My husband and i have lived in carriage estates for about 13 years. It is a very nice place to live . It’s very clean and people are very friendly. NO CRIME which is great.

Been living here a year now and have had no problems at all. They do have several rules but all are for the benefit of the residents. Yards must be kept trash free and mowed. Dogs must be licensed and had all their necessary inoculations, etc. I am thankful for these rules. Have no issues with neighbors or the management. The management has been very helpful in fact when we had our water pipes freeze they came and thawed them for us and it isnt their job to do that. Great place for us retired folks for sure. People watch out for you.

Nice little trailer park. Quiet. Only thing is you cannot rent. They only sell to own and rent out the lots. So no good if your trying to rent! Its okay tho. Decent place otherwise.

Lot rent is like $330 a month. Pretty nice trailer park. They dont have any riff raff or routy tenants. They dont allow stuff like that in the park.

Very strict rules for some and not for others..some are allowed to build and develop when others are not. Any complaints result in fines or evictions..Park is very bias. Would not recommend anyone to live here..

The lobby is still closed down theres a long wait for coffee and a donut which they dont make anymore
