Barista was very friendly. Fraps were delicious. Two of the three cake pops were good. The new Earth one is yummy. The cookie dough one wasnt my fav.

This is the newest Starbucks Ive been in. Open 2 days so far! Very friendly staff, nice open seating and the food and drink youre used to at Starbucks. Update: visiting after the remodel in 2022 and it looks great!
This location always makes my coffee just right every time. I never have an issue and even if there is a line in the drive thru it moves at a steady pace. I go out my way to come to this location, I bypass 2 other starbucks closer to my house just because I know Im getting better service and a cup o Joe made to perfection.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Great staff, consistent good quality drinks. They are also very accommodating to their furry customers as well in the drive thru. The staff is helpful to suggest off the menu items when popular ones are out. Fun fact, there are items I order when I go to other locations too. A+ for innovation and customer satisfaction.

I stop here, at this location, occasionally on my way to work, and the crew there are fantastic. Theyre patient when ordering, very friendly, but super efficient. Their line doesnt stay long, because the staff is super knowledgeable; they get the job done right, the first time. Today was my first experience inside, and albeit a busy time, I got my drink quickly, and it was delicious. The inside was clean, as was my table. I will not hesitate to visit this location again!
Drinks were always great and tasty only issue is that staff was not calling names out for orders so drinks were just sitting there piling up with people confused. We stood there waiting to find out whos drink was whos for a good 10 minutes.
This location has the friendliest staff who all seem to love their jobs. The customer service is excellent. It’s a great spot to read and relax.
My drinks are always made correctly and tastes delicious! Today Whittney took my order and Joshua took care of me at the window. It was such a pleasure to go out of my way to come to this store because of how pleasant they were! Always clean inside and service is very quick. I recommend this store to anyone!

The girl at the drivethrough window today is the nicest girl with the best customer service personality I’ve ever come across! She was bubbly, friendly, & made everyone that came through smile I’m sure. I left with a big smile! I just wish I knew her name so I could give her a personal shout out!
Extremely nice personable staff. I needed to charge up a lot of stuff while in town for a short period and the place was open until 11, not crowded, and I got everything I needed charged in the 2 hours I was there.

Very friendly customer service! The hiring manager here needs a pat on the back because Ive never had a drink or food incorrectly made, which is very common with coffee places these days, but not here. Even got suggested a new mixed drink because I like to mix flavors, going to try that next time I come.
I go to Starbucks 4-5x a week and this location is extremely friendly/courteous, however, the drinks are inconsistent. On several occasions I have left, pulled out, and made my u-turn on ridge to go home and my drink is already gone because the cup is filled to the very top with nothing but Ice. I have a photo but will not let me post here.Again, the workers are great, but I don’t appreciate spending 5-8 dollars for a cup of ice.
Had a great experience went through the drive thru. The crew was so upbeat and polite. It really makes a difference. It put a smile on me and my wife s faces thanks so much it makes a difference.
I cant fault Starbucks for marketing a lifestyle and being successful at it. The coffee is ok but honestly this isnt the place to go for a cup of black coffee. You go to Starbucks for flavored coffee the problem I have is the astronomical prices for these drinks. Not for me but if your in for the experience not too bad
I am usually not a Starbucks fan but I met a friend there this morning. I thoroughly enjoyed my peach green iced tea. It was a great place for us to chat. The barista was very friendly and I was immediately served.
This has always been our preferred location BY FAR. Recently, my boyfriend completed chemo and is thankfully cancer-free 😭 Many days I stopped here to grab him his favorite drink on the way downtown after a treatment. Especially in the beginning it was terrifying. All of the incredible baristas here always put a smile on my face. That short interaction was what got me through the hard days. Until I can move to Roc, I live in Syracuse and work at a licensed Starbucks there.I must say, you all have customer connection down and will most definitely be my Third Place for life ;D Thank you again for all of the amazing work you do every single day. You are VERY much appreciated.* Even if you dont live in Greece, I promise you this location is worth the drive. They always do an incredible job and go above and beyond. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They should have a separate line for people who just want a cup of coffee. Waited 15 minutes then had to walk out. I get that they have a ton of people ordering coffee sundays in the drive through but those of us who just want a regular coffee probably shouldn’t have to wait so long?

I was having such a bad day so I went over to this starbucks, and oh boy did I come out smiling. They made my coffee with love! and also put a smile on my face ! Especially Marcus! The BEST Starbucks around. Not because of the coffee or food, but for the people that work there! My grandparents go in there regularly, and recently when my grandpa was rushed to the hospital for open heart surgery this staff sent a bunch of free coffee to the hospital for family and everyone visiting. They truly are the EPITOME of what Customer Service is ALL about! Also, my puppy love the pupachinos haha

I consider Starbucks coffee the best all around. My drink of choice is the latte, hot or iced depending on the time of year. The only negative is that they come at a high price. So, I make my visits accordingly.

I love Starbucks I love the fact that holiday time they have different types of drinks they accommodate those who have a milk intolerance so if you want like almond milk you can do that its always different flavors and thats what makes them unique
Want to take time to commend to 2 gentlemen working this evening. It’s freaking cold outside after we had a drop in temperature and recent snow storms. I kindly asked if a gentleman possibly sleeping inside may be homeless as he was sitting with his head down and I had a feeling something was wrong. They said yes and. On the way out my gf and I offered to pay for a warm drink drink before they close and he had to leave, and they said don’t worry, we’ll take care of it. Thank you guys for your compassion. This world needs it! P.s. I hope there isn’t some Starbucks code of ethics and these guys aren’t punished for this.
All of the Baristas are fantastic! Each individual that I have personally dealt with at this location has been kind and extremely personable. I highly recommend New Greece Starbucks...for the coffee as well as the experience. 🥰

I recently started going to this starbucks vs tim hortons somtimes because they have a soymilk option. Its a extra 15 or so minutes on to my commute. They are always super quick in the drive through line- this morning I waited in line, ordered, paid for my drink and was driving away in two minutes! The staff is always really nice. Drinks are pricey but thats no different than any Starbucks. Really greatful that they have milk alternative.Highly recommend this Starbucks location.
YIKES - WTH is going on at this store?? Ordered, friend received drink, mine never came - checked his time on drink we had been waiting for over 10 min with no one ahead of us? I had to ask where my drink was - they didnt have it? Also requested that I used rewards points ( have over 5000 ) and they didnt use them, instead took money from my card, which I didnt notice till we left - WTH???? How is this chain so hit and miss of late?

So second time they have messed up my drink. I ordered a London fog and this is the second time it had no flavor. It literally tasted like hot water, No flavor.

2022-07-18Can I just say this Starbucks was so slammed by customers but the way they moved and made sure everyone had their stuff on time and right was so amazing to watch I have never seen it so busy but due to both greece Starbucks being closed due to renovations they happily rose to the challenge and killed it!!!Thank you Starbucks staff for being so great and keep up the amazing work we need our coffee

2022-06-12Have never had an issue here with the staff or drinks (except maybe the price, but it’s a Starbucks haha). Do expect to wait at least 10 minutes though because this place is almost always packed. They’re well staffed however, it’s just the influx of people going inside or sitting in the drive up is usually ridiculous. More often than not, the drive thru will be out to W Ridge Road, and there’ll usually be around 15 people inside, so there’s almost no escaping the wait.

2022-05-27The manager is clearly against smoking. But it doesnt mean she has to make it her job to walk outside and demand people stop smoking in the parking lot. Smokers have it rough, we already cant smoke indoors anymore, the tax is more than the cigarettes themselves...so if we are outside smoking ciggs, please take the stick out your but and keep your self righteous opinions to yourself.
