Their Landscapers pick my plants, not knowing the difference between a weed and a plant. They were told to not even touch my property more than twice as per I was assured they would comply. I live in a development, and im suppose to be on the do not touch property list as per we have the right/option to maintain our own grounds which also included no chemical spraying. The real sad part is if even if i wasnt on this do not touch property list, they would still be plucking up my plants as they have done so in the past, not knowing the difference between a plant and a weed. These lush green plants are over 2-3 tall and some flower. Pure stupidly, they cost me time and money, and frustration. We take pride in our garden, we have an arrangement of plants bought from home dept. a weed is a small 1 inch plant, these dont even look like weeds, let alone they are feet tall lush green, different colors. so after the latest incident, during a telephone call, they tell me its out of there hands and they can do noting about it from their end, when on the previous two phone calls and also confirmation via email, they have this on file and im taken care of, the info is out there, now they know nothing and were very hostile and aggressive. Unprofessional, no brain, stupids in the office as well as the landscapers themselves, both the secretary and the field manager are stupid people.
