Excellent PT clinic. I arrived with acute pain in my left knee due to my diabetic condition, by the third session I was already feeling the positive effects of these beneficial therapies taught and directed personally by Dr. Iván Hernández and valuable Staff. From the friendly and beautiful secretaries at the front desk to the staff inside the clinic facilities, which are spacious and very clean, perfectly disinfected at each use by clients. I am highly satisfied and grateful to Dr. Iván Hernández and the assistant staff.
I was referred to Dr. Hernandez by a colleague after many other attempts with physical therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists. Dr. Hernandez was professional, understanding and extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I suffered from chronic lower back spasms that occurred with great frequency and debilitating pain that would last for weeks. Dr. Hernandez was able to identify the underlying reasons, set up an appropriate treatment and exercise program that virtually eliminated years of spasms. After being treated by Dr. Hernandez my lower back spasms went from occurring every other month to “maybe” once a year of less. I can not thank Dr. Hernandez enough for restoring my quality of life so that I may function at peak levels. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.
Last year August, I had a severe back ailment that was giving me trouble. It was debilitating to the point that everyday walking became problematic and painful. Dr. Hernandez gave me a consultation and gave me some tips on everyday lifestyle changes and made a huge difference in my overall back health and it payed dividends!!! I now have relatively no back pain and I dont need surgery and also, I have things that I can do in my everyday that will ensure that i dont experience anything close to what I did last year!! This was all due to his knowledge and time he took out to help me!! THHHAAAANKS!!!

Dr. Ivan is an amazing therapist and instructor. He is very attentive to my individual needs as a client. I am pleasantly surprised at the level of progress that I have made during my sessions with him. I have never had such a positive experience with a provider before! Executive Park Physical therapy is a great place for any PT needs. As a former division 1 collegiate athlete I can assure you there is no lack of treatment or services offered! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and does a tremendous job of building confidence while educating during the recovery process. After having two serious injuries that left me unable to walk, the executive park team was able to get me back to playing high impact sports on both occasions. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of PT. The team here really cares.

Started going for recovery from a wrist surgery, but decided to stay for my back because it was so amazing. Even though its a busy PT place, I never felt like I was just being given cookie-cutter exercises. The staff there is so lovely-everyone remembers your name every time you go, and no one seems rushed or harried, even when theyre clearly super busy. Everyone just seems really happy to be there, and it feels like a little family.Ive loved working with Ricardo and Im really sad that Im leaving and cant continue my PT with him. My sessions are some of the best workouts I get all week, I feel like he really respects that Im athletic and doesnt just have me doing clamshells all the time. Im always sore (in the best way) and feel capable and strong.Ive started getting acupuncture there too and the woman who does it is also lovely and knowledgable.Ill miss these guys!
I live a very active lifestyle and Ive been a patient of Dr Hernandez for over 15 years. From shoulder, knee, back, ankle and most recent injury, plantar fasciitis, Dr Ivan with superior knowledge, skill and patience has always treated my injuries to full recovery. Dr Ivan not only cures you but he educates you on ways of preventing injuries and treating yourself. Dr Ivan is the G.O.A.T. and I would strongly continue to recommend Dr. Ivan and Executive Park Physical Therapy without any hesitation!
Executive Park PT is the best!!! I’ve had appointments at various times of day/night and there’s never been a lack of parking which is great. But more importantly, the staff is what really makes this place so special. Dr. Ivan is amazing! He quickly helped relieve my lower back pain and reassured me that I could live the active lifestyle I desired (despite what I had been told by other practitioners) by really educating me on my condition and answering all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. He even went above and beyond by advocating for me when my insurance denied additional visits so I was able to continue coming in. Dr. Ricardo and all of the aides and administrative staff are all really awesome as well. Everyone here is not only competent but kind, friendly, and welcoming! I can’t recommend this place enough.
A well structured place with good therapists.. everyone is nice and has a goal in mind.. to get you better and back to normal, if recommend this place to anyone of any age.. although I hate to exercise/work out 🤪, I dont feel hesitant on coming in and being treated, thanks for the treatment and kindness
Dr. Ivan is one of the best PT’s in the field. I love his approach to chronic pain and discomfort with joints. I am a power lifter and I had a shoulder issue for a while and it wasn’t just fixed with a matter of a couple weeks, but he also helped me strengthen the muscles I needed to be better and stronger with my bench press. He is a very knowledgeable Pt who actually backs up what he says with peer reviewed studies and meta analysis. This separates him from most. Whenever I have an issue in the future, I will go to Dr. Ivan and Executive Park PT’s.

Best physical therapists I’ve been to hands down! The front desk staff , assistants , the whole office itself is very helpful and understanding. They treat everyone with respect and know everyone on a first name basis. They are very attentive to each client’s pain/diagnosis individually. They motivate you when you feel like you can’t complete a task because you “think” it’s too much for you due to your injury. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone!
I have been going to Executive Park Physical Therapy for a few years. I’m currently recovering from a spinal fusion surgery May 2020. I’m now able to walk and do simple daily activities with less pain and discomfort. I’m always able to receive appointments on the day and time I desire. My therapist (Dr Tarek and Dr Ricardo) is always attentive and helpful. The equipment is always clean and The facility isn’t overcrowded. I enjoy the music. My therapist always push me but respect how I feel each and every visit. I may have some good and some bad days. I truly enjoy the treatment I receive at Executive Park Physical Therapy. I recommend this facility to everyone I know. I want to Thank everyone that assisted in therapy. I will be able to return back to work soon. Jen (the receptionist) is very helpful. Great place and people, very professional and caring. I recently had a complete knee replacement surgery, and it has been a struggle with the pain and movement of the knee. Since starting my therapy here there has been an amazing progress with the help and hard work of Dr Hernandez and his team. Before coming here i just wanted to give up and was very depress, but now Im working very hard with the help and encouragement. I am a dancer, and have been to Executive Park Physical Therapy three times now (for three separate injuries) and they are fantastic!! This latest time I was taken care of by Dr Tarek Agag. He is so knowledgeable in his work, and also very important: he carefully tailors the sessions to exactly what each individual needs at that time! When I first walked into Executive Park PT it was clean , I heard laughter and hand clapping . I wondered what was that all about .So as I registered the receptionist greeted me with joy, wow that was nice . I said I didn’t have my glasses so I made a mistake on my form . She said no worries I make them too and I have my glasses on . We both laughed.Now I was called in . Ok let’s see what behind door number 1 . The female Dr called me in , she’s pregnant with her first child . God bless her so pleasant. We talk about my issue and then she started my exercises . I can’t believe it my first day sore but with improvement.There’s so much to say about this place but experience is the best teacher. If you need PT come on down they with help you laugh your pain away with great and complimentary team work .Well I’ve learnt that the hand clapping was a celebration of a client’s achievement everyone was celebrating. I have been fortunate enough to have been referred to Executive Park PT where I was treated for my left ankle. The staff was pkeasant and the clinical staff was up to date with the latest trends in therapy. Dr. Ricardo was great in providing a patient-centered approach that heavily included my feedback in my treatment. The acupuncturist was also great.
I came in with both shoulder and knee pain and within WEEKS have not only gained full functionality but have maximized my full body strength. I cant say enough about Executive Park Physical Therapy! Their approach is personalized with high levels of professionalism and knowledge. The staff are friendly and extremely sensitive to patient needs. I highly recommend Dr.Ivan! I began PT for a debilitating L5-S1 herniated disc with shooting pain down my left leg. I injured myself while a teaching a dance class (fitness instructor), for obvious reasons I was very concerned with my ability to teach or engage in any physical activity in the future given the pain I was experiencing.Dr. Ivan thoroughly explained the possible causes of the injury and put a meticulous plan of action in place to ensure I fully recovered and gained strength in order to prevent further injury. Dr.Ivan Hernandez is the best in the industry! This is the only place to come for Physical Therapy, Weight loss and wellness! He’s above all of the rest in his field with science based programs, patient centered care and a deep understanding of health and wellness. I lost 70lbs under his programs, rehabilitation of my nerve damage, herniated disc and torn meniscus. I’ve also changed my diet and lifestyle!
If you require Physical Therapy I highly recommend you see Dr. Ivan Hernandez from Executive Park PT. I was in much pain on my first visit with a pinched nerve and many other problems with my leg, hip and back, Dr. Hernandez takes the time to explain what he is going to do for you and then proceeds to gives you a long range regiment to follow at home. Within 10 days the pinched nerve was pain was almost gone and it was a forward getting better for me. Two months later I am happy to say I can exercise, walk, sit, drive and sleep without pain. In good faith, I cant recommend this office unless you have a lot of time on your hands. I made my appointments, showed up on time and then sat and waited...and waited...and waited. The first visit I waited 20 minutes to be seen. The second, almost 40 minutes and in my third, almost an hour and 20 minutes.I came because a friend had recommended Dr. Hernandez highly, but I never saw or met him. My initial evaluation was done by a student working there in an intern position without any supervision. Then I was seen by a nice guy who spent hardly any time with me because he had multiple other patients he had to follow at the same time as he was supposed to be treating me.Because the therapist who was supposed to be working with me was also handling a number of other clients at the same time, I did not get the attention I needed and often would be finished with an exercise and waiting until he could get back to me.On my last visit, I not only waited to be seen after a very long wait, but when I went to the desk to complain, they checked and said the therapist was busy and it would be another 10-15 minutes. I said no, I was leaving and they said, wait...well get you in now. That session then went on for hours...fully double the time it should have taken because of the lack of attention while my therapist was off working with other patients.After my last visit here, I cancelled all my future appointments and went elsewhere for treatment.The final insult was receiving a bill from the office for payment before and then after they submitted their expenses to my insurance. Over the course of three visits I waited over 2 hours before being seen and then wasted more hours while receiving minimal attention from my therapist which caused the sessions to get expanded.The best I can say is that this is a busy practice and because of that it clearly is easy to slip into the cracks. Unfortunately, I was one of those who got lost and it cost me a lot of money and even more time. Why should you take the chance when there are so many other more professional offices available to you?
2 weeks after shoulder surgery I started rehab at Executive Park Physical Therapy. Within 3 months I was playing handball at a high level. The knowledge of the entire staff is second to none. I highly recommend the therapists here.

I have been fortunate enough to have selected this PT doc, Doctor Ivan Hernandez and staff. I had tibialas tendonitis back in 2012. PT fixed that issue. When I experienced back pain in 2017 I came back and not only was the pain released but my flexibility increased as well as strength. PT introduced me to powerlifting as exercise. I went on to compete in meets and currently hold New York State records. More importantly my bone density increased in my back due to this activity. I highly recommend Doc Ivan’s location for those in need of body restoration!!!

July 2018 had surgery on ruptured tendon on right knee. Going to execitive park to rehab with Drs Ivan and Ricardo skills to help Nov. 2019 i set 4 state powerlifting records for my age bracket 75-79 bracket,in addition to that i started strenght and conditioning Sept 9,2020 during covid and cancer treatment and under Dr. Ivan guidance iam stronger now than i was on Nov. 2019. I am blessed to have Dr. Ivans encouraging attitude and knowledge of my condition to get to this next level of my life..one most grateful patient.

I was not satisfied with the professionalism of this facility. My doctor specifically prescribed traction and after 10 sessions no one provided any traction. I don’t believe anyone looked over the prescription Carefully.Everyone was very nice but it was a little too laid-back and casual for me.

She takes a thorough history and is not shy about referring you to practitioners who she feels are appropriate. She gets blood work right away. What I like best about her is that she is able to listen to what you are saying; there is no meter ticking away inside her head.

Its been about a month now and I honestly have to say the treatment is incredible... Dr Hernandez and staff are very hands on, from the moment you walk in till the end of every session.... I for one suffered an injury that must have somehow caused damaged to my sciatic nerve... The pain was unbareable and until about 3 weeks ago I have not suffered any major symptoms, they have figured out ways to eliminate the symptoms and continue to get me to 100%.... I continue and will continue to follow up with them and I am very sure that they will get me at 100 percent... Thanks again to Dr. Hernandez and the executive park physical therapy team I look forward to continue every session.....

2022-03-31Executive Park PT was recommended by a friend for my 79 yr old mom. From the first day we arrived this place had a great vibe. Everyone here is super kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I give Executive Park PT a huge thumbs up.

2022-04-05I have used Executive Park Physical Therapy several times over the years. I am currently dealing with a shoulder issue and after the very first session I can feel relief. Dr Ivan knows what he is doing and takes the time to explain every part of my treatment. The entire staff is warm, inviting and friendly from the minute you step into the office. The space is clean and there is a vibe because everyone being treated is at ease. I highly recommend Executive Park PT. I remember a few years back, I was being treated for my meniscus after a procedure. I was coming in for 7am appointments and asked the guy on the table next to me where he lived in the area. This was the Yonkers location. He said he was from Bedford! I asked why he didnt go someplace closer to home and he said, Ivan is the best. I thought that said it all. My doctor recommended Dr Ivan. His exact words were, Make sure you back to Dr Ivans PT.

2022-04-04I’m not one to usually write reviews but Dr. Ivan and his staff are more than deserving of one. I’ve had 6 months of persistent pain due to a sprained ankle. After just a few sessions, my ankle looks and feels how it did prior to my injury. He is Extremely knowledgeable and is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their progress. Great staff, everyone is friendly and are there to help with whatever is needed during your visit. Highly recommend !

2021-12-24Dr. Ricardo and his team are incredible! The minute you step foot in the office you are greeted with nothing but a warm welcome and reassurance. I could barely walk after ankle surgery. In just 4 weeks, Dr. Ricardo had me walking properly again without the need of a medical boot or crutches. Each and every staff member there truly go above and beyond to ensure the safety and precision of the patient. They make sure you’re comfortable and always explain exercises in depth. To be able to attend physical therapy there is a gift. The care and professionalism that is provided is remarkable. If you’re in need of a physical therapist definitely call the office! They are super flexible and will work with you and your schedule.

2022-04-06I love this place, everyone is so welcoming, everyone knows your name and everyone especially Dr Hernandez and Dr Ricardo and their team (Theo, Eli and Nomar) are so informative and they work you out in a really good way. It’s like having a personal trainer. First you get heat stimulus on your back and massages, they also stretch you out so your muscle don’t get damaged. If you’ve come for rehabilitation then this is your place! The staff are so professional and accommodating.. if I could give this place a 6 star rating, I would❣️

2022-04-02Thanks to Dr Steven and Dr Ricardo I’ve been able to make a full recovery after a broken tibia and fibula. The staff here is great. Very friendly. You’ll always get all the help and attention you need here. Strongly recommend coming here for PT. Great music everyday

2022-01-14I want to thank Dr. Jose and his entire staff at Executive Park Physical Therapy for helping me recuperate from my Bells Palsy. The entire staff from the front desk to the physical therapy crew were so professional at what they do. They are warm people who do a wonderful job with the care that they provide. I recommend anyone who needs physical therapy for any injury related cases, should make an appointment with them.

2022-03-29The place is a very clean and the open space is great.Machines are clean at all times in between each patient. Dr.Ivan is professional and very patient,He’s also sharp with great intent on the progress he wants for every single individual. The staff is Amazing and very attentive to the needs of all individuals. There’s no way you can’t get the progress that is needed through your physical therapy here at the Elmsford office.

2022-04-01I have come here for 2 rehabs over a total of 3 years and had amazing experience every time. Doctor Ricardo is incredible. Doctor Ivan too. And the staff and other long-timers have become like family. Please make the right choice for your physical and mental recovery and come here!

2022-02-08Ive been a patient at Executive Park PT for a torn Patela Tendon (that a surgeon wanted to operate on) and for some rotator cuff issues. Dr. Ricardo and everyone at Executive PT are just great. Its a busy practice but I always get personalized care. Ive never been left to sit in the waiting room and their Covid protections are top notch. The thing that I think differentiates Executive PT from anywhere else Ive been is the camaraderie, support and fun that everyone has, even when working hard! If Im in the middle of a set, its not unusual for someone to shout out encouragement. It might be Dr. Ricardo or it might be one of the techs or even another PT. Everyone is working together. Its just a great place to get better. I was able to rehab my patella without surgery and havent had a problem in the 2 years since I injured it. My shoulder was incredibly weak when I arrived and today Im stronger than ever. I also love the way they tweak your program. Ive never done the same routine twice. They always find new ways to challenge me and help me recover.5 stars isnt enough to reflect how I feel about this group. Keep up the great work!!
