Andrew and Jessica made a very difficult time in our lives as smooth as possible. They were patient with our decisions and extremely kind. The final appearance of our loved one was just how we remembered him. I highly recommend Ruggiero & Sons.
My grandmother and my daughter both passed away and we choose this funeral home because they were very professional, sympathetic and showed lots of respect with our needs. I would highly recommend them.
Our experience could not have been better. Every detail was attended to with great care and compassion. The facility was bright, attractive, and welcoming. Andrew guided us through every decision that had to be made in advance. Jessica managed our wake and the procession to the church and cemetery. She was caring, efficient and professional. Our recent experience with F. Ruggiero & Sons couldn’t have been better. The entire staff exhibited kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. Even our smallest requests (e.g. using my mother-in-law’s own personal lipstick) were honored respectfully. Hair and cosmetics were beautifully and faithfully done. Being able to order floral arrangements right at the funeral home was a bonus for us, as we do not live locally and it eliminated the stress of having to find a florist. Our interactions with Mike, Jessica, Michelle, and Sean demonstrated just how caring and accommodating the staff is. From our initial contact with Mike, to the wake, the church, and the cemetery, couldn’t have been more perfect, especially during such a difficult time. We are eternally grateful. Thank you!
The services provide by Ruggiero & Sons was exceptional. Jessica, Mike and the rest of the team guided me every step of the way. My late mother looked beautiful as they laid her to rest. She would have been very proud. Thank you.
The care and sensitivity that Ruggiero & Sons showed during this difficult period are beyond words. They walk you through every step, no matter what the situation is and without judgement. Putting a loved one to rest is never easy, but I take some comfort in choosing them.
I want to share with genuine words that I recommend Ruggiero & Sons Funeral Home. Having had lost three loved ones back to back we used this funeral home for all three because after using them the first time with no doubt we used them again. Why? Because all staff every single one of them always showed us their care and compassion towards our moment of giref. I can’t tell you enough how very generous and wonderful caring family they are. Always attentive to our needs. Not to mention their funeral packages are so much better and offer great services for the same cost of other.funerals but with so much less services. From the moment they came to pick up my mom at home,we saw such kindness and caring.Every detail that we asked for was granted.Our family members came from different states and we didn’t have to worry about anything.The Ruggerio and Sons Funeral took care of everything for us so we wouldn’t have to stress about anything.My father will be 101 years old in two weeks and is in a wheelchair and they were able to help him get in the limousine and take him back to the funeral home and take him in the elevator.So very accommodating and I thank you for all that you have done for me and my family. I have pre-planned my funeral expenses and find Ruggiero and Sons outstanding in this and all things funeral related. Both my mother and father were taken care of by them. They are super caring and efficient in all their dealings with grieving family members.
We just had my.moms funeral with Ruggiero they could not have been more professional and caring. Little things like replacing wilting flowers on casket attentive but not overbearing. What really stood out was then we drove by the house they stopped and got out and placed a rose on the door step never seen that before and ment so much . Thank you for helping us through this difficult time.
We had the best experience. They do not try to push anything on you and are very accommodating. Everyone, especially Mike was extremely kind, professional and attentive. The place is very bright and well kept.I would highly recommend them.
We had a great experience with this location. They were very caring, and attentive to all questions we had. They respond back right away to call or emails. They took care of my dad while he was in their care and when we saw him on the day of his service, we were very happy with how he was presented. I would definitely recommend this location.

2022-02-06I recently used the Ruggiero Funeral Home for My Grandmother’s services and couldn’t imagine using anyone else. This business is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home and goes above and beyond to help you through such a tough time. They offer many amenities and make it extremely easy to put your personal touches on the service. Any issues or questions that you may have, Andrew or Mike will take care of it limiting any stresses. Can’t recommend this funeral home enough.

2022-04-05Even though this is their business. Myself and my family felt as though we were treated with the utmost sincerity. We felt as though we were special. And treated as such. In our time of need they were a guiding light in the fog of despair. Everything was handled with precision care and respect. No issue was a problem for them to handle. Every staff member we encountered was polite and respectful. Jessica was our funeral Director. She was precise , thorough and has a wonderful sense of humor. I wish this company continued success. 2021-11-09I cant say enough about the level of professionalism and compassion demonstrated by F. Ruggiero & Sons. They made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. Their attention to detail and their open and honest approach, made our family feel comforted and confident in their ability to handle our mothers funeral the way we wanted. We have a large family and not everyone could attend in person. Ruggiero & Sons arranged for us to connect family from around the country via Zoom and it worked out perfectly! Everyone was impressed and pleased with the way everything turned out. I would highly recommend F. Ruggiero & Sons Funeral Home without reservation.

2022-04-01We called Ruggiero and other places in the area to make arrangements for my mother who was out of state. From the moment Jessica answered the phone, we knew we made the correct choice. They explained the process for transporting Mom back to NY. They explained their services and sent a detailed email with all of the decisions to be made. We ordered a casket online and had it shipped. They offer services like an online obituary and a slide show with music. Once we sent them all of the information, the obituary and slide show were online in minutes! One service that was important to us was the ability to have people celebrate Mom that could not attend in person. They offer a crystal clear Youtube link for people to watch the services real time. The camera is set up to show the podium and casket. The recording is still available to see. The chapel was beautiful-modern but elegant.My mother looked like she was sleeping. She was prepared so beautifully. Hair, make up, clothes and jewelry made her look elegant.Andrew, Michael and Jessica made the process easy and the services were top notch. There was no pressure to make decisions or to buy services. They were kind, helpful and pleasant throughout the planning, services and burial. Truly an amazing experience.

2020-10-25Ruggiero Funeral Home is a solid place. Many of these mortuaries look dusty or ill-kept. Not this one. The walls and furnishings look clean and fresh with digital tools to guide visitors as necessary.Lots of parking is available making the visit a little easier.One thing though—the relative we went to mourn looked far from her best even considering the circumstances. God knows I’m no expert but I’ve buried two parents and am glad they didn’t look like this. It could be a one-off but in full honesty I thought I should mention it.

2021-04-13My family and I lost two loving people. We reached out to F. Ruggiero & Sons, Inc. Funeral Home for assistance for the wake and cremation. Andrew and Jessica was so wonderful with their services. They were so informative, patient, and understanding. The arrangements of the wake memorial service was so well maintained and organized that even the rest of the family was very impressed. During the mass they kept it nice and memorial for the family. We are astonished by the way they had organized it all with such great attitude. I would recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

2021-03-02Our family was quite devastated by the loss of our loved one. Ruggiero & Sons were very attentive to every detail (and there were many). Andrew was our main contact but Mike, Eileen, Michele and Jessica were there to assist as well. They guided us every step of the way and accommodated our every need. They were quick to respond and did it with great professionalism. We put our trust in them to take care of our loved one and we couldnt be more pleased. Thank you Ruggiero & Sons.
