By far one of the worst places the food is okay but I placed an order to go 15 mintues before arriving and had to wait an extra 30 inside. It turns out they hadnt even placed my order ridiculous.
Food is great, although some things are a bit overpriced. Intentionally sat outside... however, while I have a big butt, its not abnormally big... and I could barely fit in these uncomfortable seats! We moved inside. So that made me quite discouraged.
The service was great, the food was amazing. I had Pollo Al Secreto that was suggested by the waitress and it was amazing. Well seasoned grilled chicken breast topped with tomato and cheese with a pesto sauce simply amazing.
Great service! I order occasionally for delivery and they deliver within 30-45 minutes.The food is hot upon arrival. The breaded chicken chunks is amazing! Thank you!
Worst dining experience I have had in a while. The waitresses were all disorganized, the person who took our order (apparently the manager) sat down to eat a few tables away shortly after putting in our order and gave us no clear indication as to who to go to for assistance. The food took a long time to come out, and once it did come out my girlfriends plate was cold, being there was no clear indication as to who was taking care of our table now, I had to go get a waiter in the front to fix my girlfriends plate. They were very unapologetic about the whole situation, my girlfriend had to sit and watch me eat as they reheated her food. For a restaurant that has been in business so long, its unacceptable for staff to act like amateurs.
One Of The Best Spanish Restaurant In The Area! Close To Mets Stadium, Tennis Stadium And Flushing Medows Corona Park. You Get What You Pay For. They Have Many Edible Sweets To Choose From And A Fantastic Bar. I Will Highly Recommend This Place.

Was in the area for a wake - this was a nice stop to warm up and get something warm to eat. Inside you feel transported out of the city. Friendly staff great food for a reasonable price.

The last few times Ive ordered a shrimp soup, they give me a soup that looks like glue. Traveling so far to vote it out. Waste of money.
La Estrella Latina is my favorite place. The owner is very friendly and so are the employees. The food is very good, the desserts and piña colada. They always have good music, they also have live music. Now La Estrella Latina is remodeling very beautiful.

Ive been to this restaurant around 4 or 5 times in the past year, each time I love to try their seafood dishes and appetizers as well as their fried meats. Always delicious food. The restaurant has gone through new management and I really like the new changes. There are new and interesting items and drinks on the menu, themed nights, and fun events on the weekends. I really recommend this restaurant!I have eaten in this restaurant maybe 4 or 5 times since they changed the management of the place, every time I have gone I loved trying their seafood dishes, snacks and fried meats. The food is always delicious. I am fascinated by what has changed since the new and interesting changes to the menu of drinks and meals, special nights, and events on weekends. I highly recommend going to this restaurant.

I loved the food very rich but the last three times Ive ordered the meat seems rotten has a bad smell and a taste of rotten the first time I let it pass the second time I let it go but yesterday was the last attempt to explain Miss that gave me a good meat that please give me a fresh meat and equal cheap and rotten meat pedi 4 orders of entraña almost $ 90 I regret until they charged the bananas and never came! What a shame

2021-07-08Slow service on a Wednesday afternoon with barely any customers.Went there for a quick bite and waited patiently for a while, but after 20-30 minutes I had to flag down the server to let her know we were ready to order, to which she responded “I’m sorry give me a chance”. Waited another 10 minutes to have my order taken, and after all was said and done, it was 50 minutes until I got my food. Now... 50 minutes doesn’t seem too bad, but keep in mind that I didn’t order anything special. I ordered rice, beans, and chicken which is ready to be served in the front. Imagine how long it would’ve taken if I would’ve ordered something that needed to be prepared... that’s why you can’t wait 30-40 minutes to take someone’s order.Not only that, but food isn’t what it used to be. I was extremely disappointed. Chicken was super dry. Had to have a sip of water to be able to swallow the chicken. There beans used to be fire too; not anymore though.I’ve been here a couple of times before, but according to another review they have new owners. I won’t be coming here again.

2020-10-01My experience here was amazing!!! The food was soo good, we’re from Long Island but we insist on coming here every weekend for dinner it’s just sooo good!! The customer service is excellent as they always make sure we are comfortable. Overall my favorite place to eat some real authentic Dominican food. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!!

2018-03-07Came to this place late at night to celebrate my cousins birthday. The food was good, and reasonably priced. However, the staff was very impatient with the older people in my family, and tended to ignore us and walk the other way when we needed so much as a refill on water. I understand elderly can be frustrating sometimes, but that is not a free pass to be rude. The sound system also broke down leaving a very annoying white noise in the background that nobody could fix. Overall, if youre just passing by for food, its a great choice but not a place you want to stay long in.

2019-01-03This is the most amazing place in Queens, NY. The food is at its finest with the best Latino sazon. We asked for 1 beer they brought us 2 the hospitality was epic. I can’t get over the fact that the food was exceptional. The staff was amazing. Variety of drinks and the train is just minutes away. Love this place keep on the good work guys!!

2016-05-07To start this review, the food tasted amazing. That being said, the Service was horrible. My table consisted of a party of more than 10 people. The waitress we had, truly did not know how to handle a big party. We understand that it was a lot to handle for one waitress. With that being said, this establishment should have had another waitress on hand for our table. She would forget who ordered what, and when you corrected her on something in your order that was wrong, she came back with an attitude going back-and-forth on how she was right, and we were wrong and only stopped once her manager arrived and agreed that our order was wrong due to her writing the wrong thing. Not only that, but our drinks took so long to arrive. Even for something as simple as a soda.I would have given this review one star because of the awful experience with this waitress, but instead, Ill give it three stars because the food was truly delicious. I would have given it five stars if it was not for this waitress.

2019-08-04Delivery is not ideal.I recieved my food all exposed plastic container all on the exposed meat. When the issue was brought up to management he refused to do a refund.The customer service in this place is below what the standard should be. Always all over the place. If you are going to order from this place go in person atleast you will have some control over your food.
