We went there on a whim to try some place new. The food was good, came out quickly, and was exactly as we had ordered. I loved the chicken wings because they come out crispy with a large dipping sauce. The burgers were great. Would definitely recommend going here if you havent been yet.
The burgers were alright, the buns werent up to the task of but getting incredibly soggy, but the flavors and combinations were good. The service was pretty lackluster, the guy seemed like he hadnt been trained so Im not going to blame him. If youre staying at the Holiday inn, maybe give it a try, but dont go out of your way.
Took over an hour to get a pick up order, which seemed a little long but its a Friday so Ill give em that one (until I found out my order was never put in as a pick up), but they reviewed my order with me. they still forgot the extra fries and on top of the tenders for my daughter were burnt while sitting in a legit puddle of grease, so they were pretty much a waste. doubt Ill go there again.
The food was delicious, once we finally got it....2 hours after we ordered it! Was pretty sad when 3 other tables, who came in after us, got their meals before us. Wasnt the servers fault....at all. She was great! Kitchen personnel could really use some improvement....sad that they are that bad at their job.
Good burger!I had the Bruben, a Ruben and burger combination. Very tasty and cooked well the housemaid coleslaw added a fantastic texture to the sandwich. The chef came out to make sure we enjoyed our meals, nice touch.
Whoever the waitress is ( Never introduced herself) that works on Wednesday at 7pm is Horrible at her job. No customer service skills. Rude with a nasty attitude! In my opinion she may need a different profession!
I have been here twice and I stand by it being the best place to get a burger in the Auburn area! Servers are very nice, great atmosphere. Got our food very quickly. This is definitely going to become regular place to go out!
Host was nice upon us walking in and seating us and our burgers were really good. Our server was nice but needed more training, he gave me anxiety from the awkwardness. Prices were reasonable and food was good.
This place continues to amaze me. I have lunch there 3 or 4 times a month and they keep coming up with new sandwiches that are out of the ordinary. Last week I had a chicken slider that had a little bit of coleslaw on it. It was the perfect combination of sweet and tangy.
This place is amazing! The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. Alex is without a doubt one of the best servers I’ve ever had, he was personable knowledgeable and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. Overall you’re going to have a great experience, this place is a must if you’re looking to try a new spot in Auburn :)
It was ight but way too greasy and the bun. Was mad soggy because of... Onion rings are A bigger size from burger king style which I dont like.can find better ones in a frozen food section..fries were good tho....no different then going to a fast food joint just throw it together n serve..no perfection even a try to attempt to care..

2022-07-06I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. It was cooked to perfection. The only down side was my other 1/2’s order was slipped up a bit by adding onions to her chicken sandwich. I also wish they had mentioned the delicious sweet potato fries were peppered generously with spices. They would be perfect with absolutely nothing on them at all. Another side note…we happened to be the only patrons there at the time. I also wish their booth seating didn’t make me feel like I was the kid at the kiddies table at Thanksgiving. I’m a 6ft adult male and the seat height in the booth was WAY too low for my comfort.

2019-10-19This is quite possibly the best burger Ive had. Ever. When I told the server I wanted my burger bloody rare she double checked to make sure that was what I wanted, which was a nice thought. The food came out cooked exactly how I liked it. My wife said she thoroughly enjoyed her burger as well. They even have a build your own burger option.We both were very happy with our choice to visit. The prices were right on target and the atmosphere was nice. The restaurant is inside a hotel, but you dont need to be a guest to eat there. It was well lit and despite there being several TVs, it wasnt obnoxious. Dessert was a fantastic personal key lime pie. We will be going back again.

2018-11-11The burgers are excellent! The service is great, friendly and attentive. The Nacho fries are very tasty indeed! We went here on Veterans day, because Veterans and Active Military personnel get a free meal, Im glad we did. We had been wanting to check this place out, just couldnt find the right time. So glad we ate here, well be coming back soon.

2019-01-09Went there for the first time today. Threw me off a little that it was attached to a hotel. You have to walk into the lobby to get to the restaurant, but don’t let that intimidate you. Burgers were amazing and so were the fries! Highly recommend you give this place a try. Fun atmosphere as well. Tvs at every booth. Really wish it was in my hometown.

2022-04-01Ordered a burger with cheddar mushrooms mushrooms were burned got American cheese not cheddar fries werent cooked some were undercooked some were overcooked staff was extremely unprofessional never coming back again which is a shame when they were open pre covid food was awesome not so much any more

2021-05-06Quiet atmosphere. Relaxing place to watch a game. Good but not great menu. The food is good. I wish they stayed open later. Closes at 9pm so it makes it difficult to watch a late game.

2021-03-04Their sign is on, and they still say theyre open 24 hrs but signs inside say theyre closed. Turn off the sign, update social media, and stop wasting peoples time.

2019-07-12This new restaurant, within Auburns Holiday Inn, looks modern and classy but serves up nothing-special food. I ordered my burger well done, and it was well done. But so were the other two burgers at the table, which were ordered medium and medium rare. The fries were clearly the kind that comes frozen, and the burgers were mostly mediocre, with cheap soft buns. Mine, the Farm Fresh (without the grilled peppers) was the best of the bunch, and it was pretty good, though the burger patty was thin and had broken in half. Our server clearly hadnt been trained and seemed a bit spacy. But after a couple of initial missteps, like failing to mention the specials, he was quite attentive. We ate from 1 to 2, and the place was empty except for our small group and one solo diner. At the beginning, for some reason the lights kept going out for a few seconds at a time. I think the staff was trying to figure out the light switches, from what little I could hear. The booth seating is unusually low and the tables are slightly high, so I wouldnt recommend it to shorter people. Also, the booth seats arent secured to the floor, and ours kept sliding around as my husband moved.
