I really love this place and Im thrilled that they are open late, often later than they are supposed to. I live around the corner and its great for when my printer breaks down, I suddenly need paper, or I have to mail something and have no time for the Post Office. A real New York institution. The staff treats you well if thats how you treat them.
Not a good place to print 1 paper. I only needed 1 copy, and the website states 20c per b&w copy. Once there, they said there was a minimum of $1, so I was charged $1 for 1 b&w paper. Quite expensive! The staff was also not very responsive or nice. I had submitted the paper beforehand through their website and never got a response from them.Id much rather print in the library or at my work office for free, but unfortunately covid makes that impossible. I feel like they take advantage of the crisis and peoples needs to jack up the prices for no reason.
I never write reviews but I love this place. Just moved the neighborhood and my last copy shop set the bar very high. This staff does amazing fast and high level work. I am constantly amazed at how cheap the prices are for everything, regardless of the quantity. They handle themselves well under pressure which comes from (cough,cough) the other eviewers here and the crazies in the neighborhood with completely unrealistic expectaation. Love this place, has saved me more than a few times.
Very rude response from both the clerk and the owner. Refused to answer a question and then actually cursed at me. For printing $4 worth.Unbelievable, terrible attitude for copying 4 pages.Never going back.
The best place if you want fast, affordable & expert service. They do it all here & are extremely patient, always helpful & attentive & to all customers. The entire staff is brilliant & Im thrilled theyre right here in the Upper West Side. Theyve saved me a lot of time & money & I just cant thank them enough!
Theyre awesome. Best shop in town. They made over 300 resumes for me since last July. They still had my old resume saved so I modified the resume for free. Quicker than McDonalds anyday of the week. No downside here. Prices matched or smacked the cents out of Kinkos and Fedex. They make posters and rent po boxes too. Just saying.
Terrible customer service. The employees are all nice, except for the woman who runs the business. She is rude to her employees and to customers. Never going there again.
Easy to get in, print some things, and get out, and staff are friendly. But at least one of the computers (the Mac) doesnt seem to have any kind of session management. There have been personal files left on the desktop which I quickly deleted before opening my own files. Be sure not to leave any files on the computer when youre done.
Staff works grudgingly. Purposely gave me higher price for faxing one sheet. Had to ask for a bag & pack myself. NOT the go to neighborhoodcopy shop. They do as little as possible for customers.
Copy Experts on 2440 Broadway is the best professional place ever. They just helped me package some very bulky items, and did it with a smile and according to the highest professional standards. Sophie and Rami were most helpful. Highly recommended !

Just awful people. I ask one question and get a rude and angry response and argument from this ignorant Israeli woman that works there. Stay away from this place. Unless you like abuse! They are giving Israelis a bad name!

2022-05-06Great neighborhood copy and shipping option.. They also offer very inexpensive notary services. Keep in mind that the notary services are only offered Minday to Thursday and not on the weekend. Overall a friendly and efficient addition to the Upper West Side.

2022-06-30A rude young man tells a minority woman twice his age, to relax. I asked him if he had actually said that and he told me yes, that it was neither rude nor offensive. I disagreed. He was still talking loudly as I left some time after. He was supported in his ranting by the usually friendly lady who seems to run the place. Why, she asks me are you making such a big deal about it, this while the young man was still carrying on, still instructing me, in his words. If you go in this place you are supporting dismissive, rude, behavior directed at a minority woman and a man in her defense. Quite literally unbelievable. There are so many other places to go in the neighborhood with less risk of verbal assault.

2022-06-28If there is a way to put zero stars, Ill do it. The lady whatever her position there was so rude, I went a couple of times there to print a bunch of color paperwork, the price is outrageous, didnt learn from my mistake which took me to go back there and print again and this time, she just wanted to get rid of me, she sent me to use a computer to sent her 93 sheets to print! Then when I asked for help, they said just print from there, then when I asked for a specific paper they dont have. I told them, let me grab my paper( I have some left in my office.), I caught her literally nodding her head with some facial expressions to her colleagues telling him she doesnt have to pay the the dollar and 40cent for using the computer, like just get rid of her.In my way to another place I was thinking why she did that!??I finally concluded: is because I dont speak English well! Because she wasnt like that with people who speak better than me.

2017-04-07The most professional place i have been. I gave them a book to be cut and binded into three separate books and they were amazing. Firstly,they have the best price! Second,greatest customer service. Third,the most perfect job done. I didnt ask or explain anything specifically but they did it so neatly and cleanly and organized. I would definitely go there again. Im not the type of person to write reviews,but I was so impressed by them that I thought they really deserved it.

2020-11-051 usd for 1 piece of paper printed. Kind of outrageous, better get your own printer.They will outright ignore your online print order. I had to go into the store to ask why they ignored me, and the lady said they charge 1usd minimum, despite their official website saying it was $0.20. Not to mention she was very rude.Learn from my mistake.
