I had a 55 Vizio 4KHD smart TV that went haywire on my wife and I one night. The next day I called up Paul and he said to bring it down and hed take a look. He let me know a few days later that it needed a new control board and hed have to send it out, but would call me as soon as it was finished. We were in no big hurry (we watch too much TV as it is lol), and within like 2 weeks it was ready to go and looked like new! And it was *still* less than the cost of a new TV. I cant recommend Burgios enough. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest; a rare hat trick these days. I love supporting local businesses when I can, and I know if and when I have another TV issue where Ill be going
I went in with an old TV that needed repair. Called and he gave me the full run-down of how everything would work, good communication. When I arrived my TV wasnt repairable so he didnt even charge me, just wanted to be upfront about what he could do. Also had a nice little conversation, would recommend to anyone who needs repairs or wants an older TV since the newer styles arent always the right thing.
Really happy with my experience at Burgios. My Vizio TV had the dreaded black screen of death and Paul fixed it to pristine condition. I realize now my screen was slowly dying/fading over the past year or so andwhen I turned it back on for the first time once I got it back it was truly a magical moment :) highly recommended

I highly recommend Paul for any television needs. He’s extremely professional, honest and to the point, plus timely and patient. My partner and I weren’t sure if it was worth it to repair our second TV (45 inch Samsung I think), which had stopped turning on months ago. He replaced all the required parts and it looks brand new. Paul is a great guy. Honest, straightforward, and a pleasure to deal with. He told me what he thought was wrong with my TV and suggested I get it fixed. When I let him know I was going to get a new one instead he told me he’d take my old one off my hands and fix it up to sell. Saved me the trouble of finding a recycling center, he makes some cash and one less tv in a land fill. A pleasure to deal with.

I searched google for a TV repair shops, and decided to take my large Sony flat screen TV to Burgios, because he had a ton of positive reviews. I pulled up to his store front on a Saturday. Paul came out of the store and carried my TV in. Nice! Monday he called me and told me my TV was ready. Great service and I like that the $60 diagnostic fee is applied to the service fee. I was pleased that the cost was low to fix the TV.
I had an old 60 inch tv and I was about to throw it out while I was moving because the picture tub had blew unbeknownst to me, I just knew it wasn’t working so I had to go to Burgio’s to pick up a tv for my mom and while I was there I asked him if he could fix my tv and he said yes and so I said ok I can pick it back up later and he said noooo!!! Stay right here, I’ll be done in 10 min 🤦🏽♀️And he was!!! Long story short, efficient, professional, accurate, and amazing!!!
Paul took the time on the phone to talk through the issue with my TV. Very honest and NOT just looking to take my money. It ended up that my TV probably isnt worth repairing and he was honest enough telling me that upfront. Will certainly look for him first if I ever need a repair again.
Do NOT take your TV anywhere else for service in Buffalo. This guy is the best! I had a very high end Samsung that needed repair after getting zapped with a power surge, leading to a burned out power supply board. Burgio was crystal clear up front on the approach to be taken for evaluating the damage, and was very fair for a down payment. Even though he had a lot of TVs ahead of me in line, he promptly got to my TV when he promised to. He ended bringing my TV back from the dead by performing some rather sophisticated repair on the power board that I thought was totally blown. Pricing was very reasonable.Highly recommend this place.
Today was my first trip to Burguos. It all started with a very friendly phone conversation regarding questions I had for 2 separate TV repairs. I was very very pleased at the amount of knowledge, and customer care given to me. I loved that I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I instantly knew that this was an honest man who had nothing, but my best interest at heart. I managed to get all the parts I needed at such an amazing price! All the parts were in stock, in store, and I received them all on the same day, but I also was done one better. The shop happily took my damaged, monster 75 inch TV, and the responsibility of recycling it for me with no added cost to me at all. Ive definitely been to many places that do charge an arm, and leg for that service. Honestly in 2020 it is very very difficult to find any place that actually values the customer, and is all about helping them through a tough time. Its incredibly difficult to find people who still care, and take pride in their work as well, but youll find nothing but the best here.The shop itself was very trendy, and is basically a museum of television so much so that it has an art to it! I would absolutely recommend Burgios to anybody searching for any type of TV parts, repairs, or questions. I couldnt be happier with my experience today.. Again it is such a rare thing these days to be able to call up a shop, and have somebody friendly, and knowledgeable answer the phone and get you all sorted out despite needing a more rare type part, and on the same day no less. I would like to thank the owner for the amazing help, and friendly atmosphere provided. I will definitely be visiting again for all my repair needs! This place was a godsend!
Paul is a great guy. We took our TV to him and he repaired it very quickly at a more than fair price. Later on, when my moms TV died, Paul checked it out and let us know it was beyond repair. We purchased a replacement from him. The TV had a small hiccup that he took care of immediately. He even took the time to go through it with my mom so she felt comfortable using the new TV. I will definitely continue to do use Paul for all TV issues.
Paul is a dying breed of people. He was very professional, the timeliness and quality of work was exceptional! The care he has for his customers is hard to come by in today’s world. Definitely will recommend to anyone I know and will continue to use his business from here on forward.
It was great talking to a tech who takes the time to fully explain things. I purchased a used TV part and was 100% satisfied. Sent a nice note with the part and offered more help if needed. I will keep his number on file for the future.

Great experience with Paul and his service ... I brought in my big screen TV with a power issue and Paul had it up and running in no time ... $60.00 up front to diagnose and an awesome price for the repair! Cant get any better than that ... was looking at having the G**k Squad take a look but it would have cost me ~ $200.00 to join and another $100.00 to come out and diagnose ... with that in mind I would have been better off buying a new TV ... Paul was so great and helped me with a great deal on a mint condition TV. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy on true values. Prices that cannot be beat for great quality refurbished TVs! I talked to Paul several times in my effort to fix my TV. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. Hes good at what he does and really seems to enjoy his work! He sold me a power supply, and when that did not fix my TV he referred me to another guy hear in CA who fixed it. He even followed up with me to confirm my TV eventually got fixed! Great personality, his prices are very reasonable and hes upfront about everything. I dropped my tv off and was given an exact pick up date and it was ready on that date which was a go in my book. He produces quality service and will blow your expectations through the roof. I will definitely take any broken TVs back to him for repair. Hes a great guy and very professional. Overall I was very satisfied with my service not to mention with my bad luck i couldnt even enjoy the TV because soon as i got home the TV slipped and fell and the screen cracked in several spots so now its trash.

Spoke to Paul on two separate occasion about ordering tv parts and about repairing a tv screen. Both occasions Paul have assisted me on the phone even though His store is not making any money. Sorry it took me so long to get to this review, but better late than never. My Magnavox flat screen began having issues with on off capabilities and finally could not turn it on anymore. Took it to Burgios last November (six months ago), based on previous reviews and the repair was one day and worth the cost to repair. You put a deposit down for Pauls time to figure out the problem and if he can fix it, it comes off the total cost of repair, if he cannot fix it, you have just paid for his labor to let you know it cannot be repaired. I am very pleased with the results. I recommend his service. The TV is still working beautifully.

I highly recommend Burgios TV Services! My Samsung TV stopped working the day after Christmas. I called up Paul (the owner) the next morning and brought the TV in an hour later. He did an excellent job explaining what the problem/issue might be and how he would take a look at it and call me back with an estimate. A few hours later he called, explained what the issue was, gave a very fair estimate price and had it ready for me to pick up later that afternoon. Paul is what customer was and always should be. He was so wonderful to me. I also had my 6 year old with me who is quite an energetic child and he was so kind and patient with him. I would absolutely recommend his business, he is fantastic at what he does.
My parents Samsung Plasma TV would not turn on. Called Burgios and Paul was fantastic! Even though he was on break for the holidays, Paul met me at the store and within an hour, had the TV up and running. $60 deposit went towards the repair and worth every penny. I called Paul, at Burgios TV Repair, and explained the problem with my TV. He told me to bring the set in for service and hed see what the problem was. I took the set in, and the very next day Paul called me back to explain the issues with my TV, and cover how much it would cost to fix it. I told him to go ahead and fix the TV. The very next day he called me back to say it was fixed. I picked up the TV, which was good as new, and its been good since. Excellent service.
Today my Fiancé called Burgios, because we needed a DLP chip for our 73inch Mitsubishi TV. A DLP chip isnt a common part you would find in a local store, especially one you can get the same day, but he had it in stock ,and ready to be picked up the same day! He instantly remembered my fiancé when they spoke on the phone from the last time we purchased a lamp for the same model. We also were able to drop off a broken 75 inch flat screen tv to be recycled. This guy definitely knows his stuff he instantly knew the model by number, and all the parts in it. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone. All the parts worked perfectly, and he even threw in a couple extra items I needed!
The lamp burned out on my older Toshiba rear projection DLP TV. I found a genuine Toshiba replacement lamp for a very reasonable price on ebay from Burgios TV. They shipped the part out quickly and it arrived safely since it was packaged well. My TV now works great! I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again and if I lived in the Buffalo, NY area, I would definitely check out Burgios TV for a newer TV when the time came to upgrade. Thanks!

Outstanding service. The picture on our Panasonic TV, when started, would only be a bunch of vertical lines. After 4-5 power cycles, the TV would be fine. This happened every time we wanted to watch it. I decided to call the store, he said he was going on vacation for two weeks and to call him back . I was disappointing about the wait but I can tell you it was worth it. Paul was professional and courteous over the phone and even more so in person. He helped get my TV from the car and into his shop without any hesitation. He said in would be ready in a week and sure enough , it was. Before he helped put it back in my car, we gave it a test run in his store. problem solved. I think the picture now is as sharp as it ever was thanks to Burgio TV
Couldnt be more satisfied. Paul is friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my TV in on a Monday and picked it up in perfect working order on Wednesday. Luckily, he had the part in stock. So much cheaper than buying a new TV. Just call ahead and then drop off your set. And if it cant be fixed, he even has several you can buy from him. That was my plan B.
Was able to diagnose and fix a problem at 1/4 the cost of a new TV. Only took a few days, great turn around! Seemed highly competent and knowledgeable about many different models.
I brought in 2 TVs to Paul and he was able to fix both of them and the picture is perfect! Paul was up front with how long he would need to repair them and was very fair with his pricing. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to get a tv fixed, or anyone looking to add another tv for their house because he has many different sizes to choose from.

Called for a lamp replacement. Service was excellent, pricing affordable and Paul is a people person down to earth. Our LG 65in LED slowly stopped working, it was just out of warranty. I google searched how to fix it on my own, and instead found local TV repair places. I didnt know they still existed I read reviews on the first few, and found Burgios had stellar reviews. I called around, he was very pleasant on the phone, gave me a time I could bring my TV in. Walked into the shop, there were TVs everywhere, sort of in disarray which most would probably think was a bad sign. My first thought was the place hadnt been organized in 30 years, which I saw as a great sign, hes been around for that long, he knows what hes doing. He took the time and explained there is a $ amount/threshold to fix a TV or not. He called me to tell me what he thought it was and he ordered a part and hoped to have it fixed the following Monday. He called me Saturday and had it fixed early, he stayed late and waited for me. TV works great again, like brand new. I would highly recommend, and also kicking myself for any TV I previously replaced without first calling Burgios. TVs are worth fixing!!!!!!

The owners is absolutely wonderful!! He is so polite and fast working. He has my Samsung Smart TV done within a week but thats because he needed to order the part. His work and professionalism is amazing. Has A LOT of nice TVs for decent prices. I purchased another t.v and couldnt fit both of them in the car and he ever so kindly offered to deliver them both and help set everything up!!! Definitely reccomend him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Paul is such a breathe of fresh air. He is a straight to the point stand up guy! He doesn’t pull any punches or feed you any bull which is great. We bought a 55” and after a month there was a prob with the picture. We had the company come out and try and fix it and after two visits they told us it’s shot and was refunded and they let us keep the tv to do what we wanted. We explained it to Paul and he was glad to take a look. It took some time and we weren’t too hopeful and didn’t wanna push. It was a very tricky issue but he never gave up and finally figured it out and got it fixed to perfection much to our surprise!!!! He is an old school great guy and I’m so glad I found his shop. With TV’s beings relatively inexpensive I was not sure getting my 60” Samsung fixed would be cost effective. I brought it to Burgio’s for an estimate which turned out being very reasonable. The tv was fixed promptly, didn’t exceed the quote, and now works perfectly. An added bonus is that I had it fixed by a business that is local and not a big box store. I’m totally happy with my experience.
So i had a pioneer plasma TV from around 2009 and the picture distorted only when an Xbox one was plugged into it while everything else worked fine. Called to see what could be done, guy said he didnt have parts for it since it used to be a super high end TV back in the day, but he sat on the phone with me giving me a bunch of advice on how to possibly fix it, even after another store said they wouldnt touch it. Would definitely call back or stop in if I had any other issues with any of my tvs.
Our TV lost its picture and not knowing anything about repairing them i googled TV repair in my area and Burgios came up took my TV there and was very happy with the results you dont stay in business for 40 years without honesty and integrity you dont have to go any farther than Burgios
Paul was fantastic! Had my 60 Samsung go black on Monday night. Called Best Buys Geek Squad on Tuesday morning to be told its not worth fixing... they do have TVs on sale though. Called Paul, dropped it off Tuesday night, picked it up Wednesday! Cost me a fraction of what I would have payed for a cheap Walmart replacement. My beautiful Samsung is as good as new. 3 years later, after a quick and reasonably priced repair, the flat panel is still working with a perfect picture. Im so glad I didnt spend a ton of money to buy a new one. Thanks again!
My TV broke a few months ago and I brought it over to Paul. He quickly reviewed and sent me over the quote to fix it. I got it back within a week. However, the within a couple days it was having the same issue. I called Paul and he apologized and told me to bring it back in. He went over the issue and how it was a specialized repair and actually outsourced the repair. He contacted them and got it corrected again. Paul was nothing but a please to work with and would definitely recommend him.

Called Burgios this morning regarding my 10 year old Plasma TV that died last week. This tv was so awesome that I really wanted to save it. After talking with Mr. Burgio for about 15 minutes he honestly told me the pros and cons in having this tv fixed. Now a days most people just want your business they dont care if it is worth it or not, that was not the case with this gentleman. I came to Burgios not too long ago with my television which I thought initially didnt work. After being served with such thorough service , come to find out it was a minor issue. As a result I was given good advice and wasnt even charged. I was very pleased with the customer service and that they werent just trying to get paid.

Burgio s TV repair provides great service. You can expect a very honest and upfront diagnosis.My TV screen went black on Sunday. I immediately took it to Burgios on Monday for diagnosis. He originally said hed need a week to diagnose due to the volume of customers ahead of me. By Thursday he had diagnosed the problem and had an invoice for me so I could submit my warranty claim.Very happy to take my business to Burgios.

After a power surge, during a storm, my tv didnt come back on after the power did. I called Burgios and after talking to Paul, the owner, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Less than 24 hours after I dropped off the tv, he called me to say that the tv was fixed. Paul is a caring, honest professional. The cost was affordable, but more than that, you can tell that Paul cares about his customers, and that is priceless. I live at least 15 miles away - not exactly around the corner - but it is worth the drive for such great customer service. I recommend Burgios 100% !

Great overall experience. Very professional, straight forward, honest, friendly and fast. This was my first needed repair, I explained what happened and he gave an estimate of repair costs. I wasnt in a hurry, but he was done in less than a week. Hes been in the neighborhood forever and treats everyone with respect. My two year old 72 TV started to falter and then failed completely. I called around to the shops recommended by the store, but found all of them sketchy at best. After chatting with my father, he recommended Burgios. It is close to my house, and he was pleased with the price and quality of work done on my grandmothers television a few years ago.I called and immediately was told that an in-house visit would be a waste of money since this particular TV is know for a variety of gremlins, none of which could repaired outside of the shop. After taking the TV to Burgios I was told the problem was exactly what he expected and that it would be ready in three days. Sure enough, it was ready to go three days later.Unfortunately, after arriving at the shop, Mr. Burgio tried to turn It on and it failed again. A little down in the mouth, I went home without my TV. A day later I received a call from Mr. Burgio informing me that the another component failed and the screen was now as good as trash; however, since he had promised to repair it he said that if I gave him a few days it would be as right as rain.Three days later I received a call to come pick up the TV. This time it functioned perfectly (and has since). Mr. Burgio took it upon himself to cannibalize another TV he had in the back, replacing my entire 72 screen. He did all of this without charging me a dime over the initial quoted price.This is old school service, a rare commodity in todays world. I cannot recommend Burgios enough, and plan (if my other TVs go on the blink) to use his services again.
I finally got time to get my large TV off the wall which needed a repair. Once meeting Paul, he has earned any future business and referrals for TV repair. Paul let me know that he could do the job, and do it fast. This was during snow storm, and had no problem having tv ready for big game.

Wonderful service. My 55 Vizio was repaired in no time. The top half of my TV was black and bottom was light. My 50 Panasonic Plasma TV broke on Saturday two years ago. Same issues happened before, and I considered getting rid of it. But, I decided to give one more shot to repair it. He not only fixed the problem same day so that I could see Michigan/Ohio State game but also identified why this happened before and now so that this does not happen again. I got the feeling that he had excellent knowledge base. I was glad that I made a right choice to bring it to the right place, and appreciate that he took care of it so quickly. It is still functioning great now.

After receiving a bad power supply board from a ebay I did a quick google search and stumbled across Burgios TV repar. It was near my house so I figured I would give a call. I called to gather some information and was never once told what I wanted to hear but rather the facts. Flat $60 for diagnosing the problem which would be applied towards the total bill and then a fair quoted price for the repair once the issue had been established. In a day where people are far too often told what they want just to get them to go through with a transaction, it was a breathe of fresh air to get some honest repair work and for the repair to be completed so expeditiously. I highly recommenced this business.
Burgios GREAT customer service just saved my holiday!!! I woke up in a panic because my LG 4K sound went out and I didnt know what to do. Tried everything on the website. I call Burgios because it was no way this could happened right before the holidays. They answered, and calmed me down made me understand that my TV is new and should still be under warranty (instead of just taking my money) they instructed me to call the company first. I have a Sony Bravia 40 tv that lost all power. I saw Burgios listing on eBay for a completed board set from one that had a cracked screen. I made the purchase. The price was good, and shipping was fast. I only had to replaced the main board, and that was the problem. The tv works great. I would definitely recommend the seller on eBay.

Knowlegeble customer service ( not just someone behind a counter with a computer that dont know anything, just what ever the computer say). Reasonable priced. Went there for a bulb replacement he actually put in a module at no extra cost. I noticed out of the corner of my eye his TV cleaner and thought why not. BEST STUFF ever. I was in a bind when my hard drive fried. They were able to replace a chip on the hard drives PCB to get it to work again. I really appreciate the time and care they took to help me out in such a tricky situation. My hard drive is now fully functional and is as good as new!

I am in Buffalo helping my daughter move into her new house. She gave away her TV stand for a Samsung . I called Burgios. They were very polite on the phone. Not as honest as he appears, they take $60 down without knowing whats wrong with the tv, its an entrapment so u cant back out if the cost of the fixing is too high. I paid $136. i wasnt aware of the fixing cost. He claimed that he fixed it but it wasnt fixed.....I dont recommend him to anyone

64 plasma samsung TV would not turn on at all. Took it to Burgios and he had it fixed within the week for about 250$. Very reasonable pricing and quick turn around.
I called Paul to advise my 55 Vizio TV had stopped working. He explained the $60 diagnose charge and I decided I would try out his service. He called me the day after I dropped the TV off to explain what the problem was and what the cost to repair the TV would be. The TV is now working perfect again. Power supply on TV went out causing backlight issue, Pual was able to fix/ repair in 5 days. The charge was nothing compared to a new 55 inch TV.

2022-01-10I contacted Paul in regards to my LG OLED TV which was experiencing burn in issues. I contacted LG but they left it to me to find a qualified technician to perform the replacement of the panel. I spoke with Paul and even though he had not done such a repair before, he was willing to help. He even reached out to LG to confirm the part had been sent since it was lost in their system. Paul received the replacement and met me on a Saturday to replace the panel while I waited. Great customer service. Highly recommend if you have any TV related issues.

2022-06-18Had a new Bravia TV, I lost proof of purchase. The TV went dark and wouldn’t turn on. I called Burgio to get an estimate. Before even speaking of quoting me an estimate I was directed to call Sony first. Burgio’s could have just taken my money and run. I called Sony they’re sending me a new TV. That said I’ll find a way to support Burgio’s any other way possible. I would recommend Burgio’s to anyone, this is why they’ve been in business for so long. 2022-04-01I have never walked into an establishment and felt so welcomed! Burgio was nothing but great, full of laughter and optimism! I brought in a 58inch tv because the backlight went out. 2022-05-30Had issues with my 3 year old Samsung QLED. Called a few TV repair services - one did not return my call, the other told me to throw it out - disposable - not fixable. Not so - needs special discard treatment - cannot put these out to the curb. BURGIO came to the rescue - Paul repaired the problem and we are enjoying our TV again without the expense of disposal and purchase of a replacement. Paul accepts discarded TVs also which is good to know.

2022-01-27Very down to earth, nice guy. Was very honest and straightforward throughout the whole entire process. He didn’t even charge me for my initial evaluation as it only took him a couple minutes to identify the issue with my tv (which was unfixable). Would highly recommend and will be returning to him for future transactions.
