Culligan in other cities:
Culligan water systems are a 5 star operation. They have the best products; their service team is not only knowledgeable but absolutely dedicated toward fixing the problem. Their staff is very respectful of your home in terms of booties, masks, etc. Their phone staff is helpful and very friendly and effective. And I found their marketing & sales team to be very honest in that they do NOT try to over sell you what you dont need but rather focus on what is really needed. We have both a full home system and a point-of-use RO system that works great! Absolutly one of the best investment decisons we made for our home because water quality is very important to our family!
I get water delivery from Culligan every 2 months. The driver is friendly and they give you a reminder call the night before which is helpful. The water tastes good. Sometimes the bottles are a little dirty but I would be wiping them down before use regardless, so it isnt a big deal. Would recommend to others.
Our experience with Culligan was excellent. From first phone conversation with Norman Miller. Norman’s follow up was terrific. Came to our house, tested water, clearly explained issues. All questions answered.Set up appointment for install and explained the next steps. Our installer Robert arrived on time, clearly knowledgeable about the product he was installing.Within a few hours after installation we could see a difference in our water. Following day water was crystal clear.Norman called after install to see how things went and will do a follow up to see how system is performing and test water again.A+ service, clear water and peace of mind.
Start to finish excellent customer service and quality installation and product. We started from scratch with an old well system that needed filtration, UV treatment, and softening. Norman patiently explained the whole process to every member of my family who had a question. Installation was timely and very professional. No more upset stomachs, terrible hair, or rapidly aging appliances!
Great decision from day 1. Our salesman ( Kyle ) went above and beyond to explain our system and has followed up with texts and a visit to ensure the system is working properly and test the current water. We had a sulfur and hard water softener installed in December and since than the water is fine. I have peace of mind knowing if any issues were too happen, Kyle and Culligan would handle it all. If you own a home, best decision you could make.
Ive had trouble with our water since we moved up here in 2001. Always working with plumbers and never solving it. Finally, my last plumber, while changing my AC unit recommended we call Culligan, as that IS what they do. Duh... I should have done that 20 years ago. Since we got our new water softener system and UV light installed, problem solved. I also recommend getting the service contract. I hate buying and filling my system with salt and changing filters. From the initial call up until today, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
Highly Recommended! We got home after a week away, during which Culligan installed and began our water treatment, and the difference is staggering. Our water is MUCH softer and healthier. Its something we feel and notice throughout our home- in the laundry, the kitchen, and in the shower. My wife and I even feel the difference in our hair! Normans consultation was wonderful- he explained everything clearly to us, and helped us to create a treatment plan within our budget. Overall, a wonderful experience and good investment.
Absolutely terrible & would not recommend to anyone. We feel robbed & scammed. We have been dealing with Culligan for over two years now with no change in our water. We have iron in our water & were told a water softener was our answer. We got the water softener. No change. Then we were told the whole house filter would solve our problem. No change. So here we are over two years later, out thousands of dollars on equipment and wasted time with service visits with absolutely no change to our water. My shower is orange, my hair is orange & my skin is horrible because of all the iron in our water. We don’t know what to do at this point but we are furious.
From start to finish it waa an enjoyable experiance. Norman explained the water test to me and what products would be best for our needs. We have very hard water he recommend what would be best and what install time and proce would be. He explained they have a financing plan and was patient whole my husband and I decided whatbwe wanted to do. The guys who came to install the equiment for polite and helpful. They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up their whole mess and explained the equiment and what to do. Would definitely recommend them
I can’t recommend Culligan high enough. They are always there when I have any issue and resolve it way better than my expectations. My father and I both use their water delivery service and they always make sure to deliver on time and make sure we never run out. Please speak with Norman for all your water inquiries. He is the best there is and always answers my emails no matter what time or day. Thank you so much Norman for all you do for myself and my family!!!
Terrible experience.I inherited a water softener and reverse osmosis system from the previous owner of my house. I called Culligan for a yearly maintenance - cleaning the water softener tub, replace filters, etc. Ever since that, the reverse osmosis system creates a water gurgling noise. After a few weeks, I realized it was a chronic issue and not just the system sort of settling in (I never had a system like this so I wasnt sure what to expect), I called Culligan and they said it was beyond the point when they would fix their mistakes and they would have to charge me over $100 to fix their mistake. Then she blamed me for the problem. She insisted that it HAD to be a problem with my plumbing.PS - It is 100% NOT a problem with my plumbing. The noise is very clearly coming from the reverse osmosis system and it had never done that before the service person came to replace the filters. Now I am left with the task of fixing it myself, because there is no way I would let another Culligan service person into my house again, even if they offered it for free (which they should have in the first place.)
For many months trying to get softener serviced kept canceling then didn’t have part then last week called of service told tech was sick and hard water buildup clogging pipes, then rescheduled he was coming Saturday they called Friday night said they’d confirm Saturday morning we’ll it’s Sunday morning no show no call?!
After 15 years my unit needed to be replaced. Norman evaluated my needs and recommended a replacement unit. He answered all my questions and provided all the info I needed to make a choice. He was very pleasant and forthright and a pleasure to deal with.Within a week, Dave came and removed the old unit and installed the new unit in record time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. He left the area spotless and went over the unit with me before he left.Everything is working fine and Norman came back a week later and retested my water and the results were perfect. I highly recommend Culligan for any of your water needs.
First time utilizing the selfservice water fill station. Filling 5 gallons containers, at 25 cents each. We had 6 containers and a line can quickly form behind you. Parking is not well define and cars start stopping wherever they find room. I recommend going during off hours if you can.
We had a much-needed water softening system installed recently. Nathaniel walked us through the process and carefully explained the options available to us. Install was quick and efficient. Nathaniel performed follow-up testing ensuring our new water system was working perfectly. The Culligan Water team is professional and thorough and we highly recommend their services.
Wow! Talk about great customer service! Culligan nailed it! From our Sales Consultant Norm to our Installers, everything was timely, efficient and properly cleaned up. Culligan has just completed a 2 week follow up test of our systems and everything is spot on, or should I say spotless. Thank You Culligan!
I had my water softener serviced today by Kathleen. Not only did she quickly and efficiently find our problem and fix it, but she did it with a smile and at no charge. I dont think you can beat that! (That was certainly never the case with any other water softener I have had.)
First off, the Culligan sales rep Norman M. Is simply amazing, the BEST in the business(!) —knowledgeable, personable as he did a great job of explaining the results of our water test and the recommended solution. Also, Dave our installer was fantastic, too! A little bit of background..we live in a rural area and depend on well water. Our water appeared to be getting worse every day with rust sediment staining our tubs, sinks and light colored clothes. It was disgusting and felt unsafe. Norman recommended a Big Blue whole house filter. This did the trick! Our water problems disappeared immediately. Culligan is a bit more expensive but it is worth every penny.
Kyle Meade is a salesman that came to my home to show me the culligan water system and tested my water. I do have to say that Kyle is and excellent salesman and a very personable gentleman. I bought two systems from him for his excellence to detail and his explanation of the product. You have a great employee. He deserves a raise or an appreciation award.
The installation crew was amazing, very respectful, efficient and respectful! Did not leave a mess, made sure we understood how the unit worked and what to look for!The sales consultant was extremely helpful, testing all the parameters of our water, explaining what we needed, or didn’t, and why! VERY HELPFUL!We are extremely satisfied!Thank you “Culligan Man”!
Culligan installed a whole house water softener in my home a couple of years ago. They removed my old unit which was installed by a local plumber who was nowhere to be found when the unit he installed only lasted a year. So far so good with Culligan. I feel they stand behind their work and will be available should an issue occur.
I have crohns disease and prior to the installation, I would experience acid reflux. Our drinking water quality has changed dramatically as a result of the new unit and I do not have any more issues with acid reflux. Their customer service is great and two thumbs up to Nate. Our experience from start to finish was excellent.
SCAMMERS - STAY AWAY!They sent a SALES MAN on a routine service call!I called Culligan for the annual servicing of my water softener. TWO men came out and one told me the unit wasnt working because the tank was full of sediment and the other guy quoted me $1,800 to replace the unit. I decided to go ahead with the job but changed my mind the next day and went to their location to let them know. When I got there, the representative said she would get the sales person to speak to me and it turned out to be the same person who came out on the service call with the tech! Why is Culligan sending sales people on service calls???!!!I purchased a different unit from Home Depot for $500 (which works great) and installed it myself. When I removed the Culligan unit, contrary to what they told me, I found very little sediment in the tank!I can only conclude that this was a scam from the start, because there is NO reason to send a sales person on a routine service call and to lie about the unit not working, except to sell a new one to someone who doesnt need it.Despicable! STAY AWAY!
We have just bought a home and own a company (Park Ford of Mahopac) that we use Culligan for.Just wanted to highly recommend these guys! and personally thank Nate John and Anthony. They werent pushy in any way, very upfront about products and pricing. Most importantly they were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the existing water issues i was having as well as the solution to the problems. Thanks to them I have water thats not going to poison my family or employees.. so thanks for that! :)Also My dog loved them... and if my dog doesnt trust you... I dont trust you...
Will not be calling again, not even worth getting my $60 credit due to Service tech error. I called Culligan to setup to have some equipment relocated and once moved service them several weeks prior to appointment date. I reiterated and challenged the individual setting up my appointment regarding additional time to relocated the unit, even stated that it may require some replumbing to ensure I was clean on the services I required.I took the day off to support due to concern on how the system was installed initially (Water and drain lines run through a hallway vs. into and through a utility area. The Tech dispatched to my house informed me that he could not relocate the units because he was a Service Tech and that required an Installer and additional Pex piping/fittings he did not have. He informed his boss of the issue and let me know they would be calling me to arrange a Installer on a different date. When challenged he made excuses like the girls dont really understand our work to that level and you really need someone to visit and plan before the service date. Both of which were unsatisfactory answers. The Service Tech did a good job servicing the units in their existing locations and even took the time to explain why my unit was in Error which made the cost increase based on parts easier to understand. After the Service Tech departed I called Culligan to discuss the issue of now performing the relocation and my frustration as that was the primary reason for the service call any my vacation day from work. The Service Manager listened to my feedback and requested a chance to make it right. He assured me that he would talk with the individuals taking appointments to help prevent issues like this in the future. Regarding future work, I informed him that I would not take an additional day off work, but if the relocation could happen on a Saturday I would be willing to work with him. He informed me that he would ask for Volunteers because the staff does not normally work weekends and he would get back to me the following Monday.Monday came and went, so finally Friday of the following week I called Culligan again to let them know I was no longer in need of their service and provide feedback to a higher level for what I considered extremely poor customer service. I originally asked for the Sevice Manager, but he was unavailable, so I asked for a higher level manager and was put in contact with the General Manager. I explained to him the original call, the events the day of, the feedback given initially, the promise made to make it right, and the lack of follow through... To that his only reply was Well the Service Manager took time off starting Friday due to a back injury and if I had known about your issue I would have called you. The date the Service Manager started leave was the day after he had made the commitment to make things right and all his boss could do was blame him for not transferring that information to him.I cannot believe the lack of accountability across this Culligan office and lack in quality of customer service. I understand Im just one of many customers but if Im treated this way I after following up, pushing for resolution, then how do they treat their other customers.I do not recommend Culligan.
I have been a customer since 2011 when I had an R.O. System installed culligan of Newburgh is great company to do business with. I recently had a water softener and neutralizer installed by Dave your installer he was very professional, neat and did a great job I also want to thank Nick the sales representative he came and did the water testing and explained everything to me about my water problems and after a short period after installation my water is great solved my water issues I’m very happy so is my wife.happy wife happy life.😀
I moved into my home in September of last year. We had an issue with the water softener where it was not working when we moved in. The previous owners claimed to fix it and it was producing soft water. However, a few weeks after moving in, we noticed an issue with our skin drying out and we appeared to be running through more soap/shampoo/conditioner than normal. Also, our softener had not used any salt as it was still at the same level. At that point we called Culligan. They sent a rep out and was able to show me exactly what the issue with our old softener was. What I was most impressed with was the fact that he was honest enough to say that we could definitely fix the current softener for cheap, but it will probably continue to have the same problem as these softeners don’t last longer than five years (plumbers special). They said they can happily send a tech out to fix it or we could consider upgrading to a Culligan softener. We chose the latter route as we are getting ready to have kids in the next year or so and could spare the money right now more than we would be able to in the future.Culligan got someone over to our home within just THREE DAYS to install the new softener. They even got rid of our old one for us. The technician was very, very thorough and did not leave until we had a great comprehension of the softener and how it worked. Turns out, if you purchase their “Priviledge Program” (monthly fee). They will come deliver the salt to you AND bring it downstairs and fill up your softener for you. You don’t have to do ANYTHING. They even come and service it for you once a year. That, all other maintenance AND if there are any issues at all are free of charge to you as the purchaser because you are on the Priviledge Program. Who could pass that up!?Second, they also noticed that our drinking water was retaining some mineral and hard metals that should not be present. They told us now would be a great time to purchase a Reverse Osmosis (RO)system to get rid of these and purify the water. Because we went with the softener we were able to get a great deal on the RO at the same time. The RO is great and has eliminated the need for us to purchase bottled water as we no longer need to having safe drinking water from our own well. The sales team, service team, and Culligan Water as a whole had exceptional service from start to finish. We are very happy with our purchase and have had no issues since installationMy wife and I would recommend Culligan Water to anyone having issues with water systems in their home as they will give you a fair price with exceptional customer service. We felt like we were in great hands from start to finish. And let’s be honest, that sure is not common practice in today’s world anymore.
Rapid response to problem with new installation. The technician that came to the house was very pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the call to notify me that he would arrive late and he arrived promptly at the rescheduled time. The filtration system now seems to be working much better and I am looking forward to seeing its performance over the long term.
Reasonably priced. My house has never looked so clean. After moving from a house with no water softener, I dont know how I EVER lived without one. Customer Service at the Newburgh location is AWESOME!!! Salt delivery driver is helpful and pleasant! LOVE LOVE LOVE Culligan!
We have well water, and were concerned about the safety of drinking it. Norman came out (on time), and tested our water. He explained the tests performed and what the results meant. He also presented the solutions that Culligan had to offer, and guided us through financing this important project.Dave came out, and got everything set up. There was a miscommunication during the project. Norman immediately addressed it on his follow-up visit, and got the issue settled. Norman maintained direct contact with me to get everything in order. My wife and I could not be happier with our new system, and knowing that our water is safe to use and drink for the family and our appliances.
I have been with Culligan since 1997, when I bought my first Whole House Softener System. I just replaced the system 2 months ago. I went way past, its Warranty. I was looking into other Softeners, because they were a lot cheaper, but less warranty. Then I realized, if I had this many years, with our Culligan System, why would I switch. We were so glad, we met Nicholas Rambadt Rambnick, who has got to be the most knowledgeable, kind, respectful, Business Person, we have ever met. He truly cares about his Customers. He always tells us, never hesitate to call him, if we have any issues whatsoever, We would also like to Thank Joe Depuy, for a Superior Installation. Nick, Patrick and I want you to know, how much you are Appreciated, for always going above and beyond, to keep us, your Customer, Very Happy. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work Nick. Culligan should be VERY LUCKY, to have you on their Team.Patrick & Renee Delphin
I recently bought a home with very hard well water. It had a metallic smell, discolored our clothes in the washer, etc. I invested in a water softening system for the whole house as well as a reverse osmosis filtration system for kitchen drinking water, and the difference is amazing. Culligans tech that sold me the system was very knowledgable - he conducted a number of tests, and made recommendations based on our needs and habits. The installation happened while I was at work, so I didnt see that, but they even hooked the RO water up to my fridge for the ice cube maker. I cant speak to the type of equipment they install, but it looks high tech, brand new, and definitely works great. Im on a monthly maintenance plan that includes filters, salt, and any repairs the equipment may need down the line. Its nice not to worry about the water anymore - Im only a few months on, but so far I highly recommend Culligan.
We have had other softeners all of which have failed and parts were no where to be found. We really appreciate the representation that came to the house for culligan and thank him for his time attention and consideration. The process was very transparent and truthful. If it wasn’t for the sales associate at the house the system would not have been considered. Thank you !
We purchased a water softener and UV light from Culligan in the Hudson Valley, NY. We had slightly hard water and needed the softener installed so that the UV light would be sure to work properly over time. We have a well on our property that tested positive for Coliforms and our main goal was to make sure our water was free and clear of bacteria and other potential pathogens. The system was installed one month ago and all is working well. Still need to test for Coliforms to be absolutely sure that bacteria problem is cleared up. Based on the new system, were feeling fairly certain that it is. Nate, the sales representative who came to our house, was very nice and did a thorough job explaining things to us. He was a pleasure to work with and, for those in the Hudson Valley, I recommend Culligan. Ask for Nate.
We have been grateful for our R.O. system from Culligan. Weve been customers for many years. Recently when it came time to have our R.O. drinking water checked out , we were concerned with anyone coming to our home due to (covid 19). We contacted our local service provider Mrs. Kathleen Kayes and she totally understood our concerns. She promptly scheduled an appointment for the following day . Mrs. Kayes arrived in a timely manner; wearing her p.p.e. and carrying her water analysis lab in a handy briefcase. She was in total control of the situation. Sampling our water, informing us of her findings and suggesting actions needed to continue enjoying the quality of our water. Mrs. Kayes respected our safety concerns and she is truly a professional wonderful women . I have recommended Culligan to most of my family, they also enjoy their quality of water.Mr. and Mrs. SantiagoGoshen, N.Y.
I was very pleased with the immediate response I received from Culligan when a freak mishap occurred with our system. When the problem happened both a technician and my salesperson, Nate came to my home on Labor Day weekend. That was pretty impressive in itself, as well as the reputation that the product itself has!
Had a new water softener and filter installed so nice to have soft water and sediment removed which is great for toilets and washing machines. Water checked before and after.Nathan hall explains and is very knowledgeable on the products that culligan has.Great guy to do business with. Called him back a 2nd time to have well pressure tank replaced. Also culligan now comes automatically to check systems replace filters and salt at a small cost. Very happy Thanks Nathan
We discovered that we had hard water and so we called Culligan of the Hudson Valley. They sent someone out promptly to rectify the problem and within a very short amount of time, our issue was resolved.Culligan arrived within the time frame given, they were neat and respectful of the work area, they answered any questions my husband had and explained how their system will preserve our water pipes, coffee makers, dishwasher, and a whole host of other benefits. We are very happy with Culligan and would recommend them to our friends and family...
Culligan is a very slick company that is totally useless in producing a simple glass of pure water. They send very nice servicemen who are trained not to promise you a decent glass of water but to sell you another little bit of Culligan equipment to potentially give you a simple glass of water. I am beginning to think that Culligan is a complete fraud but this little Cottage is only a few thousand dollars into totally incompetent Culligan service. I think this company is a total con. And I will report any further transactions I have with them . I strongly recommend that you save yourself the agita and avoid this company like the plague. Great company if your water doesnt need treatment. But one call to them and all of a sudden you owe them $230 a month. One star is not low enough for this company. I hate them.
Culligan of the Hudson Valley is the BEST!!! Lisa, Pat and Brian are simply GREAT! They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have had Culligan for many many years and once or twice there has been a problem that has been fixed quickly. They are great! Pat is the very best service Technician!!! And we thank all of you!!! We recommend them to all!
Moving and a water softener system with them. Asked to have it removed. Scheduled for it today no problem. I am sitting here waiting and my wife says they came to the house and rang the bell and no one answered. I am literally sitting 5 feet from the door. Joey never showed up. They then call back and say he will be here later but dont know when. Thanks for wasting my entire day because I have nothing else to do but wait for a water treatment company to show up!!
Since day one we have had nothing but leaks and issues .terrible customer service my basement has flooded more times than u can imagine.we asked for the best device and system available to cure our water issues anf all we seem to get is junk.the techs show up and tell us the equipment is wrong or no good but the office wont repair or replace with the right stuff.I wish we never started with them.I thought hiring a big reputable company was the right way to go but they are the worst.constant run around excuses and issues .if u cant tell Im just sick of the whole thing.its a shame I am a good paying customer who just wanted the right equipment and service .stay away from culligan .
I finally have premium water that I can safely drink and cook with so happy.Vinny DiCesare water specialist was great at explaining everything and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with Vinny.
Outstanding products and service. I have been with Culligan for over 15 years and they have never ceased being extraordinarily helpful. They always explain things to me even though I keep asking!!! Their workers are competent, helpful, punctual (!), kind, and friendly. I would never go anywhere else nor would I let anyone I knew well go anywhere else!!
This company is ridiculous. They sold me two commercial water softener and when it was time to move them , they did not respond to my numerous calls. I had to call the corporate office and I received a call and it took 3 months to send a Commercial tech to look at it and after he looked at it no one called back until I had to call them. No one has yet responded. I would never buy culligan products at least in the Hudson Valley, because these people dont seems to care. They are interested to sell you new system but not to service them.
Company is reliable and timely. Only drawback is that scheduling service can be tricky sometimes, involving one to three days. So you have to remember to call early, not at the last minute. Moreover, the company is flexible as to when and where they will be needed. They don’t insist on a rigid schedule. What’s not to like?
We needed to get our water checkef and called culligan as they offer free free testing. They set me up with an appointment with in a day .Their rep Kathleen Kayes arrived promptly at 10 am and took the time to go over everything with been nicer and more professional id highly recommend her and this company
Thank you, Culligan, for fixing our water problems! We no longer have water that smells like rotten eggs (sulfur) and the treatment system lowered the ph which was also very high, causing dry hair and skin. Our appliances are no longer turning orange, and our clothes, hair, skin, and dishes feel and smell clean! Thank you, Joe, for your expertise in installing the water treatment system; thank you, Brian and Nick, for diagnosing the problem!
UPDATE: Finally received refund check Monday, March 10th. I also received a call from a representative, very courteous, apologetic and professional. We discussed the issue and was very generous. It seems unfortunately, this was their process on refunds. All is well now.Went to purchase soda ash for the Culligan R/O water system. Have been a customer since about 2001. The agent at the Newbugh location advised me that according to their system, the cost for ONE container of soda ash was with tax $169. Impossible I said, I purchased 2 containers for $113. She insisted because of rising gas prices this was the new cost. I purchased because it was needed. I get home and check against the old container. NOPE wrong stuff. I came back 3 days later Feb 10th, for a refund. Culligan said they could not refund back to my card. Are we in 2014 or 1914? A check would have to be cut from the head office? I called the Culligan number in Illinois, they said each location was their own franchise. Although when I finally spoke to Billing, they advised the check had to be cut by the corporate office? Hmmmm. I called this past Monday to check on the status, (now 2 weeks later) I was told let me check into it and I will call you back. Well no call back. Today February 27th, I spoke to that person again. She advised the Manager will call you back. Still awaiting a call back from the manager of billing. Stay away folks unless you like this type of customer service. I will be sure to pass on to all my colleagues, friends and family in the Hudson Valley, the type of treatment I have received on a simple refund. Update: I was advised a check is in the mail mailed on Feb 26th. Today is March 4th, still no refund check.
I took a day off of work to wait for a service team to remove old equipment rented by the previous owners before we renovate our home. We were told the team was running late but would be over by 7 PM. By 8, we assumed no one was coming. Now we have to delay work on the house for at least a week while we try to schedule another visit. Needless to say, theres little chance well be calling Culligan for our new treatment system.
Dirty! And if certain individuals like to come there and destroy the machine and HOG ALL THE WATER, LIKE OTHER FAMILIES DONT WANT WATER, THEN CULLIGAN NEEDS TO START RESTRICTING THEM AND THE AMOUNT ONE PERSON CAN TAKE. SOMEHOW IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MACHINE AROUND AND ISSUE KEY CARDS TO REAL U.S. CITIZENS SO THEY CAN ACCESS THE WATER, I feel that this problem will cease.

2022-03-22We purchased a home in the Hudson Valley. The water softener system was old and not functioning so we got a couple of estimates for a new system. We learned we had very bad water and needed an trustworthy company. We decided to go with Culligan because the water specialist, Nate, seemed very knowledgeable and authentic. We also liked the reputation and reliability of a company that has been around for so long. We had a complete softener system, UV Light, pressure tank and reverse osmosis drinking water system installed. Our installer, Rob, was top notch, skilled and thorough. We are extremely happy with the quality of service we received from these two professionals. Our water quality is excellent, we noticed the difference in our skin after only a few days! I highly recommend Culligan without any hesitation!

2022-01-22We recently had a Culligan water treatment system installed in our home. Our experience with Kyle Meade was great, he was so knowledgeable and patient with us. He answered all of our questions (we had a lot!) and made it very easy to understand. His customer service is excellent! Everyone weve worked with at Culligan made the experience extremely pleasant and seamless. Were very happy with our system!

2022-06-23Never had any issues with Culligans products, service, scheduling or their technicians. Weve been their clients for the last 7 years. Everyone has always been professional and courteous. Always on time for the scheduled service. Pat K. is the best and always gives us an explanation of the work he is performing and always cleans up after his work is done. Plus our dog loves him so thats a sure sign of trust! Keep up the good work Culligan!

2021-12-10The tech that came to do our install was great, he spent nearly all day at the house (we needed a lot taken care of!) and was incredibly knowledgeable! David, our Specialist, has been amazing to work with. Hes always super responsive with a great sense of humor and we honestly chose to work with Culligan because of how quickly he got us our quote back (next day turnaround!!) whereas other companies took weeks for us to hear back from. Very happy customers!

2022-05-22We have had a pleasant experience with Culligan especially due to the amazing care and attention provided by Nick ... super customer service and knowledge of the products Culligan sells. He answered our 1001 questions without getting upset if some questions were repeated.Initially I thought he would try to upsell us to the most expensive units (water softener, filtration system, and reverse osmosis); however, he was honest with providing his opinion on which units would work better for us. They were not the most expensive units ... what a relief.Even after time has passed since the install, Nick still checks in to see how our units are functioning. The superb attention by Nick is what makes a company great.

2022-02-11I am very sorry that I have to give them a very bad review. I usually enjoy giving people credit for a good job. In Culligans case its their policies that are very bad. I have lived in my house for over 17 years and have bought systems from them always taking a service contract. I have had issues with them all through this time but didnt want to change because it was a Culligan softener. Most recently though they aggravated me to the point of me having to write this review. In summary, my softener was not producing soft water and it was very important not to let the hard water go through my pipes for a long period of time as it can damage your faucets, etc. Called them, told them the water was horrible but they would not come until 2 weeks. The guy finally came and said the water was bad and he would fix it. Surprise after a week no soft water, same problem. People do not have time in this economy to keep taking time off of work Also no soft water is an emergency, Culligan does not deem it that. I wont go into the many filters and other stuff they sold me which didnt work. For example I purchased a big blue filter from them and I couldnt get it open to change the filter, even their men had trouble opening it up. At that time I lost several hundred dollars on that filter and had to finally put the original filter back in. So its basically an issue with their policies. They keep saying that they dont have the manpower, well then pay a little more and get some more workers. I just want you folks out there to be very cautious about them as I should have been. I now have another company and another softener and they are very customer friendly and come within 2 days of you calling. Again I am sorry I have to give this negative review.

2022-01-19Highly recommend!!Vinny D. went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Very knowledgeable about the Culligan Water Systems and was able to answer all our questions, and help us make a decision on exactly what we needed. We are so in love with this new system(our water tastes AMAZING), thank you again Vinny for making this happen so effortlessly!!

2021-12-03Had a great experience with Culligan.Had a sales rep come out and test our water. Our system was working well so we chose to get a routine maintenance done on. Our UV light was broken and we booked an appointment to have a new one installed and while the technician was installing he made some necessary adjustments to our system. From start to finish we were pleased with Culligan. Also the people answering the phones in the office were awesome as well.

2022-02-04They are absolutely trash. After constant problems with their under sink RO unit I canceled the rental and said to remove the equipment. 6 months later I find they switched billing to direct billing and didnt call me for payment. So 6 payments were made for a unit that doesnt work.Criminal behavior is what that is.

2022-03-08Installation was a easy process and water already tastes so much better. Good decision Post Update: I have now switched my review to 1 star and I would give zero if I could. I switch the water pressure tank on the house I bought because it looked old and broken but I have to say the pressure on that old thing was 20x better then what this new one from Culligan. I also had an issue with the sales rep and company itself as they were trying to charge me for a service that was supposed to be canceled and on top of that ignored me emails and gave me the run around when I would tell them about it. They attempted to continue to harass me and claim I owed them over $150 for these services which I might add I never used because again I cancelled them before everything was installed to ensure I wouldn’t be charged anything. It was a great mistake to trust Culligan with my whole house system and if I could go back in time and undo it I most definitely would.
