apply for a loan through them to pay for the work. This place is all about making money and pressuring you into procedures, I will never go there again!!
I feel like they are only concernd about money, not really whats best for me. I only go there because they partner with my insurance. I think I will find someplace else.
Great staff. Kind and thoughtful Dental Assistant, Hygienist , and Doctor. Was taken at time of scheduled appointment without delay. All cleanings and x rays, etc done with care. No complaints whatsoever.
This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. It was a pleasant experience and they were very nice and made me very comfortable. I hope my other appointments are as satisfying as well.

Extremely expensive.Did not get copies of papers they made me sign. Did not get a copy of the bill I was charged for services that are to be preformed in the future. Xrays and exam was posted as being free to new patients.
The associates are always welcoming and my kids love their dentist there. Facility is always clean and comfortable, too. I highly recommend for children and adults.
My girlfriend got top denture about a year ago. They were not formed right because the guy crushed in the mold when he forced it out of her mouth. They never fit right and when she took them in, they grinded them down to nothing and told her they were fine. They never have lined up right and last night they cracked from wearing the wrong way due to poor alignment. She called and now they want $100-$145 to fix them!!! Terrible service, terrible product!!! Why is the 100% satisfaction guaranteed signs hanging on the wall not being followed?

Free 1st visit including x-rays... thats a real plus for sure. Latest equipment, friendly staff. The one disappointment was that Aspen does not do all dental work... I was referred to an orthodontist whom I personally would not use.

Have a tooth needing to be pulled told me I got to wait till Monday which was okay until Friday night on my 30 mile f in ride from work my too the had me in terrible pain probably worse than child birth was seriously thinking of wrapping my car arou d an f in tree instead of dealing with the pain makes me want to murder every narcotic abuser there ever was to make it impossible for me to get pain meds at least til Monday so Ium not in suicidal pain. I guess it would just be population control right if I committed suicide
They got me in right away. Worked with me even though I had no insurance and didnt peer pressure me on fixing the rest of my teeth.
Went in for A small filling, had to go through all procedures. Bad xrays and made an appointment for 30 day away.
Simple filling was done quickly with zero discomfort. I didnt even know I got the shot. Ive always been pleased with their service.

I am not a fan of dentist or having dental work done. Aspen dental was relatively quick and painless. Still not a dentist fan but will use Aspen Dental whenever I need treatment.

This dentist office makes me wanna go to the dentist way more often.. before I took a trip to aspen dental I haven’t been the the dentist in 6 years and they made me feel at most comfortable and it was pleasant.

2022-06-01Aspen dental in Batavia is incredible! I’ve been dealing with wisdom teeth/broken teeth pain for about 3 years now and they got me in fast and set up an appointment to have them removed! Staff was nothing short of perfect, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Katelyn was the most bubbly person ever and really helped bring calm into a normally stressful situation. It feels like they genuinely want what’s best for the patient and not what’s gonna make them money. 10/10 would recommend!

2022-02-08I go in to Aspen dental because I was sent a coupon for 25% off and decided to allow them to preform the procedure of removing a wisdom tooth. I get there and the receptionist shows me a price that is only 10% off the asking price. So, after politely going back and forth over this discrepancy the receptionist and another woman pull out calculators and start crunching numbers and finally come to the conclusion that there was in fact a mistake and she would sort it out by calling corporate and setting everything straight. So I pay the price with the 10% off to get the procedure done under the pretext that I will be reimbursed the difference. After I was done I wanted to be reassured that the matter would be handled and asked if my debit card would be needed to give me my money back. I was told that that would not be necessary and I can expect the money I am owed returned to me in the next few days. It has now been almost 3 weeks and I have not received a penny. I do feel I was intentionally ripped off and I have all the proof of this occuring including the price I was charged and the coupon that was suppose to be applied. I will be moving forward to see what else can be done because it is wrong to rip ANYONE off especially in theses trying times we are in.

2022-06-03Dekari was very helpful and greeted me with a smile - which is always nice to see. I then saw Kim who took xrays and was great!! My doctor was Dr. Masood - who explained everything and gave me my options and listened to my concerns as well. I then met with Debora to discuss my appointments and payment options - she was wonderful and very helpful and understanding. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone and everyone - THEY ARE GREAT

2022-04-04Been twice for consults. Terrible experience and will never go again. Ex-ray’s at beginning were uncomfortable and seemed to be a lot taken. Doctor told me I needed a extraction and implant. I don’t think so. This may be their diagnosis but went to another doctor for second opinion. No extraction and implant yet at that tooth. Dentist was ok. Vanished at the end. Thought it was odd. Complained and corporate said they tried calling me. No call on my log.

2022-01-08I’m not guy Manchester I’m the patient Jennifer Tucker it would have been great if the doctor had called in my antibiotics! I went on a Friday ( yesterday ) he never called them in even though I was crying my eyes out n he actually numbed me up ! Idk how he could forget to call in my antibiotics! I’m in horrible pain n gotta wait till Monday ! He was a very sweet doctor ! He made me comfortable n felt better about the whole thing ! Just the non call to the pharmacy had me wondering! 😔😔😔😔 Kaitlin was amazing !!! She was patient n helped me tremendously!!! All n all great but I’m hurting and need those antibiotics

2021-11-27I had a back tooth break the day before Thanksgiving I was in extreme pain not a single Dentist was open after Thanksgiving but they were and not only did they get me in the same day I called they got me in within a couple hours like a lot of people including myself I am terrified of going to the dentist and I’m always fear of being judged or going through pain…. It was a great experience no judgment quickly got me in explained everything that would make me feel better got me done within 20 minutes and I walked out that place pain-free and super happy I chose to go there they will most likely be my primary dentist from now on I highly recommend

2021-06-10First I would like to say I am happy with the hygienist that I have been seeing. She does a wonderful job and is always nice. However your office staff on the other hand is both rude and incompetent. The last appointment I had I waited 20 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk at which time there was a line out the door or the building of other people waiting as well. I had my wisdom teeth pulled back in October from you guys at which time I paid $1800 out of pocket and now (in June) you guys are trying to tell me I owe another $1200. I never received a bill, phone call, email or anything about this bill I evidently owe from almost 8 months ago, and I have been in the office multiple times since then! I was only told about it at my last appointment when they called to let me know I had an outstanding balance you guys never informed me about. I would also like to mention the surgeon who pulled my wisdom teeth was a pill pusher to say the least. I called him multiple times about the pain I was in and he kept telling me to take more and more pain medication and that I wasn’t taking enough and that’s why. Finally after contacting you guys multiple times (and you guys trying to cancel my appointment the morning of) I was seen buy a different dentist in your office who said I had one of the worst cases of dry socket that she had EVER SEEN. Meanwhile I missed almost two weeks of work and was in the worst pain of my life, unable to even take care of myself because your surgeon wanted to keep telling me I wasn’t taking enough medication, rather than seeing me or having me come in. At least you have one good employee who took the time to pack my holes and stitch them shut again so they finally had time to heal. Overall I’ve had a horrible experience at this point with your company. You have a few good employees who care about their patients but the rest are clearly just there to make money and it shows. I will no longer go back to your office again after this and tell everyone I know to stay away as well.
