My family and I recently held our family reunion in Memphis, TN. I contacted several charter bus companies to get a quote for an 8-hour bus tour of the city. Some responded with quotes outside of our budget while others did not respond at all. Finally, I took a chance and contacted BM, a company that I found on the internet which was totally unfamiliar to me. However, I was subsequently extremely pleased that I had chosen BM. The quote was reasonable. Service was outstanding – prompt, and professional. The charter bus looked new and the driver entertainingly narrated the tour. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for chartered bus service. In fact, my family will be using BM for our next family reunion in Nashville in 2022.
For our sons out-of-town wedding, we chartered a 54-person party bus. All of our guests raved about how pleasant the bus was and how convenient it was for those unfamiliar with the region. The bus arrived before the scheduled pick-up time and stayed throughout the event to be ready when guests left. I cant say enough good things about the amazing service they offered. I strongly suggest it.
Weve been working with Bm for over 16 years or so. We use them primarily to book buses for student camping trips. The customer service and response times are great. Our customer service rep is available to talk over the phone (picks up the phone), and answers emails in a timely manner. Our last bus driver was great to talk with, arrived early, and the interior of the bus was immaculate.
I used Bm for my wedding. We needed to have all of our guests meet the buses and then shuttle them to a softball field, wait for us during the ceremony, and then drop us off at our final destination for brunch. Honestly, it couldnt have been easier to set up and coordinate with the agents on the phone, they were very receptive and put me at ease. Buses were on time and I couldnt be happier with their service. Not to mention the big yellow school buses we used were an adorable novelty that we and our guests loved. All around smooth and easy and so reliable. Bm 10/10. Highly recommended!!
Bm did a great job. They were very responsive via email. Pricing was very fair, and Bm was exceptionally accommodating of the changes to our itinerary. Our bus driver, Thomas, was half an hour early for pickup in the morning, took a group photo for us, and was very accessible by phone when we needed to rearrange an impromptu pick-up location due to traffic. The bus itself was a little worn out, but it got us to and from without issue. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quick, affordable way to get a large group to and from an event.
We needed to adjust our route, and they were really accommodating. The bus was pleasant and comfy. I cant say enough excellent things about our driver, Roberto. We were traveling for a dinner cruise on a wet night, and he got us there securely and on schedule. He was waiting for us at the end of our event.
We rented a trolley from Bm for our wedding reception. From the initial email inquiring about cost and availability, through signing the contract, to the services they gave on the big day, we couldnt have been happier. They contributed greatly to the success of our special day. My spouse and I even did our photos on the trolley. Its something well never forget! Our wedding guests were quite complimentary about their trolley travel to and from the hotel and venue. Star, our driver, was simply fantastic!
I was concerned about hiring a car for 23 passengers. Nick, my point of contact, was really helpful from the start. Nick guided me through the car selection process and answered all of my questions. When I needed to make modifications, Nick handled them quickly. Every step of the journey, he was polite and comforting. James, our Staten Island driver, was fantastic!! The weather was terrible on the day of our event! Everyone was relieved when James came early. James instantly put us at ease as we boarded the bus. He informed us that he had many years of experience driving this bus, made a few jokes, and that we would get to our NYC destination on time. He did just that! We felt at ease and secure.
This was the first time I booked a charter bus and Philip was amazing. We needed 3 different pick up locations with 3 different pick up times and for all of the charters to arrive at the same time. We were able to book with a months notice and payment was easy. The bus drivers were very flexible when it came to rest stops and helpful when it came to loading and unloading the bus .Id use bm again in the future!
I was recently in town for a wedding, and our group rented a minibus from Bm Charters. It was a fantastic experience with knowledgeable staff. The driver arrived on time and was courteous to our group. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable considering the service was provided by a much more expensive company. We are very pleased with their services and hope to use them again in the future, as well as recommend Bm Charters to anyone looking for a professional bus company for large or small groups.
They provided us with a bus so that we could barnstorm the Iowa Caucuses with 20 Massachusetts students. The bus was excellent, and our driver was exceptional. When we did this four years ago, we used a different company, and Bm was far superior. We will use them again on our next trip because the price was reasonable.
Excellent product – the charter bus showed up on time (early, even), was in immaculate condition, and the driver was very affable and professional. The online booking format was easy to use to set the reservation up in the first place and the follow-up notifications, etc. Were informative and well-timed. Most important to us was the tremendous customer service – very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt! They have actual human beings available 24/7 that you can call and they take immediate action to answer questions/fix issues. We will ABSOLUTELY use Bm for our Charter Bus needs in the future!
Bm Charters was outstanding! I called them at 2 a.m. to help us get from Charlotte, NC to Nashville, TN. Not only were they the only ones who answered the phone, but they also found us a bus within two hours. The price was reasonable, but not the cheapest. The bus that arrived was fantastic. The driver was excellent. He was extremely pleasant, and we left him a $200 tip. He took excellent care of us and stopped whenever we asked. There are no complaints. Bm Charters is my top recommendation for any bus rental!
The bus and driver Libby pleased the party I scheduled transportation for while in for a seminar. When the bus arrived at the hotel, they reported that more individuals were attempting to board the bus. They said the driver was fantastic. We would request her again. My group had nothing but positive things to say about the bus and driver.
I looked up bus services in the New York Metropolitan area online with the intent of transporting our large group of wedding guests in town from two other states to and from the wedding. We were concerned both with people getting lost in an unfamiliar city, and people enjoying cocktails and not having to drive afterward. So I booked with Bm after reading positive reviews. I was slightly concerned because their letterhead didnt look that official to me, and the office personnel was professional, just not that warm. When someone told me that the bus was outside the hotel exactly where and when it was supposed to be, I felt relieved. When I boarded the bus, I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous driver, Ed. He was everything we could ask for in a friendly and helpful driver. We had two stops at two hotels and numerous trips (bride and bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen a little later, and finally two trips for our guests...) He was flexible on the return to accommodate our needs there as well. I shouldnt have worried...Busmanity was perfect for our needs and our driver was EXCELLENT, and the bus was sparkling clean! We have used the bm several times over the past few years and have always experienced very professional drivers that are on time and have very clean buses. One of our employees even lost a smart phone and the bus driver returned it to the office at BM and they sent us the phone back. Had a great experience with Bm. Rented a bus for a day in NYC. Took a lot of the stress out of traveling in the city with a big group. My contact person answered all questions and provided any requested information. Our driver was on time, professional, nice, and was open to any changes in the schedule. I had an excellent experience with Bm. First and foremost, Dan was really helpful over the phone!! He assisted with bus size planning and was always courteous and accessible for phone/email queries. The bus driver was really nice and courteous on the day of the trip. We have Bm after-hours phone numbers for any questions over the weekend, as well as the drivers contact information. This is my second time working with Bm this year, and both times have been fantastic. Den helped me schedule both times, and he was always polite and fast to offer me the information I needed. Busmanity was used by my spouse and me for our wedding on 11/16/21. Like most brides, I was worried that the buses would be late or that there would be some sort of snafu. This firm, on the other hand, is AMAZING. Professional in every way and really simple to connect with. Rob was just a phone call or email away if we had any difficulties or inquiries. He always responded immediately to our emails and was always eager to work with us to ensure our satisfaction. The entire crew is always willing to assist. Shirley phoned us a week before the wedding to clarify every detail and go over the itinerary, and she is very kind and helpful! I didnt have to contact the bus company on the day of my wedding. The buses arrived on schedule, and the drivers were OUTSTANDINGLY courteous, professional, and helpful. We hired a party bus, a shuttle bus for hotel guests, and two more vehicles. Everything was spotless and quite comfy. Everything was on time and in order. Use this firm for your special event without a doubt! My daughter and her friends rented a BM bus for their high school activity and after party on November 23rd, 2021. The services provided by Diana in the office and the driver were great. Particularly the driver! The youngsters said that the driver took excellent care of them. Even after dropping them off at different locations, he would not depart until they were all safely inside. I wholeheartedly suggest this firm and want to hire them again for our next big occasion.
Quality vehicles and excellent customer service. This was our first corporate retreat for 400 guests, 4 hours away, and in another state. I dont actually know where to start with how fantastic this bus company was to work with. When I first started trying to book a bus for my wedding I met several dead ends and was starting to stress that I wouldnt be able to transport my people from venue to hotel safely. Bm was easy to work with, accommodating, and slightly less or on pare with other vendors of this sort. I originally thought I could save money and only rent one bus and then realized at the last minute I lived in an alternate reality and that would be a disaster. Thankfully, Bm was able to give me another bus with no questions asked less than a week before my wedding. I dont have enough good things to say about this company. They were hassle-free, reliable, and affordable!
Den was an absolute dream and blessing to work with! We rented a bus through Bm for a highly stressful client campaign that involved a lot of last minute requests, planning and stress, and Den handled everything with the utmost grace, empathy, understanding and helpfulness. He responded to emails with lightning speed, made phone calls to assure everything was going smoothly and even got on the phone while on vacation hiking in the woods to help me with a last minute request! Our bus charter to a game was the first in many years. As one of the organizers, I was concerned about the bus trips logistics. The bus came on schedule, in excellent condition, and the driver was friendly and patient. We were dropped and collected up in a handy location before and after the game. We would gladly utilize Bm again in the future.
My experience with Bm was exceptional. I worked with David on a very last minute, very demanding, complicated trip and he delivered on requests that I would have thought to be impossible. In fact, other companies told me it was. My client asked for 18 matching buses to be secured just days ahead of their event. David met every demand, every deadline, and made my client and my company feel completely secure and confident by maintaining open communication through the entire process. Bm crossed oceans to make our trip work. On the day of the event, there was not a single issue. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to the hard work of David and his team. I worked closely with Brian and his team for an event last week. With all of the last-minute changes that come along with throwing an event, the Bm employees did it all with positive attitudes and a smile on their faces. I reserved a bus for a corporate occasion, and Bm took excellent care of my groups requirements. We had to modify the drop off and pick up locations a few times, which Im sure was inconvenient, but all of the adjustments were handled quickly and without incident. My school was given tickets to a field trip via a grant and Bm was able to help me when I could not find another company that was able to make two busses available within two weeks of the event. I booked with Bm about a week before we had the trip, and the booking could not have been easier. Once two of the other teachers dropped out of the trip, Bm allowed me to change my reservation to one bus and was very easy to work with. When the bus arrived, it was on time and extremely clean. The driver was early, professional, and very accommodating. I can not think of one thing that did not go well with our reservation. Bm saved us in a last-minute jam and we had a great experience. Our coach (a chartered round-trip to Boston and back to Manhattan) was the best bus ride Ive ever experienced. Perfect wi-fi (a modern necessity) and extremely comfortable seats. I usually get a sore back after sitting on a tour bus for more than an hour, but not this time. Our driver was a pleasant and professional individual, and the bus was SPOTLESS. Our driver, Bob, is extremely nice, provides excellent customer service, is always on time, and informs us of the meeting location and time. The bus is spotless, and the seats are really comfy. I would strongly suggest this firm to anyone in need of transportation.

I had a positive experience with both of the people I spoke with. The first rep, and then Terrence, were fantastic. They found exactly what I was looking for and worked within my budget to get me a fantastic deal for my husbands surprise party. It couldnt have been a better experience. All communications with Bm were clear and helpful. Our bus was clean and showed up on time. The driver was courteous and things went as smoothly as they could have with 55 children in the bus. With kids as the passengers, we were able to seat 55 kids and 4 adults. We were unsure of the number of seats before the bus arrived. Their rate was the best around as well, so well definitely be using Bm again.
I accompanied my sons eighth-grade class on a trip to New York City. The driver was extremely courteous. He made sure we knew when and where he would drop us off and pick us up. He even gave us his phone number in case we needed to get in touch with him. The service was excellent!

Absolutely incredible! I was concerned after we had a contract for 4 days transporting 400 people to various locations fell through with another company two days before our attendees arrived. In a panic, I emailed all the companies I could find on a Sunday. Phil from Bm was one of the first to respond Monday morning, with an online itinerary already prepared based on my needs! He was able to coordinate all of our needs for the following four days, he was always prompt to respond, understanding and extremely helpful! Good service is so hard to find these days and I was very leery that it was not a locally owned company, more of a broker, but they 100% came through! I got texts every day with the drivers names and phone numbers about an hour before they arrived ON TIME even!
Have used Bm to transport wedding guests to and from hotel to wedding venue and I was very satisfied with the ease to make the arrangements. We were looking for a rental bus company that met our requirements for a missionary trip. Fortunately, I came across Bm and decided to give them a shot. The bus was a good size, with enough room for all 60 of us. Leg room is important because Im 59, and I had plenty of space to stretch out. We were not only pleased with the bus, but the Bm team was also very easy to work with and accommodated all of our requests. We can safely say that Bm will be used for ALL of our missionary trips and then some!
We had a great time. We were concerned about how the driver would greet us, but he arrived on time and took excellent care of us. To be honest, we would not have slept so comfortably if it hadnt been for the Basmaniti crew. The sound system was simply superb. The party bus was fantastic and spotless. Our department has worked with Bm on numerous occasions. Being that we are part of a University there is a lot of documentation that is required in order for us to work with any vendor. Bm has done a phenomenal job in working with us and presenting us with the appropriate documentation within our timeline. I have had the pleasure of working with Den. He is such an amazing person to work with. Den is a great communicator and was able to work with our budget. We communicated both through email and over the phone. Before I begin, Id want to state that this is the ideal alternative for other travel professionals who dont have time to research bus companies. I have a continuing contract with them and have only had one negative encounter in which they were 10 minutes late. All travels (except one) have arrived on time and communicated if they are running late, but never too late, and have always been professional.
We had a 4 hour trip for a High School Football game. We used Bm services for our trips and everything was great! The driver was very professional and friendly, and arrived at our school early! All in all, it was nearly a 13 hour round trip (including the football game in the middle) and everything went exactly according to plan. Thank you, Bm! We will use this company again if we need a Coach Bus in the future.

Amazing! Our first bus operator was unable to accommodate us due to a last-minute cancellation. To be precise, the day before the event. The Bm was able to accommodate my group at the last minute and was really friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. This is the second year in a row that weve used Bm. Both times we worked with Lee. Lee was very helpful and communicative. The bus service that Bm connected us with was terrific and our driver this year was THE BEST ever! With 36 teens on the bus, it takes a special kind of person. At the end of our trip, every one of our teens wanted to take a picture with our bus driver. He was as much a part of our tour as anyone else.

I hired Bm Buses for my wedding since a friend had used them for their wedding barely a month before. The client service is excellent! One of the bridal party members was wheelchair-bound during my friends wedding, and the driver was really helpful in assisting her in moving from wheelchair to car and back. He also helped her construct and disassemble her wheelchair! He walked each member of the bridal party to the bus, one by one, with an umbrella, because we had to go downstairs in the rain for my wedding. He also carried all of our belongings to the bus for us. The driver arrived on time, the service is reasonably priced, and the vehicles are stunning! The bus trip was undoubtedly one of the most memorable aspects of my wedding day! Thank you very much, Bm!!!

My buddies and I had a fantastic time in North Fork with Bm bus & Limo service during Memorial Day weekend. The drivers were kind and kept us on track with our daily itinerary. There is water in the limo to keep you hydrated, and we once received a complimentary bottle of wine. Such meticulous attention to detail. The vehicle was spotless and easily seated 13 persons (and a small dog). If you want to have a peaceful day of wine tasting with a large party and dont want to drive, I highly recommend hiring Bm!
Making a booking from Australia was quite daunting as zero local knowledge of transport providers in the US. Bm were fantastic to deal with from the get go! From our Account Manager Phil and the Accounts clerk, Monica – nothing was too much trouble for them to assist us. When the bus arrived to collect us in NYC we were delighted with our vehicle and more importantly, our driver Louis (LJ). LJ looked after us for a full week in the US and we could not have asked for a more beautiful man to look after us. He was always ready for our call times and always on hand to assist with our luggage (of which there was LOTS!) I would not hesitate to book with Bm in the future. Den has been prompt, pleasant, and accommodating. On many instances, he has been able to find us transportation at a moments notice. One of the reasons we continue to use Bm for transportation is because of his excellent customer service.

It was very simple to schedule our various requirements - we used coach buses for our guests and limo style party buses for ourselves and the team was responsive and easy to work with. Bus trip on November 28th. There are two pieces of feedback. First and foremost, Bm is awesome! I am a great lover of the service. Private bus group for a wine trip with Bm bus charter. He was quite helpful in answering all of my inquiries. He assisted me in selecting a vineyard package and ensuring that I get my moneys worth. It is difficult to schedule anything for a large group of people, but Den made it simple. The tour went off without a hitch, and the driver was excellent. The private bus was spotless, and it was well-stocked with mugs and water bottles. The driver spoke with me to ensure that I returned in time to go on to the next vineyard as well as to my drop off location so that I did not over my time restriction. So I hired this bus charter company solely because they possessed the luxury bus I desired. They sold the bus due to covid, and I almost cancelled with them. Im glad I didnt! The drivers were AMAZING, especially the driver (young guy whose name I cant remember) who drove my husband and me! He draped his jacket over the bus to shield my veil and skin from the heat. Im so glad I ignored the negative feedback because this company is incredible.

It was a pleasure working with the Bm and especially Tony. The bus was on time and the bus driver pleasant. Once the bus reached our destination, we learned at the last minutes that we needed to use the bus as a shuttle service between hotels. We reached out to Bm and they were flexible in allowing us to use the bus as a shuttle service.
I would absolutely recommend Bm again! Not only were they fast to respond to my quote request but they were at the most reasonable rate. The bus driver was prompt, courteous and took us to exactly where we needed to go. If we need a bus service in the future, we will be contacting them again!
We recently used Bm as our shuttle service for our daughterís wedding. Lee from the main office was excellent. Lee was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Kenny our driver on the day of the event was on time and courteous. We would definitely use Bm again.
Bm was used by my workplace to transport employees to a corporate function. Our driver, Tom, was great and went above and beyond to ensure that our schedule ran well. Lee was our Bm representative, and he was incredibly communicative and on top of things. The only thing I would have done differently is to have a nicer/newer bus. Wow!!! We had an AMAZING time with Busmanity bus rentals. We hired a party bus to take us from Astoria to the wineries in the east. The party bus was enormous, with plenty of space, Bluetooth to connect your music, stocked waters for the day, and so on. Our driver, John, was so nice and pleasant! We were a group of 25+ year olds who were drinking heavily (lol sorry, but it was my birthday) the entire ride to the winery and felt John did such a great job getting us there safely and seemed completely unconcerned about us having a good time.I will absolutely use Bm again and highly recommend it! Diana assisted me in making the reservation, and the process was quick and simple.
There were some problems with the first booking agent. Robert, a supervising agent, answered the phone, clarified the situation, and took care of my reservation. Following that, he followed up and made the process as simple as possible. I would definitely book there again, and the next time I might just ask for Robert right away.

The account executive and customer support representatives with whom I worked were extremely responsive, reasonable, and helpful. The entire process was smooth, from the original quote to the trip itself. Our driver was fantastic, and the bus itself was in perfect shape. 2022-06-09Let me start by saying that I was recommended BM by a coworker who had previously used them. I worked with Sara to plan a vacation, and she provided me with an estimate with trip specifics and cost. I completed the charter using the quotation form and paid with my credit card, which was really simple. Prior to the trip, I received an email with trip details and our drivers contact information in case we needed to reach him. The bus came thirty minutes early, and when everyone gathered, James, our driver, had the trip planned and was ready to depart. As predicted, the bus was lovely and clean, and it was nicely equipped with a microphone.

He was very patient with us, which Im sure wasnt easy loading 12 women onto a bus, and I really appreciate that. The bus was very clean and spacious, and it was a smooth ride to all locations. 2022-02-07Booked a coach bus for 30 people and tons of luggage for transportation to Bayonne NJ, for a cruise. Everything was perfect The customer service from Philip our sales coordinator all the way through to our drivers was top-notch. All emails were answered the same day and often within an hour. The prices were the best I could find. I was extremely pleased with the company and would definitely use them again.

2022-07-23I was in charge of organizing a tour. The issue I ran into was that there are so many charter buses available that I didnt know which one to choose at first. Bm Charters piqued my interest, and I had no regrets because the staff was extremely professional and courteous. They advised me on which bus would be best for my tour. The bus assigned to us was very nice and modern, with plenty of space between the seats and a luggage room, among other amenities. Furthermore, the bus ride was so comfortable that some of my club members fell asleep because we felt so safe. This company comes highly recommended by us.

2022-02-18My fraternity was hosting a semi-formal and required transportation for our chapter about 30 minutes away from the chapter house. For obvious reasons, I didnt want anyone driving to this event, so I chose Bm. Our driver, Richard, arrived 30 minutes early and was extremely courteous to all of us throughout the night. He let me make announcements as people boarded the bus, with a microphone already attached. He was also accommodating when the event ran a few minutes later than the departure time. When a member reported that they had possibly lost something on the bus, he even conducted a search the next day. Excellent service at an affordable price.

My consultant Matthew provided excellent customer service and did business professionally. Renny was the driver for the night, and I couldnt have asked for a better one. 2022-02-02This was our second time using Bm for our daughters weddings transportation.....both times we were thrilled with the service! For our bridal party, for both weddings, we had a trolley which the kids loved! Trolley arrived on time and while we were in church the driver hung our just married sign inside so that it was all ready for photos when service was over...our daughter loved it! For our guests we provided coach buses to and from the reception. Our sales person, Philip, thought one doing numerous runs would be enough, and he was absolutely right! I would highly recommend Bm and their services.

It was a new bus less than 8 months old and was one of the most comfortable buses Ive ever been in. On time and very clean. Id recommend this bus company to anyone looking for a bus for their group.
