Great experience overall. The property manager (Samantha) and maintenance manager (Sam) were both fantastic and helpful with every single request. They were responsive and available. Apartments are nice, quiet, and a good value for the area.They arent luxurious, but they are nice. I recommended this complex to multiple friends, which I wouldnt do if I didnt believe in them.

Me and my fiance needed a cosigner, samantha told us we can try it and if we dont get approved then we can use our cosigner, we got denied, then was told we couldnt use a cosigner because we got denied! She also booked an appointment and we went to find out she was gonna be an hour late,, so we had to drive home then come back! Completely unprofessional, she also swore a few times during our meeting

We lived here less than 1 year. There is nothing luxury about these apartments. I was told windows were newer. But the draft coming through the 2 windows in the front bedroom would say otherwise. I jad to plastic them because they were so bad. Then the people who lived upstairs from us were beyond ignorant. I knew each time the man went to the bathroom as he insisted on slamming the toliet lid. The bathroom in the master upstairs was constantly running. I called and made multiple complaints. Nothing ever was done. This is just a bit of the hell we endured. Constant stomping from upstairs. When they would go up and down the stairs to them slamming doors. Ridiculous. I would not tell my worst enemy to live here

Lived here for 2 years and never had any issues. The community manager is very personable and has always been quick with repairs and communications. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely reccomend :)
