Factory ordered 2022 X3M competition. Tommy turned our experience from worst to best and if it weren’t for Tommy we would’ve gone to another dealership. Will definitely comeback and Tommy will be our go to person.Anyone going to BMW of Brooklyn Tommy will make your experience awesome.
It was a most enjoyable experience, we were treated with the utmost respect by the BMW Dealer Mr. Anthony Miccio whom was very honest as-well-as professional and very knowledgeable pertaining to the 3 series. We were relocating from the east coast to the west coast and had waited last minute to arrange the sale of our BMW. I was extremely nervous going to the dealership for the sale as many had mentioned not getting good deals at any dealership and doing a private sale would be best. I decided to still try since I was short on time. From my first call to set up the appointment, to my arrival and then meeting Nicholas was way better than I anticipated. Nicholas was reassuring, assertive and made the entire process smooth. He even offered to keep the car while awaiting the appraisal as I was really short on time and was leaving in 2 days. Selling your vehicle is stressful but Nicholas and his team made it a dream! Thanks BMW OF BROOKLYN!
The worst dealership in New York. I drop my suv on a Friday. Then try to get a response from my handler Daniel Dermory. From that Friday to Monday afternoon I left him various messages which includes texts, calls and emails. He did not reach back out to me once, very disrespectful and rude that guy is.

Just picked up my new 330i xdrive today and had a very pleasant purchase experience with Alex. Everything (pricing/details, etc.) was transparent and I didn’t have to push or get stressed to get what I felt was the best deal. I didn’t get a capuccino but I got a great car at a great price! Easy breezy. Recommended!!
If you dont mind traveling and need to buy a used car and want to have a great sales person that answers all your inquiries in a timely and efficient manor then you need to work with Vlad Fetisov at BMW Of Brooklyn. Apparently we were his first out of state buyer and there were many unknows. Vlad did everything he could to get the answers and figure out the process and navigate the entire sale to get the job done. I was very skeptical going this route but it was the only place I could find the car my son wanted. I flew out without my husband on a Sunday and was at the dealership Monday morning before the doors opened. I was greeted by Vlad and another gentleman whom was extremely friendly. From the minute I walked in the dealership, paid for the car, did all the paperwork and left on my 7.5hr drive home everything went smooth and I was extremely happy at the end. I would definitely work with Vlad again and definitely take the journey to Brooklyn. Thanks again for getting everything to work out Vlad. You ROCK!!! A shout out to the gentleman that did all my paper work and Nick as well. You all were great. Thanks Again.
Absolutely great service. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Peter Veress was professional, honest, down to earth and extremely helpful with every detail of the purchase. If you would like to waste time and want the worse service perfect place to go, they had me change my appointment and then on service day they wouldn’t accommodate me for coming in 30 mins early, not sure what makes them think they can make changes but when the customer who’s paying you wants to come in just a bit early they straight up tell you no, first and last time calling these people, not professional at all but i guess that’s what you get in Brooklyn dealership! Sad for BMW to provide this kind of service and hire these kind of people!
Dear Owner Thanks for the quick reply and I hope for a quick resolution. Your dealer has had my plate and registration for 1 month since early December 2021, (now Feb 10, 2022) and it is probably unlawful if not just bad business to hold plates and registration papers needed to drive legally because your staff over paid $2K to the DMV and are waiting for the check. Your staffs demands to cover their error by asking me to pay the over paid amount in escrow is insulting and assumes the worst in your customers and in fact the DMV. Continued holding of the plate/registration is nothing more than extortion......This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I have owned many BMWs and Porsche and every experience was quite decent, as these are luxury sport brands after all and customer service is paramount to loyalty at these prices. Purchased a 2022 X3 i40M in Oct. and was told the plates and registration (out of state) would be take time (understandable due to covid). It is now February 2022 and after various attempts to find the reason for the continued delay I was shocked to discover that the plates and registration had arrived in December 2021 but BMW Brooklyn overpaid the taxes to the DMV and are holding my plates and registration hostage until the DMV pays them for the taxes BMW Brooklyn overpaid! So I am still driving with no plate and registration although they have been released by the DMV. These people think this is good customer service. Have escalated this serious matter to BMW Corporate who are also shocked at the treatment. Lets see how this ends.......... there are many BMW dealers around, I chose the WRONG one. Hope you dont make the same mistake.
I will NEVER deal with this dealership ever again. I ordered a BMW M850i Convertible and was all excited to make the order. Problems from the start because they raised the price after we already agreed right away I should have backed away but I kept put. Weeks went by and salesman said car will be delivered this day and then stopped answering me. Finally I got fed up with waiting and called the dealership to speak with a manager. Manager tells me they took my name off the car without even notifying me and my salesman never even told me. So essentially they made me wait weeks and then told me sorry and hung up. I’ll be going to a dealership in New Jersey because these guys clearly do not know how to operate a business nor do they care about the customer. The manager Nick shouldn’t be in his position because he knows NOTHING about customer service. I came to find out at the end that my car was sold a car I PUT A DEPOSIT ON A CAR I CUSTOM BUILT FOR MYSELF. Never again. Stay far away don’t waste your time.
If I could give the team at BMW of Brooklyn 10 stars I would! Sylvana, Tommy, Nick and Joe were fantastic. From my first call to them on Monday afternoon to picking up my new X7 on Tuesday evening, the process could not have been better.Sylvana was so awesome. She found the car I was interested in and jumped on making sure I would be in the drivers seat. Tommy then took over and worked really hard over the next 24 hours to get the paperwork, the car and the registration completed. Then it was Nicks turn to ensure the finance paperwork was completed and finally Joe who walked through all of the car details with me -- and there are plenty!Start to finish, the BEST team and car buying experience I have ever had. Honest, straight forward, hard working and caring (about the customer) is how I would describe the BMW of Brooklyn team! And the car is absolutely beyond .... LOVE it!
Worked with Anthony who was amazing! He provided information on the car, was helpful and was able to accommodate my many schedule changes. All the staff at the dealership were super friendly!Also the process of buying the car was straight forward, Rodney was great and able to get us in and out quickly.I would highly recommend visiting this dealership if you’re interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
Had a great experience working with Anthony. I purchased the SUV I wanted at a fare price for the new car and trade - without any hassle or sales ploys. Will not hesitate to use them for the next car. Please note on the weekends their storage facility is closed. You’re limited to what is on the dealer floor if you want to take something home the same day.
I had absolutely the best experience at BMW of Brooklyn. I went in not expecting much, but after meeting with Anthony Miccio, I ended up buying a 5 Series the very same day. For me, this is unheard of. It always takes a very long time for me to make a decision and I need to know all the facts beforehand. But Anthony was so patient, knowledgeable and an overall genuine person, that I felt totally comfortable and knew I could trust him. He never pressured me to buy things that I didn’t need and addressed all my concerns and requirements. I left that day knowing fully that I’d made the right decision.I also want to give a shout out to Nick Hernandez who is also awesome, it was such a pleasure working with him to meet my financing needs.My next car will also be from BMW of Brooklyn. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I LOVED my experience with BMW of BK. I ordered a New BMW X6 2022 from another dealership and it never came. After 2mo I got frustrated and ordered the vehicle with this dealership. I worked with Alan and he assured me I would receive my x6 within 4 weeks. I was skeptical but to my surprise the Beamer came in 3 weeks. I highly recommend this dealership.
I dont wanna be repetitive but this place is awesome. Anthony is a down to earth person and very honest. He treats me like family, if I wanna be honest. I can just talk and not feel any pressure or feel like Im talking to an employee. Hes very helpful and very intelligent on BMWS. If you need any work go to Anthony he will treat you right and hook you up. Any problems, I will always come here.
Unfortunately, I was one of the few who dealt with a fraudulent salesman. His name was Andy, and I 100% would NOT RECOMMEND him.When buying the new 2022 x7, my dad made sure to ask for automated cruise control. When asking if the newest x7 had this feature, Andy told him yes. When my dad picked it up before driving out of the dealership, Andy told him yes it is there.After 2 days of driving it, my dad realized it was not there. When we contacted Andy, he said it was because there was a chip shortage, that there was nothing he could do about it and that we just had to talk to his sales manager. He lied through his teeth and told us that all the features would be there even telling us it would be there ON THE DAY OF PICK UP.I am now in the process of working with his manager and BMW HQ.His manager was apologetic but couldnt do anything about the situation. When the manager talked to Andy, the manager got back to me and told me we had NEVER talked about the ACC package. Absolutely horrendous.I expected much better customer service than this. BMW is a luxury automobile manufacturer that prides itself on CUSTOMER SERVICE. This experience we had did not align with what their company stands for.tldr;do not talk to salesman Andy, he scammed me out of paying a ton of money per month for a vehicle that doesnt even have the ONE feature we needed. He was not apologetic and just pushed us to his manager. Other reviews seem to indicate the other salesman are more trustworthy.psa: just wanted to mention that even AFTER the fact of him commenting on this review. I called them and they refused to apologize for THEIR mistakes, shifted blame onto us, and were EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. Avoid these fraudsters.
Alex Lazebnik make this experience so amazing and as easy as it should it to be. I had been with life quality BMW Brooklyn since 2010 with one X5 and 3 different X3. This one took the shortest time ever to get the deal done. No back and for with financial manger and even delivery day in and out and done. Wonderful hassle free experience. No nonsense, I knew what I wanted and got the facts, the price was lower than I had expected. My sales man Peter Veress treated us great. He knew my car inside and out and went out of his way to give me every possible discount he could apply. He made this a smoothe transaction from the moment I arrived in the show room. There was no sales pressure and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I must also mention that Rodney and Nicoles also were very helpful in arranging my financing , registration , insurance and the trading in of my previous car. They should be cloning these professional and not sheep. Peter, your an excellent assest to BMW of Brooklyn and you now have a satified and loyal customer. Ive leased twice through Andy Tse in the last 6 years and had just recommended my future in-laws to lease a 2018 X2. We ended up negotiating a GREAT deal considering we had 3 months of payments left on an Audi Q3. We got out of a bad lease and got into a good one!As for myself, I overpaid in 2013 for the last 3 series convertible hardtop in metallic gray ext/red int because I REALLY LOVED IT and splurged on it. NO regrets though...best 3 years ever LOL. Negotiated a sweet deal with nothing down on a 428iGC 3 years later, and now have 6 months left on the lease.Will most likely look into an X2 with M sport package and the same color-way as my previous 3 series hardtop, when the opportunity presents itself. Andy is the go-to guy! Thats unless I decide to go to a different make, for a change.
Alex was amazing! Literally did everything over the phone, which I’m sure he was ready to kill me, but handle me with care and patience! Pick up was seamless, I was in and out in 20 minutes which has never been the case with getting a new car before! Highly recommend going here for your next new car!
I had great experience with the sales team. I made an appointment over the phone for the same day. When I arrived, a sales person was there walked me threw all of my options and listened to my needs and wants. BE AWARE! This dealership is run by unprofessional and fraudulent folks. I have an issue with their service partner for my lease and they have been no help. Their service shop has broken my car down. It was easy to get the new business and the money but of course now that issues are coming up they are MIA. I would do my research before shopping here. I wish I would’ve.
Being that this was my second my lease, the experience was a smooth one. I called Anthony when I got to the dealership who ask me to meet him around the corner where I my new x4 was waiting for me. The dealership was clean and the sales people were curious and professional. I was given a tour of the x4 while my paperwork was being prepared. This time around, I didn’t feel like I was signing my life away. Overall, it was a great buying experience and look forward to my next lease or purchase in three years.

Our Sales person was Eugene Kotlyarskiy he is an amazing detailed oriented person. You can see that he enjoys what he does. It is always a pleasure to interact with him. He is always available to assist with anything that you may need. We were introduced to Eugene in 2017 and it wasn’t even a thought to go somewhere else for our second purchase. BMW is definitely lucky to have him. I will recommend him without a second thought.
I had visited a few dealers prior to going to BMW. Vlad was by far the nicest most knowledgeable dealer I meet. He took his time and walked me through all of the different cars i was interested, insisted I sit in each of them, surprisingly no other places offered. He asked questions and got a sense for what I was looking for and wanting to spend. He also priced out many options for me which made it easy to make decision. I’m very happy with my x1. Great shopping experience.
Needed help with the computer in my BMW & stopped by BMW of Brooklyn. I met a gentleman named Kennedy & seriously THANK GOD I did because #1 no one but him could figure out how to resolve my issue BUT him & secondly he was EXTREMELY nice & accommodating so I had to stop for a second to write this review so YOU KNOW if you ever stop by BMW of Brooklyn see KENNEDY. Working with Alex from the sales team made the entire process so much easier. He was forth coming, easy to work with, and guided me through the entire process.Often buying a car or a car salesman can have some negative connotations and this experience was the exact opposite. We just leased our 4th BMW with BMW of Brooklyn and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! This time we leased a beautiful X4 that Eugene, our same salesperson since our 1st lease, suggested since he knew we would love it and he was right! We developed a relationship with him over the years that’s special and beyond. His team is so professional & made sure when we arrived to sign the papers, everything was all in order & our new car was ready! We sat with the BMW Genius to go over a few features that we weren’t aware about and that was so informative. So throughout our whole experience, many of the other salespeople came over to say hi. Everyone is so friendly. It’s a very friendly atmosphere. Oh we also got an amazing price for our lease. We felt like truly valued customers & friends. At the end of the day, that’s all you can ever want from a dealership!
Unfortunately, I got into a car accident where my car was totaled and I needed a car right away. I came in interested in a BMW certified used car and was hesitant as I never bought used before. I can’t say enough about Safrina. Not your typical car salesperson. Very low pressure. She knows what she is selling and why you as the buyer are there. After all, repping The Ultimate Driving Machine requires a different mindset which Safrina posesses. As soon as i saw the ad i fell for the car and i knew it was a good deal so she guided me through the process, allowed me to spend time with the vehicle on a frigid night, then kept in close touch while the process unfolded. I loved doing business with her and would recommend anyone in the market for BMW make the trip to Brooklyn and see her.Financing wasn’t hard either and their manager Rodney helped me through the process as well. Pretty painless AND he shared his cashews with me!All in all, one of my best car buying experiences ever and it was made clear the relationship does not end when i roll out of the driveway with what is probably the best automobile i have ever bought.
Incredible sales experience at BMW of Brooklyn! The entire team including Nick, Ray, Anthony, and Brian provided for an exceptional process. Coming from CT, they were able to process most items via email, so that way I was able to drive to Brooklyn once and leave with the new car that same day! The vehicle was very appropriately priced, certified as part of BMWs thorough inspection process, and detailed for my arrival. Very down-to-earth group, easy to communicate with, and easy to work with. Recommend their sales dealership!
I recently leased a car from BMW of Brooklyn and I worked directly with the manager, Nick Hernandez, who I highly recommend. From beginning to end, Nick was available to my every question and worked out a figure that worked for me without having to haggle him too much. He told me from the beginning he would take care of me, and he did just that. I explained that Ive been shopping and getting the run around every where I go. He assured me he would handle everything and he did just that. This isn’t my first lease, and Ive had dealt with many people when buying a car, the process at BMW of Brooklyn, with Nick and his guys, was flawless and I was impressed with every detail. He made good on every promise he made and I will recommend him to every person looking for a BMW. Glad to have finally found a place that I know I’ll return to in 3 years looking for Nick. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. We traveled 1hr thinking that we are going to drive out with our car..but last minute issues which could have been avoided surfaced. We tried to provide workaround which most dealers would have accepted but no nothing moved these guys. We are deeply disappointed with the way we were treated. Now we see that the car we had decided was marked sold almost immediately. Looks like they were already planning to sell it to another customer. This kind of underhanded dealing is what happens when u trust the agent to take care of u. The manager was acting high handed and did not accept any deal. Absolutely worthless visit
I visited a few dealers in my search, had some expectations that a few dealers fell a little short. Not the worst in the world. Then I met Nick H and shahid and the team at BMW OF BROOKLYN!!!! I felt like I knew them all forever. Being a women, and a mother I had my reservations on bringing the kids to the dealer, but I had no choice. I now feel like a member of the BMW of Brooklyn family!!
I used to dread the process of leasing until I was referred to Alex L. at BMW of Brooklyn. He really made my entire leasing process seamless AND enjoyable. I truly feel that because of him I did not settle for anything less than the best. He helped me custom build my X1 and went above and beyond with answering my unceasing questions. From my initial conversation with Eugene, my expectations were managed professionally and courteously.Picking up the car was a lot of fun. I recently picked up a new 5 series. I keep coming back here because of the great deals I always get. The other reason is the staff. This dealership has the friendliest, most accommodating staff (I have been to a lot of dealerships BMW and non-BMW). Its a wonderful feeling when other salespeople strike up a conversation with you on the showroom floor even though they know you are already working with someone else. This is the feeling of warmth, friendliness and appreciation. By far, BMW of Brooklyn has the best staff and best pricing. I highly recommend them. Best dealership!
Working with BMW of Brooklyn was a very professional, helpful and engaging experience. It took a little bit of time working through an issue with my insurance company, but all was resolved and successfully completed. Overall, It was a worthwhile experience and my hope is that the car will be as well.
Went to the dealership looking at one vehicle, met Juan, who was the most mild mannered salesman I have ever met. He allowed us to see as many vehicles as we were interested in seeing. Answered all our questions and in the end found a BMW that my wife loved and bought it! Juan made the entire experience smooth! Would highly recommend Juan and the dealership for its awesome pricing.
I was a little afraid of using this company due to the fact they only had A 3 star rating. We did run into a bit of a rough patch throughout my process and I thought “well there you go”. But I can say this although I was upset; I appreciate the hoops the manager Nick R went to try and rectify the situation and make me happy after a disappointing blow. He kept his promise and all was well in the end. I want to say thank you to Eugene K and the pretty lady ( so sorry I forgot your name) who stepped into a position to complete my deal as I traveled hours by bus to buy a car. Thank you guys so much and I am very happy with my car.

Went in to compare the X3 models with my current RDX A-Spec and came across a sales rep who asked me what I was interested in. I explained to him that I was interested in retainaining Performance, Style and Comfort (such as dual passenger power and heated/ventilated seats, Panoramic Roof, AWD etc) where my amenities are matched and potentially exceeded and so we began speaking about the X3M. We spoke about numbers lightly and I was very enthusiastic about learning more and when I asked him what came in the package, he repeated to me once more what are you interested in !?I also asked him about performance and thats where he simply stated a bigger engine. At this point I was expecting more information such as WHP, Engine Displacement etc as I sat there, staring at him,expecting for him to say more but got nothing.So after not letting the nuisance of him asking me the same question multiple times get to me and simply not engagine in conversation with me regarding powertrain and specs, I decided to move on. I mentioned to him that I was interested in the vehicle and wanted to know what kind of options came in the X3M and guess what he said? What are you interested in 🤦🏻♂️The conversation was going nowhere fast and my excitement into a potentially new vehicle was swept right under the carpet with a very dull connection. Im buying my truck elsewhere.

I signed paperwork for a deal that was agreed upon and when I came in the next day to finish off the paperwork they raised the price by $50/month on a new lease without any explanation. Additionally, it was agreed upon that at the end of the lease of my old car they would take on the additional charges. A week later I get a bill from BMW of Brooklyn for $1000. Do NOT do business here. They are a SCAM of a dealership that have NO LOYALTY to their customers!

I bought a CPO from Life Quality and the process was great. Vlad was the sales manager and he was honest, helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly! Ive been at 4 BMW dealerships throughout my hunt for a car and the salesmen havent been nearly as nice or genuine. (Until Vlad.) Had a great first BMW buying experience. Derick Canarte was straightforward and answered any questions I had. I had a financing prequalifying offer walking in and he did not do anything to pressure me away from it. If you want a straight to the point experience, BMW of Brooklyn is the way to go.
Just the facts. Wanted to purchase an X6 cpo. Was told my credit app was approved and to send the insurance binder over. I did that. When I went to pick up the car they claimed that the bank lowered my approval amount. They claim this has never happened. Finance manager should have told me this prior to me making the trek to Brooklyn to pick up the vehicle.

He comes off as your friend during the buying process but when it comes to signing the deal he will CHANGE the lease agreement! Do not do business with this dealership. NICK is aggressive and sneaky. I left the dealership and went to bmw of MANHATTAN instead. The people there are loyal and professional unlike BROOKLYN. SCAM artists.

Terrible experience in this place, made a reservation for 11am, been waiting for 30 minutes still no one take care of us. I have to go to room by myself asking for help.And then they just randomly send someone to help,but the guy doesn’t seem like he is doing his job.Last thing, the appointment that we made is test drive the car but then they told me the car that I wanted, “someone pay deposit for it, but we have similar blah blah blah”. Really didn’t expect BMW play trick like this...

I have had the worst experience in this dealership on my first visit today.I made an appointment with Anthony.M for a viewing for an X3 i was interested in leasing. Prior to my arrival I followed up with Anthony to ensure the vehicle was available since I was 20 miles away. I was told that the vehicle was still available and would be notified if it was sold.Upon my arrival I test drove the vehicle and noticed higher mileage then advertised. I asked Anthony if it was the same vehicle that I had inquired about and had been given a quote on. To my surprise Anthony replied that the vehicle I was interested in had been sold and this vehicle had exactly the same features. After the bait and switch I tried to negotiate a better deal since it was not the exact vehicle I wanted. To add insult to injury Anthony was very rude and unprofessional by telling me that I had wasted my time driving 20 miles if I wanted to negotiate because he had given me the best deal possible. I then attempted to explain that the vehicle had more mileage but, I was interrupted and told to let him speak first. I was offered no other options and felt like Anthony was not interested in my business. I am currently on the last month of my lease and considering leaving BMW due to this terrible experience.

Exceptionally disappointed. Had the oil change done under the warranty last year. Discovered the undercarriage cover was left off. Notified them of the error. They said part had been ordered. It never arrived. Left numerous messages but messages were never returned. Had BMW of NA correct problem through another dealership.
This is my first car and I went with Bmw of Brooklyn. Dealerships can be very intimidating but working with Andy he was very helpful. Not aggressive and willing to work with you unlike other agents. Bmw of Brooklyn will offer you the best deals - better than any leasing agents out there. I worked with Andy for about a week. He offered me a competitive deal that no one else can come close to. Andy was absolutely fantastic.
This place is just terrible. I happened to stop by on a Monday afternoon to look at a 7 series since my current lease is coming to an end soon. I walked in the door and was absolutely ignored. Not a single person came up to me for over 15 min. Finally I asked a salesperson if they had any 7 series sedans I could look at. He hollared at someone in the back and promptly responded with a no. Thats it. Just no. Not an explanation or an offer to set up a test drive. Not even an attempt to sell me on something else. Just no and off he went, back to cleaning up his desk. Ive never felt so unwelcome in a car dealership. Obviously I will not be purchasing anything from this place. Time to visit the Queens or Long Island dealerships I guess.

After conducting months of research, I finally found the BMW I was looking for at the right price. Since I live in PA I would normally never travel to Brooklyn, NY. However, after corresponding via email and phone with Kaz (Sales Associate) and Craig (Pre-Owned Mgr.) I was so impressed in the way they handled themselves, I felt at ease and interested in dealing with them both right from the begining. Because of their straight forward approach (No BS at all) I was able to purchase the vehicle unseen except for online photos.. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted in a professional manner from everyone including the receptionist. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful. We really liked our salesman Juan. The car was great and they did all the little touch ups as promised befire we picked the car up. My 4 star review and not 5 is because the dealership does not allow wire transfers to pay for a car. Yup...even knowing our bank was USAA they wouldnt do it. Other than that we had a good experience and we love the car.
I recently came in from out of state to look at a CPO car you had on your lot. At first when I called in I requested to speak directly with the CPO manager due to the fact I was traveling and didn’t want to have any issue. I had intentions on leaving that day with the car if all went well. Needless to say that was a huge waste of time because the guy was clueless. He barely knew his own inventory and it felt like it was his first time speaking to someone on the phone. I was not looking for a bargain, I can see the car was very fairly priced (why would I make the trip if it wasn’t) It was almost like the guy didn’t want to sell me the car. After time, I couldn’t get the car out of myhead and wanted to give it another shot which was when I spoke to what I imagine was his manager, who was a breathe of fresh air- the guy could speak. He apologized for my experience and offered me as much help as he could, even going to the extent of giving me his personal cell number. If your going to do business with these guys just make sure you have help from someone who knows what they’re doing right from the start.
A number of years ago when we decided to change from Mercedes to BMW, we went to Life Quality and almost left immediately. The saleswoman we connected with made an appointment with us to discuss specifics of a new lease, but when we showed up the business was closed for a Christmas party. I was furious and when I complained to the Manager he assigned us to Alex Gilkis, who single-handedly turned us into BMW enthusiasts and convinced us not to take our business elsewhere. We are now on our 4th 328 lease, and its gotten pretty quick to order, as we pretty much know what we want. One year, we picked-up our car in South Carolina where we were able to to the BMW Driving School which was really fun. Every 2-3 years, Alex updates us on what the new model includes that we dont already have, and makes the whole transaction as smooth as silk. Hes friendly, helpful, and knows his stuff and treats his repeat customers as valued. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, competent, and knowledgeable salesperson.

I just wanted to say thank you for a great experience . I just came to return my car, and they were very helpful. I stayed in touch with sales man Robert Matalon , and he was very patient with me and we ordered an x5 from scratch and I was driving it in two weeks. We went over my budget, and what I wanted , and in a matter of minutes we came to an agreement. I really wouldnt recommend going any where else. Once you drive bmw you never go back, and life quality is where to go.
Alex Lazebnik was probably the only person in the car sales/lease world that ive dealt with that was honest and what was agreed on was what was done. No “altering” or “ oh by the ways”. HelloThis is Desha Benjamin I am the owner of the 2016 528i that was sold to me in September. The day of picking up the car the transmission light came on I bought the car in to be fixed and i was assured that the matter had been taken care of. To my surprise this morning i started the car and the transmission light has come on again. I am very disappointed and upset that this issue is arrising again. The reason why i decided to go with a certified preowned BMW is my belief was that your vehicles were top standard. I am starting to believe this is not true . I have only had this vehicle for about 2 months and this will be the second time that it has to be bought in for the same issue. This is also an inconvenience for me as i have a very busy schedule with work. I need to know when will be a good time to bring it in and i need to know that this is not going to be a problem that will happen every month. at this point this vehicle is not up to par with the standards of a certified preowned BMW. I’ve been a client here for the past few years. I have to say that we purchased a CPO vehicle two years ago and had nothing but trouble with the car. After a year of headaches with the car we decided to get a different vehicle. The 2nd vehicle also a CPO was ok in the beginning but after a year once again the problems started. We reached out to BMW of North America and after many complaints they finally gave us a credit of $2500 toward a new vehicle. The amount of money we lost was ridiculous. We decided to go with a lease and the client advisor Derrick Cañarte was wonderful. It was rough at first but as we spent 7 hours just waiting to do paper work with the financial advisor Manny. He aplogized numerous times and explained there were appointments prior to us. Derrick kept on top of everything while we patiently waited. Kory was cool he showed my daughter how to use the functions in the X4. Also want to say Ray I believe he’s a manager was amazing to my daughter and sent BMW of North America emails trying to get her out the old car. I was very disappointed with BMW for selling us two bad cars and more disappointed with BMW of North America not doing right by there consumers. Yes $2500 was appreciated but did nothing to the amount of money already spent! Thank you Derrick for all your assistance.

This the best dealer ship i visit the best and honest sales person Saleem Shahid. Always look for Saleem Shahid if you looking for a BMW car he will tell you straight up what you getting and for the car loan he will help you get the best interest rate! I got my new BMW last week from them, as soon as i got to the dealer Anthony Miccio was ready to help me and he provided an excellent and very professional experience, he created a effortlessness and extremely easy sales experience which also makes you feel enviroment of a family own dealership and not just any other business.When became time to set up and get familiar with all the technology and future of the car Kamila was awesome and very knowledgeable, she was very patience, friendly and answer all my questions.When you enter this dealer you feel that is not just another dealer where they only care just about the number but on the other hand they care about what you need and making sure you are very happy with the car; i couldnt as for a better dealer to get your car.
Before I start, I just want to say I am NOT a competitor of any sort in the industry, nor do I have any ax to grind with BMW of Brooklyn. I never met anyone from this establishment prior to this writing and least of all prior to my horrendous nightmare I experienced with them.After being recommended to them by a very close friend who I have the utmost respect for and someone who has probably leasedat least 8 cars from over the last few years......I met with their leasing guy.We had a nice conversation and hammered out a good deal. The car was going to be built in Germany and the time frame was anywhere from 6-8 weeks for delivery.Gave $500 deposit , shook hands, and walked out.It all went wrong after that.1. Asking for a test drive I was told in a few days they would get one in for this drive. That never happened as I had to call and leave 2 messages only to get that test drive 17 days later. Upon going to the showroom on that night, the leasing agent basically did not say much to me. Almost as if he didnt even want to be there because it was somewhat after his hours...Got back to the showroom, got out of the car and he was gone in a flash.2. I was never given a production number from the leasing agent along with the VIN number. I NEVER was given any tracking information on the status of the car being built for me3. Fast forward approx. to week 5. I get a phone call from the leasing guy and here are his words. I have bad news for you. They built a 4-door, not a 2-door...(which is what I ordered)...but the worst part is they were now done building the 2018s.....and were not going to start ordering the 2019s for at least another 2 months. Meanwhile my other car lease (not a BMW) was up very shortly.The lease guy tells me sorry if you want your deposit back well do that.WHAT??? Thats it? He then tells me they probably had access from another location to get me that 2-door but the interior trim would be different. I said before I agree I need to see what that trim looks like). He gets one in and when my wife walks into the showroom ahead of me by about 5 mins. be blows by her and just points his finger to the car and says to her thats the trim. RUDE, impersonal, offensive and so very unprofessional.He never bothered to even say to me when I was informed that the wrong car was ordered...what can we do to get or put you in this 4-door. I never had that option as it was never given to me.When I asked for some type of restitution to this calamity, he looked at me like a I had 4 eyes...and offered maybe $10 off on the monthly payments. I actually had to counter with another number in mind...so he said he would have to go talk to his manager. He was gone for more than 15 minutes. I wonder what the conversation could have been behind closed doors. He came back and started talking about something else...and it wasnt until 5 minutes later I had to ask if my counter was accepted. He didnt even look at me and give me the courtesy of saying yes.... so he just said yes.When I sat with him and he explained they made a mistake, he looked me in the eye and just said sorry but well give you your money back. I could not believe my ears. This is a BMW DealershipSo on a Tuesday as it moved closer to MY deadline of my other lease being up....he said they were going to check on the availability of this other 2-door. A day later I respectfully asked to let me know by Friday and he told me these things take time. We cant just call up other dealers like that. WHAT??????They OWED me that!!!! He said it would not be before the following Monday and the weekends nothing would happen. On that Sat. morning I had just called him and was leaving him a message. Funny how within 5 minutes of that message he calls me to tell me that other available car was not even available!!!I was done with this nightmare!As I said up top, I knew no one there going into this nightmare....and I am certainly not in the business of autos.Buyer beware if you enter into this establishment.PC28

2022-02-10I was all set to make a purchase on a new BMW and had some complexities around my trade-in. I spoke with the general manager, Carmine, who took care of all of my concerns while being incredibly responsive, transparent, and helpful. It’s nice to get good service but it’s invaluable to get great service when you have an issue (a rarity!). That’s the reason I will continue to do business with BMW of Brooklyn and encourage others to do the same.

2022-07-20STAY AWAY. I brought my 2020 4 series in because my taillight had malfunctioned months earlier. I was given Ernie Wan as the service coordinator. Mr. Wan told me the cost was $295 to run a diagnostic. I should have left at this point. I asked Mr. Wan why he would need to run a diagnostic if the warning light is on. He danced around the issue but seemed to let it go. I dropped my car off Friday morning and asked that he keep me posted because I need some advanced notice for pickup. I called him Friday evening, once on Saturday, twice on Monday and I sent an email reminding him that I work long hours so advanced notice would be appreciated. He did not return a single call or respond to my email. I receive a call Tuesday afternoon that the tail light is not covered under warranty because of body damage. There is a dent about 12 inches away. He admitted that the tail light was not cracked by he thinks that the frame shifted damaging the tail light. I asked for photographs showing the shifted frame but there were none. I sent him photographs from my house surveillance camera showing that the tail light was out before the dent. He did not care. I asked for phone number for BMW and he told me to google it. Frustrated I hung up. I then receive a text that the car must be picked up and if it is not I will be charged $179 per day for the loaner. I cancel my work meetings, rush to return the loan and my car was not ready to picked up.Stay away from this place.

2021-10-30Words cant describe how great Nicholas Hernandez and Johnathan are. These guys literally saved me over 1 year of waiting on my dream car. I called every dealership in 500 miles of me not a single dealer could get me the car, these guys had my 2022 BMW M3 X Drive in less than 3 weeks.They took care of me like family, this was my first big purchase out of college every few days i was getting updates where the car was and the day it was delivered, Johnathan and i celebrated as if it was our car. This deal couldn’t have went better thank you for Everything Nick and Johnathan for everything. The car was detailed so amazingly and sitting inside. I literally couldn’t have been happier.
