I joined Albany Fit Strength and Conditioning at the end of April 2018. I am a mom of 5 kids and have a crazy busy life. It had been a long time since I’d taken time to take care of myself. I decided enough was enough! Participating in the 6 week challenge was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my weight loss journey! When I started, I weighed 215.6 lbs. This is the heaviest I’ve been not pregnant. I went through many trials and tribulations during those 6 weeks but I stayed true to the meal plan and attended at least 3 classes each week. Nina is the most amazing accountability coach! Without her I don’t think I would’ve come so far! At the end of my challenge I lost 20.6lbs!! I feel amazing! I choose right from the beginning to sign up for the 1 year membership. I completed my challenge 2 weeks ago and I’ve lost another 9lbs since then. I highly recommend FIT Strength to anyone who is ready to lose weight, gain muscle, gain confidence and feel good!
I am in my final week of the 6 week challenge at Albany FIT strength and conditioning and I am so glad that I signed up. I am very satisfied with the coaches assistance, the variety of work-outs/equipment, and the supportive atmosphere in general is amazing. It is designed to suit all fitness levels. The coaches help people to modify as needed or to push harder if they see fit. It is as close to personal training in a group format that you can get. I would recommend people who wish to be on a journey towards a better, faster, stronger them give it a try.
I decided to join the 6 week challenge to get a jump start into a exercise routine and to get a feel for Albany Fit. My fiancé reluctantly joined me (he is not a “gym person”) but we both enjoyed the program. The trainers are friendly, supportive and encouraging and not intimidating at all. The meal plan, although strict, is totally doable and we both feel stronger and healthier after completing this challenge.While I do believe the deposit that is required to start the program is necessary to keep you motivated and accountable, it is a big commitment. You should be prepared to roll the deposit into the membership if you don’t meet the goals (loss of body fat or weight, which is harder to do if you start out closer to normal).That being said, we have decided to continue a membership because we enjoyed the trainers and the work outs that much. Looking forward to continuing our fitness journey, and looking good for our upcoming wedding!
I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are awesome and every workout is a different experience. I joined the 6 week challenge to get back to a healthy life style. encouraging to see the weight dropping off after many weeks of hard work. If your looking for a workout that’s challenging and rewarding this is the place to go.
This is a great gateway to a fit lifestyle.The free six week challenge is $499 per person upfront and a $499 refund upon successful completion of your body fat loss or weight loss. Everyones body is unique so if you are already in good shape the challenge might not be for you. My wife and I had healthy eating habits and we are both very athletic so the water intake was our biggest change. They wont allow you to do more than 4 classes a week during the challenge so I recommend having a second gym to make sure you meet your goal. Your body is built in the kitchen so take the meal plan seriously.Honestly they hands down have the best trainers in the business. I have been to a lot of different gyms and met a lot of trainers but these men and women are top notch. They are not drill instructors. They educate, motivate, and drive you to do your best! I have only been to the Albany branch but I recommend it to anyone who has the money to invest into their fitness.
This gym, the coaches, the people you exercise with; all AMAZING! Everyone is welcoming, all the exercises are explained in depth with alternate ways to adjust the motions from beginners to advanced. I completed a free 6 week challenge. The meal plan was easy to follow and kept me satisfied. I lost 21lbs in 6 weeks and 7% of my body fat (that was with extra cardio and cheating on the diet🙊). I became a member of the gym because I love the way it makes me feel inside and out. Thank you to all the coaches and the patrons of the gym who are welcoming and helpful.
I joined FIT Strength & Conditioning in May as part of the FIT in 42 Challenge. I have increased strength and stamina with the careful guidance and encouragement from all the trainers. They pay attention to your form and make sure you are challenging yourself but they dont give you more than you can handle. I have been a member of many gyms over the years and have never felt accomplished . I believe the gym has given me a chance to make a difference in my health and well being.
UNBELIEVABLE and AMAZING. This gym is everything you wish to find. I was able to make it work with my schedule and in their challenging I was able to lose more body fat and inches than I could have EVER hoped for. The trainers listen and guide you through the workouts and challenge you to show up FOR YOURSELF. Remember this is about YOU. You will not be disappointed with the gym, their staff or their work outs. Id recommend to everyone looking to live a healthier life.
I joined Albany FIT Strength and Conditioning on 6 week challenge. I have LOVED it. The trainers are amazing and they are with you every step of the way. They even adjust certain exercises if needed (I have a shoulder issue). I would definitely recommend them hands down. I am in the process of joining after my challenge is over.
You name it, I have tried it. Weight watchers, Cross Fit, Orange Theory, Beach Body, Endurance Training, personal trainers..etc.etc. Participating in the Albany FIT Challenge is the only one that I have religiously stuck to and produced the results I wanted to see. It seems, for me, this gym has taken all the best parts of everything I have tried and put it together in one program. The trainers are great, the music is totally fun, there are new faces every week, they hold you accountable, and everyone is very friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend trying it out.
Ive had gym memberships and have taken the different classes from Zumba to Spinning. I even have access to a gym, for free, but nothing compares to what I can get at FIT. Its the best of both worlds, a group setting with the feel of having your own personal trainer. The trainers are top notch - knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. They know your name and push you out of your comfort zone. I love the energy and positivity of everyone you workout with, it fuels me through. When I walk in there I dont feel like I just want to get it over with, I enjoy every second of it. And if you are willing to commit to the work, the results you get from this program are amazing! In just six short weeks Im down nearly 20 lbs. I feel better, my clothes fit better, and I have more energy throughout the day. This is the best investment you can ever make in yourself.
I joined the 6 week challenge to jump start a long needed weight loss. I admit to struggling the first couple of weeks, but once I hit my stride, it was ON. I was supported and encouraged throughout as well as extremely challenged! The classes are tough, but the coaches are great. There is a lot of encouragement, form correction and I worked muscles I forgot I had. I both dread and look forward to seeing what awaits me on the board ahead of each workout. Rebekka, Nina & Colin are all great, Nina is amazingly supportive and is a great ally throughout the challenge. Even if I dont achieve the full goal of 20lbs, Ill be super close and am happy to have participated in this. I would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything!
Ive never been much of a gym person, always too many people, too many machines to figure out and hated wondering if I was doing things correctly. I had heard through a friend about this gym called Albany FIT and how awesome it was, so I decided to do some research. Shortly thereafter, I had discovered that the gym was doing a 42 day challenge and after lots of thought, decided to do it, why not? What did I have to lose? Here I am 4 weeks into it and could not be happier. The entire staff is incredible, so supportive and encouraging, always there to keep an eye on you to make sure you are doing the workouts correctly and safely. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to make a change in their life while having a great time doing so.
I am just finishing my 6 week challenge and I have to say even though I didnt make my goal of losing 20lbs, I did lose 15.8 and feel wonderful. The trainers (Colin, Rebekka, and Nina) at this gym are the best I have ever had, they support, motivate, and push you to do more even when you think you cant. Great 6 weeks, so I joined for another 6 months to start.
I remember signing up for the 6 week challenge and feeling both excited and nervous. I had never done group training or taken part in any sort of diet before and was definitely hesitant at first to believe that my weight loss goals were even remotely possible. 6 weeks later, I have lost 19 lbs and 7 % body fat! The diet + exercise regimen really works if you stay faithful to it. The $400 deposit is ingenious because it is a powerful source of accountability and motivation. Nina, Rebbekka, and Beth have been incredible trainers/coaches and the workouts are always both challenging and fun (always with great music playlists). You’ll definitely feel stronger and healthier than ever throughout this challenge and after it. This is the best I’ve felt physically in my entire life.
Who knew that I could feel so much better after just 6 weeks?! I highly recommend the FIT 42 Day Transformation Challenge. FIT is the place to do it - easy meal planning, great coaches, varied workouts and support from others in class who have been where Ive been. Im now into my 9th week, and Ive lost 29 pounds but better than that, I feel great! I have so much more energy; my posture has improved; Im sleeping better; I given away 2 sizes of clothing; I have muscles back after too much time on the couch! Thank you, FIT coaches and workout buddies. Go for it!
I signed up for their 6 week challenge with a friend and I had all intentions of leaving after the 6 weeks was up. My 6 weeks ends tomorrow, but I fell in love with the workouts and trainers, Ive decided to stay! I am in the best shape I have been in a very long time! It was exactly the push I needed to bring my results to the next level! If you are looking for a kick @** workout with great people, I highly suggest them!
By far the best gym Ive ever been a part of!!! The workouts are amazing and the community of people make this a place like no other!! They provide an environment where an incredibly hard workout can be fun! And you cant wait to come back for more! Their well studied knowledge of fitness and nutrition is evident in the results that they produce. I have been here for 5 months and have reached fitness goals that I have never been able to meet before! Corey and his team of trainers do an incredible job and they invest in each person that walks through the door! I cannot say enough good things about F.I.T Strength and Conditioning!
I took part of the 42 day challenge to loose 5% of my body fat. I never enjoyed working out indoors before I started at FIT. Though the layout is very intimidating at first, the trainers on site are very supportive and can cater to anyones needs. The workouts vary day to day so I never found myself bored. My favorite part about this gym is that it pushes you to show up. Before this challenge, yes I had my eating habits down, but working out was a struggle. I would always cancel my workouts and procrastinate. With FITs Zen Planner Program to cancel a reservation, you must do so no later than 1 hour before the class. This forces you to get up and make it to the workout on time.For anyone trying to get into shape and become their greatest self FIT will help you reach that goal
This gym is AMAZING! I feel better then I have in years. The trainers are so fun and the workouts are different everyday! I’m so glad I chose to try it out. There is always support and a fool proof meal plan. If you follow the plan and go to the classes you are guaranteed to see results! And fast too!
Best workout around!!! I started out doing the 6 week 20 pound challenge to try and get some weight off before summer and after week one I was hooked! Corey and his staff are super motivating! Working out in the group classes gives you that extra push to keep going and the feeling you get after completing a workout is AMAZING! I loved it so much I joined for the next year!!!! The only place to workout in the Capital District in my opinion!
Amazing experience! I joined the 42 day challenge on 1/29/18 today I wrapped up my fit journey having lost 21lbs and 3.5% body fat! Nina, Colin, and Rebeccah are amazing trainers and are with you every step of the way. They are fabulous at modifying the program for your needs. I am a 49 yr young female with RA and 4 months post partial hysterectomy If you told me I would feel & look the way I do 6 weeks ago I would have told you your crazy. This process works! I have learned so much about my nutrition and fitness in these 6 weeks. I no longer take Motrin daily for my joint pain and swelling. My flexibility and mobility have improved and for the first time since my 20,s I can jog! I cannot say enough about this program and the people who run it! I will be staying on to continue my fitness journey. Thank you fit family I cannot express in words how grateful I am for giving me my quality of life back and believing in me the whole way! ❤️ This has been one of the best experiences ever! So excited for what’s to come!
My daughter and I did the 6 week challenge and it was amazing! They explained every move and showed you how to do it. Just when you thought you couldnt do another rep, they were they to motivate you and believed in you. The meal plan is a huge part of the program. You know what foods to eat, how much to eat and when to eat them. Not only did we lose body fat, we gained strength and feel stronger. I would like to thank all the coaches. I am so glad we had your support through the challenge. I would recommend the challenge to anyone who needs a just start of a fitness routine or if you are looking for a gym to join.
These guys are professionals; they know what theyre doing and they care about helping you reach your goals. The workouts are tough, but youre not going to get results by half measures. The nutrition plan is great, very simply put. I wont be continuing with a gym membership after this 6 week program, but I highly, highly recommend it for those that can stick with it. I truly believe that I am now and will continue to lead a much healthier life after this program vs. when I started.
I just finished my 6th week in the Albany FIT Strength and Conditioning 6 Week Transformation and I lost 21.6 lbs and 6% body fat!! It has been a great experience. All the coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable and the meal plan is easy to follow with plenty of variety. I will carry every lesson leaned into the future.
Im not sure how this challenge will play out in the end as Ive stopped weighing myself and just focused on how I feel and look. I followed the menu to a T and it was way less difficult than I expected. I learned about portion control, nutrition, and my own self-discipline. It felt good to take back control over my food. I can honestly say I was never hungry. I feel SO much better...more flexible, stronger, more energy, sleep better, better attitude... And Ive dropped a pant size, so Im guessing Im doing well. The workouts are challenging, but very doable and as the days go by, you begin to crave them. The coaches are super talented and supportive and you even get the services of a personal cheerleader who answers questions, encourages you, and keeps you focused on your goal. It truly is a transformation. Invest the time and energy in yourself... this is the kick in the butt youve been needing.
I joined FIT Strength & Conditioning at the beginning of September as part of the FIT in 42 Challenge. In 4 weeks I feel better than I have in years I have increased strength and endurance. I have lost weight and even more inches! I have been a member of many gyms over the years and have never felt accomplished . I finally found something after all these years that works for me!!
I joined Albamy FIT when I decided to challenge myself with their six-week weight and fat loss program. I was very nervous, having been out of the gym for quite some time, but the FIT team (and fam!) have been amazing. Not only have I lost weight, but I am feeling stronger and more confident. The Albany FIT coaches have made me enjoy working out again and motivated me to continue my journey towards a healthier me. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
I have been attending Albany FIT Strength & Conditioning for the past 5 and a half weeks as part of the 6 week transformation challenge. This has been a great, well-rounded program working with staff who know what they are doing, are always positive, and are always helpful. If you stay committed to the program you will get a lot out of it. I would definitely recommend this program to others.
If your trying to jump start a fitness goal Albany Fit is perfect. Especially if you dont have any real experience with weight training and conditioning. The trainers are awesome, the group environment is also an extra motivational boost. Clean gym, with a variety of equipment, and varied exercise routines. Try it, youll love it!!
I would highly recommend the 6 week challenge to anyone who is looking to get back on track and healthy in a motivating and inviting environment. The trainers are polite, motivating and encouraging to say the least. Rebecca, Nina and Colin are truly all about you and your success and never allow you to feel discouraged. The program offers a strict but very doable meal plan (even for the pickiest of eaters) and if you stick to it you will deffinately see results quickly. I feel better about myself and I know my body feels better as well. I can’t wait to see what furthering this journey has in store for me! It’s so great to feel happy and healthy! :)
F.I.T. is the best program I have ever joined! Corey, Rebecca and Carey are amazing trainers. They work with you to help you learn the right form, they push you when you need it, and truly guide you along your own personal fitness journey. The community at F.I.T. is also awesome. I was a newbie but everyone was welcoming, helpful and inspiring. A great way to start training is to try the FIT Foundations course or jump right into Coreys 20lb Challenge. I would encourage anyone to try it, no matter your physical fitness level. He is great at motivating you during classes and giving you proper nutrition guidelines to hit your goals. I lost 5 inches and 10 pounds and I know how to keep it off and better yet, lose more! I cant wait to continue training at F.I.T.
I was introduced to FIT because of the six week challenge. My fiancé and I wanted to give ourselves a jumpstart to make sure we looked good for our wedding. I have to say, it has worked. I was in relatively good shape before the challenge but did not exercise regularly. By following the meal plan (which is the hardest part) and attending 4 classes per week, I was able to see results pretty quickly. Rebbekka, Nina, Erica, and Colin are a lot of fun and really kicked my butt during the workouts, which is exactly what I needed. To be honest, without the deposit I likely wouldn’t have been as successful during the challenge. If you are not overweight or don’t have a high body fat % you may be cutting it close to meet the minimum losses. So if you can’t afford to roll the deposit into a membership, think twice. Regardless of the outcome, I will be continuing my membership with FIT but am excited to grab a beer when the challenge is over. Oh yeah, my fiancé is looking pretty good too ;)
I started the 6 week challenge at FIT very skeptical of the promised results... but I stuck to the plan 100% and I’m on target achieve my goal of losing 20 lbs! Not only that, I enjoyed the workouts so much that I also signed up for a year membership :-) if you’re looking for a gym that you’ll actually go to, this is the place!
Albany FIT is more than a gym...it is a community for great health! I joined a month ago after being at another gym for 6 years. In just one month, feel better than I have in years! Corey and the trainers are knowledgeable, attentive and inspirational! Love it!!! Thank you Albany FIT.
If you want to take hold of your health and transform your body and eating habits, you have to check out FIT!! Corey, Carey, Colin, Nina and Rebbekka do an outstanding job of creating varied and challenging workouts, laying out a meal plan that will help you reach your goals, push you to your limits, and encourage you along the way. Going through the 6 week challenge was one of the best things I have done in a long time, and I would encourage anyone else that is serious about their health to get over to FIT!
This gym is amazing. I just completed my six week challenge and I crushed my goal. If it weren’t for Colin and Nina I never would have been able to complete the challenge. They are amazing trainers. When I first walked in I was a novice, very intimidated, I almost passed out! But now I’m leaving with less weight and so much stronger! Thanks for the PUSH!
I joined the Six Week Challenge in late Jan. Coming back from a super serious car accident; I started thinking it would be too much for me - at 50. Not the case! Not sure how the FIT team takes an injured coach potato and makes them look forward to every changing and challenging classes, but they did.The staff is there to help in many ways. My co-conspirators in exercise make you look forward to going. The plan works - make no mistake. I’ll be staying after the 6 weeks.
Corey and the entire FIT team are a great group of trainers dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Not traditionally a fan of group workout sessions, this program is run in a way that promotes inclusion no matter what your fitness level may be. Definitely would recommend checking out one of their programs, worth every dollar.
I am currently starting my fourth week in the 20lb challenge that is offered. I am overwhelmingly satisfied with both my progress to date and the professionalism that accompanies the staff. Corey is great, not pushy and seems to get your potential out of you without being in your face. Classes are perfectly timed for my busy schedule offering both morning and evening sessions. Also, Corey is very helpful and knowledgeable about your nutrition habits. In my opinion, great place 5 stars, would definitely recommend.
Im currently in week 5 of the fit in 42 days challenge, and Im loving it! This group of people are amazing, both during the actual workouts (btw I hate Roxanna Tyler!!!! That was not fun today...lol) and the support you get with your diet plans and just in general! (You rock Beth!) Best gym experience Ive had in a long time 😀
I saw the 6 week challenge ad on Facebook and decided to go to the website and read the google reviews but became intimated because the pictures I seen of the people losing weight were smaller than me. (I was 53 289lbs) So i kept putting it off and then day I seen on their Facebook page pictures and videos of people my size and bigger doing the workouts. I was inspired to sign up.The 1st couple of classes I was intimidated but the coaches and the other members are welcoming. They will motivate you and push you beyond what you think is your limit. The coaches will show you how to properly do an exercise and will show you modified ones if you cant do it. They help everyone throughout their workouts.There is a meal plan you have to follow. Im used to eating out just about everyday, so Ive been meal prepping every week. I didnt have cravings until my 4th week. it was harddddddd to stay on the right track that week. Had a few mishap but jumped right back on track.Before starting the challenege Ive been suffering with my weight for a few years which caused mid to lower back pain and tightness when walking or standing for long periods of time. I work a job that can be pretty physical but it came too much to have to fight through the pain. Now i am pain free!I started my 1st week 289lbs and by the 3rd week I was down 19lbs at 270lbs.Joining this challenge is the best thing Ive done for myself in a long time.
I just completed the six week challenge. I ended up getting so much more than I had ever thought possible. When I initially joined, I figured I could stick it out for six weeks. Now, I couldnt imagine it being over. I signed up for a membership and look forward to a great year ahead. I have made a great group of friends and I am so much stronger. The coaches and trainers are with you all the way. Thank you Nina and Rebecca! You have taught me so much and I look foward to more. You have to be committed to the diet and exercise. The hardest part was just showing up the first night. I highly recommend doing it! It really works!!
I have really enjoyed my journey this far. The trainers and coaches push you and help you get stronger. Its a great experience and I cant wait to see my transformation after the next 2 weeks. I dont like working out but I have looked forward to these work outs. The team they have is top notch.
This challenge was a total game changer for me. I feel different than when we started the challenge. I truly feel amazing. I sleep better at night. My clothes fit better (actually loose😉) and I have more energy. I was never able to behave with food for this long(Indian sweets), and my Indian coffee every morning. I can’t believe how much better I feel. I feel very happy. Thank you so much Albany FIT Strength & Conditioning for helping me make healthy life changes.
I started this 6 week challenge nervous cause had not worked out in a gym sense Ballys was around I had a life time membership with them that I lost when they couldnt make a deal with Best Fitness! So here I was knowing I wanted to get healthy and Albany Fit came across my Facebook feed! I was like why not! I have enjoyed meeting the trainers Collin & Nina Corey all of them very knowledgeable and dedicated to our healthy journey! Tomorrow I weigh in I hope and believe I succeeded either way I learned a lot and will incorpriate in to my daily living! I think I have made some friends along the way! The struggle is real you just gotta do it! I am a success!
Am approaching the end of my six week challenge and am surprised how much I’ve liked it. Corey, you may remember, in my meeting I said I don’t like to exercise, turns out I don’t hate it though. My team - Nina, Rebbekka, Colin - have been great. Everyone in my classes has been supportive and positive. I feel better than I have in years, have more energy, sleep better, and eat better.
Albany fit strength and conditioning is by far the best gym I have ever been to, The trainers are the best in the business and everybody is treated like family. I want to think Collin, Nina and Corey personally for all their support during my 6 week challenge.Thanks again everybody
I would recommend FIT Strength & Conditioning b/c it helped give me the extra motivation I needed to get better FIT and to incorporate more nutritious foods in my diet. After approx. 6 weeks of being in the program, I have lost 16lbs. and feel physically stronger as well as more energetic. The fitness program works at this facility, and I am a clear testimony to that.
I had my 2nd child at 36. He left an extra 10 pounds on me that I never lost. The change in my metabolism once I hit 40 added another 5 pounds. Last summer I decided to get myself back in shape. I worked hard all summer and (for the first time) counted calories, but despite my effort, I only lost 5 pounds. I thought, “This is just where my body wants to be in my forties. I eat well and walk regularly, I just need accept the extra layer of fat as a part of aging.” Then I found this program. It kept popping up on my Facebook page and I tried to ignore it but I couldn’t. I wanted to hear more about it. I made my appointment to hear the pitch and was sold. My husband and friends thought I was crazy, that it was some kind of scam. But I knew Corey House sincerely believed in the program after meeting him. Now, will be forever grateful that I trusted him. Half way through the program, the same doubts kept creeping in my mind, “5 years ago I would have hit my goals easily. Now my body just doesn’t want to drop the fat.” Luckily, Corey and Nina Anastos Floyd encouraged me to keep at it and trust the program, with personalized coaching to help me reach my goals. I am happy to say I finished my final week and hit my goals! Reflecting on the six weeks, it took a lot of focus and hard work, but it went by fast. Not only did I reach my goals but I have been full of energy that I thought I lost along with the extra pounds I gained. Fit Strength and Conditionings trainers, equipment, and classes are top notch! If you are trying to find a way to pull yourself out of rut, I highly recommend joining the rest of us that found our groove here. This crew of trainers are incredible. They keep the motivation level high, they are there to answer questions on not only what you’re doing at that moment, but also about nutrition. Focus always placed around helping you achieve your personal best and pushing you to progress forward!
Upon meeting for the first time, granted you have absolutely no idea what to expect. The owner? (Im assuming) Corey brings you into a room with others to discuss the program. The requirements for this program seemed like we were doing the marketing for his business. You had to check in on Facebook, write reviews, etc, it all seemed contrived and not accountability, He has an arrogant and intimidating demeanor. You are already high alert because you do not know what to expect and to have this personality thrown at you as the face of the business is unsettling. While he was explaining the program, He made us talk about what we dont like about our bodies and what we would want to change which is kinda personal for some people and to talk about it in a setting with strangers and made me uncomfortable. There wasnt any talk about being body positive and the psychology behind that which is important in a weight loss program. He made you feel like a subordinate and not an equal and there was pressure to make a decision to join. I wanted to try the 6 week challenge because of all the gyms that have similar programs they are really expensive. Then you learn at the end of the meeting there is a deposit of $499, which I was not prepared for at all or I would have put some money aside, but I was really rubbed the wrong way was Coreys personality. Hes like the carbon cut out of a fitness machismo. Im sure the program works well if you have the funds and that personality doesnt bother you, but I wouldnt feel comfortable. Also, he kept referring to us as girls when I am in fact a grown woman.
Met with Andrew for the first time to get an overview bout the place and different programs, I was forced to join the gold membership at the spot without even getting a trial run. I requested to get back to him soon as I have a 5 month old daughter tas I needed to figure details with my husband and was told that I either register then and there or leave. Very unprofessional attitude.how can he expect me to register for something at the very spot without any trial run or even discussion with my family. It’s a 52 week thing and not just for 1-2 weeks so definitely needs commintment. More than anything awful attitude , very rude person.
I was told when I signed up that if I ever needed to cancel it would be a $100 cancellation fee. After even providing a forwarding address this gym has charged me over $400 in fees. Disguisted by this placeYes you charged my credit card $300 after I provided a forwarding address and then cancelled my membership and charged an additional month after the cancellation, this resulting in $445 charges. None of this is untrue it is factual
I will be 53 years old this year. Didnt know if i could do this. BUT I did! The trainers are amazing. The diet plan is easy to follow and the recipes they give you are delicious. Try the protein pancakes! I am so pleased with my progress. Try it. But be true to to it and you will be not be sorry.
I was very intrigued with the innovative approach that this particular gym utilizes in weight loss. I was immediately drawn in when i recognized how their gym focused on losing weight.I do feel that the original goal itself is a bit unrealistic. The reason being: typically we all have read that a 2 pound weight loss is a very good , structured sound approach. So 6 weeks would be 12 pounds. Although the numbers are much lower than 20 pounds...12 pounds are still difficult #s to reach for those who have struggled over the years.So now increase that loss to 20 pounds. Thats approximately 3 .33 pounds a week. Possible... but an extreme challenge!!!Realistically , that will typically be achieved by fitness buffs.... not the ordinary , overweight out of shape person looking at a gym to lose weight.So im guessing that the achieved goal is often not achieved as opposed to the exceptional few who deserve extreme credit for ever having achieved such a goal.!!!( obviously just my opinion)Does that prevent people from joining after the challenge.... but not having achieved the estimated goal???I think not!Most persons are still making HUGE achievements. I feel that such achievements are a catapult to join regardless.... except when discussing money.Then we all need to assess that on a personal level. YES we are worth the investment.... but at the expense of what???? So, that is not such a black and white answer.But....as i believe, most having achieved GREAT results will struggle to figure out a way to remain @the gymBut a little less sense of accomplishment , not having reached the 20 pound goal.Unfortunately that still remains sad to me. Having lost 17 pounds is an AMAZING ACHIEVEMENT!!!So im wondering if the numbers were tweaked just a tiny bit... lets say to 18, that the return joining customer would remain the same.....but suddenly their sense of achievement was boosted triple fold!!I just cant imagine the results of enrollment changing.We all are thrilled with the AMAZING results achieved!!! Stop buying coffee forfeit a few drinks!!!Experience it.... your worth the cost!!!And nothing can ever take away the experience and achievements.....!!!Those will ALWAYS BE YOUR BRAGGING RIGHTS!!!!So, as a Vegan, 53 young, overweight person who manages teen kids , 60 hrs a week at wrk and wrks overnights....If i can make accomplishments, your achievements should be easy/ peasy!!GOD BLESS !!!
My experience so far has been great! Common sense approach to healthy weight, lifestyle and fitness. Ive learned so much and realized what has been going wrong for so many years. Strongly encourage you to try this approach and work with Corey House and get on a great path to health and fitness.

2022-08-22I’ve been working with Corey House for the last nine months. In the first ninety days I learned sustainable habits that helped me loose the weight I had gained working from home during Covid, plus a whole lot more. Corey adds one to two habits per week, building step by step to a healthier you. No food is off limits. Planning and moderation are key. Following the principles of meal planning and tracking, walking, and getting enough sleep, I’ve lost over 45 pounds. I highly recommend Corey for anyone who wants to loose weight permanently by making small changes to their lifestyle.

2017-12-22I definitely would and have recommended FIT Strength & Conditioning to anyone who wants to transform their health.It has been great to spend the past 6 weeks attending #Workouts at this great spot. The trainers are really encouraging and work with you where you are. I have seen a body transformation following their routine and applying the nutritional guidd provided to us.I would like to give a special thanks to Nina for working with me around the clock on nutrition questions, workout form, and just motivating us. Also, Colin was the trainer I worked with the most and his techniques for building full body strength while having patience for body areas/exercises that dont feel natural at first is unsurpassed from any workout program I have been involved with in the past. They have a great team in Albany and, as I said, I highly recommend this program.

2018-03-14I have been a member at several gyms over the years and I can honestly say not one compares to this gym. I have seen results like none before in the six weeks I have been attending. The trainers are patient, extremely knowledgeable and guide you along the way to meet your goals. The workouts are challenging yet modified for everyones own fitness level. The staff are so motivating, that I actually look forward to going to the gym!The gym is extremely clean. Its like being part of a family, they all truly care about your results and what brought you to the gym. 2018-03-02I first joined Albany FIT for a six week fitness challenge. I had tried other fitness program but never left feeling satisfied. Thus program and the staff at the gym are so very different. They support you through the entire process and everyone at the gym is kind and supportive. I feel better after 6 weeks than I have ever felt before. I cannot recommend this gym any more highly. Im so pleased with my results and as cheesy as it sounds the gym feels like family!!

2018-03-23I joined Albany FIT Strength and Conditioning for a 6 Week Transformation. I hands down give them 5/5 stars! I knew from the moment that I met Corey that I was ready to take on this challenge with the support that he has in place. This is the support of the trainers...Rebekka, Nina, Erica & Colin. These coaches are nothing less than amazing. They are dedicated to help each individual in their fitness journey. It is a very comfortable and welcoming place...and I always felt comfortable and able to ask for assistance if needed. In addition to the workouts and the coaches...there is a eating component. From my first meeting I knew my eating habits would change for the better. It is strict...but healthy and filling! All around a wonderful program I would highly recommend to anyone! So...again, Albany FIT Strength & Conditioning is top notch!!
