I am so pleased with Cobbler Express Shoe Repair! My favorite sandals look brand new and they even delivered them directly to my apartment the same day I dropped them off. Amazing service!

After a bad experience at another shoe repair, I needed a sure thing for my emergency and tried Cobbler Express. My favorite dress boots needed to be completely resoled in less than a day...SCOREThey got all the repairs done SAME DAY. Amazing. And they were busy with other customers while I was there, so Im sure this was a favor knowing that I was up against the clock.They walked me through the different soles we could use and the different heels available - I was able to choose quality Italian leather as opposed to the rubber soles so many other repair shops will assume you want.Sure I paid more than some would be willing to, but I prefer repairs over replacements and Cobbler Express made that possible. My shoes look and feel good as ever.BONUSThey also repaired a backpack I love whose strap had come undone. From what I can tell, they did a great job there too. Miracle stuff.

This shop is great! They repaired the super warped soles of my Maison Margiela to perfection in one day! Would highly recommend.
Over the years my backpacks shoulder straps began to tear due to the heavy laptop and everything else. Edward was able to stitch this back up AND fix the zipper within minutes, knowing Id be going home to Australia shortly. The backpack looks and feels new again so would recommend to visit not only for your shoe repair needs!
I treated myself to a beautiful pair of Christian Louboutin. I wanted to get the most out of them, so I did a search online of cobblers in my area and came across Cobbler Express. I was very impressed with the pictures of their work, and I knew then I did not have to look any further. I made my way over there the next day. Super friendly and extremely fast service. I had the sole on my Louboutins protected. You cant even tell the difference in the color. Fantastic job! Highly recommended! I will be back. Thank you!
Edward saved my boots! I waited over a year to buy some vintage boots only to finally bite the bullet and learn they didnt fit around my calves. Not only was Edward able to stretch the boots, he did so in less than 24 hours and theyre gorgeous. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome and very much look forward to seeing what he can do with the rest of my well worn boots. I can’t thank Cobbler Express enough!! They saved me from my shoe nightmare. I took my brand new, never worn, Christian Louboutin shoes to an inexperienced cobbler to have them sealed. They came back botched! Hysterically crying, I emailed Cobbler Express at 9pm at night and received an immediate response. I came in the next day and they fixed my shoes right then and there in under 10 minutes for an incredibly reasonable price!! This was no easy fix, this required a lot of work and a shoe miracle!! My red bottoms never looked better! Cobbler Express did an incredible job on my Louboutins. They were beginning to scuff from normal wear and needed to have the rubber sole installed on the bottom of the shoe. I couldnt be happier with his work - neat and professional.To make it better, they were picked up from my office by one of their employees and were delivered looking beautiful in under 4 hours! It doesnt get much better than that. Eduard was a pleasure to work with - a few texts and a Venmo payment...and that was it! I highly recommend Cobbler Express for any designer or non-designer repairs/maintenance.
Just discovered this place the other day when I needed to get a pair of shoes heeled at the last minute before an event; I had no clue that it was in the building directly behind my building! They close at 6 PM, but I gave them a ring and they stayed open so I could make it in. My heels were pretty busted up, but they did an amazing job with the lifts, and it wasnt nearly as pricey as I thought it would be. Great service, great workmanship, this is now my go-to shoe repair place!
This place is great! I brought over my stinky work shoes which are a pair of black stiletto pumps that I wear to work and tend to stink up badly. I paid for him to repair the heel, and not only was it a great deal for a few bucks, he de-stinked my shoes and also polished up all of the scuffs on them too!
While it’s quite a trek for me from Jersey City, I do so because I trust the quality of their work. They did an excellent job of protecting my Valentino stud heels and my jimmy choo lucy flats. I recommend it if you’re looking to prolong the life of your nice shoes!

Eduard was able to fit me in during my travels. I desperately needed soles placed on two pairs of heels and he completed them for me within the hour! I got my heel stuck in a grate and when I pulled it out, the metal chewed up the leather. I am so glad I found this cobbler! He filled in the gashes, smoothed out the leather and replaced the tips while I waited. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the work.
These guys literally resurrected my favourite shoes, a pair of Johnston and Murphy Meltons in Bordeaux. Ive had them for nearly ten years and have worn them in all kinds of situations literally all over the world. They still fetch compliments on a regular basis; the sole - no pun intended - issue was a little cracking around the crease by the (cap) toe.I carried them to the J&M outlet I visit the most, only to be told Really sorry but nothing can be done...theyre gone, I wouldnt spend another dollar on them. The proverbial death pronouncement; so convincing, I was *this* close to throwing them out and buying a new, insipid pair.Luckily however, I am a man who likes a (at least) second opinion. I came across Cobbler Express - thank you Google - and headed for their shop on Wall Street. I was prepared for yet another DOA verdict but this guy actually did more than just look at my shoes before reaching a conclusion. He made a reasonable suggestion (filling in the crack with some kind of glue) but didnt make any miraculous promises. I paid the full amount (you can pay a deposit) and agreed to return the following day.Fast forward 24 hours. I wasnt sure what to expect and still toyed with the idea of replacing them in the back of my mind. Then he brought them out. If it werent for a few distinguishing characteristics, I wouldnt have recognised them. Not only did they manage to fill in and conceal the crack, they even changed the heels and sprayed them over - no additional charge! They look better than ever; I may well get another ten years out of them...Needless to say, Cobbler Express will be handling my shoes exclusively from now on. Thanks a million!
I have been to many cobblers within the Northern NJ and Manhattan areas. Thats because I have been dissatisfied with previous work done on my very expensive shoes. I have finally found shoe cobblers who know their craft and practice it with precision. Love them!

Went in there for a battery for a watch, a Seiko. I did not ask how much it would be. My fault. Once the battery was put in I was told $20 even. No tax? Seems like the price was arbitrary and very very expensive.
Hard to find - go in the food court area next to 60 Wall Street, it is way in the back on the right.I needed a tip for my umbrella - not a standard job - but they, um, cobbled something together that works. Charged $10.
