DO NOT MOVE IN HERE OR DO BUSINESS WITH FAIRFIELD PROPERTIES. They will not uphold their obligations in the lease but still expect you to. They will ignore you, never return your messages, and refuse to let you speak to anyone above the property manager (who NEVER returns messages). However, when they want something from you, they will harass the hell out of you. The customer service representatives are a complete joke and the rudest people you will ever meet. They refuse to do a walk-through when you move in or out of an apartment; not only is this bad business practice, its beyond unethical. This is how they scam innocent people out of their security deposits. My apartment had so many damages when I moved in and I will not be paying for those previous damages. Do yourself a huge favor- RENT/LEASE FROM ANYONE ELSE. Need further proof? Check out their F rating and complaints on the Better Business Bureaus website. Youve been warned.

Awful, stay far away, they couldnt care less for their tenants. Zero response to issues, issues addressed verbally and written, along with police reports. Renters beware! Illegal drug use, loud music until 2-3 in the morning, dogs running loose with no leash and no one pics up after them, and no one seems to want to address the problem. Management does not return phone calls and maintenance shrugs their shoulders saying its out of their hands. I cant wait to be out of this hell hole, its sad when you cant be comfortable in your home!!!!

I have lived here for 4 years and this place stinks. Wouldn’t wish anyone to go in those woods or the graffiti playground..
