Horrible horrible service. The manager sign me up for the wrong membership and I only came to find out a month later since I never got an emailed copy, have been trying to get in contact with the club manager but he’s never around or have already left when I get there even though I’ve called before heading out. Have tried talking to him for a price match on the membership and to cancel it since I’m not able to go to the gym but he’s never around and magically blink customer service or corporate can’t do nothing about it. Horrible experience I wouldn’t want to get a membership at any other gym after this experience
Worst blink Ive been to thus far. The problem is that a lot of machines are broken and takes forever to repair. Sometimes equipment is broken and there is never a out of service badge letting you know its broken. The staff is subpar. Mens locker room is always dirty too.
Been coming to this gym for years. The staff is amazing and super nice. It pretty much has everything you need. Only downside is the gym can get really crowded in the evening, but its not their fault because Jamaica is such a densely populated area. Other than that good affordable commercial gym.

Can use some minor repairs, but overall a good gym to go to. Staff is helpful and friendly. Theres a ton of machines available so there isnt a wait to use any. If youre looking for a personal trainer, ask for Vladimir. Hands down the best there. Theres an early morning crowd that is solely there to workout, afternoon crowd is people that mostly come to use their phones 😂😂 but still a great vibe. Theres a GNC a few stores up and they also sell a few protein related items. Downside, they only sell Aquafina water, so if youre picky like me, bring your own!!Update: repairs done

I really like Blinks and this location. It is nice and spacious, and pretty much has everything I need. Its pretty clean, and for the most part staff is nice and friendly. I will continue to work out here as long as they keep doing what they are doing

I love this gym! The brand of the machines are one of the best life fitness so that is the most important to prevent injuries. Customer service is great! They have a functional space with weights ball, etc, is Very clean! Good atmosphere! I gave 4 * because they dont have sauna.

Managers do not know how to justly solve disputes. Managers will call police on you instead of rectifying the real issue. They dont know anything about working out or gym edicate. They allow people to distur

Pretty good gym. The staff always say hello and goodbye and you can see that they work to keep the place clean. My only complaint is that they are always doing a lot of maintenance where the water pressure will be low or the air is limited, but when I tried another blink in valley stream I hated the way they set up their equipment because I would have to go back and forth from one side to the other to do the things I wanted and the staff was always busy talking to each other about nothing behind the desk. I appreciated my little gym more and would rather deal with the maintenance issues then go to another gym that doesnt seem to care.

Thanks to the new staff we can finally work out in a clean, good smelling gym environment. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help out, especially Isreal and Tyheim. They are very active on the gym floor and always giving words of motivation while helping everyone at Blink. I highly recommend this gym if looking for a good workout in a perfect location.
Its a really good gym. If all you want to do is whip yourself back in shape, then this is a pretty good place to do it. It may not have a plethora of fancy exercise machines but everything you could possibly need - and maybe more - is to be found there.
I love that they are open no matter what all around the clock. Very nice and outgoing personal trainers that keep you motivated.
The Blink fitness corporation, are turning into scam artists. After my contract ended. This shady company charged me a maintenance fee. I tried to call the corporate office to get my money back. And to find out why I was charged. And of course, I can’t get anyone on the phone. The gym i joined, told me. That if at the end of your contract. And you don’t notify them. You are automatically renewed to a contract. That’s the most shadiest things have heard. No one can show me that in writing. And I was not told this upon joining this shady gym. Blink has lost money like everyone else, during this pandemic. But they are pulling a low class move. By trying to take money from people they don’t deserve. I have a feeling that the outcome of this will be very big. Like when Bally’s gym pulled a similar low class move. STAY AWAY FROM BLINK FITNESS!!!!!!!!!!They have unprofessional business practices
I love Blink! Its my space to exercise, and let out some stress. Listen to music, and tune out the outside world for a few moments. I have the full membership pass annual. So I can go to any Blink I want to meet new staff, and people around NYC.
The gym it self is great, nice machines looks wonderful. But the staff there is horrible, they never greet you or say bye, only if their boss is around. The male and female staff members sometimes flirt with the customers in the gym and they dont seem interested on helping anyone there. They just chat with each other the whole day without doing there job. Really unacceptable stuff Im the work area blink should really investigate this, great gym horrible staff!
I love this gym. The location is central in the Jamaica Queens area on JamaicaAve. Its spacious, clean and safe as it follows the safe guidelines to prevent the spread of covd19 wu ile practicing social distancing. The air quality is good and there are disinfectants everywhere to wipedown the machines after use and disinfectant for hands. The staff is professional and vigilant in ensuring that everyone wear their masks.
Id really wish they cleaned this place often throughout the day especially now during CoVid. Every time Im there not once have I seen cleaning services being performed on the contrary to the Blink @ Queens Village where cleaning is always being done while youre there. Plus side to this location is that its usually never packed.
Friendly staff. Clean surroundings. Wide variety of options to exercise. How can I forget, the lady and the gentleman who does the cleaning are so friendly and inviting. They make you feel like you are at their house and that they are happy to have you there. I would personally give them 10🌟.
The place is ok. The front desk staff on Friday night is not that nice, they were rude and unhelpful, specially the guy with glasses. However, the lady in the bathroom was very nice and for this reason I am giving this place 3 stars. The machines are also okay, but there needs to be more space for stretching. Also, some people sometimes be smoking marijuana inside on the first floor.

I would very much like to share with others the very positive experiences which I had when I attended there New York’s Blink Jamaica gym for one month. On entering I was very over welcomed with the state of the art equipment.The eager to please and friendly staff are a credit to the gym. As I was an overseas vistor from the United Kingdom. I was a little apprehensive. But the welcoming staff put my mind at ease. The standards of hygiene are very high.I would highly recommend this gym.👍😊👌🏋️♂️🇬🇧🇺🇸

Lots of equipment, especially cardio machines as can be expected of a Blink location. Weight area can get busy though and you do have to wait for those sometimes. I really like that this location is maintained very clean and litter free. Many times however, there arent any wipes to clean the machine after use. I am not sure why the front staff is there, it seems they get bothered when I have to scan in and interrupt their conversations amongst them or those on their cell phones . I would have a better experience if i could just scan in myself , which I actually have done at times. The staff at the Chelsea and Tribeca locations are super welcoming and create a positive environment.

Have a green membership and I work mostly in Jamaica, NY. I love the gym and the atmosphere. The staff truly lives up to their promise of great customer service. However, I had a billing issue and asked to speak to the head club manager and she responded sarcastically as if I did not understand English. She is demeaning and when I asked for the contact information for her supervisor she told me she’s not giving that information and she is the manager and I can leave the club. This is not the customer service this company should be promoting in management. I will be speaking to other members about their experience and will contact headquarters.
Friendly staff, cool gym. Not enough equipment compared to the amount of people during the busy hours. Ask the front desk when is the best time to visit the gym, based on your schedule.
Ive been a member for quite some time and I really enjoy the staff and its much cleaner in the bathroom now but my only real issue is management. The heavyset manager jasmin is very rude and sarcastic, I have watched her talk to the little cleaning lady very disresectful and when ever I come in with a issue and shes at the front desk she is always texting and very miserable seeming. Minus her the gym would be great.
Horrible music, horrible sound system. They have these large diameter in-ceiling speakers which sound like trash. Absolutely no deep bass. Would it hurt for them to play current top 40, good EDM & hip hop? You can fall asleep while listening to the horrible stuff they play. I have a feeling they play terrible music so people don’t stay in the gym too long.
The reason why I started going to this GyM is because it has very good machines, but its useless if you give it such bad use .. a single person occupies up to 4 machines and nobody says anything. one they put a towel, another a package and prepare 3 or 3 machine and so spend more an hour with them busy .. the guys are very nice and good but if that continues well I plan to go somewhere else, and Im not the only one who thinks like that I listen to a lot with the same complaint

It has one floor and that allows everything to be more spread out. The gym is okay and wasnt crowded in the early afternoon. Im sure that changes after 5PM.
Very clean and the staff really maintains the gym excellent! I wish it was a little bigger but they are not bad either! Everyone is really helpful! The Boss is Amazing! People tend to talk alot while working out and they hog the Squat, benching machines and pull up bars! SMH Less talk more work out people. They should have time limits if the gym is crowded lol. True tho
Blink is a good gym. Has all the basic equipment and they offer personal trainers if you would like one. there is no parking and I had to pay for parking in a lot.
Do not go here it’s a bunch of prevs and weirdos that come there . this gym is too small . Most of the work out machines is out of order.. think twice about joining this gym because if you try to cancel your membership you have to pay a big fee which is crazy ..
Dirty gym, lots of garbage everywhere, the entrance, stairs and specially the mens locker room and smells really bad. Dont know what is happening.....its used to be a nice gym. I recently,have gone few times a I just walked in, I turned around and leave.....its really dirty.

I workout here everyday! And i love this place, its a really nice setting. A lot of the muscle juice heads are kind of annoying but other than that its good. Also some of the Staff (Men) are rude. Theres a caucasian guy average height with glasses, and a mustache.. yeah he sometimes have the WORST ATTITUDE EVER:( But everything else is pretty good
Amazing machines and a pretty cool environment. When I went it was ridiculously crowded so hopefully next time I go it will be less dense
The gym is pretty decent and it gets the job done, but I will never forget my first day there tho, picture tryin to sign up with the manager and emloyee in the office screaming from the top of their lungs then *boom* its a hole in the wall by the lockerroom lol i almost left
Really kind staff, if you want to sign up for personal training Demi is the best! This may not matter to others, but this gym smells a lot better than other gyms Ive been a part of...
Disappointed that Im forced to go to the location in person to cancel my membership (I cant workout without a shower after) -- will def. not be renewing when the showers are open again.
I been a member for a year + it was very nice when I got the membership, nice staff,respectuful and clean then few months ago they changed the staff and the lady that cleans she is rude and its always screaming and saying bad words I can expect that from the people but not the staff, also I used the machine and the tv was on and the cleaning guy made me go back to the machine and turn it on when the tv has a timer and literally when I was approaching the machine it turned off... The experice at this gym its not a great one anymore, actively looking for different gym. The city gyms are better even tho they get crowded. i been feeling this way the longest I tried to talk to a manager and its never there, Im sorry but hopefully you guys can fix this if not you are going to loose a lot of business.
This place is very bad, the staff not trained enough to help you, they just care about money. I had a membership , I went there 4 times in 2 months cause my card couldn’t activate properly every times I went a manager have to let me in cause of my card so I decided to cancel the membership, more than a year after they call me try to send me into collections for a year of payment, be careful with this place is very bad they stealing people money harass you and intimidate you by sending your name into collections
Blink took advantage of the Covid19 virus. And decided to charge me almost 53 dollars plus my monthly fee 15 dollars (both with in 2 days) I couldnt cancel by phone had to make a 1 hour trip to cancel. Told me that I couldnt get a refund bc they had been open for service? I wont take the chance of getting sick! So I called. Worst business in the industry. Dont join!
DONT JOIN THIS GYM!!! I never met someone thats part of a staff thats so rude. On March 2nd 7:45am a caucasian male was very rude when arriving to the gym. Didnt care to help with my needs or even put a smile on his face. I didnt get his name. Which is the way you should greet someone when arriving your gym and is interested in joining. If you loomking for a good staff stay far away from this place. If you just want to work out and dont care about how your treated than by all mens join this gym.
The gym is clean and the staff is professional and very nice. The equipment is very good but inadequate. The gym needs a better variety of strength training equipment. They certainly have the room for it.
Just wish theyd update their machines like the newly opened blink fitness..But still a good place

I use about 4 locations regularly and this is by far the worst location. Only location without wi-first too for some reason. The staff is horrible. I worked at a gym for many years and if I was a manager I would clean house. I hate going to this location and unfortunately its closest to my house. So sad
This is my favorite Blink to workout. . It has more space than the others l have visited. .l need to start working out again!!..when l am healed, cant do it now..doctors orders. Its not an excuse!!
I go 4 -5 days a week and its cool. Only annoyance can be the teens that come in and video record each other, but other than that its better than all the rest of the gyms.
Its supposed to open at 5am. I and about 20 other patron waited outside until 6am and still no staff member arrived to open the gym. We were all pissed & trying to find a more professional location!
I went to sign up for a membership, front desk person was very uninformed. He didnt really help answer any of my questions.When I asked to use the bathroom he wouldnt let me. He sure knew the answer to that question. He wasnt very attentive, so of courses I left without my membership.Ill still am going to get a membership from the gym, but I wont be going to this location. It looked pack and smelled funny as well

The gym has definitely taken a turn for the better but I honestly do not like the fat manager lady, she walks around the gym with this snobby look on her face and kills the vibe in the gym, I have grown to really like the staff there and the way she treats them is very unprofessional, I caught myself plenty of times about to say something to her.
Unfortunately the people hear dont care about the customers and the policies are unreasonable inconvenient to the member and hidden fees when you want to cancel the membership
Blink is clean and has a good amount of machines for all fitness levels. Its has gym in every borough to get a workout on a busy schedule. And the price is great.

They are trying to kill people, having the heat on instead of the air on such a hot day its not safe to workout in such conditions, I had to leave today. close the gym fix the air conditioner, then reopen.

As a blink member since 4yrs this one is OK but the music is way too loud for no reason at all everyone has an ear piece today. Even when you have your ear piece in you have to turn up your volume because the gym music is so loud.
Ive been to Blink in Manhattan many times, this is my second time going to this location. And its also near my job.
This was my first day at the gym. So far I like it. Its clean and spacious. Staff seems friendly.
Good place. A lot of equipments. Good schudule. So they have to improve the weekend schudule, more people have time in weekend to make exercise. Close too early in weekend doesnt help.

Con artist! used this gym around 5 times in 80 days, decided I should cancel the membership and they tried to charge me 60 plus dollars to cancel it.
Machines are well maintained and cleaned. Great music selection too. The trainers are also professional!

Blink is always kept clean. The lockers are great although the showers are small but okay.
I always have a great workout at this gym, it is affordably priced and clean with friendly staff.
The humidity in this place is terrible. Theres not much circulation, but other than that the equipment is good and the gym is clean.

2021-12-30Terrible service, I understand they are new to this COVID, SO ARE WE ALL, we have all been quarantined and most likely haven’t had the chance to go to a gym for months. I’ve been a member for so long, will not longer be coming to this location at all, and I will even cancel my blink memership, they should hire more understanding and compassionate people, unlike janike (which is the manager) who pretty much said “walk back home in the rain you’re not working out” when I came with my brother for the second time today, and they didn’t allow him and it was pouring rain, they could’ve done better, specially because they kept charging me for a plus one …
