I ordered fathers day fruit arrangement and paid for delivery.Edible Arrangements called cell number that I gave them but in the end the recipient ended up picking up the fruit basket.I am demanding my $12 back!

HORRRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OMG THIS LADY BELONGS IN THE ZOO, SHE TOOK THE CALL AND SOUNDED LIKE AN ANIMAL, SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME AT ALL. IM SPENDING OVER $70 IN YOUR PRODUCT, YOU BETTER BE NICE TO ME.... SHE HUNG UP ON ME WITHOUT LETTING ME FINISH. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT LOCATION ANYMORE.

2022-02-15Had a mix up with the delivery driver saying nobody was at home for the delivery meanwhile it was supposed to be going to a medical center. It ended up getting where it needed to go but I left certain instructions to bring it to the 3rd floor & it was left at the front desk on the 1st floor. The delivery driver never told anyone who it was for & the order was missing the balloons that were payed for. I’ve never had any issues with Edible Arrangements before so I’m guessing it’s just an issue with this location. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from this store anymore & definitely do not recommend this store to anyone.

2022-04-23Excellent Service! I am so grateful to this location for the prompt local delivery. Today was a supervisors birthday and I had requested it to be delivered by a certain time. This location called me to confirm the delivery and before it was lunch time, the delivery came. Thank you so much. Will be glad to order again.

2021-02-18First! Excellent experience with this store.I called see if i could place an order for pick up and was told just to come down to the store since the fridge would be stock and i did. I went in during valentines day and was in and out without a problem at all. The staff very helpful with what i needed to get for my wife and she loved it. Thanks again for the excellent service.

2021-02-16I had placed an order on Feb 13 to be delivered to my mom who lives with me on tues feb 15. I called in the morning to find out the approximate time of delivery and was told it was already delivered. I was further told that the driver called me and I told him to leave it on my doorstep outside. That never happened. I was home and never spoke to the driver. Then I was told he rang my doorbell, which never happened While on the phone with them I went out and rang it. It worked for me. I was told the driver is not going to come back with a fresh order. And that this driver is their best driver. If that’s their best good luck. So I cancelled it. I’ve ordered many things from different edible arrangement stores over the years and I will never use this rude store ever again and neither should anyone else. There are at least 5 other close stores that you could order from. Never order anything from the garden city edible arrangement store!!!! One star is one too many!!!

2019-12-23Great experience in ordering what I was looking for and needed. I sent the Edible Arrangement to my daughters Day Care Center and it was a big hit. Plus, it arrived during lunch hours so everyone was able to enjoy it throughout the day.

2020-08-06Due to covid 19 you cant enter the store which was ok dye to the situation. I had to place my order over the phone the sales associate was so patient. He took his time to help me find a nice arrangement for my mother in law. I was ver grateful.

2020-02-22Very dissatisfied with the order I picked up today. I ordered one of the sympathy arrangements for someone who lost their husband and the color of the vase they gave me is RED, like for Valentines day, and not white like shown on their website. The recipient hates red and I feel its so inappropriate. When I called to complain ask for money back, they said they didnt have any vases in white and they should called me. They placed me on hold and then referred me to the fine print that says they dont guarantee the color. In addition to the red vase, the white chocolate covered doves were not completely covered in the chocolate and they packaged the arrangement poorly. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS FRANCHISE!
