Our Unique reception was beyond my hopes, and Jim from Charismatic had a lot to do with that! He was so very nice, accommodating, and fun! The dance floor was hoppin for hours!!! He made sure all of my special requests were taken care of, and then some. He read the crowd and used his incredible ability to just.. get it… and played the songs that left us all sore the next day, from dancing so much!!! Best night ever, and everyone raved about the entertainment. A huge thank you to Jim and Charismatic for making the day/night everything we could have hoped for!!! Friends are already asking for referrals :)
Its hard to put to words the quality experience my wife and I had with Charismatic Entertainment. Right from the first meeting, Bobby showed what an expert he was with the entire process. Every question we had, he answered. Once we agreed to go with him for our wedding, we were given a link to arrange all of the important musical pieces we needed for processional/recessional, first dances, etc. The system was very easy to use.Bobby was able to turn a room of people I was convinced would remain sitting into a gaggle of happy, musical chairs playing guests. The music was all the jams we were looking for and included all of the party favorites / wedding expected songs as well.If I ever need another DJ, I know exactly where I am going, but for anyone else - My wife and I cannot recommend Bobby and Charismatic Entertainment enough. Our experience was perfect.
If you are looking for a great DJ with great prices Charismatic is truly the best choice. From the beginning Bobby was so helpful and responsive and helped keep me calm while planning a wedding during Covid. Jermaine was my DJ and he was awesome! He handled all my last minute request. He was professional and prompt and all my guest loved the music! I look forward to using this company again in the future!
Great company. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He ensures you have all the tools to make your day special. We had Reg as our DJ and he was incredible. He had everyone out dancing to the last minute. He played every song that was requested and there were a lot of them. He was very professional and respectful. He did everything in his power to make the day perfect. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone I know and will use them in the future. Nothing but 5 stars for these guys! DJ Jermaine “Bigums” worked at my wedding and he was fantastic from the very start. Professional, responsive and also very excited for my new wife and I! Bigums has a great ability to get to get the room excited and the celebration going. Charismatic Entertainment is an excellent choice for any venue!
Bobby was a great DJ! Very affordable and you can tell that he is an absolute professional and knows exactly what hes doing. I was so relieved the day of the wedding to realize that I didnt have to worry about a single thing when it came to our DJ. We had 3 song changes during the ceremony and he nailed it with no problem at all. Bobby is not only a professional but a family man with a big heart. Youll know exactly what I mean when you book him!!
Bobby kept the party going all night. I got compliments all night on how great the DJ was and still 3 days later people are saying it. He was a great deal and comes with the photo booth. Which my guests and I loved! At the end of the night I even got a flash drive of all the pictures. I couldnt believe it, I love that I got all of them immediately. I just wish we talked and timed out the ceremony a little better but thats also on my coordinator of the event space. I highly recommend, we didnt stop dancing.
We had DJ and photo booth services from Charismatic Entertainment for our wedding. The owner Bobby was very responsive. His staff were also very professional and helpful. We had a lot of last minute changes, and they accommodated seamlessly.
Amazing! Jeremy was my DJ and he was the best, great personality which is important! Bobby the owner was also so great, always responded no matter what it was about or what time it was. They are in Canandaigua which was perfect for my Naples wedding!
This review is for the company and Jalen specifically, we all know a good DJ makes or break any party. Jalen was great, awesome mix of songs from oldies to the classics to the modern, to different genres and everything in between. He was engaging, went with the flow, and was also there not to just work, but also have a good time, WHICH makes all the difference. Worth every cent my wife and I paid for an amazing time that everyone in attendance to celebrate our wedding had zero complaints. After having to postpone our first party, Thanks Jalen for such a memorable night!
Bobby kept our dance floor hot at our wedding!!!! Guests were dancing all night long!! I would definitely recommend for future brides. Our photo booth was also a huge hit and SO FUN!!!

2022-03-01My wife and I were married in November 21’. DJ Jermaine was great!! Our wedding was definitely a mixed crowd as far as taste in music but that was not a problem for the DJ. The entire process was very easy using the site that they have to set everything up and to search for songs. There were songs I could not find on the site but with one text to Jermaine he found them for us with no problem and changed a few things for us last minute! Bobby and Jermaine were great to work with and I will definitely use them again for future events!Thank you!

2022-06-06Our DJ Jim was funny, professional and went above and beyond to make our day special. He contacted me a week prior to make sure he had a good understanding of what we wanted. As soon as we arrived, he approached us to review the schedule, talk about any last minute requests we had and kept checking in throughout the night to make sure that we were happy/see if we needed anything additional. He happily catered to our guests requests and fit one last special song in for us as the night was ending. In my opinion, a DJ is something that can make or break your wedding, and Jim absolutely helped make our wedding an amazing experience for us and our guests. Everyone had a great time!

2021-10-27Charismatic Entertainment is amazing! Bobby helped me find the perfect venue for my wedding. He was very attentive with my questions and to see how everything was going with my planning. Sam was our DJ for our wedding and he kept the dance floor full whether it was with the kids living their best lives dancing or everyone dancing! Very professional and made the whole ceremony and reception run smoothly! Amazing company to work with! Definitely recommend Charismatic Entertainment for any event!

2022-07-18Charismatic Entertainment is one of, if not, the best DJ services I’ve ever experienced. They are so easygoing and kind and make it such a personal experience. You can tell it’s more than just a job for them. Jermaine was an awesome DJ and from our first call got us so excited and you can tell he was excited to be able to be there. Would highly recommend!

2022-07-12Charisma Supplied a DJ, sound equipment, and a photo booth for our wedding. They were great on communication and planning before the event and on the day of. No delays or issues with setting up. Jim Sotodeki was our DJ that night and was integral in holding things together. The ceremony got rained out 2 minutes before beginning the walk down the aisle. He gathered the equipment and set back up inside. Even willing to be flexible if the rain stopped to run it back outside. He took great notes on our request for the night and held them all together. Great vibe for the whole night with music and running our small events of the night. Would recommend to anyone in the area for events.

2022-07-26We initially met with Bobby and he was awesome! He really listened to what my fiancé and I wanted for our special day! He then hooked us up with Jermaine. He was amazing! He found every song we wanted, including an Italian song that was very important to my family. He was patient and understanding of last minute changes and he even double checked with us right before he introduced the bridal party to make sure the order was correct and that he was pronouncing everyone’s name right. We had tons of guests complimenting the DJ and asking who he was. The pricing was very fair! I would 100% use them again!

2021-12-10Bobby was fantastic during the entire process. My wife and I were able to have any questions or concerns addressed up front and we were provided a demonstration of the site he uses to place song requests. For our actual even Jeremy was our DJ and he was awesome. He read the crowd, adjusted the volume, played songs that fit a crowd aging 5 years old to 90 years old, and did his best to keep us on schedule as my wife and I were taking longer than expected for photos.I would recommended them to anyone.

2021-10-26I am from out of state and was referred to use Charismatic Entertainment for my wedding. Bobby was absolutely amazing every step of the way! He was our DJ and also provided a photobooth, monogram, and up lighting. Bobby listened to every request I had and answered all of my questions almost immediately. I would recommend Charismatic Entertainment to anyone in need of a DJ! 10/10
