Really pleased with their services. We had an ant infestation, and within 24 hours its almost completely gone (they said it might take up to a week). I love that their products are safe and we dont have to leave the house when they are spraying. Would highly recommend.
Had carpenter ants invading our home at night from a nearby tree. Spraying around ourselves did nothing, so we used Castle Hill Pest Control.David was our service technician.After a few different methods of attack, the carpenter ants are gone. Very professional and effective treatment.
They were really friendly and sociable and did an awesome job minimizing the pests in our home. Definitely planning on using the services again especially for maintenance every so often. Nice job everyone!

Moved in to my new place, and that night i realized i was not alone..Roaches!!!!I called Castle Hill Pest Control and spoke to the representative, who was very understanding..i was freaking out . Jonathan was in my home the next day, he explained that it would look worse before it got better, and they gave me a follow up visit..Happy to say i have not seen a roach in a while..worth every penny.
Our tech, Ben, has been great to work with. It was a multiple step problem, scheduling has been easy and quick. He has been very thorough in diagnosing and fixing our problems. We chose them because of the warranty and would recommend them to a friend.

Manuel is amazing! Friendly and professional. He was quick to respond to texts/phone calls. Very fast survey of damage and quote for work needed. Showed up on time, even when it was a last minute booking. Above and beyond what was necessary to remove raccoons and repair entry hole.
Very efficient, clean and tidy. Two very nice young fellas. They worked so hard on a very hot day to exterminate my ant problem. I would use them again and highly recommend!

2022-03-09I was referred to Castle Hill Pest Control because a distant relative on my Mothers side owns the business, and because of this connection, my Mother has used them as the exterminator for her rental property when she still owned it.My Mother passed on Castle Hills contact information in early February 2022, because my tenant had told me that she had seen two roaches coming out her kitchen cabinets. I have seen a few crawling around my apartment upstairs from time to time, but had always assumed they were coming through the walls from the attached two-family rowhouse to the left of mine.As I didnt want my tenant to think that I was going to allow conditions to deteriorate, I did not wait for evidence of a larger infestation in order to schedule an appointment. The exterminator, Craig Confalone, was extremely professional, which put me at ease almost immediately.Not only was he on time to the scheduled appointment, he called about 15 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He came prepared with shoe covers, so that he didnt track dirt into my house, and was very personable. To top it all off, the spray that this company uses to combat roach infestations is safe to use in a household that has pets!After receiving a slight discount because of my Mothers referral and prior business with them, the total price came out to about $242.00 to spray both apartments, with an included bonus of one free follow-up appointment.At the time of this writing, I have already had Mr. Confalone back for the free follow-up spraying, and was just as satisfied with the service this time as I was initially. If anyone reading this in the New York City metro area is looking for an exterminator who shows up on time and gets the job done for a reasonable price, try calling Castle Hill!

2021-08-09We had a rodent problem in our home, and David from Castle Hill Pest Control came in and checked the house. He was friendly, helpful, funny, and kind. He explained every to us and fixed the holes right away at a reasonable price. Castle Hill Pest Control is a great company.

2021-07-15This company is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I have found them to be the best pest company I have used. Joel with them is absolutely fantastic. Responded to me almost immediately, and was very understanding with my concerns for spraying with young children in my home. Was very knowledgable and educated on what is safe to use. I really appreciated this business and I would recommend it to anyone.

2021-07-12Very fair and honest about their recommended treatment for our home. I appreciated their no-pressure approach and treating us respectfully-- answering all of our questions. Returned phone calls in a timely fashion and handled transactions via email so it was more convenient for us. The crew who came to tent our house was very professional and fast. Best of all the rate was extremely reasonable for the work they did. Highly recommended, you wont be sorry.

2021-07-12We have been wrestling with bugs and rodents for like, forever. I did a lot of work myself and took full advantage of my buildings pest control service, to no avail. I was able to make an appointment the day I decided to throw in the towel and use a well regarded service, and Castle Hill Pest Control accommodated my schedule, resolved the problem with one visit, with a minimum of preparation required beforehand. Highly recommended.

Castle Hill Pest Control has great reviews, and after reaching out I heard back very quickly and they had someone at our house the next day. 2021-07-26I have used Castle Hill Pest Control in the past for spiders. Ben was on time and very helpful. My daughter really dislikes spiders. After the first time the spiders became more or less out of sight out of mind. Happy wife happy life. Well summer is here and now we use Castle Hill Pest Control to help keep our house from being a creepy crawly mess. Thank you for the help. Will continue to use them in the future.

2021-07-15These guys did a great job! They came out within days, answered all my questions, and took care of our wasp problem quickly. When we saw a few wasps 2 weeks later (our neighborhood was infested!) they scheduled another trip at no charge. I would highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!
