Absolute Terrible. I have a friend of mine who parked his car at your lot in NY and he has repeatedly tried getting a hold of someone since he left his alcohol on the ground by the gate. The first time he ever called he was confirmed that you guys in fact had it. He has been given the runaround from multiple people since December and has not been able to get any help. I find this extremely frustrating and unprofessional with this company.
Worst experience. Giving 2 stars because dropping off the car wasn’t as horrible. The woman wasn’t super friendly and told me “do not call when you land, request through the link”- so I did that once we were done w baggage. After 15 mins and no shuttle I called and she said he was on the way. Well after waiting over 30 minutes he showed up and then by the time I got over to him he was about to pull away. Fast forward to the actual retrivial - the car wasn’t ready, it was blocked behind 2 cars. The woman wasn’t even in the office because someone else’s battery died so we had to wait 20 minutes for that. Then she tells me “your key is in the car you can go get it”. There’s plenty of other options - use the others.
I was very delighted with the service at bolt parking, from start to end. I was running very late and was going to miss my plane, well the people at Bolt were so efficient that they were able to process me and get me on the shuttle in time that I did not miss my flight with time to spare. Coming back same efficiency, the young lady behind the counter could tell I had a ruff trip and process me very quickly. After looking over me truck and seeing it was just as I left it the nice young man helped me with my bag. I will be using Bolt parking in the near future.
We had a great experience with this place! The woman who works there is extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle showed up right away to get us to the airport and the shuttle driver was also very nice. On our way back, I called to have the shuttle come pick us up from the airport and was told that the driver had unfortunately been injured and we were asked to take a cab from the airport and that we would be reimbursed. The cab fair was unusually high but we were fully reimbursed for our ride without any questions and the woman was extremely apologetic for any inconvenience. She also made sure to have the car ready for us as soon as we arrived. I will definitely be parking here again.
This is my first time using Bolt Parking at JFK. Etzer and Natasha were great. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Located right by the airport and the bus to take us to the airport and then back after our trip was efficient and seemed to always be there when we needed it.
Didnt pick us up at the airport..left scratches on my rear bumper..when i arrived at the location after paying $25 from terminal 4 there nobody there with the door open with all the keys inside everything unsecured if you can find something better do so because this place is horrible
So, you know the sign Bolt had posted on their property that says we are not responsible for any items in your vehicle? That means they can steal whatever they’d like from you vehicle and you can’t prove a thing. We joked about the sign when we saw it but guess what, joke was on us. The morning after picking up my car I went to take my Ray Ban sunglasses out of the center console and surprise, they weren’t there. They were there on the way to the airport and nobody else had access to my car other than the folks at Bolt. Hmmm 🤔! Also someone pried apart my key fob and half-assedly put it back together. You don’t need the key to lock, unlock or drive my car so what’s up with that? I called and emailed to lodge a complaint. Well see what we hear back. Not expecting much based on other reviews. We won’t use next time!!!
We left our car at bolt since the LTP location we usually use was booked. They are not easy to find. They must improve the website. We flew out on Sunday June 20th. The young man that drove the shuttle was wreckless in his driving. His excuse? He wanted to go home because it was the end of his shift. My life matters!
Rearview mirror hanging upon return!!!!I returned from my trip to have my vehicle pulled up at Bolt with my Rearview Mirror hanging from my BMW X5. The Manager on this evening “Elisa” refused to provide her full name! AS A MANAGER! This is the type of establishment they are running. In addition she continued to deflect to issue being something that would be addressed by corporate and had the audacity to insult my intelligence by stating , corporate would have to review the surveillance cameras on the property “to make sure it happened at Bolt”. As if I would drive from Connecticut 2 plus hours there with a mirror hanging!The worse part she wasn’t helpful or seemed to be CONCERNED WITH OUR SAFETY, I had to drive 2 plus hours back to Connecticut with no Rearview Mirror this evening
Absolutely do not use this parking service! My Fiancé and I return from an 8 day Vacation for our truck to be pulled up by the staff at Bolt Parking with our Rearview Mirror hanging. The Manager on for this evening refused to provide me her full name “Elisa” and continued to reference that “Corporate” would review the cameras on the property to see if the incident occurred at Bolt. As if we would drive 2 hours from CONNECTICUT w/ a broken rearview mirror!!!!!! Insulting! This is a FACTORY BMW X5 mirror this company’ will pay for these damages. I will take to ALL social media platforms and escalate this issue.
Do not hesitate to use Bolt parking.We had a reservation and when we arrived the van was waiting to take us to the airport,5 minute ride.When we came back I called when I got my bags and before I even got to the pickup area their van was coming down the road.Drivers are very courteous and I will definitely use them again.
Will NEVER park here again! The shuttle driver was wonderful. Thats it! I always take a photo of my mileage and gas before & after. My car wasnt driven, but was over 25 miles less available gas. This tells me someone was just sitting in my car chilling. On our return trip I called the office for over 20 minutes before someone finally answered. Then I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the shuttle. Not what I needed after sitting in a plane for hours.
Overall decent experience. When we dropped off the car the morning of our trip, their shuttle was not working. The attendant asked us to take an Uber and promised to deduct the cost from the parking fee. Was no problem catching an uber and they did actually follow through with a deduction when we arrived a few days later to retrieve the car. Airport pickup on the way back was quite fast, took maybe 10 minutes from the time I called until pickup. Would use again.
My car was severely damaged on the parking lot with the whole right side being ran over. They recognized that damage was done by them and acknowledged everything, but to recover money, we had to run around after manager. Manager , while being nice, kept on promising to talk and finalize everything tomorrow for about a month. The estimate for car repair through our insurance turned out to be about 7k and we have Honda. Will never park there again and will never recommend this lot to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!
Drop off went fine, pick up was a disaster. We called, got put on hold and then hung up on. Second call we were told that it would take a maximum of 15 minutes to get picked up - we waited 45 minutes at the specified location, right next to where all the airport employees come out to smoke, so that was great while pregnant. Phone calls to figure out what was going while we waited went completely unanswered. Dont waste your time, there are plenty of other options that are worth your money.
Great service. Have used them twice and have been more than pleased with customer service and affordability. My first time here I came in last minute in a rush because i needed to catch my flight and they were super accommodating despite not having a reservation. This has become my go to parking lot for my flights! Short waits for the shuttle going and coming back
Bolt at JFK was great. We left our car for a week and had a quick ride to the terminal. With a phone call upon return, pick up was also quick. Car was in fine shape. Due to our travel logistics, we had to leave some stuff in the trunk and were a bit worried about it. However, nothing was missing upon our return. All employees we encountered were very polite and helpful. I’d use Bolt again !!
They are located one mile from the air port which is convenient. When we arrived in a hurry the shuttle bus driver was very helpful, unfortunately an employee was being trained and had to ask questions that were already answered on line when the reservation was made. It was my first time there maybe there is some disconnection between the actual place and online booking, it really needs to be fixed because it was annoying.
We arrived back from Florida on 12/16 at 6pm. It was raining hard all night. We were picked up fine but the driver lacked any type of customer service. He left the bags behind the Van for me to grab them in the rain with all the huge puddles around my car and the van. Also the attendant that checked me out was rude and took her sweet time checking us out. We were the only people picking up the car at this time. She even threw my credit card across the counter. Me and my wife were traveling with our daughter and we were fine and in no rush. We had no attitudes or anything against these employees. This place just lacks any type of customer service.
Its been a a year since Bolt crashed my Fiances car. They had us get a rental until the car was fixed and told us in writing they will pay off the expense of the rental. Manager Ty ignores phone calls and texts. There is no way to contact them by email and the lot has been closed and My Fiance is out $360 dollars for something they did! Do not go to this lot EVER!
Easy to make reservations. Location of lot easy to find and very close to airport. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. No hidden fees and upfront about extra charge for SUVs. Quick shuttle service, only 5 minute wait on pick up. I would definately recommend Bolt to others and will use again if the need should arise.
If I could I would give zero stars for this place. We went on a family vacation back at the end of February. Came back from vacation with big scratches on my rear bumper which were not there before we left the parking lot to the airport. My husband told the manager about the scratches to which he took pictures and gave him a claim ticket. My husband has called numerous times and has sent emails as well and he never gets a response. The manager is always conveniently not in the office when he calls. DO NOT PARK AT THIS PLACE!!! They will damage your car and avoid you at all costs so that they will not have to repair your car. I will never park here again and I hope that this review will deter you all from parking here as well. There are better places to park (not the hotels) that cost maybe $1-$2 more a day but trust me it is worth it as they do a better job handling your car than this place.
Very positive experience - especially compared to some other places I saw. Very close to the airport and during my visit, it looked like they were running at least 2 shuttle busses instead of just one. Bernardo, one of the drivers, was prompt, polite, and super helpful with my luggage. This is definitely going to be my go-to spot in the future.
I arrived at JFK 10:05 pm after a full day of travel. I called Bolt at 10:05pm. The shuttle turned up @ 10:48pm after several calls. One explanation was there were 11 people at terminal 7. After he turned up the driver who was courteous and professional explained there is only one shuttle after 10pm. He proceeded to do several pickups at other terminals driving several times around the airport. Thus company needs to disclose upfront that there is only 1 shuttle at night and there might be excessive wait time. I was eventually able to get to my car 11:09pm. In all my years of travel I’ve never experienced this level of delay and no urgency to get passengers in a timely manner. This has been a very disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend this parking service to anyone and will definitely not be using this company again
Just not the best customer service. Good prices and prompt pickup from the area. There are way too many lots in the area to not be on top of your game.We also had our air freshener stolen out of our car. I know how this sounds but it was quite an expensive Rituals... car freshener that’s only sold in the Netherlands. Thanks. I won’t be back there anytime soon to replace it.
Horrible customer service. I left my car for 10 days, upon arriving home realized my car had scratches/scrapes that werent there before. I have called 3 days in a row now asking for a manager to no avail. When I asked for the manager, the young lady stated he was not around and he usually comes in when ever he wants to. So disappointed in the lack of customer service.Update: It has now been about a month since we got back from our trip. I followed up to the response the Bolt parking rep posted, guess what.......still no response. I called and they just tell me that there is nothing they can do. Unreal.
Be aware. There is a thief among their employees. Someone took my change from my car while parked. He/she even turned off my dash cam. In terms of their service, drop off is OK, but when you come back pick up is a disaster. It took me more than 40 minutes to get on their shuttle. Just find another spot nearby.
When our normal airport company cancelled our 2 week reservation the day before our departure, Bolt was able to take us. The bus from the parking lot to the terminal was GREAT! All of the staff we encountered were just as great! We will definitely be using Bolt with our future travels :)
I would recommend you park at literally any other JFK parking lot available than park at Bolt JFK.After seeing positive reviews and their relatively high rating we decided to park there for a recent six day trip. Upon dropping our car off and through the reservation process I confirmed that we would be landing at 11:45PM and would need a late pick up at JFK. I was assured this would not be an issue, they were the closest to the airport and had reliable and fast 24 service/shuttle.When we dropped off out car we waited almost 30 minutes before a shuttle arrived to take us to the airport (again we had clearly informed Bolt of our arrival time), to the point when we considered an Uber as we were worried about TSA security times and if we were going to run into issues boarding our flight time which was quickly approaching after traffic. Our shuttle driver was very quick to load the van, was courteous, and well informed of the airport pointing out the new hotel and its features. This redeemed our questionable drop off experience and gave us hope we had made the correct choice in parking service.We were wrong.Upon return we called Bolt at 12:03 AM stating we were ready for pick-up and had our bags. We were told to go to a specific pick-up area by a female employee at Bolt and the shuttle would be there shortly. After 50 minutes the shuttle had still not arrived, so we called Bolt again to ask for an update and see where the shuttle was. No one answered the phone. In fact, we called TWENTY TIMES in the next half hour and NO ONE answered the phone. We left messages, we sent an email, we heard NOTHING. Finally, the same female employee picked up the phone, and asked us all of the SAME questions about where we were (where you told us to stand an hour and a half ago) and what ticket number we had (the same one as an hour and a half ago). She apologized and said the shuttle would be there in ten minutes and that they had been very busy.30 minutes later (now TWO HOURS) since our original call we were still at JFK and no shuttle had been by. We again called repeatedly because no one was again answering the phone. Finally when someone did, it was the SAME WOMAN we had already spoken to TWICE in TWO HOURS and she was again asked us to confirm all the same information. When I politely expressed my frustration I was told they were very busy. When I expressed concern that we had been trying to contact them and had called at this point over THIRTY times, left a voicemail, and an email, and no communication had been returned from them I was told that the phones were not working properly. I was assured she would send the shuttle driver immediately. Twenty minutes later, we were finally picked up.When we arrived at the parking area, the lot was half empty, their office was unattended (most likely the true reason no one answers their phone), and our shuttle driver checked us out without offering an apology or a discount for our wasted time. He was not the only employee working, the women we had spoken to on the phone was in the lot as was at least one other Bolt employee. My car was fortunately not damaged, however, this was the most ridiculous airport parking experience I have ever had. Our messages from that evening and emails have never been returned (now six days later).Do not believe their websites claim to be fast or reliable. They may be the close to the airport but its faster to walk there than take their shuttle. Extremely disappointed and disgusted in how Bolt runs their business and their customer service. I recommend parking at literally any other parking lot/parking service as they all picked up their customers multiple times in the hours we waited for Bolt.
Park here if you want to get your car back worse than when you dropped it off. They damaged the vehicle and wont take responsibility. If you get in late at night, you cant see the minor damage, but they dont take responsibility b/c you have to walk around before AND after or they will say its not their fault. Never again. Save yourself some money and self park at the airport...not as cheap, but in the long run, the body shop costs more. One plus is their van drivers were efficient and friendly.
Drop off went okay, no issues. For pickup, I called as soon I got my bags. I waited nearly 1/2 hour for the shuttle in the 40 degree weather. When I got to the counter too pay they added a $3 per day surcharge for a small SUV that was never mentioned at check in. Overall the $10 a day parking ended up costing nearly $20 a day. I’ll never be back.
Terrible service! When I called for pick up from airport, Ashley told me to take a cab from airport to them and they will reimburse me the taxi charges. She said the driver was having dinner. Needless to say that when I left on vacation, Bolt had my return flight times and flight number AND flight was on time. Big inconvenience. Also would not accept coupon. Definitely would NOT recommend. Very rude and not apologetic for our inconvenience.
Im not certain why or how this airport parking lot received such high ratings. I had a 7:00 am drop off appointment and arrived promptly at that time to catch an International flight. I made the reservation 1 week beforehand thinking that they (the parking lot company) would be prepared for a quick drop off. Instead, I waited nearly 30 minutes while my wife and children were at the airport. I did not want to risk missing my flight, so after 25 minutes of waiting patiently, I ubered a taxi to the airport. I nearly missed my flight waiting around for the van to pick me up. I have used many other parking facilities before and there is little to no wait because they recognize that people need to catch their flight on time when departing. They also anticipate drop off times based on reservations. I cant say that this happened at all. I dont think Ill ever use this service again.
NO NO NO! DONT do it! Charged significatly more per day than told. Car had 3 extra miles on it at pick up. Lot is tiny and there is NO way you could drive 3 miles on the property. “Manager” was unavailable and staff did nothing to help address the issue other than say “man, that’s messed up” Wouldn’t care much about the miles if they were honest about it, but leaving my kids car seats and my vehicle there was a big mistake and made for a terrible return home from an otherwise great trip.
Poor service, never answered the phone called from the airport over 15 times and no answer. Had to pay a taxi from the airport and pay out of my pocket $40. 00 dollars. Don’t recommend this parking lot always in the past i use smart park jfk and never had any problem. This time that parking lot was not available and I ended up using Bolt. Never again bad and poor customer service. Not recommended.
I arrived and was told that it was no longer budget parking but iPark, a new company under new management. Service here was great. We were immediately taken to the airport and the driver was extremely helpful. When we arrived, I called and within minutes we had a ride and the car was waiting for us out front. Highly recommend for an inexpensive, easy airport parking.
We had a terrible experience with Bolt Parking at JFK.Our car was damaged.We picked it up after a pleasant ride from the airport. It had just rained, so our car was wet and it was dark so we didn’t notice the damages and we didn’t think to look. The next morning I noticed the driver side door had several dents and paint scraped away. $800 in damages! Of course Bolt took no responsibility as we had left the lot. My advise, always take before and after photos of your car.
We made a reservation for a 4:30am arrival. When we arrived, we along, with several others were turned away as the lot was full despite having reservations. One family had even prepaid and was turned away. They sent us to another lot that was also full but that Company, Smart Park, made accommodations once they learned what had happened to us.This experience was completely unacceptable ad had it not been for another company we may have missed our flight. Stay away!
We were told to call Bolt once we picked up our luggage and they could have a van there for pickup within 10 minutes. We called at 6:35pm after retrieving our luggage. We were told the driver would be there in 10-15 minutes. We called back at 7. We were told in just a few minutes, the driver would be there. This repeated itself and we ended up finding out several other travelers were also experiencing the same thing with Bolt. We ended up calling to follow up at least 6 times. We finally were picked up an hour and 15 minutes after our initial call. I work in customer service and understand during peak times, it is expected for longer wait times, but I have an issue with a few things in this situation:1) we were told multiple times just a few more minutes without them validating anything2) if they had just been upfront, I would have preferred to get an Uber or taxi than to waste my time (over an hour when we had a three hour drive ahead of us—after a 6.5 hour flight)3) nothing was offered to compensate for the inconvenienceI would never recommend.
What a great place! Very reliable. Close to the airport. Clifford was very prompt and friendly. Thank you Elisa for warming up my car so I didnt have to scrape the ice off when I got back so very late. Such a sweetheart! I highly recommend i Park JFK, and will definitely use them again!! 😀
Excellent customer service when I got back and picked up my car. But when I first arrived. Terrible customer service. My first time using iPark. And Daisy did not make a good first impression. Attitude very rude. Speech very unprofessional. Gave 5 stars due to pick up process. Didnt have to wait long and nothing but professionism.
This is the only airport shuttle service I will use from now on. Great experience! Never waited long even when we first got there and had to get to airport. Once we were back from our trip I called Ipark from the airport and they were there within minutes (literally). Andy at the desk was so helpful and kind. Our driver Warren was sweet and got us from JFK quickly and safely. He even gave us directions on the best route to take to get back home from NY. Great place! Hard workers. Highly rec! A+
Horrible service. The female I encountered seem incompetent. Unprofessional to say the least. This business is a joke! Took so long to check me in and just returned and car wasn’t even pulled up. No sense of customer service at all. Will NEVER come back to this parking lot. With so many more options I chose this one because of how close it was but was so disappointed ☹️
Parked my car for a month. Noticed when I arrived home the left front panel had been damaged. My car is brand new and it was not there before. They said sorry you needed to see at the lot. Make sure you take photos before and after so you dont wind up like me. This place is horrible-I ususally go to Park Plus and have never had a problem. I live in NY and work in Italy and pay high dollar to park for a month. Hire people who know how to park other peoples vehicles.
This place has great parking and great valet service.However, they charged me for 2 days of parking when I parked there for 25 hours. I was on a one day trip in which I parked on Wednesday morning and picked up my car on Thursday morning and they ended up charging me over $50! I tried to reason with them but they insisted I pay $50. I could have just parked at the JetBlue short term parking lot for less money than that.As a result, I am very disappointed with my service from Bolt Parking.

Bolt Parking in Jamaica New York outside of JFK was the worst experience I have ever had with a parking service. I parked my car there for a week only to find out when I got back that one of Bolts workers backed into my car and did thousands of dollars worth of damage. Not only did bolt parking have terrible customer service but they have still yet to admit that they damaged my car. Their manager and workers are sum bags who are just trying to get out of a mess they made. Using Bolt parking for a week was the worst decision I could have ever make and I hope as many people as possible do not use their services any more. They get 1 star because that is a low as it can go and I hope this review hurts their business because they do not deserve to have any customers for the way they handle this entire situation. I highly recommend not using Bolt Parking ever again unless you want them to damage your car and then force you to pay for damages they caused.
The horrific experience began when I went to pick my car up. The shuttle took exactly 26 minutes to pick us up from the terminal. When I arrived at Bolt, I noticed on my brand new car (not a month old) that I had three scratches on the driver side door; I mentioned this to the receptionist and she had me write a claim and we both took photos. She stated her manager ELISA, was not available but provided me her email address.The following day I emailed ELISA, and she stated that she would watch the videos and back to me by the end of the week....fair enough I said.For the last 4 weeks, ELISA has been dodging my calls (shes never at the location and I have called many times; she has ignored my all of my emails. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION!! Elisa has made this experience a horrible one for me and therefore I warn everyone considering this place....DO NOT PARK HERE EVER!!!
Parked at BOLT for JFK. Rise to airport satisfactory. Upon return on a Sunday afternoon o ly one van was in service. We waited 45 mins to be picked up. Car was filthy with road dust and a large scratch on the passenger mirror. Didnt have time to deal with the mirror issue. I would not recommend this service. Low price is not everything.
Bolt Parking attendance I was very polite and helpful.Drive us promptly at four o’clock in the morning to LaGuardia airport.When we come back from our vacation .We only wait for the Bolt Parking van 10 minutes.When we arrive at the parking lot our car was ready for us .Thank you so much for your services.Will always recommend Bolt Parking for parson flight from New York.
Wont elaborate on how mad I really am. Arrived 7:40 pm, got bag, called at 8:05 for pickup, was told to call back in 5 min. waited 10. Called back and was told 20-25 min. for pickup and to wait outside at pickup area in 20 degree temp. Called again at 9:00 and was told 2 min. Waited at least 10 min. more and the shuttle showed up. In car and moving at 9:30. They dont have time to pick you up when they should but they found the time to change my radio station to a language I do not speak.
My wireless iPhone charger was stolen from my car!! The manager said that they where not responsible for anything that’s lost from inside the car. With other words they have a freepass to steal anything from your car. It was a great experience of unprofessional behavior and this was definitely the last time I ever park in this heaven of thieves.
Car was damaged while at the lot. Filled out a damage report at the time of pick up. Multiple calls have been made to resolve the issue throughout the week and every time the “manager” was not there. No attempt has been made by this company to respond or try to pacify the problem. I understand things happen, but to completely ignore the problem only irritates me more. I’m now more irritated that no one has retuned my calls or followed up on the damage report than the actual damage to the car. Horrible customer service and management.
I dont often leave negative reviews as I dont like to make broad judgements due to one bad experience. However I caution all of you to be very leery of parking your car with this organization. My son parked his car with bolt JFK for a week as he traveled abroad. When he came back to retrieve his car , it was late at night , the parking attendant drove his car around and handed him the keys. Maybe 5 miles down the road my son noticed that his car was making a terrible sound and after pulling off the road to see what was wrong he found that the front left fender was smashed in and the noise was from the tire ruber on the crushed n metal from the fender.My son called Bolt immediately after this discovery and was told that the manager would not be back in the office until the morning and to call her then. This is when the run around began and continues on to this day almost 2 weeks later. When they finally spoke to my son they said that he had to drive the 2 hours back from his college in Connecticut to file a report. This could not be done online or by phone but had to be done in person. My son drove the 2 hours back, the manager was not there and all he had to do was provide a phone number and contact info. He was promised that the manager would call him back that day.. This still has not happened again almost 2 weeks later.Bottom line... dont park there!!!.. The staff is careless and unconcerned about your car or for you as a customer. Customer service does not exist and their management turns over quickly and is not on site most of the week.I am not sure what will happen but now its up to the lawyers to try and get some kind of response from this wretched group.Please...please...please.... take my word on this there are better options when wanting to Park at JFK
They fail to disclose upfront that they charge extra for ANY SUV, and they charged me an extra $3/day for my honda cr-v, which is shorter , and takes up less space than a sedan. False advertising, and poor customer service. I called the manager multiple times, and sent multiple emails, no response. I will dispute with my cc. Shop around, you can find cheaper parking lots with the same service/hrs.
I will never use this place again. Disastrous shuttle. It took AN HOUR for them to pick me up from the terminal, in the middle of the day - and after 5 phone calls, each where they said it would be just a few more minutes. the shuttle that first arrived HAD NO ROOM for us - and said it would be back in 6 mins. It took another 25 mins. Disaster. If they were straight w/ us I would have just taken a cab, but they kept (falsely) saying it would be just a few more mins. The people were nice but who wants to wait at the terminal for an hour???
Most important thing: the pickup buses run frequently so you never have to wait long. And it is a fairly short ride between the lot and JFK.Its not a very big lot. And the toilet is just a port-a-potty. But the staff is friendly. Remember though to always get a coupon because the normal rate is expensive.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE! I left a winter coat and boots tucked behind the drivers seat, and they were stolen when I returned on Dec 29! The car was not broken into, and there was no sign of entry leading me to believe that one of the employees stole it since they had the keys to the car. The manager, Andy, was ENTIRELY unhelpful. I filed a claim and was told that I would be contacted by corporate. I called several times to speak with Andy, he told me they are not responsible for any stolen property and that they would review the tapes. I called again last week and was told that Andy would call me back, I am still waiting for that call. It is now January 22nd and I have heard NOTHING from them. What horrible business, do not use them!!!
Absolutely worst service ever! waited 45 minutes for van at parking lot to get to terminal. i missed my flight! I asked driver who go to JetBlue terminal first but didnt care or say anything! Moreover, they packed the van so much there werent enough seats for everyone and a customer had to stand on bus, which is illegal!
BEAWARE! they park your cars on random streets when their lot is full..and charge you for that!! They are scammers! DO NOT park your cars with them... one of the guy who works for them is a thief and stole things from my car. They parked my car on a local street near Super8 hotel and when I questioned them about missing things from my car and why was it parked on random street (with picture proof) they started to get disrespectful and aggressive... SHAME ON THEM!! I will report to the consumer affairs also...
We came here after our prior airport parking was overbooked. When we walked in, we were asked if we had a reservation. The woman at the desk said we are not taking walk-ins at this time. We told her that there was availability according to the website online (and plenty of spots in the lot). She asked us our departure date and then again she said, we are not taking walk-ins. So, basically if we were to log in online and reserve it, then it would be ok, but you wont help us? Ok - we will take our business elsewhere.
So far.I initially thought I would park at the airport lot, then I saw the rates. In a rush, and a car, I called a friend who found this place highly rated.There are many lots to choose from, this lot is about as close as you can get and cost to service ratio is wonderful. There are cheaper lots, but not lots you should park.Give these guys a try, and remember to turn off your parking lights.
New charges come up after u already have ur confirmation, and ur checking in ur car right before flying so there is no time to argue or change that.they have only 1 shuttle and he has to pick up from all airports so figure in some time when you leave and when you arrive.
BOLT Parking? NEVER AGAIN!!We have been long-time customers of both Bolt Parking locations - LGA and JFK, but the service at JFK spot has been drastically decreasing over the last few months and finally came down to something totally unacceptable. We came back from a trip last week and called JFK # for pick-up and were told the van driver was at one of the terminals and he would come to pick us up in a few minutes. 20 minutes later we called again and were told the van got into an accident and another van was sent to pick us up 10 minutes ago! after half-hour we called again and were told that nobody is coming to pick us up and we should take a taxi to come and get our car... This is unheard of... We wasted an hour waiting outside the terminal, which could have been easily avoided had they told us at the beginning to get a taxi and come get the car...and finally, the bill for 3 days and 4 hours (including delayed return) came to $99 - evident increase in price for the service that completely lacks any marginal quality.
Great alternative to parking at the airport or taking public transportation. The staff was polite and friendly and the shuttle service was clean and timely. The shuttle was waiting for me when I arrived to park and was also waiting at the terminal when I exited the airport. Will use in the future!

2022-06-12Used them to park our car at JFK May 2022 for 10 days. Car was clearly damaged on their lot. See picture. Won’t return emails. Damage was acknowledged by their staff. Will file a small claims court just to hold them accountable. How hard can it be to not wreck your car when that’s what you do for a living. Many other reviews with similar problems. EWR next time. Park myself!

2022-02-16Parked here on Jan. 8, 2022 thru Jan. 15, 2022 because it said safe and secure with 24 hr. cameras. When we arrived back at the lot and I noticed my new car had been hit by another. A small dent and paint chip was noticed immediately. I filed a claim with BOLT Parking and 1 month later nothing has happened. Every time I call I get a different name. No stars from this review! Time for an Attorney.

2022-07-03I left my car with them for 2 weeks. It was in perfect condition when we left it at the lot. When we picked it up we saw it was scraped in the back. We reported it to the agent who took a photo of the damage & said this could have occurred when they move cars around the lot. He said he would send the photo to his supervisor (Mike) who was to contact me. I made several calls & sent emails but there has been no response

2022-04-16DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I booked a reservation, and when we arrived, they immediately told us that they were booked and not accepting any reservations. I even called 6 hours prior to arriving to make sure we were good and they assured us that we were reserved. They didnt charge us when I booked the reservation, so I should have known better. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

2022-06-09Service was good, you drop the car, they take you to the airport right away, you return, you call them and they pick you up right away. the problem is the price. I booked the online reservation for 17 days and the reservation fee was $579.00. After returning from our trip and not sleeping 25 hours and I did not have the original receipt,the man tells me total price is $919.00.I was too tired to argue with the person. The bottom line is if you want to pay almost double to what the agreed price is supposed to be, bolt parking is for you.post script....filed complaint with NYS Attorney general office for price gouging. contract says 3 dollars a day extra for truck so thats 51 dollars not $289. nyc consumer affairs contacted me about my complaint . they notified bolt parking, bolt parking reaches out to me and refunds me approximately $318.00. the man said they should have charged me 3 dollars a day, not 20 dollars a day.

2021-11-23These guys are the best. I arrived from Tampa FL. The change in weather was drastic and I was dreading having brought no coat with me and having to drive a freezing car. To my delight, the crew here had my car on and the heat on. But the warmth was really in being picked up by Toni, so nice, polite and so helpful and being received with a Welcome back from the ladies at the office. Such a wonderful experience. Book Bolt!
