Limited choice of products. Way too expensive. Today workers were crabby, no smiles or notification of us coming in. Family Dollar...better have a lot of dollars to spend.
Ive been going to this Family Dollar for the past 20+yrs & if anything it is always constantly improving.
Needs to restock the shelves better or when they get their delivery stock up the shelves.
Long lines. Short staff. Female cashier had to yell loudly for other employees to help her cash out. A big mess
Impressive they had the drinks I wanted. Other stores were empty.
I did not like to buy anything there I felt harassed because someone who worked there was all the time behind me as if I were going to steal something and when I asked where an article was he ignored me he even stood in a chair to see which Corridor was i going and when he realized i was looking at him he get down of the chair nervous I did not like to buy there I will not be back anymore
I wont go there again Genesee and Andrews. Out of everything.

2022-07-01Wish they had more checkout registers. But overall I have always had good customer service at this family dollar. If it gets busy the manager jumps right in to help out, I dont see that happen often at other places.

2019-07-16Typical family Dollar..I come for a few items, that are obviously cheaper to get here than Wegmans. The place is cluttered but not to the point that its super messy. They do offer some light groceries in the back of the store. Not enough though to avoid going to a regular grocery store.

2021-03-17Good variety of products and pricing is a lot cheaper if not comparable to other retail stores. I found what I was looking for. I was able to use coupon from the Family Dollar app I downloaded on my phone. Cashier helped me figure out how to use it. Thank you nice cashier.That name brand item ended up being a lot cheaper there. So, download the Family Dollar app, it can save you money. Covid-19 regulations are followed here. Be safe and comply.

2021-01-28The 3 stars rating is strictly for the convenient location but the cashier was terrible. No greeting, no did you find everything , no mask...well on her chin so she can eat whatever she was eating. In this day and age, we should be grateful for employment.

2017-09-13The best family 💵 around. The manager Eric is non stop he is a great store manager and all the employees are nice and helpful. I heard someone say this was a ghetto family dollar but I assure u its not some people are just ignorant due to race color all the black people there are the best workers and just so you know the store manager is white. He holds this place down.

2019-02-03I cant stand the fact that I get a red tag item and it rings up regular price EVERY SINGLE TIME! Employees have to see it or it does get put in correctly. So you have to stand in line to get the difference at the register when you notice it on the receipt. Happened to me four times at this location alone. It also takes the employees a while to put away inventory, so the aisles are crowded.

2017-06-28Inexpensive. Convenient. Only downfall is if you have several bags and need to take a carry out to the car you cant because of the poles on the carts. Ive had to hold up the lines when I go in to have someone help take my bags out to the car.
