The coffee was cool not hot,dirty cups,salt and pepper were empty and the seats were not that clean
We got there early and there was no waiting! The food was terrific - especially the salted caramel and banana pancakes!
So glad they added red potatoes home fries to their menu. Makes an ok breakfast great!

The llast 2 times I ordered for pick up they for got pancakes and then they forgot the toppings the next time. They did give me a free meal but it doesnt change 2 meals were ruined.
Few things I like about it: You will get what you order. They listen and they do what you ask. Eggs perfectly the way you ordered. Cant say it is amazing, but I can say that I like it.

Ordered eggs over medium was they came out raw. Cinnamon pancakes were very good as was the waitress.
Was there this afternoon not very busy at all had a rude waitress and my daughter and I ordered the simple sampler plate was over cooked no cheese in some of the motz sticks onion rings were dark from over cooked chicken bites were cold was so bad probably will never return again so disappointed 😞
Very disappointed, my wife and I went to eat at Dennys in Canandaigua and upon being seated,we were given menus but that was it, NO silverware, NO drinks offered, NO service at all for 11 minutes, manager was discussing a previous customer blasting him for not wanting a menu and there was only 1 other couple in Dennys eating so we ended up leaving,and now NO WAY WE WILL BE GOING BACK THERE, HORRIBLE
Dennys was great! I ordered fried chicken steak and the price is so reasonable. I dont know the waitress name but she made my day!

We had an excellent experience at the Canandaigua Dennys. Despite coming in ther door with 15+ crazy picky people and kids, everything was quick and orders correct. Customer service was great, including our waitress being patient with the indecisive bunch of older and younger kids.
My family and I come there every sunday for the past 3 months, and not just 3-4 people its usually like 5-6 of us, today 3 pf us went, we were sat at a table, 10 mins later no service of any sort they seat another couple behind us, waitress goes to them takes there drink order, still nothing at our table, she then brings back there drinks and takes there food order, still nothing with our table, another 5 mins goes by and nothing from no one, no service at all. We got up and walked out, we will never go back there again!!!
Food was ok, kind of bland. Table was sticky, menus were dirty and floor was extremely sticky and gross. The coffee was burnt, and water glasses were dirty. We wont be coming back.
Couldnt choke down a cup of nasty coffee....i shouldnt have to put 7 sugars and 4 creamers in one cup.....i ordered lumberjack slam with hashbrowns cooked well....they were soft and mushy ....a second order was brought out of hashbrowns so crispy and burnt....just brown them a little geez....18 dollars for nasty food come on people.
Some of the meal was under cooked and others burned , the home frys where a solid piece, solid, will not be back to this location

I had the best service from Shannon. I go back because she is excellent. The food is ok. It is clean there. Shannon makes the dining experience worth going back. She was alone no cashier no hostess no other waitstaff. You could not tell because she just did her job. 4 other relief staff came in and just stood chatting a good 15 minutes. Shannon was quite busy. I think they should have jumped right in at least see if anyone needed anything. Called team work. No one washed their hands and just went behind the counter. I offered myself to pour coffee. If they have rewards she deserves it.

The breakfast was good but our server made the visit worth it! I wish i had gotten her name but she totally understood my need for coffee fast since the power was out at home. She was fantastic!!
I ordered the steak. I was not asked how I wanted it done. Grizzly and tough. The waitress was attentive and a sweet young Lady. But the food. Yuck. I wont go again.

Usually I like dining at the restaurant but my delivery experience was unpleasant. My food was burnt, gross, and my dipping sauce wasnt in the bag even though its automatically included in the item. My shake was fine but the strawberry shakes were off.
Update:Stopped for dinner and to give another chance. Ordered the $17 dollar steak med rare. Steak was cooked on the grill and very well done and chewy. Cooks had to realize it was over cooked because burnt side was down. Had a great waitress and wasnt going to complain. When I cashed out the gentleman asked how meal was. When I told him the steak was very over done he just looked at me and said nothing. I told him waitress was excellant and steak was awful. Guess he wasnt ready for the answer because he shut up and cashed me out. Come on Dennys, you use to be ok. This is the Canandaigua Dennys.Stopped for breakfast and after getting food our waiter went on break. Nobody came back to check on us. Left one breakfast because we couldnt get a takeout box. Cashier said oh Im sorry is all.
I’ve have ordered Grubhub from the Canandaigua Denny’s twice now & both times I have been missing items. As someone who works in the restaurant take out industry, I knew it was the fault of the restaurant & not the Grubhub employee so I called the restaurant & was told there was nothing they could do. 2 stars considering the food I have received from my order was fairly good quality, but I am incredibly disappointed in their order accuracy. As someone in the industry, it’s really not that hard. Don’t be sorry, be better.
Dirty and unappealing entrance way. We almost didnt go in. 3 egg omelette size wasnt up to snuff has compared with other Dennys. Ham wasnt totally diced up in the omelette. There were a couple of strips of ham. First time I ever had to use a knife for an omelette! Bathroom smelled bad. Our waitress was very good .

Ive gone here for years and the service is amazing. Before COVID hit the US hard, me and my friends would have a monthly dinner here and the servers would get us seated and with drinks at our table in no time. When they reopened, the management changed but the spirit remains the same. I love dining here and the staff is as friendly as ever. Keep it up Dennys crew!
We used to eat here every time we visited family for the last 2 years. Always with 8 people. Even during covid had no issue getting inn. This morning I was treated so rudely. First was told they couldn’t and then they didn’t know how long it would take. By the way they were not that busy. Was told I had to wait outside (first time being told that) left my name and number. Went outside, the rest of our party arrived. We waited an hour and no call, it’s now been 2 hours and no call. Never again with they get our business. Please apologize to your waitresses since they lost out on the $50 tip that we leave
Ordered on the phone, got to the store after a half hour and waited another 25min to get my food while a bunch of people came in and left due to waiting and not being acknowledged. Got home and BOTH my sandwiches were BURNT! Theres no way the cook didnt realize this when they played it. Such a shame because Dennys has always been good. Good thing we got nachos too or else wed still be hungry.

Our food was good, but our service wasnt so much. Our server had her mask only covering her mouth, not her nose, in violation of safety measures. At least two other employees were the same. She was polite and friendly, but kept forgetting our order and requests.

Good food. Freezing inside. Of the 8 different tables of guest everyone was wearing a jacket! We were there 40 min. The manager was wearing a winter jacket and scarf the whole time. When I mentioned how cold it was she laughed
Dennys in Canadaigua is the worst!! Took my husband out for his birthday, the food was awful: asked for scrambled eggs w cheese, no cheese n cold eggs.

We ended up leaving before our drinks were even ordered, since we waited 20 minutes before a server even approached our table.

Restaurant was not busy so we were seated right away. They didnt have plates for appetizers. Waitress forgot sour cream and salsa. One steak was old looking and dried up. Manager said they were precooked frozen and could make a new one but would take a while. We waiting, pancakes were horrible. Portions were on small side not our usual experience. Later in evening 5 out of 7 of us got sick. We have always loved Dennys and never had an issue. Now we wont go back
We stopped in after church this Sunday and we got seated right away. They have a huge selection of menu items and cold brew coffee which was delicious . Food is fair priced and service is friendly. We also got to bless others with the coupons we had. Great experience.
Stopped there to grab dinner ( to go). Asked a question about one of their menu items. The waitress who helped me. Was very helpful,and knowledgeable. Ordered my food,and it came to me correct,and very tasty!!!
Server completely messed up our order! Food was poorly made and burnt! Drinks were not completely filled. Took about half an hour just to receive half our drinks.
Waiter was amazing. Manager gave my son a meatball for his spaghetti because he thought it came with one and it didnt. Fast and clean. We go here every so often but this time they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

I got an order of tenders and both fries on grubhub and hashbrowns. I got the order within 10 minutes... the tenders were very dark as if they were cooked multiple times. They also didnt give me the dipping sauce. The wavy fries were cold and mushy and they gave me maybe 10 for the meal. The hashbrowns were cold too. It was nasty my son wouldnt even at any of it and he loves French fries. I ended up throwing it all out, very disappointed. I use to like dennys.

They seem to be okay during the week at lunch. Last couple of weekend visits have been hit or miss, mostly miss. I dont know what is going on in the kitchen, but it has taken a long time (about an hour after ordering) to get the food. Stuff comes out cold and cooked wrong. I ordered a steak medium well, and it came out burned to a crisp on the outside and raw in the middle. Twice. Dont know why the cook couldnt bother with taking a minute to steam clean the grill to get all the yuck off either. I felt sorry for the waitresses. They lost a lot of tip money due to the customers getting fed up and walking out. Oh, yes. As other posters have mentioned, their portions for potatoes and veggies has noticeably shrunk.
The last time I visited, I took a friend of mine and my son and all I asked for was their apple crisp, she claimed they had to make it and I said okay, I told them to bring out my sons and my friends food. I didn’t mind waiting, which I waited longer than they said it would be and then when it came out I expected it to be very hot, but it was ice cold? I have not been back to Denny ever since, the waitress called me a liar about the temperature of my food when I told her it was cold. The manager also said that it should be hot, but it wasn’t. I offered a bite of it to prove it was cold. All that time waiting for the apple crisp, and it was cold!! So disappointed in their service!

Unless theyve cleaned house recently, you wont find the(much needed )employee appreciation for the over worked line cooks here. You will find high stress, drama and low morales among staff. Not a good-vibe type of place Id want to bring the family. I have to give some credit, they do seem to have good burgers.

Like all Dennys it a hit or miss. We ordered breakfast Country fried steak and eggs with hash browns. The eggs came out pretty bad, very little amount of hash browns. The steak was good. But really for the price they could do a better job. Service was not to good.

Its Dennys! Good breakfast selections. I dont order much else there because nothing else is that good. I think theyre a little overpriced overall. Waitresses are usually pretty good. But the service is sometimes slow. Its a good 24 hr stop.
I was there earlier today before a concert, food was fine. The waitresses need a little more training but they’ll get there. The problem was, it was dirty. There was dust/other debris by the booths where the decorative metal is and there were spots of dried sticky soda on the metal as well. Not impressed with cleanliness or landscaping of the outside of it either, water/dead head the annuals when you get them. It makes the whole place bad.
Been going here for awhile and my most recent experience wasnt the best. The waiter was very nice and apologized for the very long wait, however, im not sure if it was an off day but I wa ted something simple, chicken tenders.I ordered the tender dinner, you get 2 sides, but I just asked for double fries.. it was so small for the price.. the chicken tenders werent even tenders, they were smaller than a mozzarella stick ..disappointed but they may have just been having an off day
Was seated, drink orders taken. Waitress running around not accomplishing anything.35 min. later another waitress takes our drink orders again. While she is doing that,our drinks show up. Waitress takes our order. 45 minutes later our food shows up. Looked as though it was thrown on the plate and pushed off the counter. Bread was burnt, fries scattered all over the plate,corn piled on top of the steak and in the fries.fries and burnt bread was soggy from juice from steak. Waitress left without refresh Our drinks after sitting there with 2 young girls for 1 hr and 15 min. Waitress forgot a steak knife for the steak,apologized but still forgot to bring the knife until they heard me complain to my wife. Me and my husband come to this location atleast 3 to 4 times a month. The last couple months less, our food is always having to be sent back because something was messed up with 1 or both of our orders. I asked for the managers card and the lady gave me a card that does not have the managers name on it. Its to apply for a job haha. I also can hear the workers in the back complaining about having to remake our food after they made it wrong.tonight I ordered some bacon cheddar tots they were burnt they remade them 2 times and said they look like that because the fryer is too hot. The waitress asked if I wanted it taken off the bill. I said no its fine. Then we hear her go back to the night manager and say I got them to keep it on the bill. Very unprofessional! I was a waitress for 11 years so i am not a picky person and hardly ever complain. But they need to step up there game.
I go to Dennys all the time they are very quick getting us sat and ordered. Food comes out within a decent time. The food is very delicious, Ive had almost everything they make and Im never disappointed!
Despite being a bit busy with lunch crowd when we got there, the service was fantastic. Quick seating, polite and helpful waitress, fast service, and fresh hot food. Definitely would recommend for any size or type of group for a meal.
The usual Dennys dumpy slow service, poorly cleaned, and terrible tables. The food at night is cold, the waiting staff seems so absorbed with either sitting outside smoking, riding a skateboard in uniform, or playing grab each other behind the counter, that they miss the customers waving and calling for their server. This store has issues! My hashbrowns were so cold I couldnt melt butter on them straight off the grill cooked extra supposedly. Im not impressed nor tipping at any point ever again. I also will try to never visit this business again. I urge others to just hit McDonalds for better service and value. At least you wont be sending your food back 4 time a visit!!
The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff all seemed to be enjoying themselves with their work and with each other which was nice to see. Thus the 3 stars. The food... sucked. I ordered a avocado bacon cheeseburger w fries. I mightave gotten 5 fries and the burger and the bun were SO dry. Dissapointing.
Worst meal ever. Country fried steak and eggs. Hash browns overcooked so bad couldnt eat them. Eggs drowned in butter, so much I could drain it off my plate. Gravy totally wrong color from over heating. Toast soggy from butter and inedible. Lemonade so watery could barely taste lemon. Waited nearly 45 minutes for the slip to arrive while there were only 5 or 6 tables of other customers. Most definitely the worst dinner Ive ever had at any Dennys ever.
My husband and I went to our “go to” Restaurant..... DENNY’S on Friday dinner time. What is usually good service was HORRIBLE. We arrived quite hungry so once we were seated by the hostess and she returned with our drink order we were anxious to give our meal order. It was not extremely busy but we saw only 2 waitresses. We waited 1/2 hour to give our order to JOHN who thought cleaning off another table BEFORE getting our order was more important. So now we’re annoyed to say the least. Giving our order, we specifically asked that our side order, a salad, be brought BEFORE our meal. After several minutes, JOHN returned to tell us that the salmon my husband ordered was frozen and would he like to order something else. SERIOUSLY! Ok, so my husband ordered a steak, as did I. We waited and waited and waited and FINALLY our meal arrives. Steaks on separate plates.,,, presentation was horrible. My squash medley was practically raw, my husband’s potatoes.... cold and his broccoli pretty much NON EXISTENT! Then, JOHN proceeds to apologize for NO STEAK KNIVES CLEAN! I kid you not. What was really bad about that is you can see several “young adults” standing around in kitchen area/behind corner. This meal was OVER PRICED and poorly presented. Service POOR. The young man at the register took 20% off our meal but that doesn’t cut it. EVERYONE ON STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED OR trained properly because they had no clue! Especially whom ever was manager that night. We have been there number times and always tip 20% or more. That night..... NO TIP! It shouldn’t be expected. You tip for good service which we received neither that night. We won’t return!!! PS: AND WE NEVER GOT OUR SALADS. “Sorry” is a weak excuse!!!!
I consider this to be the best Dennys in the area. The service is always friendly, your food will always come out in a timely manner even if you go with the church crowd on Sundays. Any issues you may have are immediately addressed by staff. There is ample seating area, and most of the seating is comprised by comfortable Booths. Its a good choice for grabbing a quick bite at a reasonable price. It is handicap accessible. There are vegan and vegetarian options available.
Dennys exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was very kind and Johnny on the spot. The food was delicious. Much like home cooking! Fully recommend the Canandaigua Dennys. Prices are reasonable too!
Staff is to busy having fun in the kitchen instead of taking care of customers. Food portions have gotten very small and food is not always cooked all the way. The new fluffy pancake need to go back to the old ones that were better.
OMG IT WAS GOD AWFUL ASKED FOR PANCAKE PUPPIES AND THEY CAME OUT COMPLETELY BURNT THE CHICKEN AND HONEY SANDWICH WAS GROSS SO I ASKED FOR TOAST ONLY ONE PIECE WAS TOASTED AND GOT IT COLD ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WISH THERE WAS A O TO TEN AND I WOULD GIVE IT A -20😡😡😡😡
I placed it to go order, I explained explained driving from 40 minutes away. When I arrived I was told they didnt have the country gravy for my country fried steak. They didnt even offer a discount for the meals.

We waited at least 15 minutes for our waitress to even show up to get our drinks ordered, then another 10 for them to get to us and the restaurant wasnt even busy. They forgot our appetizer and when I got my burger it was cold and dry. Overall bad experience, never going to that Dennys again

Food was fast and delicious. White chocolate raspberry pancakes with over easy eggs bacon and hash browns. Everything was cooked perfect. The server was amazing, made sure I was taken well care of. Smiled confident and had a great sense of humor. Her name is sara. Ask to be seated in her section you wont be dissapointed with the service. Best experience at Dennys by far. I will be back and request her.

The waitress Beth was fabulous! She was running the show, a party of 39 people arrived. She was running food in 2 sections and had a very friendly tone to accompany her smile. Under staffed but still quick. Fries were stale, as if pre made before we arrived. I give it 5 stars because of Beth.

The night host Albert is very disrespectful I dont know if I should say Im black thats why or not. Very unwelcoming and absolutely rude. I enjoyed coming to Dennys until I met him. Twice in a row cannot be a coincidence. The food is great!
A classic Dennys with primarily competent servers and good food with a multitude of choices, including healthy ones and gluten free ones. Charming and easy to find, with the classic diner feel. Canandaiguas Dennys is quaint and reasonably priced. The seasonal menus are neat, too, and the food is generally well made.
Dennys in Canandaigua was okay Management took something off the bill to make up for what the cook could not do. The Dennys in Henrietta always get my order exactly how I like it----Overall I enjoy the restaurant no matter what county I go thank you Dennys for being open all the time so convenient
We arrived after the ZZ Top concert. We knew it would be busy. We ordered chicken wings and chicken strips. 1 hr later tables of people, who had come in after we did got there food! Our waitress said we were next in the queue. So our order would be next. Then the 4th tray of food came out for people who had arrived way after we had. (We had watched others walk out as well! That had come well after we did.)Dont go there after concerts. Unless you want to wait for No Food!
I am not a regular by any means yet Mary, one of the long time waitresses remembers me and my order. She is always very nice. She is very good at what she does.
Frankly, we love going to Dennys, but lately the service has been mediocre at best. The food is cold, or incorrect more often than not. It really has been going down hill.

I dont like Dennys. I would give a 3* except I had a great veggie burger here. Usually, there are two types--Boca or Morningstar and I hey sick of those. They have Amys burgers here and they were very good. I used to be vegetarian and havent been now for some times, but I do like to eat a veggie now and then. I will be back for another.

I stopped in for breakfast. Unfortunately, Dennys does not have home fries. Dennys cooked potato cubes that were fried potatoes. This was okay. The 2 strips of bacon did not agree with me. As I stated, I stopped in for breakfast and nothing fancy.

Pretty good Service never had any bad food my girls love it here because they can get breakfast at dinner time. their bourbon burger is pretty damn good
40 dollars plus tip for breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child is very expensive, food was cold and definitely did not look like the picture on the menu. 2 stars cause our waitress was friendly.
Its been an hour...... my partner and I have yet to get a water that we ordered let alone our food. Took 15 min to get an order in. Its not that busy. Understaffed and I feel bad for the staff because they are work very hard but the poor management cant get her head on strait.
This Dennys was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was decent, I am not a huge fan in general so this was nothing towards our particular meal.
Food was good,but the service is horrific. Was done eating before we were even offered a refill on our drinks and we needed refills about halfway through our meal.
They couldnt even get my order there right and I still had to pay for it! Dont go there for dinner if you go at all i recommend breakfast time when the more experienced staff is on.

Its a Dennys. Same food and prices as everywhere. Waiters and staff are very customer friendly. Me and my father go at least once a week because you can get breakfast all day and night.
Good food, friendly servers. Our original server went on break after we ordered. The server covering for her as well as the original server did a great job.
Service was fast. Waitress was very pleasant. Fresh fruit had terrible after taste. Door to restroom difficult to open if you are disabled.
Dennys good place eat clean and restrooms are checked on regaler times menus have just about anything you may wish to have senior menus they take AARP discount friendly waters always checking to see if you wanted anything john

It was good and the waiter was good but my burger the Spicy Siracha was really lopsided. I pretty much had to rebuild the burger. If you dont mind rebuilding its pretty good.
I do not know what is going on with my hometown Dennys but is going downhill. Took forever to get 2 burgers and then they werent even made right. My sons was suppose to have jalapeno on it. Didnt have them, had to ask for them and my chicken sandwich was suppose to have sriracha on it and it didnt. Maybe cooks were having a bad night?
Dinner was cold. There were three of us and our food came out in five different segments. Parts were omitted. We had to wait am hour and a half for our food, when others that came after us received theirs... I will not be going back..

Went on a Wednesday evening an hr and a half before an event. Service was so slow all of us had to take our food to go.
We had A great waiter. The food was good but my toast was loaded with so much butter that 3pc went to waste. It was sooooo soggy I couldnt even eat it.
Terrible!! They said they couldnt make eggs. Then they were out of nuggets for kids. Terrible service. Ice cold food. No syrup given for pancakes...had to wait 20 more minutes for it. Just awful. Not the Dennys from years ago thats for sure. Never again.
Hair in food - waited over 20 mins on refills for coffee and bathroom floor had a poop trail from the stall to the sink. I dont know what the story was but I felt like I was on an episode of punkd. It was awful😣
Friendly service, reasonable prices. Sometimes the wait for food is long-dont go Saturday or Sunday mornings if you want a quick breakfast.
We went and had breakfast..Everyone was so nice and the food was great.
Pancakes not fully cooked.. My mom got sick to stomach.. Not a good meal.. Waitress was very pleasent however.. Hence the second star 🌟

Because the pancakes were tuff and dry, the supposedly healthy egg whites drenched with butter and the turkey bacon was under cooked and to finish off the meal our waitress never came back to see how our meal was to complain about it!

Disappointed no waffles for 6 weeks because of crepes new item on menu. Also, the number of breakfast items for seniors has been cut. Unhappy. We will not be visiting Dennys again.
Overpriced breakfast, bland, and my last time I will ever eat in any Dennys until they focus on, cleaning, cooking, training, and lowering their prices.
It took 15 minutes for someone to wait on us. The place had many tables of dirty dishes. The wait staff wasnt available and most times there was no staff in sight.

2022-06-27Dennys has always been one of my favorite restaurants.I believe this one has new owners. It was steady but not busy during my visit. Customer service was great and our waitress was super friendly. The whole place was clean and the bathrooms were extremely well maintained (this is a big one for me). The pricing was good as well. Most places I go to have shot up in price but Dennys seems to have stayed about the same at this location.I would have liked to give 3.5 stars for my review because the experience itself was great and we really enjoyed our visit. I chose to go with three stars for two reasons. The first being that it took a little bit longer than expected for our food to come out. The second reason is that everything was overcooked, and being that the main purpose of our visit was to eat, this is a big one 😁. We ordered a well done cheeseburger with fries and zesty nachos. Cheeseburger was a bit too charred and fries were definitely overcooked. They were super crunchy and if cooked any longer they would have been burnt. The nachos were also overcooked to the point that they tasted a little off.Hopefully the cook was just having a bad day. I dont get a chance to visit the Canandaigua area often but Id definitely return in hopes that the next visit will be better as the overall experience itself was good.

2022-03-28First off, they were stomped and this poor waitress had the entire side to herself plus kitchen duties. Then the food was prepared in a rush. My omelet was almost 50% cheese. No lie. Nauseating. Theyve always been great in the past.

2022-05-15They were good. My order was messed up. It was supposed to be without mushrooms, but it was good. I thought shed offer a little discount because my food came out 10 minutes later. Thats what I would have done back in the day. It was great though!

2022-04-17We arrived 6pm on a Saturday night. We had a 7:10pm movie to catch just up the Rd. We were able to get seated, order prime rib Cobb salad, burger with onion rings and breakfast slam,beat and be to the theatre with 15 min to spare. Staff was nice, food was good!

2022-06-11Today was a girls day for my daughter and I. We came to Dennys and today was the first time she was given a big girl menu not a kids menu and she loved it. We both got oreo milkshakes. And we split some mozzarella sticks. She had the French toast slam with fruit added. And I have the double berry and banana pancakes with double bacon and double sausage. The meal was so good we really enjoyed ourselves. We love Dennys and will always be back.

2022-03-27Our waitress was amazing. Its not often you find one like her. The food was so much better than I remember, it had been years since my husband and I had eaten at a Dennys. Im pregnant and was craving pancakes for weeks, my pancakes overdid themselves haha. They hit every spot in my body and the chef sure didnt skimp on my chocolate chips!!! Its a 35 minute drive from us, late night or preggo cravings .... Youll be seeing a lot of me!

2022-07-06Attitude was poor. What we wanted off the menu they didnt even have enough waitress. They didnt know what was in stock and they had to go ask and never returned to tell us if they have it or not. Must be under new management
