Everyone just stands around talks or is on their phone and just stares at you even though you’re standing there waiting for help and try talking to them they just ignore you. Worst customer service ever. Not to mention when I ask them do you know if you carry a specific product he says if it’s on the shelf than we do if not then I don’t know. Good job on knowing what you actually carry and you store.
Was treated horribly by an employee. I came in to exchange a broken tool we recently purchased which has a lifetime warranty. The man taking care of the exchange was very grumpy and callous, he was even eating during our interaction. Completely unprofessional. The worst part however, was that once he was done with everything, he gestured at me with his arms for me to leave. Aggressively waving his arms up towards me, literally “shooshing” me out to leave the store.. and I did absolutely nothing to provoke this kind of behavior. Unacceptable.
Horrible customer service old man behind counter mocked me because I didnt know what type of part I wanted.Rude didnt respond to my questions Ended up taking purchase back because I couldnt put part on broke part on my car I was trying to replace.All because of laziness on their part Stay away from this place unless you want to be treated like a POS
**2 years later I went back and things have changed!! Everyone there was committed to customer service and when I explained my previous experience, they knew exactly who it was and promised it wouldnt happen again!!** I looked up the part I needed on their website and it was wrong. I looked in my owners manual prior to going to the store and advised the man helping me, and he said I should go with what their site said. It was wrong. When I returned, the man was rude about it as was the manager.
I had an alternator that needed testing. I wait in line and when i reach the counter. The CSR says I aint doing that today. And then after I am leaving another customer cones in and says i called about alternator testing the counter person says yes bring it right over here. Not very professional but i guess its the neighborhood.
I brought a radiator lost my reciept went back for them to print me another on walden buffalo n.y closer to harlem to summit to my insurance agency. They system couldnt find my reciept but shows on there computer i brought it there and the date i cant get reembursted with no reciept i asked if they could verify to my insurance that i did buy it and how much i pay they say he cant wow im done
Did not have ignition relay for my 2006 Saturn Vue 4cyl. Manager was impolite, suggested that my car was old. Duh, of course its old, thats why Im looking for parts. Auto parts stores are literally catering to people with old cars that need parts. I thought his attitude was very bad. Their major competitor was able to sell me the part with no hassle.
Called ahead looking for headlight bulbs. Person who answered phone said they had many in stock for my model car and could help me install. Drove to store and they said they not only didn’t have them but if they did, they wouldn’t help me install them. Got my bulbs at a nearby NAPA!

2022-07-05My alternator died on my Toyota. I called the Auto Zone store on French Road in Cheektowaga. Their associate, Paul, took my phone number and went through all of the purchases I had made through Auto Zone. He found that my alternator had a lifetime warranty on it ! His thoroughness and professionalism saved me $150 ! Thanks Paul

2022-01-21Attitudes terrible. I was working with someone in regards to a warranty error. The “manager” I think he said his name was dale, buttsInto our conversation and says whatever is not in the computer I’m not honoring. When I wasn’t even asking for anything to be honored!! I was simply questioning the dates and purchases under warranty. We got into a big argument. Worst experience ever inside of a store. I have never experienced such a rude manager in my life!!

2022-02-20This is truly the worse customer service store ever. Except for one employee I think his name was Demtrius that was very helpful, all the other employees with the bad attitudes, no customer service skills or knowledge. Called to her a date on a warranty for a water pump that was defective and needed replaced was told by someone name Dale I needed the part number, how would I know the part number asked if he could bring it up with my telephone number, he told me that’s not how the system works got into a debate with him finally hung up on him. Just throw the entire store away along with the defective parts they sale.

2022-02-14Gave me the wrong info over the phone . When I went In person I asked again if it had a censor on it. he pointed inside the thermostat he said that was the censor. a waste of time and money. He lied to me showed me a censor that wasnt even on the part. I Had to spend a extra $80 at the mechanics auto shop for the right part . Now I have to go back and return it. Never will I go back there to purchase anything.

2022-01-19Very Very rude and hostile manager. White older guy with gray hair. Worst representation of a manager I have ever seen in all my years of shopping. He rudely shouted at another customer while Myself and others were in the store which caused a big argument between him and the customer. 2021-09-21Went on to purchase a brake light and asked for assistant from the older gentleman at the center. He nods his head follows me outside and lights up a cigarette. Dont go in the early morning. Evening has friendlier and helpful staff.

2021-11-12I do believe he was the supervisor of the store, he was very professional, he took care of us as though we were family!!! He put the lightbulb in the force and sent us on our way! 2021-08-09Great customer service. Although I wasnt able to get the help I needed to buy the correct items because they were so busy (not their fault!!) my return was handled quickly and very nicely. Thank you!!!
