All together horrible experience the workers are rude and obnoxious and the wings were not cooked all the way the Parmesan ones looked nasty with the white sauce on it didn’t even taste like Parmesan and when I called to say something to the manager about his workers being rude my order not being ready when the app said and everything he could just keep making excuses and then started getting nasty and rude and obnoxious and yelling at me also not once did he give a solution to solve the issue or anything Will go to a different Domino’s from here on out even if it is an extra drive time
Went to pick up my food apps that it was done they told me I still had another 10 minutes to wait at least for it to come out of the oven and the worker was not very nice about it making excuses and all the apps does that they tell the app when your food is ready so be prepared to go in your food not be done
Went to pick up 2 plain pizzas in the time slot ordered. Witnessed the woman making the dough not wearing gloves. She then answered her phone and was talking while making the pizza. Again no gloves. Kinda disappointing that safety measures aren’t followed, especially given the pandemic. I also did not get my order until an hour after placed. Crazy.
That was our first time ordering here and it has been the best pizza that I have had in a long time. It ordered the chicken taco pizza and it was amazing. Thank you for your great service and food!!

Always great quality pizza, and ready when they say they are! This place has become a go to for our familys birthday parties. A great way to feed a crowd at a reasonable price. Pizzas are made to your specific order and always delicious.

I ordered from this store and I did not receive all of the food I ordered than when I called back the people at the store told me that I wasnt going to get the food that they didnt deliver for 1 hr I told the person that I was going to come down to the store and he threatened to call the police if I came there this store has very bad customer service dont order food from them.....

Steve is a phenomenal pizza maker, always attentive to what was ordered and he delivers beyond perfection 130% of the time.It is supposed to be robotic. Ive ordered there a hundred times. When I sent my daughter to pick it up using my credit card they threatened to call the police and three her or the store! Why not call me and verify? How embarrassing and freaking rude! Never got my food. Also, ordered and never came called and they said I never ordered. It was a girl that took my order asked for a manager, she said there was none and hung up on me. Very sad behavior especially to a customer who was ordering almost 3-4 times a week!
Ordered my pizza at 11:12 its now 12:24 still not pizza. I called and asked to speak to a manger because it went on back 2 time and was wondering what was going on. To be told he did not have to give me his name if he did not want to and that I had to wait for my pizza with a really nasty attitude. Which I understand sometimes its busy and people do not show up to work. But for him to be nasty. Makes me second guess the next time, I will order from this location. PS am still waiting and am only waiting because my kids. If not I would have canceled my order.Now is a update 12:56 had to call and cancel the order it would be 12 min shy from waiting 2 hours and they still said they did not know when they will deliver my order so I had to cancel my order on Top of waiting 2 hours now i have to wait 5 days for my refund
Worst customer service experience ever, food was made quick. Arrived on site to my order stating that it was done on the monitor. I asked the female who was upfront if I could be helped after waiting for a few minutes. Thinking she may have thought I was with the other people waiting in the lobby. I was ignored as she continued talking to other employees. I understand if they were busy but to be ignored as you can see your food is pretty frustrating. She then went and helped make other pizzas. Another employee came around and I asked if the box he was making by any chance was mine...again ignored, now 10 minutes after arrival, still waiting I was then helped when I asked if I could cancel my order. I asked to speak to the manager and the older gentleman and girl ignored and kept working. Appreciate your snickering comments sir. Imagine if you took as much time as you did to think of your whitty comments and instead helped the customer. The pizza cook himself was nice and tried to fix things while the managers stayed back. I asked if I could have the managers names and was told they would not give me the names. He let me know that they are told to not give names. How often are you asked? I left and came back inside to ask for the owners number and had the opportunity to hear the female using vulgarity and letting the other employees know she doesnt fn care...and everyone can wait and they can just give the food away....Good help and management. This is officially the first negative review I have ever left. I have many friends with small businesses and even other franchise owners.. I have heard many bad things but prior today I had no bad experience here.... I wouldnt mind for the owner to reach out to me, something tells me that my message to speak with them will not be relayed. Dominos should be simple. Not simply rude.
2 hours later, they’re still checking quality. After calling the store like 15x they informed that my order will be leaving in 10 mins. I asked them to cancel, the customer service rep had a very disgusting attitude and abruptly hung up the phone before I can finish my sentence. Never again.

HORRIBLE.I will never return. I paid for 2 pizzas and buffalo wings to be ordered to my house. They brung the wrong order. I didnt take it. I asked for a refund, they said they will refund me my money. Four days passed still no refund in my account. I called the dominos, they said the refund will take 7-10 business days to show up on my account. I ordered on March 2. 2021 today is March 24. 2021 still no money(refund) in my account. I called the store manager, he argued me down smh he said hes not giving me my money back until i show him my phone records and bank statements, How can you just hold someone money thats called ROBBERY. I will be calling coorperate in the morning, and i will never spend another dime in this place.RUN....

Worst Dominos experience I have ever had. Even though online it says the order is ready, i come down to grab my order 40 minutes later yet it is still not ready. I had to wait extra whole hour! People at the counter are rude and are unknowledgeable.
Absolutely the best service ever!!!!!Ordered from another place for lunch for the kids took over two hours never came explained to the member at Dominos and was told 30-35minutes cool. Pizza came in 15 minutes piping hot and perfect!! Really feel like they went the extra mile to get the boys their lunch quick and couldnt be more appreciative. DOMINOS LOVE YOU GUYS
Well, listen here pizza people.. This dominos is okay... Thats about it. Uhm so late-night last night i was going to order wegmans.. Well Apperently they had no bread and i wanted a sub... So this was already my second choice... I ordered my food at 5:30 did not get my food until about 7:30.. And I live maybe 10 minutes away. Called them alittle before 7 and the guy that was working said its out for delivery and it would be here in 10 minutes well didnt get my food for another half hour.. Yeah never again.

I had issues when placing an order. I was placing an order if you buy 2 or more it was $5.99. So i ordered a pizza it asked if I wanted extra cheese I said sure then the pizza went from $5.99 to $9.99. The website didnt say anything about it becoming a different price if I added cheese. Then when I called back not even 2 mins later to cancel my order it was already made. How is that possible? I worked at little Ceasers and pizzas arent made in 2 mins. So I wont be calling them back.

Ordered dinner at 5:16 using the app. Showed up half an hour later since status in app never updated to order in over. Girl behind counter said it would be an hour and a half wait. Absolutely unacceptable considering the app tells me itll be done in a half hours time tops. Just a heads up to future customers that if you plan on ordering dinner on a Friday night then you should plan on waiting an hour and a half to two hours for your food.
I dont know why I ordered from here again. I would advise never ordering from here on a friday night. I remember a couple of years ago it never took over an hour, usually about 30 mins on average. I live 5 mins away and ordered my food well over an hour and a half ago. Still nothing.
The pizza we got was way greasier than any other time we’ve gotten this same exact pizza. The grease soaked through the whole center essentially leaving the pizza inedible. I like domino’s normally but this was disappointing.

Just ordered from here online an hour ago. First the address was wrong, the driver called and I told him the correct address. 5 minutes later he calls back saying that they dont deliver to this address. Looked it up, its only 3.8 miles from our address. Since when did the mileage limitation drop from 5 miles to 3.8? Thanks for making me wait an hour just to get told no. You guys shouldnt be playing games like that with people knowing that pizza places are dropping like flies in this city...
This location is hit or miss sometimes its really good other times they completely mess up the order. Recently ordered a pizza half pepperoni half buffalo chicken the whole pizza came buffalo chicken with pepperoni thrown on top if half and cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. It was really weird and not at all what we ordered. But if you order basic pizzas its fine.
I loved Dominos because it was one of the few places that delivered. Ordered online like I always do, no problem, and watched them make it. Then right before delivery got a call saying I had to pick it up because they dont deliver here. I stated how they always did in the past and how the online ordering system says they do still and I cant leave to pick it up when I have 2 sick kids. They told me they now stop 20 houses down from me 🙄 and last time I ordered I shouldve been told its the last time and cancelled my order. They should have made an exception and done it one more time or at very least called immediately not 20 minutes later. I guess the 100 extra feet wasnt worth my $30 order.
First time doing on line and didnt go well had to take a pizza back to be done right and kept one that wasnt right. Hope next time it goes better.I dont understand why there pizza is so much cheaper on line not right.
SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! My other was incorrect. I know I selected pepperoni online, but I got just a cheese pizza. I also ordered the spinach and feta and it was a soupy white mess in the box. Not sure it was spinach and feta. Called the store and they were no help, just rude.
This place was terrible. I ordered a large cheese pizza for pickup. They told me it would be 30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later to pick up my pizza and was told, its still in the oven, should be about 4 minites. Afyer 10 minutes i asked another employee if it was ready. He told me, it should be ready in another 2 minutes. After 15 more minutes I walked out without them having my pizza ready. On top of that, while I was there waiting 25 minutes for a pizza that should have already been done, I overheard the girl at the register speaking with two customers regarding their orders being incorrect. As a side note, the girls making the pizza in the back put mozzarella on a customers pizza and found it was supposed to be another cheese instead of mozzerella. So they proceeded to just take the other cheese, put it over the mozzarella and put it into the oven. Yikes
My favorite Dominos in the area. The quality is consistently good and they are always friendly. Lately they seem to be a bit short staffed and overworked with the pandemic so factor in a little extra wait time.
First of all, I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, and onion pizza and cheesy breadsticks and had my girlfriend pick them up for me. When she got here with them, the onions were missing on the pizza, and the pizza wasnt cut. The cheesey breadsticks I ordered were not cut either.My girlfriend called the store to report this, and whoever answered the phone must think were idiots because he said well, the cheese melts, are you sure its not cut under the cheese?So, she was told to come back down and theyd remake everything, and when she got there, the all of a sudden said they wanted pictures of the pizza and the breadsticks not cut, but since that was never said beforehand she didnt have those pictures and gave her an attitude over the whole thing.They remade the pizza, but said they wouldnt remake the breadsticks.I called to talk to a manager about it, and he hung up on me.That is NOT good customer service at all, and I will NEVER be ordering from there again.
My fiancee ordered Cinnamon Twists and Parmesan Bites and it took them almost over an hour to finally deliver the order to our house which is 5 minutes away. I honestly think if she didnt call the store they never would have arrived. I shouldnt that long for those items to go to a house that close especially on a slow night.
The mangers are unorganized and don’t know how to properly go through the steps of hiring a new employee and the owner doesn’t care enough about his soon to be failing business that lacks customer service skills. I got told to come in and work by two managers and told to leave by the owner after he said “We only want long term employees here” I applied on the website and it says part time.
I wish it was because the food was any worse then most dominos but seriously it is customer service! As a frequent customer, we are talking at least once a week, I have become accustomed to this place but have never been treated as rude as I was today. I ordered, among other items, an 8 piece boneless wings. They came with 7, with one of them being only crust...not a hit of chicken in it. Upon calling I was in touch with man 1 who was sympathetic and offered to send another but that wouldtake 30-40 minutes. Then i talked to manager/man 2 who I repeated everything to only to be put on hold again. Then asst manager/ man 3 came on and I again explained everything. Only to have him say that it would get there when it did cause drivers are scarce and its free. Upon my protest, he exclaimed I was trying to be nice and he hung up on me. Never...NEVER again.
Worked here for a long time. I liked how spacious it was and being able to make 60 pizzas an hour on my own and feeling awesome about it. They have great cinnastix. Wings crispy need 3x through and rotating for newbs working there who didnt care like I did to make perfect wings. For non crispy do 2.5 and rotate or parts are soggy. Im a wing master. Subs are better than Subway. Gary does a good job working and id go back at anytime happily.
I ordered the perfect combo, this is the third time the parmbread bites were way to greasy. I figured Id get the chicken tender bites for 7.99$ and try those as they looked delicious. But they were like a kid cooked them. Burnt some what and flavorless. Pizza was good tho.
I tried calling. They kept hanging up. I ordered online. After over an hour and a half, they called me to tell me that they dont deliver to my location. Then Im transferred to the manager, who blames it on everyone else, tells me it will take up to 5 days to refund my money to my card, and then hangs up on me.
This Dominos is always clean, and is quite busy. One thing to note is that they lock the door in the evening, so you will have to knock on the window to get someone to unlock the door for you. The pizza is always fresh and consistent with other Dominos pizza I’ve had. Pizzas take about 10 minutes.
I have never had an issue with Dominos in the past until today, The manager on duty is both rude and inconsiderate. Not only was my order wrong but the second try was wrong again and I waited an hour and ten minutes for the second mistake I was reasonable until the delivery driver and manager got into an argument in front of my residence. A normal mix up happens, but this is insane. I have a delivery driver trying to work with me until his boss gives us both an attitude. My third call to the establishment ended up in the manager swearing at me on the phone and then we pretty much exchanged words from there until I hung up, This child you have running your business doesnt deserve to do dishes at a truck stop. I will not be doing business here again and its pretty sad considering you were almost my familys first choice.

I ordered a medium pizza for carry out on a Tuesday night. The pizza is made and dine withing 15 minutes or so, as it should be, its Tuesday. I arrive to pick up my order where I was greeted right away, my pizza was found and placed onto the front counter in front of me. I pay in cash, and the guy who brought my pizza to me didnt have the key for the register, the guy flinging pizzas had it and instead of tossing the key to get me out of there, the guy with the key says hang on a second as he stretched out 3 or 4 pizza doughs, then proceeded to go to the back of the store, Im assuming to wash his hands and pamper up before I can get my change.Managers need to make better key holder decisions. Really, just give the dude the key and let me get my change in stead of feeling all might that the key was on your belt loop and you had control for once. Idiot.
Im so very disappointed with this Dominos store. I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta, Italian sausage marinara, garlic twists, and marble brownies at 7:36pm, Wednesday, the 25th of July 2018. When I arrived to pick up my order, they had forgotten the garlic twists. I was told it would be about 5 minutes. In the mean time, David, offered me a free soda or water, to which I declined. Also, David had given direction to get the garlic twists in asap. Amanda was unconcerned about his direction and when she began to start the order, David went over and took charge. Amanda, Jen, and Heaven were in conversation as if they were sitting in a bar or anywhere but at a job. They also didnt have a problem F****** this and s*** that. Certainly not what I wanted to hear. The time on my receipt is 8:08pm. There was another order for someone else who wanted double pineapple. The person in the back questioned it and it was no big deal for the girls. Really? I wish the staff was as concerned about their work as they were their chit-chat. Im sorry to say that this isnt the first time Ive had to wait for my order but it will be the last. Always screws up my order(s). Rude delivery guys and scammers. Was good a couple of times but then forgot my food quite a few times.
Hadnt really had any issues until I realized the employees didnt wear gloves...another customer pointed it out in store while his sandwich was being made with bare hands. The employee stated they wash hands before every encounter with food BUT unless Dominos is doing blood tests and exams for dermatitis etc I cant see how washing hands is sufficient. I litterally order multiple times a month and just gave up that indulgence today. Pretty gross.
If I could give no stars that is exactly what Id do. This is probably the worst place Ive ever ordered food from. A few months back we ordered food and it came to $26. Not only did the order end up wrong but they charged us twice and the manager said there was nothing he could do and it wasnt his problem. It took us almost a month to get the money back with our bank fighting for it. Tonight we ordered food and we had to call back because they forgot the soda and then I bite into a Cinnabon twist and I bite into a mushy green pepper ugh. I call and all they had to say was yea thats how we tell them apart. I said well shouldnt it have been taken out he said yea usually. Not a Im sorry your whole entire order of twist taste like green pepper let me replace them. Or the next time you order we will give you new ones. Im soooo done with this place and will never order dominos from vestal ave again.

The manager doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Can’t do his job. They hung up the phone on me for no reason. They got my order wrong so I called back, and I wanted to know the proof of purchase, and they say I’m not gonna give it to you. Like what!? I can’t believe he’s a manager and acts like this.

The Dominos App is a lifesaver! I can order for home or order and surprise the Grandkids! We order regularly and we always get the same driver, hes very polite.
We absolutely love the thin crust pizza and the Buffalo chicken subs. However, as of late the Endicott New York store has been making some errors on R food and sending os pizza via delivery that looks like it has been through A-war. However also they did make good on the mistakes and give us credits etc so we are still loyal customers!

I have been craving a good Dominos Pizza, and parmesan bread sticks so I called Saturday, they asked if I could hold, and I was on hold for 20 minutes, and tried to call back for Two hours and the phone was busy tryed again today and same thing Im very upset about this
Always good food and fast delivery. Now, if Dominos would just make a real sized pizza like 16 or 18 inch. The pizza is always tasty and not dry, but they are so rinky dink at only 12 snd 14 inches. Time to biggie size your menu for resl pizza lovers!
Very very rude employees and manger on duty, trying to place a order and all they was doing was messing around, then they had a problem using there credit card machine, went to explain same thing happened last time and the girl was like it never happend before and was very rude and unprofessional and then the manager gets on and doesn’t want to listen to anything the customer has to say and then just hangs up the phone, how many other times have they did this to customers
I order for this store about two years ago. It was the end of the month. I had to call three time and was told they were busy. The order came after 11/2 hours. I should have canceled the order and ordered form a place will tell me the time they will arrive, and the keep their word. I havent called this location since. I dont ever intend to order from this store. They dont deserve one star

I just called to order a medium thin crust pizza with no additional toppings. I couldnt understand the first person I spoke to and then the second one told me it was over $16 for the pizza. I questioned him about it and he told that is the price for a basic pizza...Just wow!
Honestly, I loved Dominos when they first came out decades ago, but their pizzas are completely differnt now, and their cheese looks and tastes odd, and sometimes pizza is too dry, with not enough sauce that doesnt taste as good as it once did either. But, It doesnt taste like Pizza Huts chemically tasting sauce, at least. My boy and almost always get Pudgies over the past 6 months, but tonight we wanted our food quicker, and a little more for the same exact amount we spend with Pudgies. Pudgies is and will always be the King of all Pizzas to me. I grew up with it, and have had so many differently made pizzas all around Europe and the biggest cities in in America, NYC to LA. But, a little moment change doesnt hurt anyone. Im not saying dont get Dominos ever, but if youve ever never had Pudgies, nor Rossis in J.C., then youve been missing out on luxuriously tasting and extremely fulfilling pizza. Dominos is at end of our road, or Id never get it. I move to Florida in a month, so i will lost both Rossis and Pudgies, and sure hope there are private pizza places near Tampa and Orlando. I couldnt live permanently with just Dominos or Pizza Hut as my only two choices. Its just not real pizza, and If I owned either, Id make some sweeping overhauls to the ingredients, sizes of pizzas, and crusts. Sorry, I am a very honest reviewer of food, especially. Would never steer you wrong! Or hey, just catch a flight to Italy or Sicily, and get the REAL THING...If you are one of the 1% that is. Keep trucking away Dominos, you never look like you are starving for business, anyway.

This place is hit or miss. Definately order online for here. Watched 5 calls, one from a friend, one inq about a job, 2 placed on hold forever do they hung up, and one actual phone order taken. It was not busy at all. Food, if you get it is always good however.

Cannot believe I saw an employee smoking pot in the parking lot and then go back to work without washing his hands or even trying to hide that he was under the influence. Wish I could give it a zero stars. Just called three times each time I was put on hold immediately and the first time I was on hold for over 5 min then the second I was on hold for over 8 minutes. After the third i said f this place. They need a new person to take orders this person was obviously not efficient at his job.

Could be good or it could be terrible. It could be made correctly and quickly, or they could take 40 minutes to give you a terrible pizza. Why take the risk? They clearly need to clean up management.

2022-05-26I ordered a pizza and parmasian bites online the delivery driver was swift and called ahead to tell me to bring my card outside for verification. I appreciated that because I have had my pizza stolen before. The food was fresh and delicious as always thank you all so much I honestly appreciate it.

2022-02-26Very Unusual Situation. My order came out to be around a hundred dollars. So usually the delivery driver would bring the food to the location (in this case our hotel room) but instead the driver was instructed to pick up the money first then bring the food back. Now obviously this was very alarming and upsetting but none the less we went ahead with the order. The food was good, and our order was correct but the way the delivery happened left a sour taste in my mouth. Im not from around, so I dont know if this is becoming normal for most fast food locations in New York but in Philadelphia this does not happen. I believe the lady on the phone said that they have had people in the past use fake money to pay for there orders. We(me and my family)had no intention of trying to get over on you guys. We are honest individuals who believe in doing what is right. I dont wanna go as far as to say this was racially motivated but with what transpired I cant help but bring up the possibility. I truly hope this wasnt the case. Its a shame that Im giving this a 1 star review the food was worth about a 4 out 5. DOMINOS PLEASE EXPLAIN.

2021-07-27So tonight was a debacle at this store. First, the website screws up and doesnt order. So we called and ordered it. Show up after giving plenty of time to cook the food and the man says that they dont have order that has our name or number on it. Suggests that we called a different place and practically blames me for everything. So I give them the benefit of the doubt and I go an order it online right in front of the store. It goes through. I clean my car and then check the order tracker and it says done. So I go in and talk to the same guy. He says that the sandwiches will be out in ten minutes. I paid and yet again was patient. Go back in fifteen minutes later and now theres a girl. Surely my order is ready. Nope. She says the sandwiches need ten minutes. Ugh. Finally get the order and thats the amount of sauce for the wings. Smh.

2022-05-31$3 tip for delivering your own pizza promotion is practically a scam!Picked up a pizza, tried to redeem $3 Tip gimmick, but could not find where Dominoes successfully hid it. I replied to the Thank you for placing your order email and asked where my $3 credit was. Never heard back from Dominoes until they emailed me ELEVEN DAYS later from a different Dominoes email account to warn me Your $3 credit expires tomorrow. Thanks for nothing Dominoes!Congratulations on saving yourself $3 (and my future business). Not sure what their canned response/excuse might be but, if they can email me my credit vouched the DAY BEFORE it expires, they couldve emailed it ELEVEN DAYS earlier!Pizza was ok, but tasted mass-produced. Customer service inside store was good but corporate customer service sucked.

2022-03-23I walked in and had to walk back out. You can see the staff over the counter making pizzas. They were sticking their gloveless hands in the cheese to spread it on the pizza, and werent wearing hairnets or hats.
