This is the first vet I’ve went to where I’ve actually left feeling super confident & happy because they genuinely care about my pup. They know her by name each time we pop in & they all make her feel super welcome & comfortable. They take such good care of my girl each time we visit! I’ve seen a few doctors there so far & I’ve yet to have even a slight issue with any of them. I am so so so relieved to have finally found my forever vet !
I had a great experience with my dog Sadie at Bond Vet! Upon entering the facility, I was amazed at how clean and aesthetically pleasing the office was. They even have a treat bar for the dogs! I had made an appointment online so we were taken to an exam room as soon as we arrived. Dr. Peña and Tina took such great care of Sadie and treated her as if she was their own. Dr. Peña is very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that I had. You can really see that everyone who works there genuinely loves animals! I appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling (we had to reschedule last minute a day before the appointment). I’d definitely come back to Bond Vet and recommend this place to all of my fellow pet owner friends!
I brought my dog here in desperate need of attention on her ear for an ear infection. They were so attentive and very knowledgeable, the doctor was fantastic. Although, I did not catch his name. His nurse(or assistant) was named Gabby and she was a sweetheart. They really helped me and I think reasonably priced! I think I may have found my new vet :) 10/10 highly recommend.
Dr. Weisberg’s excellent! My Tzu gal has had vomiting issue since she was a pup; all her former primary vets never prescribed anything that cured that prob until she saw Dr. Weisberg, who prescribed an over-the -counter med, which worked wonders! My Tzu gal stopped on & off vomiting after 16 & half yrs!!! Always ask Dr. Weisberg for your fur babies!!! The best choice!!!
This place is amazing, the whole staff was great and so loving towards our pet. So affectionate, caring and gentle I was overly impressed with my experience. The way they dealt with our little Boots was amazing. The environment was so clean, neat and calming. I also believe their prices were reasonable, if your pet is not well or something I higher reccomend this place. You wont be disappointed.
Everyone on staff here is amazing. They really take time with you and your pet and the vet was very knowledgeable. It doesnt feel like a normal vet office. It is warm, welcoming, and very clean. I highly recommend them.
This was the best experience with a Vet we have ever had. They took us right away after calling the office. No wait time since we had an appointment. The actual building itself was spotless and very welcoming. We received 2 follow up calls after our appointment checking in on our pet followed up with emails, and lab results within a day. Highly recommend, Bond Vet took the stress out of a stressful situation.
My first time visiting Bond Vet and it was fantastic. I called in the early afternoon and was able to get an appointment for my dog later that same day. Check-in upon arrival was quick and easy. The reception area was clean and welcoming. The receptionists were friendly and professional. Dr. Pena and the vet tech were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to put my dog at ease and gaining his trust before examining him. They were very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Now that he is an established patient, I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you for making our first visit at Bond Vet a great one.

I could not have been happier with my first experience at Bond Vet. I was able to get a same day appointment and the entire team was so kind and attentive. They took great care of my puppy and even followed up with me after the appointment. I would highly recommend Bond Vet to anyone and will definitely be back!
Quincy’s regular vet could not see him for days- so I brought him to Bond Vet- walked in no appointment, everyone could not have been kinder. The waiting room was clean, large and accommodating for pets and people. Quincy needed an urgent procedure for an infection and it was done immediately. We were in and out in under an hour! The doctor was so thorough and went over everything including lab results done on site and it’s cost before proceeding with the procedure so there were no surprises! I have changed vets and will bring my 2 dogs and cats to Bond Vet from now on. I am telling everyone to use Bond Vet.
Great and attentive staff! They saw my cat the same day I call for the appointment and they were awesome with taking care of him. The prices were better then the vet I normally go to. I would absolutely go again when my cat needs vet.
I was recommended to this facility by a friend. I wanted to give this place a try in hopes of finding a reliable urgent care facility for my 3 dogs in cases of an emergency. First of all, this facility is NOT an urgent care and they DO NOT take walk ins. I’m not sure why they advertise themselves as an urgent care if they don’t take walk-ins. I had an emergency with one of my dogs and they refused to see him. I even called the facility before hand and they told me to come in, only to be told that they can’t accommodate my pet. I’ll be sticking with my primary vet for now on.
Hi- I’m a new puppy parent and recently switched providers due to concerns I had regarding the quality and care of the prior establishment I was taking my pet to. Upon entering Bond Vet I was immediately impressed with the overall office. It was bright and welcoming and and my Dolce was immediately comfortable where as she was very afraid at the prior vet, shaking and clinging to me the moment we walked into the office. The staff as well as the doctor were absolutely amazing!! They did not impose themselves on my puppy and made her feel safe and calm by sitting on the floor at her level and speaking to her in a soothing manner and showered her with tummy rubs and kisses and treats all the while speaking to me and answering my many questions. The doctor was informative and provided me with numerous resources to check out after my visit. I would highly recommend Bond Vet to any and everyone looking for a veterinary office where your pet is treated with care, compassion and as if they are loved and their health really matters!!
Our dog Chewy was put to sleep in this Bond Vet location few weeks ago.It was the most painful day of my life, to the point we almost postpone to not do it that day. We finally made up our mind and got there as originally planned, the doctor not only took an amazing care of him throughout the process, but also comforted us that we made the best decision possible for Chewy for doing it sooner, as he was fighting cancer and determining the timing couldn’t be more difficult for us.The whole process took almost 45 to 50min to complete, it was originally for 30min appointment. They never rushed anything, they made sure we had enough time to say goodbye, they explained every step of the way what is happening to him until his heart was completely stopped. The whole process couldn’t have gone more smoother and peaceful.We used to go to Bond Vet in UES but this location will be forever in my memory.Thank you so much doctor and the nurses who took great care of Chewy, and also help get beautiful paw prints.
I was in need of an urgent visit for my wonderful cat who had a Uti. They were amazing!!! So caring and comforting to both of us. Little boy was purring the whole time because they were gentle and caring. I now found a forever vet. I highly recommend
I’m a first time pet owner with a brand new puppy and bond vet has been beyond helpful with his care. Everything is made easy for me and stress free. I appreciate all the staff at the bond vet I go to in garden city they’re the best!
I cannot say more good things about my first experience at Bond Vet in the Garden city location.Space: it was so clean and spotless!! The decor was very welcoming and modern, made me jealous my doctors office doesn’t look like this!!Staff: so welcoming from the moment I walked in! Very nice and knowledgeable and quick to take action. My cat is from North Shore Animal League and she requested her documents right then and there! Very proactive.Vet and Nurses: professional and knowledgeable. She heard out my concerns and didn’t pressure me to do anything! My cat felt comfortable and even gave my cat treats and snacks and cat nip!I will 100% be coming back if my cat needs anything from urgent care to wellness check ups. It was a great first experience.
Love this vet! Doctor is a true animal lover. Place is clean, wait time is minimal and girls at the desk friendly and welcoming. We will be back! Highly recommend it!
I like how the waiting room usually only allows 1-2 ppl and their pets at a time and appointments are punctual. It is super easy to make an appointment online as you can see the available times and there is no need to call. The vets and vet nurses Ive met were very nice, professional, understanding and thorough. Prescriptions and lab tests are very fast, probably my favorite part.I do have a few cons to list.The vets are not knowledgeable/not supportive of hollistic care and raw diets. They prescribe prescription diets and recommended feeding only the big 3: Science Diet, Royal Canin and Purina.There is a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel after the 24 hour period before the appointment.You cannot call this location directly. You must call their call center number and then they will connect you if needed. Overall, the call center people are nice, but if you call at the wrong time, you might get hung up on or rushed. This happening stressed me out further when I was already majorly stressed about my sick dog.Overall, I will continue to bring my dog to Bond Vet, but look elsewhere for holistic needs.
I absolutely recommend Bond Vet in Garden City to any pet owners out there. I have been to a few different offices and this is the first one where I felt comfortable and like my concerns were all heard. They also were extremely kind and patient with my anxious doggo and his mom lol. I appreciated everyones time and kindness. I wish I could remember the names of everyone I saw today, but they were all very kind. Thank you for taking care of Nate! We will be back.
On April 16, 2021, my baby girl, Snowball was feeling sick. I called Bond Vet @ Garden City, LI early that morning to schedule an appointment later on that day. They were very courteous and worked around my work schedule. Once I arrived, they took Snowball and asked me what was wrong with her. The waiting was not long. When the veterinarian completed her examination, she came and spoke with me of Snowball’s issue. Sent me home with medication for Snowball. Their pricing was very reasonable.I felt very comfortable leaving Snowball at Bond Vet because of their professionalism, and the quality of service they provided. I was really impressed, thank you Bond Vet…
Good stock for treats, Groomers are excellent, and Veterinarians are thorough. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dog loves coming here and he dislikes leaving!
Highly recommend. I brought my dog here named Miley, and they took me as a walk in. Yes guys, it takes hours to wait at an ER vet/Urgent Care vet, so be prepared. I’m not complaining, i brought enough water, snacks and my 3DS LOL. So you have to be patient and let them work.They informed me with all the information as it went on. They explained everything thoroughly, and were really really understanding. The lab results were extremely quick due to her urgent need of the results.
VERY POORLY RUN OFFICE !!!!!Had an appointment for my pet was kept waiting 40 minutes before they finally told me there was an emergency with an animal and it would be another 45 mins to an hour. Ok i can understand that so I rescheduled my appointment for the next day. I received a confirmation email almost immediately for my new appointment.When i was about to leave the house with my pet i just happened to look at my email only to find that they had changed my appointment to two hours later without calling or texting me. I guess we all look at email continuously all day??? Anyway i called and they were not willing to do anything and claimed that they could not see him at the appointment time i had made.The front desk is poorly run and the idea that appointments can just be cancelled without even direct contact with the customer is totally absurd and offensive especially since they advertise a fee for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment
Doctor was great , but policy on rescheduling is a crime . I booked an online appointment and the went online and rescheduled but this office went ahead and charged me 50 dollars anyway !!! Saying I did not call and tell them . They also left a voice message but never once mentioned a 50 dollar fee to cancel or reschedule!!! Plus worst part they hold ur card on file without asking your permission . That’s how they got away with charging me 50 dollars, I asked if they could just credit my rescheduled visit and said no . Go somewhere else ! All they care is money and not patients
Had the most amazing experience at Bond Vet today with my new puppy! The doctor was great and as a new dog owner everything was explained to me perfectly!
Very clean and friendly office. They Always explain what treatment and they are very affordable. We love the Bondvet, they dont see Royal as a aggressive dog because of her(PitBull) breed.

Today I took my deaf rescue to see Dr. Chandler at Bond Vet in Garden City. Zephyr, being deaf and a rescue, is a very special needs pup. It takes him time to trust people and feel safe, especially in new environments. Dr. Chandler and her team couldn’t have been more welcoming and full of positive vibes for Zeph. The teams’ body language, patience and kindness towards Zeph made a world of difference for him. He required a longer visit than expected and not once did I feel as if Zeph and I an inconvenience. They wanted to do what was best for Zeph and move at a pace that worked for him. I couldn’t be happier to have found a place and doctor who is a great match for Zephyr.Update: 7/14/22: zephyr officially likes going to the vet. He now pulls to go inside. In the past I’ve had to carry him in to see his old vet. He’d even lay down in the parking lot and protest - refusing to go inside. That is no longer the case thanks to Bond Vet and the team of amazing vet techs, nurses and Dr. Chandler!
Such an amazing vet, especially for a first time pet-owner. They are so informative & thorough, and really take the time to give advice, answer all your questions & educate you on what’s going on with your pet. They communicate everything they are doing & what the costs will be ahead of time, to make sure you aren’t caught off guard with any unexpected charges. They’ll also send detailed invoices and follow ups, explaining test results, appointment procedures, vitals, etc. The cost breakdowns make submitting pet insurance claims so easy! They frequently follow up to check on how your pet is doing. I am confident that they cover all their bases and make sure your pet has everything they need to be healthy & happy. I took my puppy to multiple vets previously, and none came close to giving the quality of care & communication that Bond Vet does. I have such peace of mind knowing that my pup is in great hands! 10/10 experience, highly recommended!!
Its my 1st time leaving a review ever and that speaks for how much I loved my experience at Bond Vet! They were very responsive and professional throughout the entire time and I trust that my dog is in good hands with Bond Vet! I loved the convenience of using their app to book appointments, keep and download all of my dogs documents, and be able to chat with a Bond Vet rep. No surprise charges and they discuss all prices ahead of time. Overall, an extremely satisfying experience for me and my anxious dog and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great vet!

We came to Bond vet after getting our 8 wk old goldendoodle and not being able to get a vet appointment other places. We were incredibly impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff from the moment we came in. They treated our puppy with such care and Dr Crystal took her time and answered all our questions (we are first time puppy parents). We traveled 45 minutes to get there and we will gladly continue our follow up visits with them. We would highly recommend bond vet!

The exam was thorough and the place is immaculate.I Definitely recommend and the fees are comparable to other local vets. You can also get same day appointment at no additional fee. Great place!!
First time going to Bond Vet, and I am already looking into insurances they accept, they took in my dog when they said they will, and brought him back out exactly one hour later. Unfortunately I was not able to accompany my dog inside, but overall I was happy with the service !
Bringing my Vet to an urgent care instead of an Emergency Room is a wonderful idea. Pet goes right into the Vet instead of Triage, and was probably less money due to less testing. Had to wait outside and was there almost 3 hours, but Dr. Chandler , the Nurse and receptionist were professional and patient in a time when I was very anxious and upset.
We took our cat in for a wellness visit and to have his vaccines updated. The office and exam rooms were super clean, comfortable and pet friendly but didnt even smell like animal. The exam room didnt have that threatening medical vibe. The vet and all the support staff made our cat feel comfortable but were still very professional. They didnt try to upsell us or ask us to do anything beyond our comfort zone. We will definitely visit Bond Vet again next time our cat is due for a checkup.
This vet is amazing! They are kind, caring, and attentive. I went in for an appointment with my cat and they took amazing care of him. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They answered any questions I had and listened to all my concerns as well. The place was super clean and they take time to sanitize between each patient as well. Definitely give them a visit!
Our first visit to Bond Vet was a great experience. It was simple and quick to make an appointment. There was plenty of parking and the office was very inviting, clean, spacious and of course pet friendly. The Dr. Pena and her assistants (apologizies for not inserting their names) were attentive, affectionate and caring with my pup. Their professionalism was appreciated and their diagnosis was on point. I definitely recommend this place for my furry friends.
With Givenchy last appointment he loveddd his nurse per usual, my only issue was with the receptionist on 4/24… I did not care for her condescending mannerism when inquiring about a previous invoice.
My experience at Bond Vet was pretty great! I havent been to a vet that I felt cared as much as I did about the health of my pup. It was quite a new feeling to have because Ive been discouraged in the past. Even paying for medication didnt feel like a cash grab like it has from other places Ive been too.The good: great staff, very welcoming. The 15 min pet exam is not a ruse. They actually see your pet for 15+ minutes. You dont feel rushed at all and they seek to get a very complete medical history. In my case, my dog suffers from extreme anxiety and this is the first time Ive felt like a vet took it seriously and not just casually. She seemed to really understand the toll it takes on both our lives and provided many resources for me from medication to advice to trainers. I loved it!The bad: actually making the appointment was a little sloppy. I accidentally made the appt with the vet surgical tech and when I called to confirm, no one could find any record of my appt. Even after explaining my situation and was told I would get a call back to rectify, they didnt follow through.But Im glad I made it in and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Will absolutely continue to go here
We brought our Australian Shepherd up from Texas a few months ago, and were procrastinating finding a vet because everyone around here is so darn expensive. He had an ear issue pop up, and being able to book an appointment online same day made us choose Bond. Im so happy I did, because they treated our anxious, reactive pup with so much care and kindness. We will definitely be bringing back Thaddeus for his well checks.
This was my first experience at Bond Vet and I am overall highly satisfied. Dr. Pena was extremely thorough with my dogs exam. She listened to everything I had to say, informed me of her physical exam findings, and went over all possible treatments and outcomes.I found the cost was kept to a minimum and reasonable. I was pleased that all costs and procedures were explained to me before anything was done to my dog. This was my first time leaving the vet without feeling like Ive been robbed! I will definitely be coming back here for my dogs routine wellness as well as anytime they are in need of medical attention.

This was a fantastic experience for both myself and my cat Charlie. Although an emergency came in that had to be seen to making our appointment much longer than planned, I still would give Bond Vet 5 stars over and over. Dr Pena went through everything with me very diligently and did not push anything on us (which is something you experience very often at other vets). From making the appointment on the phone, to the end of the visit I was at ease. I also wish I got the name of the woman who helped bring Charlie to and from the car because she was also fantastic - he plays with the toy you gave him all the time!!!
Went to these veterinarians for the first time. For the first time in my life I witnessed people who were concerned about the animals and not concerned about the bottom line. It was refreshing. They were not pushy, they offered options and tried their very best to conform their treatment to what we could afford, while also treating our pet safely. Their prices were extremely reasonable! GO TO THEM!
Amazing service! The doctor and the staff were super sweet & knowledgeable. The doctor took the time to answer all of our questions and explain to us everything she was gonna do that day.Our puppy is usually very timid and it takes time for him to warm up to people. I was really impressed to see him coming out there jumping, wagging his tail and seeing him happy!Would recommend this place 100%!!
We had an emergency and they were able to see my pup. All the staff were so caring and loving towards my dog. They sat down and listened to my concerns and made a diagnosis that made my pet feel better. It was a lovely clean space!

Great vet! This was our first time checking out Bond Vet and couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I was worried that my pup would be scared but every time they called he was giving everyone kisses! They made sure he was comfortable and called me throughout the process to talk me through everything. It was nice to not feel rushed and have people who are so willing to answer all of your questions and truly care about your pet.
Just had my first visit with my pup to Bond Vet. Location was very convenient and the doctor and staff were very attentive to my concerns and needs of my 12 week old puppy. They were upfront with pricing and had very useful tips and information to set my dog up for a healthy happy future. Would definitely recommend. Hours are great too.
I was dog sitting my brothers dog and she needed medical care for a possible UTI. I was told to come in the same day I called. Testing was done and medication supplied all within the first visit. Yes, additional testing was needed the next day, but I must say THEY WERE GREAT WITH ZOE!Shes feeling so much better and will continue her veterinary services at the Garden City location.Thank you to all the staff, you guys are super professional and helpful.
All the personnel and doctors are very friendly, follow social distancing protocol and there was very little wait time. The doctor and technician take the time to answer any and all additional questions! I also love that the staff followed up the next day via email to check up on my pup’s condition
There is no greater comfort, than to be treated as if you were one of the family. We brought our kitty to Bond Vet for the 1st time (after being very dissatisfied with our local vet here in Bayside) and were treated as if we had been clients of theirs for years! How refreshing! They (and especially Dr. Chandler) handled our special girl with heartfelt love and attention. It goes without saying (if you check their references on the website) how talented they are...how professional. But that doesnt always lead to a rewarding experience. It does in this case. If you have any question about where to take your beloved pet, PLEASE take them to Bond Vet...you will not be sorry. You cannot ask for anything better when it comes to all around service, professionalism, and sincere care. I dont think I mentioned that we had to travel a bit (around 30 minutes or so) to get there from Queens...but I will not hesitate a second to go there in the future. I expect to be one of their clients for a long time!
Felix (the cat) and I are grateful for the attention and care we received at Bond Vet today. The entire staff was kind and welcoming throughout the entire process. I noticed great communication between the team members, they were all quick and organized.Felix was lucky to get Dr. Pena, she was very meticulous with his examination. She took the time to explain her findings and express her concerns. Dr. Pena was impressive! I thought she was compassionate, knowledgable, and very well spoken!! At no point during our conversation did I feel rushed or like I was trying to be upsold.I rarely write reviews but my experience at Bond Vet was exceptional! This level of service and professionalism will be the new standard for Felix moving forward
My dog ingested something and was violently projectile vomiting they took her history on the phone and I was able to get an appt and while I couldnt be in the room w her they kept me in the loop. She walked out 100% better after being treated and the bill was very affordable. I would highly recommend them. They all had an amazing caring vibe and felt my baby was in good hands at all time.
Highly recommend bond vet! Super friendly and I love that they let you go over the bill before giving it to you just in case you aren’t able to afford a super high bill!
Absolutely loved the staff. Everyone was so kind to me and my kitty and the vet sat down and explained to me thoroughly what was going on with my kitty. We went over prices and cost of treatments together. I was also offered lots of tips and advice on my kitty. Really do recommend giving this place a try.

I must say I was soooooooooo impressed on my first visit today. my previous vet was excellent but not nearly as thorough as Bondvet was. Everyone is so friendly , nice & most importantly knowledgeable. Gave me some great tips and pointed out some important things i was unaware of.So happy to have found them! Highly recommend!
I honestly was skeptical seeing all the reviews being 5 stars (as you do) but Im happy to say that I loved bringing my cat Bean here. He was diagnosed for FLUTD by the emergency vet and I was so worried about him not eating or drinking for 2 days after discharging him. I was astounded to see that I was able to make an appointment with them at the date and time Ive chosen. The vets explained my cats health to me and ways to hydrate him if he wasnt eating the urinary health food. They also went through what medications I could let my cat take to recover better (all optional since he was already taking medication) and how to give him said meds. They also gave him fluids because I was so worried that he was dehydrated. With every step of the way the vets explained everything even the cost. I am very happy with the service and the fast booking. I will have to come here again.
Very friendly and professional staff, they make us feel welcome and that’s important!!!! Jules , my cat was happy and finally someone was able to trim his nails without he going crazy. We definitely going back!!!!! I kept changing Veterian clinics but I was very satisfied with their services at the new Bond Vet at Garden City !!!! Too bad we couldn’t go in, only the patient but we understand !!!!
Our dog was acting strange and we couldnt get an appointment with our Vet so we tried Bond Vet. They were short staffed so we had a long wait but in the end it was a great experience. Turns out our dog had a mild ear infection in both ears so we now have the ear solution we need to treat it. Will go back if we ever needed to.
It’s great instead of sitting in a waiting room they take the dog from you and call you to exchange information dogs history diagnosis and procedure than call u when the dogs ready! And their so organized!Genuine animal lovers! Oh and same day appointment!! (I must add that because the vet near me was booked, I couldn’t wait 2 whole weeks To see a vet!! )

Everyone here was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very scared to take Jasmine (my cat) to any vet because shes always been very scared to got out. But they took great care of her and she was very happy. I highly recommend them especially if your pets are uneasy around new people.

My dog zombie was in really bad shape he wasnt eating he had diarrhea that was pure red blood. Also vomiting I was so scared I was going to lose him !!!!! Dr Jimenez she was terrific . The receptionists are very caring and kind I was 100% satisfied I would absolutely definitely return to Bond vetAnd will recommend them to my family and friends I am happy to say I was able to take zombie back home 🙂 so many thanks toBond vets I am forever grateful !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, it has taken me a while to come on here and leave a review because my first and only experience with Bond Vet was and still is a sad memory for me. We lost our family dog, but it had nothing to do with the veterinarian care at this place or anything, my dog was old and he had a heart condition. I have driven by this place so many times and when my dog got a heart attack and he was unresponsive, this place came to mind since it was the closer to my house.I have been wanting to write you guys a review because I can’t thank you enough for being so kind to us, for allowing us to mourn our dog Rocko and not rushed us out. You guys took the crying and the screaming of our heartbreak and not once we felt judged or like we were being too much. I don’t know how these situations are dealt with at other places but I am glad I drove to you guys on that sad day.. Rocko is still so loved and missed but I know during his last minutes he was in a good place with kind hearted people. Thank you for your service, thank you for taking the time to send us a card with words from each person of your staff. Thank you for putting yourself in our shoes, on that day in July we felt understood and you gave our dog peace.
Great sweet people who know what they’re talking about. Made an appointment and within the hour had my dog seen the same day. Eased any stress I had walking into the office and I left feeling more comfortable and secure of my dogs health and care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I was visiting from Florida and walked in, i was given an appointment for the next day. Loved that they were very professional and didnt try to get me to pay for additional things, like an x-Ray or bloodwork because it wasnt necessary. I just wish they had a Bond Vet in Florida! Great service!
1st the meet n greet was awesome.Everyone is warm n inviting, Great personality all of everyone. Patient, informative so the phone manner was just as great to get the appointment. The biggest thing for me is leaving my pet by himself, but with the way they are the staff made me feel relaxed n set the tone that everything will be good we got him.plus the upbeat of the office was specious modern n jazzy. Yes they are strict with the covid rules but again they are so polite your sedated with kindness it goes over your head n u just sit back chill n wait with no problem. I gotta say the wait time wasnt bad they come out to your car n discuss price n all of the visit b4 they proceed. But the Asian woman was informative about payment plans 1 in particular called scratchpay.com was easy n fast results u just cant have a very low income. The rest is a sentch just dont b to greedy n it will work. My over all experience was awesome I felt like me n my pet were being seen🙀😹10 10 wins u will love them here. I was Referred by Petco to bond vet in Garden City. I made an appointment with their team members yesterday. I ask was there any promotions. The team member informed me that they have promotions running until March 1st. The promotion would be $25 for your first visit. However after my pet Goldie was seen I was told my visit would be $85 for the visit, in addition $35 for a urinary wash. I called the team members Who i spoke with yesterday and was informed once again the fee is $25 for the first time visits. When I informed the vet Office the team assistant told me I would have to have a code. I told her I have the team member on the line and I will ask her what is the code. She quickly said no it’s OK they will takeoff the $25. I said OK I am on my way to get my dog. I kept the team member on the phone as I walked to the door then I put her on speaker and I told her to please repeat what she had told me about the promotion. She then repeated her self and said it is not $25 off of the visit it is $25 for first time visits. The ladies looked around at each other and then looked at me and begin apologizing. My total was $120. However that was quickly drop to $60. $25 for my first time visit and $35 for the wash. I’m not even sure if the wash was true because I asked the team representative also what was an urinary wash and she had no idea what I was talking about! It’s just sad that we are in a pandemic right now trying to keep a job for ourselves and take care of our pet. My pet is an emotional support for me. My funds are very low as I told the doctor when she called me. I really did not appreciate the service and the fact that these people lied in my face. I will not be going back to this place ever. I don’t know if they assumed I was a little girl but on another hand never judge a book by its cover you never know who people know or what people know! Bless day and thank God for the honest representation for this company. (The people you speak to that actually makes your appointments)
I brought my pug Maeve in for treatment of an ear infection on March 1, 2021. I found Dr. Chambers to be very knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. Although I wasn’t allowed into the facility due to Covid, Dr. Chambers came out to tell me her diagnosis and treatment plan. I found all of the staff to be helpful, compassionate and would not hesitate for a moment in recommending this practice.
Everyone involved was very caring. Made me and my pet Boots very comfortable.

I could not recommend this vet enough! They were so kind from start to finish. And even after we left, the team sent me the visit notes so I could review exactly what we talked about!Side note, the decor is beautiful.
I made an appointment for 7:30pm around 1pm the same day....called to cancel 2 hours later and they charged me $25 for cancelling too soon. Seemed kinda silly to enforce a 24 hour rule when you made the appointment like 2 hours ago.They seem nice and knowledgeable but thats unfortunate.
My dogs are complete nervous wrecks when they go to the vet but Dr. Pena, Tina, Maria and Andrea really took care of my pups. They came out wagging their tails and happy as can be! Thank you for all you do!

Maybe a tad expensive, but worth it, as they are very careful, respectful and competent. They really looked into the limping problem Lola had did some tests and then made some excellent recommendations I would recommend them to anyone that cares about their pet..

Great first experience for a new puppy mama. Scheduled my puppys vaccinations and wellness visit online and the process was super simple. Had to call for more information about pricing, which I wish was available online, so I had a general idea of how much I would be paying and what my payment options were. Now for the facility itself, its convenient, right in the Whole Foods plaza parking was easy for me. The office was super clean and modern and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by two of the loveliest people Ive met I totally wish I had gotten their names! They warmly welcomed my puppy and even took her out of my arms to love on her while I got settled/ checked in. Office felt very COVID safe, working in the healthcare industry myself as a RDA as pleased to see then following proper procedures. The tech brought us in and quickly helped Luna to feel at ease, even gave her some cheese that helped aid in the taking of the vitals. She returned with a toy and a new puppy kit for me full of goodies then we waited for the doctor. We saw Dr. Crystal who was super nice and calm with an excited puppy! She gave her honest opinion on the food I was feeding her, training, and even what vaccinations were core and which were optional in her opinion. Once she was done, she left the room and the tech went over prices with me for everything, which all matched what I was told over the phone. All and all I spent $340, which included an exam ($85) core vaccines as well as optional vaccines (each vaccine is $50), a fecal test ($79) and heartworm/flea/tick medicine ($26). They also offer a dental kit for $20+ which I declined. I went to pay in the front and they took Luna in the back to preform the vaccinations. I checked out up front using CareCredit, the lady who helped me was super helpful with trainer information. Then my girl was brought back to me along with her medication and fecal test tube. And she was greeted with more love from the front desk ladies and even some other techs who came out to see her out. Such a quick, easy (well for me lol) experience! I definitely will be back!

2022-08-05What a pleasant surprise. Nice premises, wonderful veterinarian who can think and speak properly, we and our two puppies got lots of attention. Great services. I will gladly drive 20 minutes to this office - no more trips to the local low class vet office. And no more Vetco which is no longer quality and no low cost.

2022-07-29Our visit to Bond Vet was great. The atmosphere was very pet friendly ,warm and inviting for the whole family. The staff was awesome and you can tell they all have a genuine love for the clients they treat. I am on a fixed income and was very anxious about the cost of taking my fur baby to a vet. They go over everything with you step by step and in the end I was very pleased with the bill I was presented with. We will be returning for sure. I highly recommend Bond Vet.

2022-07-28I rate Bond Vet with Five Stars. However, the front desk receptionist wasnt very friendly. As soon as I walked in she addressed my no shows without a mention of a hello or a goodbye. The Doctor and nurse were amazing. Very hospitable and made me and my dog Heavenly feel comfortable. I will continue to recommend Bond Vet to my friends and family. Maybe the receptionist should be made of aware of how to greet clients.

2022-07-29Wonderful experience from start to finish! First visit was an emergency. The staff and the veterinarian Catherine were stellar. Very helpful, quick to respond, and extremely knowledgeable. The appointment and testing was also more reasonable than my dog’s “regular” vet office. I’ve made a switch for life to Bond Vet and highly recommend. ❤️ 🐾

2022-06-26We took our elderly cat for a checkup, as she was experiencing signs of illness. The staff was friendly, caring and totally upfront about what her diagnosis could be. All procedures and fees were discussed throughly and the vet explained each case scenario in easy to understand language. He did not stress any unnecessary medical options and left that totally for us to decide. The facility is new, clean, state of the art and eluded a comfortable environment for both pet and owner. I would highly recommend Bond Vet. Making an appointment was easy and we received a call back from a vet tech encouraging us to move our appointment up due to the nature of our concerns. Nice, caring facility.

2022-03-20I don’t even know where to start. The staff was extremely caring, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They made my dog, Wallace, feel as comfortable as possible. It’s clear they really care about his well-being. The facility is sparking clean, well designed, and homey. Also the text reminders and follow ups are extremely efficient and helpful. Cannot recommend it enough and I’ve been to many other vets.

2022-07-13Ive been going to another vet for some time but decided to try to find some place closer / my dog really needed a cytopoint shot. Everyone was so incredibly nice and efficient; the place was impeccably clean. They werent pushy and there were no fear mongering of what might be wrong with my dog. After this visit, Im thinking that I might permanently change my dogs vet from where I used to go to here and/or any other Bond Vet since the service is truly impeccable!

2022-03-20My kitty received excellent care and follow up at Bond Vet. Her primary vet no longer accepts walk-ins so I called Bond and thankfully they were able to schedule an appt for the same day. The office is very nice and clean. The entire staff was very kind. The vet and nurse addressed all of my concerns and explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend Bond Vet to anyone with a sick fur baby.
