2022-08-13Just showed up with 30 bags of cans .Saturday at 11 the hours online say 9 to 4 .and no one is here .they never answer the phone so how do you know if there actually opened?? If I could give 0 stars I would for incompetence...and no need for your auto response of how sorry you are .I dont think it really matters to anyone

2019-09-04Ive been to this place before and have had a good experience but today I tried to go, loaded all my cans up, only to see a handwritten sign saying theyre closed until further notice. Highly inconvenient. I had a much better experience at can-can redemption center in Alden.

2021-09-21The women at the counter was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at me every time I would bring in another bag of bottles. Didnt say a single word to me the whole time, like she was mad she had to work and that I had alot of bottles.At the end i asked how much am I getting? And she didnt even answer me just rudely handed me the money. Very unpleasant experience. I felt like a burden just bringing my bottles there.

2019-09-25Don’t like giving anyone a negative comment but we received terrible service on our last return. We always have taken our returns to same place with excellent service. Under New ownership service has been very slow. Our last return we were short over 1000 cans and took roughly two weeks. We complained but was told ownership wouldn’t do anything. I realize how busy they were and mistakes happen. We would of split difference down middle but was not offered anything. Oh by the way we sort cans and count, Mark bags with amounts. Will be last time we just drop off.

2020-11-08Excellent place! Hard working and personable employees. Very glad I found this place some time back - much better than the alternatives (like the grocery store machines) that I used to use. PEACE.

2021-09-18Waited 40 minutes outside the door because a customer had 10 bags of bottles and only 1 worker😑 you need to hire more help.

2018-09-10What in with a 156 beer bottles and 2 large garbage bags full of water bottles came out with only $7 .Some odd change some one there does not know how to add.I just gave you $7 worth of water bottles of free money. I even question the worker. Will not go there ever again now used to tip every time I went in.
