I had a great experience with Cathay Express. I used them twice last week and both times the driver came right on time and drove me and my husband safely to the doctor and back. I really had a nice chat with the driver and he was such a friendly, funny guy. He made the trip enjoyable and comfortable. Also, the staff are really nice people, always being cordial and accommodating. Thank you to Cathay Express you guys are the best. I will recommend you to my friends

This is my favorite medical transport company. I shopped around and used half a dozen other companies, but I found Cathay Express to be the most reliable and consistent. The staff are also great people. Every interaction Ive had with them was always a positive experience. They are friendly, professional and smart. I would definitely recommend them to everyone in need of medical transport.

We used Cathay Express for medical transport for my husband from Queens to Manhattan. He had just had surgery and was in a wheelchair. The driver was an angel. He took excellent care getting him into the van using a lift and drove carefully through a major rainstorm. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company, not only for the excellent care in all aspects, but also for the reasonable cost for this important service. Thank you to Cathay Express. You guys are awesome!

Great service for those who need wheel chair transportation. It is so difficult to travel without their assistance. Cathay express are the best and you can tell they have been doing this service for a very long time. Professional and gentle when handling wheelchair bound customers. Very reasonable rate too for this type of service it was 70$ round trip. I will definitely call you guys again. Thanks!!!

We use this service for my mom to get here where she needs to go. The guys always answer the phone, remember who you are and even at the last minute can accomodate your needs. They are also great at giving you updates on arrive during peak times. They communication is on point and they arrive on time. Can recommend - we continue to use their service.
