Great selection, nice clean and very neat. Good customer service. Good selection of hair, decent selection on quality hair products. Youll find generally what you need at this store.
The store is well stocked and carries all sorts of beauty and hair care... No one asks you if you need help. The people just follow you around.
Brought a lace front wig and pony tail and was very happy with the quality and the service provided in the store. Would definitely recommend.
The employee I had assist me was very short patient and nasty… Have no respect for customers… I just moved in this neighborhood And will never go to this store ever again
They have nice hair their probably expensive I didnt buy anything there but the store was clean and all that they even have people to braid ur hair in the back thats amazing 5 stars all the way round
There is a girl working around the wig section. She is very rude and lack customer service skills. Otherwise its a good place for your hair needs.
They have a wide variety of stuff. I didnt find the nail polish I wanted.. I was looking for a rose gold glitter.
I got here at 7:54pm they close at 8 and he wasnt going to let me in, thankfully he did, and they were rushing me to get out but he helped me with everything I needed and an enthusiastic brown skin lady who works there got me thinking of buying a wig there, she made me want to go back, Im glad the man was nice enough to let me in, and get what I needed.
I like this store u can call and they help do u save time and effort - they have a wide variety of things - and sweet helpful black females who know their sh!t the manager is nice to a Hispanic dude who is eager to assist- and even though they are not black owned atleast they hire people of color to serve people of color that’s no coincidenceone time a girl was late n it was just the manager so he made us wait and wouldn’t open on time o felt like he made us wait like he thought we would steal if no one was present and that felt uncomfortable but it could have been something else , eventually he let us in which is good cuz I had clients waiting and was growing aggravated and offended / but I could be wrong and maybe that’s just policy/ procedureother than that ide recommend shopping with them they have a wig station in the back with assistance if need be and all things u can think of for men and women and children lots of accessories for hair and what not I always rack up!
Product prices are incredibly high compared to other stores. Save money by shopping elsewhere!

Horrible experience there was a worker there Jamaican lady she works in the back at the hair and wigs department she lost color in her face because of the bleach she was very disrespectful and the manager on shift didn’t respond to her talking to any customers rudely there was on nice worker there who actually helped us and is so nice she’s been working there from it open but the other lady was new and rude smh 🤦♀️

THE KOREAN LADY IN THERE IS VERY PLEASANT AND KIND. THE PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE, THEY SEEM TO BE INCREASING NOW THAT THEY HAVE ADJUSTED. SOME STAFF MEMBERS CAN USE SOME MANNERS. HOWEVER, ITS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND CONVENIENT.

I went and ask for the best product they carry for scalp itching and they recommend the mane choice multi vitamin scalp nourishing growth oil after bathing I used the product and the itch was gone instantly

2019-07-14This place is pretty cool. This is the first time Ive been to a beauty supply shop of this size(this place is huge). They have a vast variety of items for hair, makeup, and other things. Its perfect. Im happy this place opened.

2022-07-02False advertisement cause online it states that location closes at 8pm and I arrived at 7:45pm and doors was locked. Guy came to door stating the registers are closed and that they aren’t taking any more customers meanwhile customers are still in the store and I say to the guy I thought the store closes at 8pm & he says no we close at 7:45pm. On top of that he was just rude and said you should’ve came earlier. Very unwelcoming and I will not be revisiting this location.

2020-08-23Ive been a customer here since it has opened and I have never had an unpleasant experience other than this one. I was with a friend when I arrived and the door was locked. I read online that they close at 8pm prior to showing up and I arrived at around 7:40pm so I was confused as to why the door was locked. A male employee was by the door so we tried to ask him what time they close, but he walked away. When we knocked on the door to get his attention he came back and addressed us, but it was difficult to hear him over the door, our masks, and the loud parking lot. He proceeded to speak through the closed door until he was forced to open it to let a customer out. As he pushed the door open and my friend caught the door to let the customer through. After the customer walked through, the employee was attempting to pull the door shut while my friend was in the doorway, so the door ended up hitting my friend on the arm. My friend and I told the employee that what he was doing was very rude and that we just wanted to know what time they close since online it said 8. He responded shouting 7:45, What dont you understand?. After that, a woman who we assumed to be another customer leaving approached the door so we moved out of the way so that she can exit the store. Turns out, she too was an employee and as we moved out of the way she took hold of the door and closed it right in our faces. Again, we expressed that this was very rude so she rolled her eyes, said alright, and opened the door to tell us that they do close at 8pm but they take the last customer at 7:45pm. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and with how my friend and I were being treated here. That is truly no way to treat a customer, not even just a customer but a person. My friend and I will no longer shop here and support this business after being treated so terribly by not one, but two employees here.

2018-12-29My sister and i love this store! if you’re from the area you know so many other businesses like best buy, radio shack and blockbuster has been in its place over the years and now we finally have a good beauty supply. my sister and i have gone several times and spent at least $200 in total. there’s a whole variety of things in this store, whether you’re a hair stylist, a natural or even relaxed girl, this store is for you. they have things that i would usually have to get online because other beauty supplies wouldn’t have them. the workers are normally black girls who know a lot about hair care and wigs so they’ll definitely help with anything you need or have questions about. highly recommend if you’re from the uptown bx area!

2019-08-20The girl on the floor was not friendly but the.one at.the cashier.saw my face and how this lady apparently does not know customer service because you neverrrrt know who your entertaining.... i smiled and the cashier assisted me i bought and bought and will return only because of the energy of the cashier. Im just sayin.....my auntie cud be oprah...lol...on another positive note the SELECTION THERE IS AWESOME......so many styles to choose its like hair paradise.....
