I was impressed with Jim, Patrick and their crew with the job they did for me - installation of a long driveway and a parking area. They started with regrading and strengthening the base of the driveway and the parking area along the edges. This took a long time, but it is the critical step for durability of the final product. I am a civil engineer and can appreciate the importance of this preparation. This was followed by meticulous installation of 3 binder and 1 top layer. Quality of their work was excellent. It was easy to communicate with Bedford and plan the project. If you are looking for a bargain in blacktop installation, look elsewhere. If you want a fair price and a great value for your dollar, you should strongly consider Bedford. I would certainly use them again.

Our driveway was just finished on July 1, 2022. We couldnt have been happier with the results. Jim and Pat Bedford and their crew went above and beyond what we expected. We would recommend them to anyone.

Watched these guys work yesterday to complete my next door neighbors drive way. The efficiency and workmanship has no comparison. The amount of work they got done between 9 and 1 o clock was just an impressive feat. Then by 3 or 4 they had the semi circle driveway completed waiting for sealer. The oversized equipment they used never impeded traffic as they took great care to minimize the footprint of said construction vehicles. The cleanliness of the construction vehicles also speaks volumes of how the Bedfords want their company represented. All in all if you need driveway work make Bedford Blacktop your first call an not your last.

Had my long drive done last year by Jim Bedford and it looked terrific. A year later I had a very heavy dump truck back down my drive and in one spot the wheels sunk in and left a 1 foot deep hole. I called Bedford and told him about it and he came down and looked at it and said hed take care of it. AND HE DID! There was no song and dance. This is a good company to deal with.

Replaced and extended both my driveway as well as my parents, by August both driveways began to show cracks, crumbling and deterioration. Given various excuses and promises to repair when contacted, over a year later and they have yet to return calls or fulfill expectations and we continue to experience deterioration and an ever mushy and pliable drive. AVOID this company, they provide poor product, do not back up their work and customer service is nonexistent. Would not recommend Bedford Blacktop, unless your attempting to deter visitors as the driveways works wonderfully as a large sink hole.

They just finished our driveway and I must say they did a beautiful job! They worked very hard for two days and it turned out wonderful!
