Really good service I had a family of mice in my apartment and as soon as I called they came and ever since then I havent seen any trace of a mouse anywhere should definitely call again for any other pest problems
I love the service this company provides, we called them for to inquire about a mouse problem we had and the prices were very reasonable and they were incredibly knowledgeable about our issues and they type of chemicals they used.
Smarter than your average pest control guy, at least the ones I have worked with... sent him an email and he answered all my questions for free, didnt even need a visit. super nice guy.
Mices broke into my basement and since I came home in the evening I didnt expect they will send someone right over. They did a fine job and at affordable price.

The best service and the best prices !! Cesar is very professional and friendly. We had a roach problem after renovating the kitchen and with their help we were able to fix it in a few weeks after we had been trying for a few months. We will continue to use their services !! :)

2021-03-28I have an older home and have been using C and E for many years. The first time we had a major ant infiltration and I called and Cesar came right away and took care of that problem and inspected and treated the house and perimeter and set up some traps. We have them come in a few key times during the year to treat the house, basement and outside and haven’t had problems since. We also called when our dog came home covered in ticks that we were finding all over the house and he came immediately to treat the house. Two years ago they began offering mosquito treatment and we have them come before entertaining outdoors which really worked well. Cesar takes the time to explain to you what things you can do to limit access for pests, places where mosquitos breed or ants can enter your home, that was very helpful. I have recommended them to other people including my Mom for termites and she was very satisfied with pricing and service. They are very professional, responsive and thorough, I would recommend them without reservation.

2020-08-30I had a really bad roach situation and had tried different exterminators with no result. This company, first of all, so reasonably priced and so quick to respond, also very accommodative. A technician they sent - his name is Cesar - is so professional, in time, polite, uses few different techniques and I had such a stunning result. By the way, they include a follow-up visit in a full price and the follow-up was almost as thorough as the first one. Thanks to Cesar and definitely signing up for monthly visits.

2021-01-27We apparently have some field mice that came into our basement . When they should up the man literally put a hand full of poison packets and said to wait for 2 weeks. I told where I saw mice dropping and was ignored.Dont waste you money, use another company if you want something done.

2017-02-03Im a Yonkers, NY resident. I called the 877 phone number on the web site, I believe it was either on a Thursday or a Friday. A gentleman answered. I told him that I was looking for an exterminator company to do business with. We made an appointment for the next Monday for the hours between 9 and 11 AM. Well, Monday came along and they never showed up. I called the same number and went into voice mail on which I left a message. Since they did not reply I also called the 914 number and left another message. Additionally, I left a message on the web page via their Chat with a C&E Pest Rep. End result, they NEVER showed up and NEVER responded to any of my messages. This is not the way to do business. If they were not interested on providing me with their services or were not able to make the appointment they should have the courtesy of advising me somehow. I will never ever do business with these people and would like to give them a minus rating but I cant since I have to click on a star to be able to post my comment.
