2020-09-13Indian lady banker was extremely rude and judgmental. Being of Indian origin, I am familiar with this attitude all too well. We left and went to the other Chase bank nearby to open our account.

2017-02-24Compared to other branches, the service is awful. I walked into a completely empty bank and asked to speak to a banker. Even though there wasnt any customer waiting, they told me to wait for someone. While I was waiting, Two bankers were just chitchatting. Very unprofessional.After a banker came to help me, instead if assisting me with my question, he tried to sell products to me.The two start are for cleanliness of the bank, it was extremely clean. Thank you janitors!
