Me and my fiancé were craving a burger but not like a fast food burger so we gave Burgerology in Astoria a try. We both created our own burgers with avocado, cheese and a few more ingredients and it was really good. What definitely caught our attention was the drinks. They make it fun with bubbling lights and also even add some candy gummies on it, pretty cool. If that won’t convince you , the staff is really nice. I really wish I had gotten our servers name, but she was really sweet.
Great place, with the pandemic they are super quick and super safe. Love the fact that they said 15 mins, got there 16 mins later. My food was ready ready. Food was delicious, different flavor as an usually burger, and the boneless chicken was super good with the blue cheese. Thank you
Outside dining, service was good. Food was excellent. Ask for a medium rare burger and got exactly that, topped with braised short rib. Macncheese was good but nothing special.
Hello, I ate a burger with my wife at Astoria Burgeology yesterday. I ate an Einstein burger and my wife ate a double trouble burger. We had onion rings, salad and beer on the side. I had stomach ache problem all evening after meal and since this morning I have been having diarrhea problem. Any thoughts on this? have you received similar complaints from other people?
Burgerolpgy has wonderful food, and delicious milkshakes, however their customer service could be better. Burgerology is always full of people and it can take 10 minutes to get a soda. When ordering our meal the waiter walked away when only 2 people had finished there order. The food is amazing, but I dont think it should take 35 minutes to get 3 burgers.

Definitely a good spot for a date or to vibe out with a group of friends. These massive drinks are worth every penny. I had the Georgia Tea and Grinch Potion, both literally full of liquor. The food is pretty good as well, I had the Buffalo chicken burger on the pretzel bun. Definitely will be back to explore more of the menu which is pretty loaded. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Came by with some friends twice. And both times i have had a great experience. The hospitality was great! We were helped by such a funny server who had the time to be patient with our menu question. We were introduced by a manager. I think her name was Raquel or Rachel. They seemed to have fun . Good to see a place where the staff has fun and what’s to work. You guys have made me a fan of the jalapeño burger! Can’t wait to come around and experience this with new people!
The food was good. A little pricey for sandwiches but staff and evironment was good.
Clair (our waitress) was fantastic! She kept an eye on us to make sure we had what we needed. And the burgers were perfect. I should have taken pictures but youll get pictures when I go back later this week. If you like burgers, then this is the place to visit!!!
Great Burger spot if youre in the area! 100% a fat bot menu so either come hungry or have plans to hit the gym cause the calorie count is going up. But its so worth it, makes a great cheat meal. A spot I would visit again.
Very nice. Claire, the bar attendant, was excellent. My first visit and will not be my last. Went back a second time and sat outside. Equally delightful!
Got options for burgers. Liked sitting outside even though it was a hot day because there was a good breeze. Only negative was music was too loud. Music might be good ambience, but I want to be able to have conversation with friends.
My roommate and I ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich from this place last Monday night and my roommate got food poisoning not too shortly after we arrived home. We’re 100% sure it was due to salmonella food poisoning from the chicken burger being undercooked. This is not acceptable! I felt so bad for him throwing up all night and having to miss several days off from work. Please have your cooks, busboys, and servers double check that everything is sanitized and fully cooked and handled right according to the policies. We definitely won’t be coming back and will avoid this place at all costs.
Lives up to its name! We were a bit skeptical at first because it was lunchtime and there wasnt a crowd in sight but we ended up having an AMAZING experience with the staff and the food! Had the lamb burger and it was cooked to perfectionWILL DEFINITELY return to try more of their menu and one of those milkshakes!
The outdoor dining area is really nice for a breezy day. The sand which/burger options are great! Definitely a must try.
Our server was nice. The food is okay the burger to bread ratio was a little off because the burgers are super thick. The side salad was no good with the dressing because it tasted warm also so I’m not sure if it was sitting out. I didn’t really like the seasonings of what was in the meat but it was cooked well which I appreciated.
Been eyeing this spot for a while and finally stopped by this week.TLDR; Great service. Cool atmosphere. Good flavored fries and wings but a bit dry. Burgers not cooked to desired temp and a bit bland but juicy and filling overall.First of all, service and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Top tier service from everyone all around 10/10 for them without question. I was alone so I was given the option of a bar seat or at a table, I chose the bar since it’s easier for everyone.Got myself boneless sweet chili wings, the fry sampler (choice of 4 out of 5 types of fries), and the atomic burger.Appetizer took well over an hour to come out after I ordered, but this was excusable, (they had a party upstairs to take care of which was understandably busy). Wings were decent, good flavor, but a bit dry. The fry sampler came out with the appetizer which was a good move overall by the staff. I chose all the fries except the house-cut fries. The loaded fries and sweet fries were quite good, but the nacho fries and the parmesan fries left a bit to be desired. Overall the fries were decent as well but also quite dry.The main course came out less than 5 minutes after my appetizer. Considering I got a huge appetizer, (the fries sampler is enough for a party of 4 and came out first as well) I didn’t have much time before my burger started getting cold so I had to choose between letting my wings and fries get cold or my burger. I ordered my burger medium well, but it came out more medium rare, almost on the rare side. I personally don’t mind a pinker burger but I would imagine this being a problem for most. In terms of flavor the atomic burger overall tastes pretty bland, and considering burgers are their whole branding I wouldn’t call it the star of the meal by any means. It was juicy and filling but the flavor just wasn’t there.Will definitely come back again and try other menu items but all in all the food itself was a bit underwhelming.
Absolutely the best place in the city for a good burger the build you’re own burger makes it a pretty cool interactive meal, and the food is absolutely out of this world 10/10

5 stars because the drinks menu is insane. Prices are great but I wanted more chicken with my waffles and fried chicken.. lol but food was tasty.

Came to visit as i heard so many good things about this place, but i was so disappointed. When sitting outside ask for your table to be cleaned because due to the trees near the tables will have dirt and bugs. Service was okay but i had to ask for utensils and ketchup. If I’m ordering fries i would think the waitress will know to bring ketchup and salt and pepper. The food is over priced the fries came very greasy looking and sort of burnt. Definitely will not be back or recommend.
I was looking for a place to eat and have a beer. Hard to choose with all the restaurants and bars around the area. As I walked to Burgerology I was immediately greeted. I stated I was sitting on the bar and was gladly accommodated. I was immediately given a menu to looked at and asked if I wanted something to drink. The good thing about the service was I didnt feel any pressure to order as I was told I can take my time and inform them of my order. I knew what I wanted and was immediately. Sometimes the quality of the service matters the most in making a place comfortable and enjoyable. This is what I got. Great atmosphere and great service. Definitely recommend it if you want to relax and feel comfortable during a hot or sunny day. The beer taste great!

The burgers are quality and a great portion! I had the Henry Ford while my friends had a variety of other burgers including the Mac Attack. The Mac Attack is loaded with Mac and cheese with a pretzel bun. If you are a foodie with a big appetite, I would get that.The Henry Ford was solid. Lots of yummy bacon. Meat was cooked as I had asked.The fries are great, they have some good options to upgrade to many different types of truffle fries.We were so full we couldn’t fit the shakes they had. But they look huge!The location in Astoria is really big! Lots of room. Good for big crowds. It has a great feel. There is a bar on the bottom floor.Price is a higher than normal. Most probably spend At least $30 for the lunch/dinner with no drinks.
I didnt have burgers in mind this afternoon that I went here with my friends for dinner and drinks. I got the sangria as my drink although it was tasty I didnt even get a small buzz from 2 Mason jars full. Also, I thought it was happy hour at 4 and we paid full price for drinks.Burgers were really juicy even though I asked for well done. I chose to create my own greeting pepper jack, aioli, string fried onions. It was good. Fries were not crispy at all & kind of cold. My friends ordered buffalo chicken mac & cheese. It was really good. Crunchy chicken, and creamy. Gooey mac & cheese. I dont normally like anything in my mac & cheese but it was good.Both my friends said their burgers were good.We were seated near the side entrance and they had the door open for a good while because they got a delivery and they saw us covering ourselves with our jackets and shivering and they didnt offer to move us to another table.Server was nice and attentive.
I love the restaurant’s concept, the layout, the innovative drinks and the taste of the burgers we ate was AMAZING. Also, that milkshake was great too. This was the crazy monkey, had some chocolate ice cream, banana slices and peanut butter. I will definitely come back.Personal feedback: I do want to point out that the fries weren’t as great, little soggy, burnt and not so much flavor. Also, I did observe that service was a little slow but it was because the bartender had to make these big drinks and then come to the table to take our order; perhaps an extra server on Sunday lunch wouldn’t hurt. Other than that the staff was attentive and professional. 👏🏻👏🏻
I went at about 6pm and it was just starting to pick up. Service was quick and friendly and the ambiance was nice in their little garden. We ordered the BBQ burger and the Atomic burger. We split fries and onion rings. Let me tell you: the burgers are 🔥. I was worried my BBQ burger would be smothered in sauce, it wasn’t. It was PERFECT, cooked to order. Chill place, fun menu, great experience.
Manager gave us a discount for Pi Day. Staff were all super nice, food was super good. Only complaint is that the Caesar salad had a few too many lettuce...stalks? Bit bitter. Otherwise, amazing place. Definitely going again.
Definitely a spot to try when in Astoria. The drinks and food was amazing except for the Mac and Cheese. It was too dry and just not flavorful. But other than that, great atmosphere, great quality food and drinks. It would have been 5 stars if I had gotten fries instead of the Mac and Cheese.
Great place to eat and have a beer, It was such an awesome experience! Staff and waitresses were hella chill and just great people. Beer recommendations were on point, was real tasty paired up with the amazing burgers they have. Definetly get your money’s worth of Beef. Burgers are pure fire, poutine was iight but burgers were the best. Also give the Mac n cheese balls a try. Definetly going again
I went to this spot for the first time on 5 de Mayo… Saw it on TikTok & let me tell ya’ll that them burgers was dirt. Basura. The drinks were really GOOD, the vibe was chill, but them burgers, not good.
Every time I go to Burgerology, the place is a vibe, the music is great, the service is awesome and the food is always delicious. As a customer, I’m pretty satisfied😌🤙🏽
How does it take more than 30 minutes for a burger and fries in a half empty restaurant? Like what is happening in your kitchen where its this bad? Its embarrassing. KX is a few blocks away and 100% a better choice given the wait.
The quality of the food was mediocre and did not match the price we paid for it. I expect an amazing bigger for $16.95 in Astoria. Our burgers were underdone, there was a hair in our upgraded loaded fries, and the regular fries and chicken wings were not crispy. Wait staff was friendly and service was fine. Just disappointed in the food, and we do not plan to return.
We tried out Burgerology and were pretty disappointed. They messed up the kids burger order and brought out a replacement suspiciously fast. I think they overcooked someones order and brought it to us. It was a hockey puck thrown together as you can see in the pic. My wife ordered the beyond burgled and came out cold. They brought out another but forgot the sauce for the fries (they needed it) not much flavor in the fries tiny order. We got two sides of Mac n cheese and both were flavorless and aldente. One was soupy and the other was dried out. Now to the baconology. It was really small for a 17$ burger in Queens. It tasked ok but I didnt want to enjoy it because of the size of it and the rest of the order being pretty sad. The wait staff was had zero personality and the ambiance was cold. No music during happy hour so it was strangely quiet.
Burgerology is my new favorite burger spot in Astoria! Ive been here twice since its opening, and both times the wait staff were extremely friendly and attentive, including the manager. The food can only be described as comfort food to the extreme. The Mac and cheese is decadent and delicious, the chicken sandwiches are fried perfectly, the burgers are juicy, the garlic aioli with their fries are so good! The shakes are huge, too big for one person so Id recommend sharing. Just FYI burgers are made fresh so it does take ~30 minutes for your order.
Excellent place. First the burger, the meat has a lot of flavor, the bread adds more points, the choices you have for your burger are plenty. So the burgers in general make a good review for this place.I wish my fries were more crispier.. had to ask because the were to soft for me, but they never came that crispy the second time. Next time i hope it will be different. The burger makes it worth to be a second time and give the fries a second chance.I went on a wednesday so they had a special price for a bottle of wine half the price. The wine was good even tho i had one different that the one i asked. I ordered a pinot noir and instead they brought a blend, but at the end the wine was good and didnt had to talk and ask for the one i really order. When the food is good i generally dont bother too much. The manager was very courteus and helpful so thats a big deal to be satisfied for me. The waitress was very helpful too. Ill be back soon to get my pinot noir and burger combination. I recommend this place for burger lovers. ✌
The food was soooo damnnn gooood. Honestly, one of my new favorite places to eat. We ordered the Ben Franklin, Saratoga Bbq, Bacon & Chicken burgers and all of them were delicious. The vibe was chill and the service was excellent. Our waiter (I believe her name was Kassidy K) was attentive and friendly. We will be back soon!(:

I mean its the science of Burgers, what else do you need to know. Seriously this place is great, it seems like the burgers are hand assembled, wait, they are. The ingredients taste like they are the freshest available, they are. The server Danielle we had, is so attentive i didnt notice i needed a refill on my lemonade till she refilled it for me. In closing if you like fresh ingredients good food and excellent service then this is the place for you.
I go there because the good is good. And its expensive. But you pay good money for good food. But the staff is always an issue. And cost me more for their mistakes. Probably wont be going anymore.
Nice beer collection that pairs well with the beef burgers but, the lamb burger was like a gyro burger (expected something different). Potato fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings were good as well. Will go back again to try others.
I can’t put 0 just 1 star,the food was ok , the waiting time was horrible for our food to get to the table and also wrong items . For drinks they look nice but it’s not that amazing as it looks.The waiters well nice but they were all confused between tables.Not recommend at all.
Tried this place out while visiting. Service was a bit slow, restaurant half empty, yet plenty of waiters walking around. They carry plenty of original burger recipes with a veggie alternate. Appetizers were average but the burger was worth the wait. Pretty big portion and a bit messy, perfect.
Best burger place in Astoria will definitely return here and a big shout out to my waitress Justice she was great very on point with making sure my table was all good and taking care of.

Milkshakes and cocktails are both super great. The presentation of the milkshakes alone makes this place worth checking. The reason that you stay is for how nice the staff is. Sircharles is one of the most personable mangers Ive ever met. Had a very nice conversation about the Bronx with us at the bar. The bartender Jordan was lovely and kind. He was excellent at making us feel special. And he tied my straw wrapper into a heart. It was just a fun, casual place to be. 5/5 would recommend going.

Amazing food. Super safe with covid regulations. All doors and windows are opened and the establishment well ventilated. The outdoor dining space is busy but plentiful and easy to get a seat. Waitress we had came around often and was very diligent attending to our needs (blonde girl with short hair and amazingly fun makeup) so great thanks to her.Burgers are amazing. I highly recommend any burger made with their dry aged blend, which is flavorful and tender.I will be returning!
It should be stated that my experience with this food was via Uber Eats, so MAYBE their in-restaurant experience isn’t as bad.But wow, what an incredibly sub par meal. If you told me the Mac and Cheese was reheated leftovers from an buffet table, I’d believe you. I couldn’t even finish it, so bland and genuinely not worth eating.The fries were okay, but soggy and forgettable.Finally I thought the burger would at least be decent. Ordering online, I should have known I should have held off hope. The menu just stated the names of these burgers (very little thought, just names of famous geniuses, probably found in a Google search for “top 10 smartest people”).There was nothing special about the burger whatsoever, nothing worth remembering. Well, aside from the ROCK HARD bacon and onion toppings.Who knows? Maybe they care enough to make a decent meal if you’re there in person, but don’t expect anything worth the long wait if you order online.2 stars because at least the food was edible.
The picture looks pretty but that’s it. It’s just for pictures. This was supposed to be a milk shake that we ordered right after our food and it took 40 minutes to get to our table. When our milk shake came after asking twice for it, our food was done, we were ready to leave.But not just that... inside was just vanilla ice cream. If you go to their menu and check what was supposed to be inside you will see that ITS NOT ONLY VANILLA.But to get better... when we asked for the manager just to get to his attention how long it took and how it came, he barely listened to us, he offered another one not even letting me finish how we were feeling with the experience, we didn’t want anything again because the experience was just messed up( we also had to send our burgers back because mine didn’t come with few items and my partners didn’t have the special onions that she ordered in advance)Before talking to the manager, our server said everything came wrong because the kitchen was really busy because the second floor was packed (??????????) it was so confusing because whoever was in the first floor wasn’t priority then ? Oh god. It wasn’t a great experience and honestly I won’t be coming back.On our way out, the manager apologized to my partner saying he didn’t know it took that long for us to get our shake (but he didn’t seem impressed when we were trying to address the problem at the table even tho I told him it took that long for us to get it.) anyways... Personally I won’t come again.
Do not leave Astoria without eating here. Some of the best burgers in NY, no joke. And the menu is SO interesting!! So much variety, so many exciting things to try.The only drawbacks:Service can sometimes be a little slow, but its more than worth it, and the people there are always very nice.Its a little pricey for Astoria, but again, totally worth it for what youre getting!
100% great food with a good variety of choices considering they let you make your own burger.
It was pretty good. Food is oversized and gluttonous. Onion rings are fresh, not the frozen stuff. Burger was over the top. Pretty solid. Poutine fries are pretty good though I wish the cheese curds werent cold.
The hype was real but Food was iight. Okayy not ok , or good, but alright. Not gonna lie the sweet potatoes fries was fresh and tasted exactly like how it should taste. Drinks wasnt strong, tasted like juice, and the burger had no flavor. but the waitress was amazing and so was the icecream. Would i recommend anybody to go ? I say yes just to try something different and new

There food is very good I dont understand why you have to pay $2 extra dollars for them to chop your salad for you but it was good
Great burgers, fries, shakes and selection of craft beer. They have tuna, chicken, steak or veggie options but definitely known for the delicious burgers. Very friendly staff and good service

The food here is always delicious. I order something new every time and it never disappoints. The cocktail menu changes with the seasons...and they recently added drink towers. One of my favorite spots in Ditmars.
Awesome place for burgers and drinks. If speciality burgers are your thing, this is the place. They also have chicken sandwiches if anyone in your party is not a beef person. Service is great and the manger is very sociable.

I had the best burger in my entire life....hands down the best! The menu options were amazing and accommodate with my diet! I was pleasantly surprised to get a lettuce wrapped burger of my choice.....absolutely delicious! Not to mention the drink options and menu were superb! The location was also clean and great environment!
New to the area, so I checked out Burgerology last night with a few friends after someone recommended it. I got the Rockafeller burger, which was awesome, and the margaritas came in these cool plastic patron bottles. Service was really amazing thanks to our server Jordan! He was so much fun and on top of everything we needed. Me and my friends will definitely be back!!
My wife wanted truffle fries but received Mac and cheese instead, the service was good but there needs to be some proper timing when giving out the main entree and not give it as soon as the appetizers are finished. There are large portions but the food was very bland. Also, I don’t Know why the restaurant would give plastic utensils. I believe this service is expected when you hire college kids.

I was very impressed. Not only was the food awesome, but they really pulled off the science theme. Just a really fun/cool atmosphere. Friendly staff, clean, & good service. I will definitely come back especially for one of those rather intimidating yet delicious looking milkshakes.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Went here on a non-busy Sunday with my husband and toddler. It took them 45 minutes to bring out my husbands burger, at this point our waiter has not interacted with us or anything, the cook delivered our food to the table. After waiting another 10 minutes, so pretty much an hour we complained to our waiter that our food has not been delivered. The same cook came out 10 minutes later and noted that there was a mix up, and afterwards went to the couple that was sitting in front of us and grabbed THEIR food that was on their table and went to our table and handed us their items. YUCK 🤮🤮🤮🤮, I don’t care if that couple did not touch the food after realizing it wasn’t theirs, that is so disgusting especially during covid, what a joke. We had to BEG the cook to remake it all. Long story short, it took them another 15 minutes to bring everything out but at that point our toddler was cranky so we just asked for the check. The cook, the waiter both apologized very lightly and the fact that we still had to pay $45.00 for ONE meal and drinks that were watery from waiting for a ridiculous amount of time is pathetic. Not a good experience at all, please save your month and TIME and go to the other beautiful restaurants in the area.
Went on Sunday night with my gf for the first time. The burgers were really good, margaritas were pretty solid too. Our waiter Jordan was really awesome though. we’ll definitely be back.
I’m only giving a 2 star because the patron margarita was good, but if you’re trying to go there to eat, i would recommend you to eat at home first or somewhere else before ordering cause i can guarantee you will wait 45min - 1 hour for your order to even be remembered by the kitchen/waiter, just for them to rush it out poorly cooked because you asked for the check and ready to leave. how hard is it to cook a burger? it’s in the damn name of the restaurant for gods sake.
Baby, let me tell you:If you want your burger WELL DONE or MEDIUM WELL please express that and vocalize it to the best of your ability. Because I ate a PINK burger and so did my partner who ordered well done.I also ordered spinach in my burger and they forgot it. I told my waitress and they brought back some dry spinach on a plate.At least the cocktail was strong... better be since I waited 20 mins for it.3/5
Get this, Im not a huge burger fan. I hardly eat them. But the burgers here taste AMAZING. The patty was a bit thick but Im not complaining. The burgers have huge variety and if you dont like burgers you can get other food thats equally as good. Dude who served me was nice and friendly. And the desserts are great. Everything tastes as good as it looks and they look legendary. Only thing is since New York has an outdoor dining policy the bees kinda came for my milkshake- but other than that I love this place and Im definitely coming back.

Where do I start? It was very cold seating. Not enough heat lamps and it was low and then turned off. The drinks were bad tasting. I dont understand how your have all the ingredients and it should taste good but the mixture was bad.The food was alright. The Mac burger was not as good as it sounds even though all the ingredients were there. The mac and cheese could have been cheesier. I can say craft Mac and cheese from the box tasted better.Had high hopes but I guess I was wrong. I hope its better for you
My friends and I did brunch on a Saturday and the service music drinks and food was great but then my husband came on Sunday and the service food drinks was terrible so 5/5

This place is absolutely delicious. I went for Brunch so, they had a couple of different flavors for the mimosas (which no other brunch spot that’ve gone to, has done that). For eating they did have the regular menu, or also the brunch menu which consisted of: Different flavored Pancakes, Different variations of Omelets, chicken and waffles, steak and eggs, and much more.Will definitely be coming back again!
The food was really good and the drink we got was pretty good too. Just wish it was a little more appealing to the eye. Our server was very nice and handled all the tables he was given very well. My biggest issue, was the bathroom. It was disgusting. During a time like this, Id expect things to be kept extra clean. It honestly turned me off from the whole experience and I think Ill stay away from this location in the future. It unfortunately just made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the place.If pee soaked bathrooms dont bother you, than go for it!
Love their burgers here, not only are they a nicely sized burger they’re not over the top like most places. I had their Atomic Burger which was amazing! Yes it did have a kick which I loved so order a shake to cool off your tongue!Honestly all their burgers are amazing and so are the fires!
I was there on July 10, 2021 got seated at 9:45PM. Didn’t get any water for my party of 6 probably 20 minutes afterward we were seated. Had a Waitress Named Jordan Cool guy but just didn’t get on the table no more then twice that night. After my entire party got their food I was last to receive mine, before the waitress which wasn’t jordan put the food on my table he touched my entire baconology burger bun and walked away I went straight to management. and they said he just touched the “stick” holding the burger together. Either way it still didn’t mKe it right because of the times we are living in today. Neither did this guy have gloves on. he had a small tattoo on his right hand and was hispanic. overall I ended up getting something different from the menu and the manager gave my party a $27 discount. I will never be eating here again. Bad Service, Bad Employees and on top of that the floor was so slippery it was hazardous by the stairway area.

Went there for lunch and had an underwhelming experience. Our server was nice and the Bavarian pretzel and cheese curds were really good. However the drinks all tasted very watery. When we got our food everybody’s was cold. I got the beyond burger and it was so undercooked it was still cold and mushy in the center. We ended up paying a lot of money for drinks and burgers that weren’t good. The only food that was worth it was the pretzel and cheese curds.
Ive had lunch during the week here twice now. Excellent service, modest price.The burgers are juicy and cooked perfectly, with fresh ingredients and the buns are always on point and they have the crunchiest fries out there.The shakes are to be shared and quite a spectacle. Do recommend

The burgers and service are great but the fries were burnt and salty plus the mimosas didnt have almost any alcohol. Not to mention the fact that the food is way over priced and not really worth it. You are better just getting shakeshack and buying a bottle of alcohol from a liquor store and everything will end up a lot cheaper.
Great service and atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly and even gave me some advice when he heard I was looking at apartments nearby.They were out of most types of beer they normally have on tap. But this was late on a Tuesday, so may not surprising.2 stars knocked off because the standard Poutine Fries (fries, gravy, cheese curds) I ordered were comically bad. It was really just the cheese curds: they were HUGE (like gnocchi) and completely cold. They were barely edible chunks of salty cheese. Do not recommend.I will return to try the burger, which will surely be better.
Two stars are earned solely for its service. Although being an vegetarian i did not have a high expectation but since their specialty are on burgers expected the beyond burger to have some flavor but was very disappointed. The patty was tasteless, completely blend and the texture of it was soggy.

I would have rated this place 2 stars but our server was so nice. This place has potential but there are many things that need improvement.Pros - the food was very good and so was the service. We had 4 different burgers. Our favorite was the Edison. We also had the Einstein, the mac and cheese one and the bacon burger. My kids had the mac and cheese kids meal which they enjoyed but it was not very tasty to me, dry and not creamy whatsoever. We also had a cookie sundae concoction that was $25 and literally served 6 people.It was very tasty! Our server was very nice, I would have remembered her name but the music was so loud I could not hear anything she was saying.The Cons-This place is so loud you cant hear anyone. From the moment we walked in the hostess greeted us but no one could hear what she was saying. I had no idea we were walking into a club blasting Spanish music. I like Spanish music but I came for dinner not to a club. The problem with loud music is that people had to talk loud and that produces lots of saliva which is a nightmare situation if someone has covid and is spraying saliva all over the place. The bathrooms are so dirty, I think the owner didnt get the memo that we are living through covid. People want to see sterile environments. In addition, a dirty bathroom means a dirty establishment. There was graffiti in the bathroom so you can imagine the people that patronize this establishment. This place has potential but sadly we will not be coming back. Plus, in my opinion,, the loud music makes it not kid friendly. This place feels out of place since its located on Ditmars Blvd. We thought we were going to eat a burger at a burger joint, the name is very deceiving to say the least.
Drinks and food are GREAT. However the cheese they use for the max and cheese orders (me and my friend ordered two different orders of different max and cheeses) aren’t rich whatsoever so it ended up tasting watery/cheap as if amateurs made it. Wouldn’t be my go to spot but the experience wasn’t bad.

I went there because I discover their Instagram and their food seem very tasty. When I receive my order at the restaurant it was very different from what I was expecting.Burger was a lot smaller than the pictures shown on Instagram, fries were cold and burnt and their prices are too high to be just American fast food. The worst thing of all was when I went to the restroom, it was full of flies and pee all over the place, the underside of the seat was stained a nasty dark yellow. ¡PLEASE CLEAN THE RESTROOMS!!!.

This is a great spot to try out all kinds of exotic and unique burgers. Theres also an option to customize your own burger if you have a bold vision for it. The staff here are extremely kind, friendly and accommodating, and service is provided without any much wait time. I would recommend this spot to others and return again someday.
I came here on a Friday evening around 7:30pm with my boyfriend. It wasnt crowded at all. The food was good and came out very quickly. The waitress was really nice and very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. Me and my boyfriend are looking to go back soon to try those awesome shakes.
Came here on a Saturday night with a group of friends. We were seated right away and were greeted by 3 different people. Our server was really nice and quick. The food was great (be sure to try the sweet chili sauce on the wings... its amazing). The decor was nice and generally what you would expect from a restaurant in Astoria. Only down side... by the time we got to dessert, we were all too full to get anything and had to pass. Will definitely be going back... mostly to try the milkshakes lol
We ordered delivery from here last week and were pretty disappointed. The food arrived over 30 minutes later than the original estimated time, the delivery guy was talking on his phone when he gave us our food (also pretty sure it was a non-work related call) and had no sense of urgency as he entered the building and very slowly ascended the one flight of stairs to our apartment. Also, our burgers were barely warm and the fries were room temperature.
The burgers were okay . Mac and cheese tasted as if someone made it out of the box . On top of that the waitress was so off her vibe didn’t make us want to be there anymore . their service fee is $39 something . And the milkshakes didn’t even satisfy any of us it tasted like poured milk only . Everything tasted rushed and not well made .
Kevin is actually amazing. I left my purse with mad money in it and he ran out and gave it to us before we left. Our women servers were amazing and we had an amazing birthday overall. Thank you to the whole staffff❤️❤️❤️
This was one of the best places I’ve ever been to. The customer service is amazing, fast and reliable. The food portions are pretty big so you get what you paid for. It’s a great atmosphere to be in for a date, I went with my girlfriend yesterday for “National Girlfriend Day” and she loved it here.
Very nice food! Well presented dishes with equally good taste. The service was quick on our order. The waitress, named Devin, was very helpful and really gave us her full attention. She was great and communicative! Best burger in Astoria, hands down!
To start, hamburgers are very good, highly recommended. The boys are very attentive and always aware that if you are missing something or if you need something. The drinks are very good. When we visited our order to leave it was delayed a few minutes (its not a big deal) but they to compensate for the waiting time they gave us another round of drinks that we had already requested. I found this interesting, because of the country where I sell we are used to waiting and we are not compensated with anything. Well, the place is very nice. You can visit it.
Burgers are not the only thing to love at this place I had a chicken sandwich and it was outstanding and you can never go wrong with an oversized drink

Last night (6-7-19) was our latest visit. The Manager Ed greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcomed. Our server, Ben was great! He was attentive and friendly. The burgers are also fantastic!Long story: I sat outside today at a table for one, and the staff took a bit long to get to me because they were pretty slammed. After ordering and waiting for a while I was beginning to think that theyd missed my order. The manager came and apologized about the wait, then proceeded to comp my entire meal for me. The wait staff was always attentive as well. Overall, great experience!
Hosted a surprise party there over the weekend and the crew at Burgerology was amazing. From the initial party inquiry to us leaving at the end of the night they were fully invested in making sure the night was perfect. The food was great, the staff was quick, friendly and always available to help.
We decided to order take out from Burgerology. I was very disappointed in the food we recieved. We ordered the Mac attack with fries and the Benjamin Franklin was a salad. Our food came and everything looked very old and dry. We specific asked for SEVERAL packets of ketchup. We received only 2 for the entire order! At least if I had enough ketchup I would’ve been able to enjoy the very dry burger but nope. On top of that we did not receive the order of pineapple juice. We called the delivery man and he said they didn’t give him the pineapple juice with the order. I will not be ordering nor recommending this establishment. I understand we are in a pandemic but we are trying to support our local businesses but I cannot support if I receive subpar food. I couldn’t eat it.
The restaurants interior was really beautiful and the service was great. I personally really appreciated the theme of innovators for their products. I had the Henry Ford burger being not only did it look delicious I really love Henry Ford as a famous innovator. The others in my party enjoyed their burgers (Atomic, Saratoga, and Ben Franklin burgers if youre wondering) so I highly reccomend and I would see myself returning.
Today i ordered some mac and cheese and a pretzel for myself. I was really excited to try out the place since i’ve heard good things about the food. But i was wrong. The food looked great at first so i ate some mac and cheese and the pretzel. A couple minutes after i ate i felt extremely nauseous and decided to call and explain. When i called a women picked up, she sounded very kind but i guess i was wrong. she told me that she would look into what i ordered and put me on “hold”. when she put me on “hold” i realized she had just hung up on me. I never reviewed a place one star because i work in this industry and have felt you shouldn’t rate a place bad for one mistake. But this place has very poor costumer service. The lady who i spoke with didn’t even try to make it up to me. This is very disappointing!
If you like greasy and juicy burger, this is a good place. I like how the french fries are small portion compare to the burger size because burger itself can be really heavy. However, I want to go back here to get milkshake. Their milkshake looks so good but I couldn’t try because the burger was already too heavy.

Great meal. The service was really good, the food was delicious. We had the buffalo mac n cheese, which was really tasty and good portion to share, nice twist on a classic..my wife had the Reuben sandwich and said the corn beef was delicious and not salty like it tends to be in other places.. i had the steakhouse burger with dryaged beef, they cooked it perfectly Med rare. The flavor was on point with sauteed onions and peppers, as well as some really tangy garlic aioli on the side, and some mozzarella to tone it all down; a great burger. The manager was very friendly and helpful, he checked on us on various occasions and seemed to have a good grip on the whole operation. They also have a good beer list and outstanding cocktails. Overall, i was not expecting as good of an experience from a burger place but turned out to be pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back again
The burgers were good - and I got mine wrapped in lettuce. Hot tasty fries. The kids meals were served much earlier than ours which was odd, but I think they are still figuring out some kinks. The milkshakes are insane!
This place is better than great! It was hands down the BEST hamburger Ive ever had! It was absolutely worth it! Horrible customer service, esp to a pregnant female.Manager at the time (Im assuming), informed us that we can take a seat at a table with no umbrella and if it starts to rain, we can be moved to the next available table. So to avoid waiting, we sat at a table with no umbrella. The rain begins to come down and we ask out waitress if we can be moved as we see two tables are being cleaned. She says speaks to another waitress and goes along her way. BOTH tsbles (one table we understand was given to a couple before us however, the second table that was given to another group was NOT there when we first arrived) were given to to other people after we was told something different from the manager. I informed the manager of the situation and he says there is no available tables and I go yes there was, and they were given it before us. He had the AUDACITY to say well we did inform you you can wait for a table with an umbrella.At this point, we left because clearly he said he will move us to the next available seating area once it started to rain, but yet HE DID NOT. NOR did the other waitress who was told something by our server.Unprofessional, disgusted, poor management. Treat all customers the same.

I was in Astoria for business. The power plant I visited got sandwiches from Burgerology. I had a basic chicken sandwich with some bacon w/lettuce and it was really excellent!
Came here because our last experience was great probably being that we were payed attention since me and my husband were with my 2 month old. Memorial day service was a joke. Me and my husband had a baby break so we went out to grab a bite. The place was half empty so we figured good itll be quick and enjoyable. We were seated the minute we walked in. AFTER WAITING 40 MINUTES we got up and left. The server never came to even give us water or introduce themselves. The hostess smiled and said bye to us on the way out..like are you serious? We sat for 40 minutes and you didnt even serve us water. NEVER AGAIN. so disappointed.
We waited almost an hour and a half for delivery. I called after an hour and they told me the food had been done they were “just waiting on the driver.” Everything was cold when it got here, there was even condensation on the lid of the container of wings, which tells me it had been sitting around for a LONG time. For the price, I’m pretty disappointed in the experience.
Place is great vibes are great set up is great by the bar with the TVs but..... new manager is unacceptable. He needs to control the flow of the business and it is very very slow. 25mims for two drinks and 40 mins for fries and fries Mac and cheese balls. Managers like him run the place down and businesses don’t last. Sad to see a place with so much potential be run down.
This place is absolutely fantastic. Arguably one of the best burgers in the neighborhood. I highly suggest dining in it makes all the fried goods that much better. Not only is the Manager Eddie and team from this location great at choosing wine of your taste...but the menu is in sane. By far the Best Burger in Astoria. The flavors just explodes in your mouth. I have been to this restaurant on dates, with friends, and with family and every time the service has been extremely accommodating. Their drinks are delicious! The burgers are huge - I recommend the atomic as it has just the right amount of spice!
Pretty good. Nice to finally sit down for a meal, and they found us a table in the shade. Service was a little slow, and one order had a mistake. But in the cosmic scheme of things, in 2020, how big are those problems?? In fact, I started out giving it 3 stars and now Im giving it 4. Thanks for all the cold water refills!

I had a custom berger and fry’s it was sooo good then I wanted to get a shack it was a cake mix with sprinkle and caramel sauce now they forgot the sauce. I ordered for take out the other day and this is by far.. the best burger spot Ive ever came across in queens, probably the entire city. Onion rings are phenomenal as well. Ill be getting back on the N train for more. I was greeted by a very friendly staff too. Thanks for the awesome service and food :)
I ordered two orders Of hot wings and a burger with fries. I ordered the GrubHub once I receive my delivery my wings were so dried out it looks as if it was someone’s old order recooked When I bit inside the chicken it was so dry and hard that was the worst experience I ever had with you guys and then the fries were hard as a rock and dark brown as if someone ordered them earlier and never came and got them and you just threw them back in the grease and gave them to me and it was hard as a rock I was so disappointed. I keep reaching out to the store no answer!!this is the worst time to do this to someone, especially while we’re facing this epidemic that we are all going through!!
Inconsistent quality of food and servers. I frequent this place by dine in and take out. I never know what I’m going to get even by ordering the same exact thing every time.Make sure you ask for seating upstairs, the service is better as when seated downstairs you have Bryan B. who is clueless and need to be retrained as a server. Which is ironic because he is an original server from when they opened in September 2018.On a positive note, the manger is very sweet and usually on site.I have a picture of the cheese sauce for the $12 pretzel but when asked for a fresh cheese sauce you will get a creamy side that actually has flavor.
How can a place called Burgerology, not be able to cook a burger to order? 3 of us went in for lunch. Our waiter was very good, but the cook should be fired. All 3 of our burgers were over cooked. 2 of us ordered medium rare and got medium well, and the one ordered medium, got well done. I was the only one to say anything and the manager offered to cook another one, but it took them over 30min to cook our food, so I declined. He then said the burger was on the house. Nice and the right thing to do, but Id rather have the burger the way I ordered it.

Absolutely loved it , from the moment you pull up to the front and into the restaurant the staff are there to greet you and seat you right away , I went with 3 friends and we had a great time , my biggest highlight of this place was my waitress , she was so amazing, so tentive , patient , great attitude so many great ways to describe her I only wish I wouldve remembered her name but thank you for being great ! 10 stars for wait staff ! Drinks, had a couple good selections on draft and bottle beer couple of cocktails as well , I had a cider beer it was not great but okay still went well with my burger my friends had wine they loved it . The food was also great took a little long though and the place didnt seem to busy but that was okay it was worth the wait ! They do have a upstairs but I didnt get to walk around to see, all the more reason to take another trip from the bronx to Astoria, all in all you guys were great and I wish I could give you 10 stars! I made an order at Burgerology on Grubhub and the resturant called me and to reorder because the driver cancelled. I decided not to reorder from them and then they called me again and said they’re not giving me my money back because the driver cancelled. Since when does a customer get charged if they haven’t gotten the product? The waitress on the phone was very rude and combative. Needless to say I will never be ordering from this establishment again.
Great hamburgers amazing shakes, from the movies.The meat is really good also the bun and everything between.And the shake, owwwoooowowowwhhh the shake. Was soooooo good! And the stuff and service perfect as well. The server Christopher was very fast and the manager was passing by all the tables every 5 minutes just to look that its all good. Love it.Will be back.

Burgers reviewMy friend from RVC has talked my ear off about this place, so when I saw that they were opening a location in Astoria, I just HAD to check it out. The food is BOMB! Sooooo good. I had gotten the Cheesesteak Burger and the Chipotle Fries (minus the bacon). I had heard great things about their milkshakes, but I was stuffed after my meal, so Ill have to come back for that.The wait staff were very friendly and attentive; frequently checking in to see if I liked what I ordered and apologizing for the wait. The service was a bit slow, but Ill chalk that up to them being new.Cant wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!

Burgerology is the place to go for outstanding food. We started with some ampetizers the Mac and cheese fantastic and Garlic Parmesan wings so delish . There were so many options to choose but we really wanted to save room for our burgers.We had the Classic burger and also built our own burgers amazing !!! They have a full bar with awesome beers to choose and wine as well as cocktails. The Bartenders are really nice and friendly we met one tonight named Nino great guy. Our server was Josh another great guy very attentive to anything we needed. We met the owner super nice guy and his wife and daughter. This place is definitely worth checking out you will not leave disappointed. We will definitely be back . I’m glad Astoria has an awesome burger place to go to now.
This review is based on their Buffalo Mac N Cheese and their Sriracha Maple WingsI have been here before and their burgers are great, overpriced.. but great. And today I decided to try their wings and Buffalo Mac N Cheese since their Instagram posts some pretty amazing shots of what they are supposed to look like.I was very disappointed that the Buffalo Mac N Cheese literally only included 2 strips of chicken, and it barely had any buffalo sauce + ranch. It was mainly Mac N Cheese that was definitely not worth the price. If only it had a more reasonable amount of chicken and sauces and it would be a good item.The Sriracha Maple Wings were a HUGE disappointment.. dear lord I hate writing bad reviews.. but these were just so sad.. the wings were extremely dry. The texture was that of frozen wings you buy at a deli. And the flavor literally just tasted like cheap maple syrup! Their was legit so hint or taste of Siracha at all! They were just dry, sticky, and overly sweet wings. I had to add my own buffalo sauce to even make them edible enough.This place has amazing customer service so I genuinely feel bad writing this review, but when you charge that much for meals that are pretty mediocre it is a disservice to customers.

At an almost empty store and without even a notice or feedback from the staff, me and my wife finally get our burgers after 1 hour and 10 minutes of wait. The only reason that I give 2 stars is only because the burgers were descent. The store manager value our wasted time and give us 10% or $3,46 discount . Thats how they value there customers, time and patient. Never go back again.
Sunday brunch is bomb.. had the massive bloody mary which comes topped with a slider and shrimp.. really strong. DJ plays music on the top level keeps you jamming on a Sunday..
I had a very bad experience here with my friends. Yes there were nine of us and they served all of us but, they have highly priced, low quality food. Our bill came out to 200 dollars and we were planing to pay and add a tip. We were unpleasantly surprised with a 30 dollar “service charge”. We were confused with what it was but then realized they we forcing us to pay a tip. Planing to pay a tip before we almost double tipped them. We are younger and assume it was because they didn’t think we would pay a tip. My friends and I will not be returning anytime soon.
I am having a pretty good year with regard to my interaction/s with customer service and management, both upper and lower. I experienced a pretty frightening situation which only Burgerology could assist me with. It was fairly late but that did not keep the gentleman at the other end of the line from helping me with a very nerve wracking issue. I was fortunate to call and have an extremely and very helpful individual help me with the experience I was dealing with. I am deliberately leaving the name of the employee anonymous. I am sure all of Burgerologys employees are equally helpful. In essence, after speaking with such individual, I came off feeling confident that my situation was going to be resolved. He went ABOVE and BEYOND what my expectations were. I have now been a customer of Burgerology whose food is amazingly delicious as well as an individual who had the pleasure of receiving top notch customer service when needed most. Btw, the gentleman that helped me had no idea I had been a customer at his establishment. I will however, continue to enjoy the pleasure of being a satisfied customer..Thank you once again.
The drinks for 2 are huge strong and taste amazing the menu is simple they have something for everyone even vegans the milkshake are great and when I went they were having musical bingo that staff amazing the manager super nice lol he keptsayin ur not gonna eat the outside cause u can referring to the outside of the milkshake I thought it was really cute my kids left full and happy and mama left full and intoxicated id say that was a successful outing wouldnt youSb:with out alcohol expect to spend about 40 per person And theyre outdoor dining area is really cute
First time ordering and will be the very last. I ordered to go . The burger bun was hard stale and the beef was dry and with no flavor. It was so bad that the beef felt like crumbled chalk. The coleslaw was so bad that it tasted like butter instead of mayo. I will never go back....UPDATE... today is the next day and my boyfriend clearly got food poisoned he threw up all the burger last night and today he’s getting cold chills and sweating and he is super bloated . Luckily I have a way stronger stomach then him and was able to run to the restroom this morning. However we will never be going back .

I really wanted to love this place. I tried the location in Huntington and it was amazing! Came here for dinner last night in Astoria and ordered a cobb salad. They forgot to add avocado and also charged me extra for chicken that was already part of the salad? I paid $24 for a cobb salad. When I asked the waiter he said it normally doesn’t come with chicken. I did not want to argue. This is not what it said on the menu. They also got my drink wrong, which isn’t a big deal. It wasn’t too busy, but maybe they were having a bad night. I probably wont be going back to this location.
Burgers, wings, mac . All the food is great. The delivery company they use seemless or grubhub...is a disaster. First the delivery guy shows up on a bicycle in flip-flops holding a bag like Mary Poppins. Second, he brings half of the order. Next we are told the other half cannot be delivered as there are no additional drivers available.Then the other half is missing. Guess we do not need the delivery guy is no longer needed. Then seemless says we will be refunded. Still only 1 person has dinner. This is the 2nd consecutive time there was a problem with seemless.
The food is out of this world and the service is amazing! The shakes are a must if you go and you wont regret dining here.

Burger was nice but portions was not so big as I was expecting. I liked the decoration, although big TV screens dont seem suitable for the place. Many choices for beer.

Overall just meh. Food took forever to arrive. Burgers looked like they were quickly slapped together and falling out one side when they arrived. Fries were soggy and not crispy. Not worth the money.
I felt a little weird ordering a salad at a burger joint but I have to say, the buffalo chicken salad was great! I would definitely return to try a burger and a few other items on the menu.
Food is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Only issue was my appetizer was cold. The manager came over fixed it and didn’t even charge me. Definitely will be back.
Well i went there for the first time the food was great! Which i did like it! how ever the waiter Chris was not very courteous he took our order and i asked for the Drinks menu as i was looking it over he asked are you guys going to order from there i stated umm no not yet and he just took the menu when i placed it on the table. I was like ook did not say much about it until after wards we ate the food. He came back asked is the food ok i stated yes he took all the dishes back i asked for the bill he gave it very fast and i paid him and the guy never brought back my change i was going to be generous and give him $20 tip but instead he never gave me the change and as i left i told the manager he can keep the change he never came back! that waiter makes the service in that place look Lousy not good for buisness! Smh!!
First off I would like to say burgerology Astoria’s food and burgers are the best hands down. I highly recommend them.That being said, the purpose of my review is to Confry late the manger - NINO on his grade A customer support. I placed an order about 45 minutes to realize there was a slight mix up on the order and how our burgers were made, when I called in, I explained my issue and without question NINO said to come back down that he would have his kitchen remake everything. Originally the remake of food would take 25 minutes, NINO executed and expedited my order ; it was completed in 15 minutes. When i picked up the remake order he personally handed the food to me, shook my hand, apologized and admitted his kitchen had made the mistake. NINO told me next time I come in to ask for him and my first round is on him; I am not a big drinker but the jester alone goes a long way. I told him, “it is very important to have great food, but even more importantly to have great customer support” . Without customers, no business can thrive. NINO demonstrated what all managers and business owners should do. As a business owner myself, I judge companies off their customer support first. Again, I can’t say this enough NINO did a great job, not only with the remake of the offer, a round on him, a gift card, extra food on the remake, but he personally handled this situation himself; that’s a true leader. The food is really good and the service is excellent. If you like burgers this place is for you.
SLOW service. They like to bring the kids food first, so that the kids finish their entire meal before the adult food comes. If you order dessert, be prepared to wait for 30+ min. The food is good, but not worth the wait.
Great food. Great customization options. Shakes are delicious. Pricing is great. Nothing to complain about. Definitely worth every penny you pay!

2022-04-14We stumbled upon this gem just by chance. Thanks Google. Upon our arrival we were promptly seated in a cozy booth. It was early evening and not too crowded. Loved the atmosphere! Our cocktails were delicious and the burgers, fries, and onion rings were fantastic!! Definitely a high-end NYC burger spot given our bill ($100+) but it was worth it and we would dine here again!

2022-06-19I came here with high expectations and sadly I didn’t get that. Like many other reviews have said, the food is BLAND! Like there is hardly any flavor or moisture in anything. The burgers were very dry, and loaded fries were so dry as well. I even found a hair in them.The wings, onion rings and especially Mac n cheese and Mac n cheese balls were so so bland we needed to drop a ton of salt on it. It’s not nasty food it just needs flavoring. I’ll likely come back IF they either get a new chef OR if they season their food and add some moisture to it.

WE HAVE Burgerology!!Let me start off with the staff!Super friendly, amazing, tentative, accommodating, and overall outstanding.The food was great too. I purchased the steak and Eggs. The steak flavor was on point. Could have been more medium rare like I asked but the flavor picked up the slack.The drinks specials are actually amazing and priced very well. We ordered the mimosa tower and had the peach option. It was amazing and filled over 8 glasses to the top. The price is so good too I believe around $40-50 bucks. Can’t beat that deal. I Will be returning with friends very soon just for brunch and drinks.The desserts!!! Omg who needs the sugar Factory when you have better prices and better flavor options here and locally in Astoria!I can’t believe I’ve never been here.This is a game changer and must go to location! Ten stars ⭐️My party and I enjoyed every bite and every sip.Thanks you all so much!

2021-11-04On Monday, it came here to eat with my family. Our hostess Raquel got us in situated and seated quickly even brought my son a coloring page which he enjoyed. As soon as we sat down , our server Loranne brought us water and gave us a minute to decide. This was our first time here so when she came back we were still undecided luckily for us she helped us thru the menu and suggested a few items. Once we placed the orders she quickly came back with drinks and she informed she be right back with our orders. A few minutes and a gentleman named Jeremy came with our food. The food was so delicious. My son enjoyed his chicken tenders and fries, the food was well seasoned. Throughout our dinner the host and servers had checked in on us several times to make sure everything was to our liking as well as asking us if we needed anything. I will definitely be returning again. Just on its hospitality alone i give this restaurant and it’s location 5 stars the food and drinks another 5 stars. I can honestly say I have had no bad review.

2022-06-21This is my first time ordering from here and I was pleasantly surprised at how good their burgers are. The one big downside is the cost. I paid around 18 bux plus fries. The burger was very good, I would order again but it won’t be for a while. I do have to say they packaged up everything very nicely for the delivery. The presentation for a delivery was thought out nicely and it is very appreciated.Update. 6-20-22. Finally went in to eat in person with friends. Great tasting food! Great music. Great guys haha. It is on the pricey side but you get great food. I’d come back.

2021-11-15This place is the adult kid play house. The icecream sunday is huge. Two of us could not finish is. The milkshakes are amazing. The staff is awesome. I even got to meet the owner. He is chilled and relaxed. Very nice guy to talk with.They have bimgo night which is fun. The music is great and not to loud.
