I’ve used CubeSmart before and they are definitely the go to for storage this place is clean and well kept. I love how there’s covered parking so need to worry about rain or snow. I also would like to applaud them for having more than one furniture dolly in the facility and not just One or two This made my life so much easier as I had a ton of items to store temporarily due to a relocation. I received excellent customer service from Tania she was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me with my storage situation. Thanks Tania. ❤️📦

Based on all the bad stories about storage I came into this a little stressed but Fatima was amazing. From the moment I walked in the door she greeted me with a beautiful smile and just knew what size I needed off of the items I listed. As we walked the building the conversation went well and she is beyond informative making sure I understand every detail needed. Her customer service is amazing which is hard to come by. Definitely looking forward to using my storage and engaging with Fatima.!
Whenever I go to this location, Tanya Avilla, General Manager, is always so wonderful. She is very patient and accommodating. CubeSmart on Tillotson Ave. in the Bronx is the best storage facility I know of in the borough, NYC, Westchester county or Tristate.The team is led by a wonderful General Manager (Tanya) who is very professional, considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable.Location is easy to get to via public bus or vehicle with highway seconds away. Interior & exterior of facility is always impeccably clean and provides safe accommodations to keep us as customers safe as well as our belongings protected from any pest damage.My wife & I have used this facility since April 2020 and at no point have with we been dissatisfied. Thank you Tanya & your team for taking pride in your work & providing excellent customer service.

Fatima is amazing, with a smile of gold and she gave me the best deal....EVER! I️ will recommend anybody and everyone. Just ask for Fatima and MartinaI had to increase my storage space and Helimah was a pleasure to work with and made my storage purchase a pleasurable experience. She showed my wife and I the storage space twice to ensure we were purchasing what we thought was adequate for our storage needs.
Priced too high. Dont reward customer patronage by allowing current customers to downgrade and take advantage of the same low rates as newbies. There are several self storage facilities in the area so I went to a competitor whose rates were much more competitive and will allow me to upgrade or downgrade and enjoy the same rates as newbies; i.e., everyone can take advantage of the current promotions regardless of their status (newbie or current member).
Great store. Great customer service. The place was clean. I was able to do what needed to be done in a timely manner. They offered complimentary tea and coffee. We were able to rent the van for basically nothing. They accommodated me and gave me a bottom locker instead of a higher one. Great experience. Great price.
Professionalism and courteous from every single staff member
Their was a young lady named Tanya who was so polite, patient and respectful. She allowed me to look at a storage area and even though I was not able to commit that day she was still kind and attentive to me. She answered all my questions and was extremely professional. Who ever was in charge of hiring her you made a wise choice.
The desk clerk Halimah gave awesome service and helped me with get my accounts in order in a timely fashion. Quick and efficient.
I was very impressed with this storage facility. Initially, warmly greeted by Asia Jackson whom went above and beyond in her service. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly, was not pushy when stating I would give it some thought and was just a gracious when i returned to make arrangements for the unit. Fatima Rodriquez jumped right in when I had difficulty with the lock. The facility is also very clean and well kept.
Martina, Asia and Albert are an amazing team. The service that we receive is fabulous and makes us feel important. Every time I come to the facility it’s very clean and by far the cleanest, most immaculate bathroom I’ve ever seen in the Bronx.

The staff at CubeSmart located at 2301 Tillotson Ave Bx, NY is the most amazing place to store your goods. The staff there is very friendly, kind, helpful, and care about their customers service and service needs. They go above and beyond to be sure your satisfied. I have been renting a storage space at this location for the past 7 months and customer service i received over this past weekend was amazing. Mrs. Martina Mauleon and her staff met every need i had with much professionalism, concern, and most of all great care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this particular location. You will be 100% satisfied!
This was the easiest reservation and storage rental that I have ever had. I was amazed by the wonderful personalities of the staff. They were pleasant from the initial inquiry and remain consistent thereafter. They answered all of my questions and showed me various units with a genuine concern for my needs as a customer. The facility is clean, well maintained, secure, there is ample parking and always a cart available for me. This location should be a model location for all other storage facilities to show how a customer should be treated. I really love Jamika Williams deal with the customers .Her customers is so awesome she explains how things works for as far you renting a unit . She goes step by u till you understand how rental agreement works for you. Jamika has pleasant attitude and a lot patience . Thank for having g some one like her.

The service at this location is great. Martina was a great representative. She was pleasant, informative and patient. The use of a van for free is a nice accommodation and I like how they have accessible carts to help bring up your items.

I was on the fence about renting storage space, but I checked out this CubeSmart Tillotson ave., and with the assistance of Ms Avila, I was convinced to rent space here. Ms Avila was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facility is well lit and secure, and located close to my home.
I had a great experience at this CubeSmart location it was my first time there. This facility is very clean, spacious, and secluded. Martina was helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody looking for storage. The prices are less expensive compared to other storage places I researched.
I recently rented a storage here because of the great customer service. Martina and Fatima are absolutely phenomenal. Martina doesnt work there anymore so dont go looking for her but Fatima is there and thats still great.

When I first rented about a month or so Fatima asked for a review. I told her Sure, and I did not plan on writing one but she truly is amazing and will go out her way to make you feel amazing from the greets hey darling or hey doll face. From the effort she puts in with any issue you have. Location is clean.
Victor Craighead at the Bronx, Tillotson Avenue branch helped me and he is the best. Patient and detailed. He goes out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your unit. I highly recommend this location to anyone requiring storage in the Bronx by Co-Op City. The staff is professional, courteous, and always available to assist. They provide a clean and friendly atmosphere. The units and the warehouse itself are immaculate.
I had an awesome experience at the Bronx Tillotson Avenue Cubesmart. The staff, Especially Jamika, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and nicely organized. I definitely reccomend this storage facility.
The unit I had was a boxed cubical it fit all of my items I had even when added more stuff I still had a decent amount of space left which was amazing but that all came to an end when I got my apartment with my GF I took all my stuff and ran xD I just did not like the fact that because I was two days late on my payment even though I was leaving CubeSmart I had to pay my balance to close my account other wise it would affect my credit that is a real sneaky way to get money out of people and very unfair I hope that isnt how CubeSmart gives a free month to the next person renting the storage units !!

This location is very clean. I love that I need a pass code to get in to the building and the elevator. Some of the staff is rude but once you have your unit you dont need to interact with them.

Okay. The place is nice.What I dont like is being told I need to buy a $12 lock cylinder when I already had a lock. And that never came up when I was reserving. Its dishonest and makes me feel cheated.

This cubesmart self storage just recently opened up at Corner street. Went in and immediately I was attended to with a smile. The young lady at the front desk started explaining the procedures to me and asking me question in order to accommodate my need. She then gave me a tour show me where my stuff would go and other necessary information. I got into a hiccup with the scheduling of the truck.(Not affiliated )I called her back and it was fixed.If not it would have been 5 stars.I would reccomnend this storage facility .

The place is nice and customer service is great price is good but there is 1 thing that need to take into consideration for business that there is no 24 hour access and also the opening time for business access begins at 9 am I hope this change to 7 am -8 pm. Apart from this everything els is ok

2022-04-14The Cube Smart on Tillotson is fantastic. The place is airy and bright and clean. I have used other places in the past and I will never accept anything less now. This location should be the standard for all others. The customer service is top notch as well. I was given two tours on different days and both were great. Everything was explained very clearly to me and I left feeling very confident in my decision. Huge shout out to Helimah. I was very hesitant to get a unit in the first place, but she made the whole experience so pleasant. I have recommended the location to family members already. Thank you so much for all you do :) My only suggestion would be to please add some vending machines 😊

2022-03-25I recently rented a storage unit from CubeSmart at 2880 Exterior Street in the Bronx. I had a wonderful experience. The manager, Ms. Helimah, gave me the white gloved treatment.
