All I can say is wow! The service was quick efficient and thorough. Came on time and explained and answered every question that I had. Definitely would recommend!
I have a family home that has been virtually insect free for over 50 years. I noticed over the past couple of weeks that I would be surprised by a random roach every few days. After several freak outs, I finally found this company online and they arranged a next day appointment. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I would 100% recommend them.
The representative was very professional and promptly arrived at the time scheduled. He clearly explained options and also gave some insight into the behavior of the rodents, which was helpful in preventing future issues.It’s been a couple weeks since the initial visit and I am happy to say we haven’t seen any more mice. I will provide an update in the coming months to speak to the effectiveness of service long term.

I contacted the office and The person who answered was a kind and professional person. He was totally accommodating, and was able to get me an appointment the same day. I had a Bee infestation inside of my house, and they were able to get somebody out to me shortly after I called. Joe responded and explain the whole process. He was professional but also empathetic for my situation. He explained the procedure, and what to expect after he was done. He was able to kill the whole nest in one shot, and we could not be happier!
The pest tech Joe from Bluesway Pest Control went above and beyond while treating my house for ants and termites. Joe showed up early and was very thorough. Pros: we are bed bug free!The men who treated our apartment were timely, helpful, professional, and kind.Cons: the information was a little contradictory from how I was told to prepare my apartment to what was actually needed. I was told they would be there for me to answer any questions I had, but it was difficult to get responses sometimes.Would definitely use again for the services, just know the customer communication part is a little lacking.
They were so nice and got the job done. After one spray and I can already tell the huge difference it made on my property. I now have them come once a month. The men very great at explaining everything that needed to be done and the whole team was very friendly. I now finally have my plants back. Extremely happy

Had a great experience from start to finish. An informative conversation with the main office who explained the options available very clearly. We opted for the monthly service. Mike the technician called to ask if he could come earlier which was very welcome especially when you have an ant infestation. Hello Pest Control came out the next day and took care of the yellow jackets that were nesting in my walls and getting into my home. The technician thoroughly explained the process and the next steps to ensure they won’t be a problem anymore. So far, after a week, I am very satisfied as I see no more yellow jacket activity outside or inside my home.
Mike came over the summer to get rid of wasp nests and this fall took care of Indian meals flies in the kitchen. He is very professional and I’m glad I found Hello Pest! Highly recommended!

I’m not very happy with Bluesway. I just moved into a condo and noticed a roach problem. The supervisor (although a nice guy) came and all he did was spray the perimeter. I kept calling back to follow up and say they’re still nesting in my kitchen. They told me I need to keep waiting but regardless I’m going to always see stragglers since I live in an apartment building... Instead of coming back for a second visit, they insisted I set up preventative services. I called another company and they did way more than I asked! They used gel bait, traps, and sprayed within 2 visits. They even found exactly where they were nesting and vacuumed. They gave me a 30 day guarantee as well and now the bugs are finally gone. I would look elsewhere before trying Bluesway.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AS YOUR EXTERMINATOR FOR YOUR HOME! We hired Bluesway to get rid of our mouse infestation due to construction being done around our home. After 2 treatments, and one month later, and a hefty bill. We still have mice!!!! Are you kidding me. They set up these glue traps around the house that I swear to you it hasn’t caught one mouse. They owner also has a nasty attitude, you can barely ask him any questions. Now I’m going to have to hire another exterminator to do the work that they failed to do. BEWARE OF BLUESWAY PEST CONTROL!!!
One of the most honest companies around! Called for a termite estimate, turned out to be flying ants. They charged me $125 instead of the $950 price a larger company would have charged me for a service I did not need. Highly recommend!

2022-03-22The companys explanation of services was clear and precise over the phone. The technician, Mike, was on time and did a thorough inspection for mice and termites. He clarified the terms of the contract in understandable terms for my 91 year old mother in law to understand. He then treated for the rodent and termite issues quickly and efficiently. We could have chosen a national chain, but decided to go with a local company. We have not been disappointed!

I had scheduled my service for something that would be very expensive but the person who came in today checked my Gazebo and told me in fact there is more like fly bees and that would be much cheaper for me. So professional. I could not believe that there are still people who are fair, caring and professional while doing business. He completed the job and then did mosquito and tick treatment for my whole home perimeter. What an outstanding service. I would highly recommend this company and their service!! They just got themselves a new customer

2022-08-08Joe was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was persistent in finding the bees and the source. He wouldn’t give up! He climbed up into attic spaces, checked the roof and searched outside and inside until he was finally able to find the evasive bees. We’re very pleased with the service and professionalism.

2022-05-17We called Bluesway / Hello Pest Control when we heard high-pitched chirping noises in the crawlspace above our kitchen. The company responded promptly and sent out a wonderful technician, Joe, who immediately diagnosed the problem as raccoon kits (and possibly a mother, once we saw how they got in through pried-open vents!)Joe formulated a plan to get the mother and what turned out to be five baby raccoons out safely and securely - which involved creating a small hole to access where they were nesting. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism and care, including site cleanup and securing the outside vent where the adult raccoon originally got in.I cant recommend Bluesway / Hello Pest Control highly enough for any one seeking humane, professional animal control in their service area - we will be going to them for all of our pest control needs in the future.
