I’ve been living here for a year. Its a brand new Beautiful community in Long Island, NY with very friendly and helpful management. Nice play area and swimming pool. High tech gym and gorgeous clubhouse. Apartments are so spacious and have highly advance architecture. Love my apartment and the community.

I love living at Farrell communities. My one year anniversary is upcoming. The grounds are well kept. The staff are amazing. They greet you by name. Very very personable maintenance team. I truly love living here. I am raising daughters and being in a gated community was exactly what I was looking for. I do have the largest square footage in the community and I dont mind the cost.

This is a beautiful place to live but I don’t think it’s for young adults. Fast cars and the lifestyle of a young adult may stick out like a sore thumb. I moved my son in and out before his lease was even up. I paid approximately $3k for a one bedroom including the utilities each month for five months into a 12 month lease. Also this is a non-smoking community. In your apartment, on the grounds, your guest … no smoking allowed whatsoever unless you are a staff member. They smoke freely and may even reek of smoke while assisting you but those who are paying …. No smoking allowed. *** I’m not a smoker, but some relatives are and they couldn’t even go in their car to smoke. Other than this, very nice place to live and close to all. Must make at least $90k/year to qualify for housing.

We are moving into our new apartment soon and the leasing process was super easy thanks to Alissa. She is the main reason we chose the Farrell communities at Islip after touring a total of 6 luxury apartment buildings. She is super sweet and we instantly felt at home during our interaction with her. We love our unit and cannot wait to join the community. Thank you so much again Alissa.

Apartments are new and clean. Grounds are nice and staff is friendly. But the parking is absolutely atrocious. If you plan on moving here hopefully you don’t have a vehicle.

The pricing is ridiculous. any review talking about “affordable” is straight lying. a one bedroom is almost $3,000 a month. do you want to fill your apartments? lower the prices.

My daughter just moved there with her 3 children... very comfortable, a lot of space, and a lot of amenities (gym, social center, playground) it is located near a big shopping mall, and very centric from others... apartments are big... I think a little pricey but convenience has a cost... but the best is they are brand new apartments...

Hidden Gem. Beautiful New Community. A little pricey but located in a great location with awesome amenities among this miserable pandemic.
