Attempted to hire this company for a childs birthday party because I saw on Instagram that they offered a promotion for a bounce house and a concession stand, like popcorn, for 399. I spoke to Sade a few times and she refused to honor the promotion that they advertised . The first time she claimed it will be a small indoor bounce house instead of the full sized one they promoted and then claimed we would have to pay a delivery and set up fee. But their website says delivery and set up is free and included in the price!The next time she claimed that the promotion was only valid Monday through Thursday. So basically they make fake promotions to lure you in and have no intentions of honoring them.We ended up going with cotton candy Clowns who were professional, accomadating, and consistent with the pricing.Integrity goes a long way!
Bouncy Fun provided 5 star service. All equipment was sanitized. The whole set up was amazing. Ms .Sade was very polite and professional.

I want to give a huge shout out to everyone at Bouncy fun and rental services for coming out yesterday 9/17/22 and making my nieces 5th birthday party a life long memory for her (she is autistic and for us the smiles and joy from her and every kids that attended the event. Even though it was last minute on my part you guys truly delivered very very very very professional nice team/staffing very organized I will be definitely booking you guys for future events thank you 🙏🏾

2022-07-11Great service! The crew was amazing and professional. They came on time. They even brought extra games and offered to give us extra chairs free of charge if we needed it. The kids had a blast. I would definitely rent with them again.

2022-08-19Wouldn’t recommend this place. Go go elsewhere. They do not know how to run there own business. The lady sent a invoice that states August 25th. I told her I’ll forward it to MY BOSS to PAY the invoice. We’re having a event for our school. She then cancels it and says she told me as soon as possible. As soon as possible means not in the moment but when you can by the required date. Very confusing and out of place. However, we’re happy we didn’t give this company our business.

2022-06-26I started working with the owner in January and my event was in June. Her and her staff are absolutely amazing on time professional and overall friendly I have never been so excited for something more then my sons first birthday and she made it happen.
