A very clean and open store for men and women. The only gripe with the store is that the womens clothing is much more vibrant and colorful than the mens.
I love to buy my clothes from them, especially if youre going on vacation.
The manager lied right in front of me. She said that theres no college discount but when I went to the cashier a few minutes later, the staff applied the student discount.
I would much rather drive all the way to Walt Whitman for better customer service than shop here. Horrible customer service and communication on multiple occasions.

2019-04-21Im a big fan of banana republic, so I hold the stores to very high standards.This particular location had great variety for both women and men.The womens section was bigger.They have a section for petite women.A section for clearance (sale on sale)Staff are professional and friendly.The store is nicely organized.Great shopping experience; highly recommended.

2020-08-31I understand social distancing but the chick in fitting rooms starts screaming at me randomly saying this is not an entrance. Well well theres no sign to say which is the entrance which is the exit. Shoddy behavior. Get a job elsewhere not at this store which is my favorite brand

2020-12-20My husband and I had such a great experience with a young man that worls at this location, on 12/19. I wish I had gotten his name, he helped us order a crewneck in XXL and was so so helpful!

2019-12-02Excellent quality clothing that looks good abc feels good. While on the pricier side, the clothes are certainly worth it. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the store itself is neatly organized.

2017-12-22Youll find the same items here as any other Banana Republic however I only give this place 3 stars because the employees seem unprofessional. They are either seemingly too busy to be bothered or impolite. If an employee is working on inventory (eg stocking or folding) they wont stop to ask if you need help even if you look like you need it. Sometimes the workers wont even talk to you except for the words next, your total price, and the steps to input payment by credit card. You may not get a greeting, a goodbye, a thank you, or even that this is your receipt they are handing you. Theyll just put the receipt on the table in front of you or hand it to you in silence.

2017-12-277 registers and only 3 people working them. Normally thats ok but when its the day after Xmas and theres no exaggeration 21 people ahead of me and the line hasnt moved in 7 mins..... its a big issue! I consider this a form of poor customer survive

2019-08-10This location is a good size with polite staff. Great alternative if you dont want to go into Manhattan. This Banana Republic also has a petite section.
