This restaurant has a lot of people. Its a place and Im not 100% but I think they serve food... Drive thru..... Its McDonamazing!
What a difference! Dont know what happened here within the past couple months, but my experience today was fantastic. Quick, correct, hot, fresh, and this was at lunch time. Perhaps it was the owners who were working? Either way, its a 180° turnaround from the way this spot used to be. Ill be back.
Food went up in price and not worth price.. It was cold both fries and chicken. And the chicken came in a heated bag for what. It was cold like it just came out of the ice box. Lol.. You should get lined bags for all food will be warm..
Consistently terrible service. My wife and I work close by with late hours, so we frequently have to get food between 9p-10p.. this doesnt leave us many options, so despite the terrible service, we often have to have to come to McDonalds for dinner.Over the past two weeks weve experienced the following:- serving us cold fries. (Like not even a semblance of warmth, and this was before I even left the parking lot)- trying to give us a soda that was 3/4 full. And then refusing to fill the drink to the full amount before giving it to me.- missing multiple items out of the order, and acting as though we had never ordered the items despite having a receipt showing that we had paid for them.- taking over 40 minutes to fulfill a carry out order.. with 2 phone calls into the store, and finally me going into the store to collect my food.- finally tonight: sitting at the drive thru and being told just one moment to get my order. And then watching not one, but two people pulling up to the other drive thru spot after me, and having their orders taken before me... And then when I confronted the person taking my order, not even getting a sorry.I feel like Ive given this store more than enough second chances.... And as Im writing this, Im still sitting at the window waiting for my food whole watching 2 employees inside standing and talking to each other while not making food. Ive literally written this entire thing while watching them chat.What is going on?!
Not bad for being busy. Its McDonalds, fast food , but not consistent.

Pretty hit or miss on if the food is good, but I feel like that is to be expected with chain restaurants.Edit to update: We normally go here about once a week and have never had too much of a problem. We went there tonight to get some dinner and when we got home and I went to eat my chicken sandwich, it tasted like it was old. Called the restaurant and the first time the manager said, I dont have time to deal with you then hung up. When we called back the same manager was snippy in regards to the issue with the food and said, we dont sell food like that and then when confronted about the hang up, they said, I thought you were a prank caller, which makes no sense. Mcdonalds food isnt great and the corporation sure wont lose any money if I stop going to this chain, but the lack of manners and common decency from this manager is a problem.
We went for dinner at 5:30 pm yesterday and ordered 1 happy meal, 2 big macs, 1 fry and 1 milk shake. $30 !! Its not cheap to eat if McDonalds anymore. The big Mac rolls were dark brown and very chewy, not to mention that the sandwiches themselves shrunk, they used to be my favorite thing. The French fries were cold and they forgot the milk with the happy meal. The food was substandard and I will not be back.
Just like any other McDonalds. Theres not a whole lot to say about this specific location. Its mostly clean and the staff is the typical teenagers. McDonalds launched an app a while ago. Its easy to get points. I usually just get a mocha frappe. Ive already saved over 4,000 points from 4 drinks. I do appreciate the ability to round up my change for the Ronald McDonald house.

The person who helped us out was outstanding I think it may have been the manager we were having trouble getting our hotcakes deal to work and he figured out a way to make it work for us thank you

Drive through only and chances are theyll make you pull aside to a parking spot, if you order anything other than a drink, so they dont ruin their internally tracked drive-through times. As a consequence of the disconnect this causes you will end up with cold fries, no napkins, and you wont receive any condiments you asked for.

What can I say. Drive thru only Covid rules. Ordered small fries and a fish sandwich. No cheese on fish which its supposed to have and some kind of brown stuff in the box, no idea what it was. Got back in line to get a replacement and got a little attitude from order taker. Must have been a bad day. First time with any issues.Stop every so often going to drag races
Clean facility. Getting 4 out of 5 because they were out of Carmel frappe and took a while for my big breakfast. Other than that friendly and helpful staff.
Fountain drinks taste odd. Coke tasted like it was mixed with root beer and Dr. Pepper tasted odd also. At least the fries were hot
McDonalds is really a hit or miss. At certain times, the food tastes really fresh and well seasoned, other times its lukewarm and bland. But its fast food so what do you expect?
I drive a large truck for work. When I went there, it was take out only. The manager saw me walk up to the door and turned around. He came out and took my order. So glad he did that. Its hard to find places to grab a quick bite to eat anymore.
The store and the workers are decent. I got (2) dollar chicken sandwiches..... They were disgusting 🤢 but what do you expect for a dollar right 😂
Was very pleased with my experience. Came in at about 1 am on New Years and the staff were polite. I had a fairly large order and they got it done fast with everything exactly right. Good job crew.
Food & employee wise, this location of McDonalds is one of my favorites. No matter the time of day or whom Im being served by, the staff is always friendly and very quick & capable in terms of their jobs.
I ask my children, what do you want for dinner, 7 out of 10 times their response is McDonalds! I swear they put something in the food to make kids crave it lol. I personally dont mind eating it on occasion, and this location is the better one in Batavia in my opinion. Its newer and very accessible from the road.
So as a tourist I wanted some hot quick food because I have a lot planned. I was SO impressed with the friendly staff, quick food that was FRESH! And how the members helped even when she wasnt on duty. Its beyond impressive how much I wish I had a staff working at my home McDonalds.
Micky Ds is a household staple with my family. Very nice staff. Polite friendly and they know what theyre doing in getting you your meal ASAP. Going back next time down home as we say.
Took them 4 tries to make me a double hamburger with extra pickles. For whatever reason the sofa kings that work here, hear the word double, and immediately assume cheese. Tried ordering it 3 different ways.Order Double hamburger with extra pickle, get a double with cheese. Order a Double cheeseburger with NO CHEESE and extra pickle. Get a double with cheese. Order a regular hamburger, add an extra beef patty and extra pickles. Get a double with cheese. Well covid makes it so that you cannot go inside, so this is 4 trips through the drive through lane. 25 min of my day, and by the time I get a double hamburger with extra pickle, all the rest of the food is cold. Nice, finally got my double hamburg, now I get to enjoy it with cold fries and a melted shake. I only go here once a month a a guilty pleasure. That is over now. You can not follow simple, printed instructions on a monitor, that is why you work at Mcdonalds, and probably always will.
Buyer beware it took me two trips there to learn this is the worst McDonalds in the world. French fries dry, buns very very stale, hamburger and chicken very dry could hardly eat the chicken actually didnt eat it all
Food was cold and old . it was 430pm . the only good thing was the young girl at the window she was very nice and polite
Slow Inattentive Staff. It was 730am. I get it the teens are tired but the manager was just as slow. Its called fast food for a reason. I needed to grab and go to get to work on time. As i stood there the entire team was moving as if there was no urgency. Just an overall lack of client concern.
The food was fine. Its McDonalds. But the place is filthy. There are napkins everywhere, paper on the floor in the dining room and bathroom. Outside too. All of the trashcans are packed full.One of the workers kept screaming, as another explained hes just like that hes messing around but it sounded like he was being burned and freaked us out every time.
Service was as should be expected but the speed of this location was fairly quick. I drove out here to sell my motorcycle and the staff was kind enough to allow me to use that space in their parking lot to unload and load the vehicle from my truck to the buyers truck.
Im a fan of double cheese burgers hot fries and chocolate shake. How can you mess this up? Well they did! my burger was so old the bread was hard as a rock. keep times on the pre-made sandwich. Please!!! And cold fries 🍟.... Totally Dissatisfied. Lazy comes to mind... I probably should have went back. To complain But I was on my hour lunch. This is why it should be right the first. Go!!! Ohhh well.... I mean its just money and my health !!!! Right???
This place is okay, I mean if you like having the farts or have to take a bathroom break 3 hrs after. But what fast food place doesnt do that lol. Seriously tho this place is delicious , its my girlfriends favorite place to get smoothies.

Went to get breakfast for me my family and my grandparents since we was here from ohio and was very unhappy with breakfast they had no orange juice forgot are 4 hash browns and my grandmother big breakfast was a joke. We didnt have time to go back and get them. Thanks mc Donalds for a horrible breakfast. Never again. Plus we had to repeat are order twice at speaker and once at window. Star is for the sandwiches we did get taste was good. Thats it.
I ordered and paid, then I went behind the car in line, because they didnt say next window, so I was at the pull up and wait spot, went around again , got my stuff , BUT fries were 1/2 full and cold , so I parked and went to the drive up window, because you cannot enter, the window guy was great and replaced them with a full and hot batch , awesome, nice job
Awesome Customer ServiceWe had to wait a while for our food and there we some minor complications along the way, but they came out and refunded our entire meal plus a little extra along with some extra food as well. Employees have much gratitude👍👍👍
This place is nice and clean, and the workers are friendly. Im from Buffalo. Ive never had a McDonalds worker bring my food to me. They typically yell your number out at my local mcds. I watched a little girl ask for a different toy and they found the one she wanted AND gave her icecream! Great friendly workers here.
I travel for work and this is the only McDonalds out of 7 on my route that is Drive Thru only. A Restroom on a trip is essential , esp now with hand washing ! And 2 lines all full adds to the irritation.
When I told the girl in the drive thru I was missing 2 fries with my meals she proceeded to lie and say we didnt pay for them, gave me them and rolled her eyes. I advised that my receipt reflected payment for them and she could look it. She then said oh my gosh and rolled her eyes again. I ordered cheeseburgers only ketchup and to try and get someones attention was impossible. We finally got a managers attention, he switched out the burger and seemed disinterested in what I told him about the girl in the drive thru.
If i could give a negative score I would. Terribly messed up my order before. Today I ordered a breakfast and got a sausage egg cheese with no egg.they then gave me a hard time saying there is no meal with no cheese on the mcgriddle. They said I have to order it all seperatly (which Ive done it this way my whole life never having to order it separatelyseparately) then when I got home I found that there wasnt even cheese put on it. I live right around the corner from this location and I always drive to a farther location if I can. Worst McDonalds location I have ever eaten at in terms of messing up orders
Im not the biggest fan of mcdonalds food, and this location is no exception. They are usually pretty fast but its a rare occasion when my order is actually correct. For a McDonalds, you get what youd expect from them. Nothing extravagant about it.
Waited so long just to get my order wrong. Had to wait another 15 minutes to receive it. And then she blamed me because I wanted my biscuit double toaster.
The new updates are great! The screens for ordering were way past due!! I also think management has improved and the staff is more polite and there isnt the yelling and joking like in the past among the employees!
There was great customer service on the 25th , i came to McDonalds, for fast food and damn was it fast! i ordered, payed for my food, got my change and by the time i was at the second window, my order was ready. Then i dropped one of my big macs, in the car and a very nice gentleman in the back saw this and gave me another one. i asked for his name (Jaiquan) and he said that i looked nice today! He made my day with that comment.
Its very dirty from the floors, tables and drink/ketchup area.And why do the workers not have to wear gloves and put there hair up.This why we do not frequent fast food restaurants
Miserable experience here. Take your chance. Ordered eat in and order never arrived. Had to chase it down. After a wait I could senced was deliberate, was givin the wrong sandwich. In my opinion, these people probably would find it a challenge to tie their shoe.Good Luck.
Very nice meals! They have a wonderful taste in them that really gives you the taste containing the oil, salt, mayo, and other ingredients within the meal. The workers are very positive! I would like to visit here over and over.
I asked for less mayo than they normally put on their mc chicken sammich. And for less ketchup and mustard on the burger as well. When I got my food the chicken and the burger both had in respect to what that particular sammich gets had either so much mayo or mustard and ketchup that it made they sammich and burger cold and they were so loaded with their condiments that they dripped their respective condiments everywhere all over the inside of my fiancees car. Completely dissatisfied and I have been a loyal customer for 25 years. And whats worse is I had to pay for something that number 1 I couldnt eat. And number 2 costed me more money to have the ketchup mustard and mayo stains cleaned that didnt completely come out.
Specifically asked if there was an up charge for orange juice, I was told no twice. Then was charged $1.05 for a orange juice on my meal ... I would like to hear back from management.. Really questioning the training procedures.. Decause I disputed this they held my food back for 12min... thanks..
Poor, Poor, Poor! Fast Food employees want $15.00 an hour. Really, they cant get a simple coffee order right here. Weve been here numerous times and had to go back in numerous times because they screwed up our coffee order. Its just two large coffees folks and they have screwed up multiple times.
Food all ovee the floor in dinning area. Tables were nasty. Kitchup was out in both container straws all over even that area was disgustin. The garbage was so full that noone to get any thing it but they kept trying it fell on the floor. Trays where so high in all plays to put the that i had to ask where to put it.. The woman the casser said well put it on top thw garbage where they go.. All nasty! This happens all especial with the food being everywhere
Not fast at all forget it being fast food. Dont tell me to take a number or use a kacos. The food know tastes horrible. They were training mangers when we were there. They brought them up on roof with safty harnesses including a kid who had arm in cast. These said to be mangers were skipping around parking lots, laughing, making bad jokes about the responsiblies they were being taught and they had peirceings all over there body. Some of them hadnt been there longer than a couple weeks and were already going to be so called mangers.
Great no problem. Ate in. Crammed into a booth. Booths designed for thinner people. Not me. Just because Im large shouldnt mean I have to sit in a chair. There were places where tables should of been wiped, but were not. I was one of two parties in restaurant and the floors needed to be swept. I like the new decor,but for people like me chairs are uncomfortable and stools are in Abit to much.
Ordered a triple cheeseburger and they gave me a double instead in a triple wrapper and the large fry I ordered only has a value fry worth of food in it.
The other McDonalds in Batavia makes better food and is open 24hr. But if you are on this side of town, why not. Every time I get a Mcflurry here its bad.They never seem to get the fries right, either.

Ordered my food paid within 2 minutes got up to the window ended up wating 14 minutes at the window before they tried to give me the food of the people behind me he asked me to move up I told him I have been in line for 12 minutes I am not going to move in till I get my food!! Took them 2 minutes more for the 14 minute total and I had had my food.
Says its open 24 hrs. I have been there at 11:00pm couple of times and it closed. Drive by the window and see 1 person inside. Go through drive thru again and nothing.

Typical-- not much for a vegetarian. Order the egg mcmuff minus meat. This one plays country western music. This one now has kiosk ordering. Typical Micky Ds.
Clean the people who work there are friendly the food is good the prices you can have a nice breakfast for under $5.00 and there coffee is good and hot

2022-02-27Brown lettuce on McChicken. I asked for one without mayo and lettuce as I suspect more brown lettuce. Manager and counter person thought I was asking for the world. Just make editable food. Just be better PLEASE!

2022-05-17My sandwich for breakfast has been wrong two days in a row.. (Im camping and work near here) I will say when I go back in to get it fixed... the staff is accommodating and fixes my issue. However it would be nice to just have it correct the first time I place my mobile order.

2022-07-03Rude behavior. Worker at the window was more interested in socializing than working. Handed us our coffee, never said anything after that. Didnt say your food will be right up.Just shut the window and went on socializing. Tried to get his attention to find out if we should pull up to the next window. Waved my hands, called out. After several minutes we pulled up to see if our food was at window 2. Guess what? Its not a pickup window. Went inside and found out he gave the food to the next car in line. Total fiasco all because they were too busy goofing off inside.

2022-06-04As consumers, we shouldnt subject ourselves to the tyranny of greed. McDonalds yes McDonalds cost for two mediocre breakfast burritos and two sausage mcgriddle,wait for it.............. 14.73 .We would eat here a few times a year, that will stop forever until they realize there food is bad and the prices are atrocious.

2022-04-27Much better customer service! I appreciate the courteous, friendly service I received from the staff. There is something this MacDonalds can teach other MacDonalds. It is a clean restaurant with excellent food.

2019-06-17Very clean and well decorated McDonalds. Service was a bit slow, but lets be honest, it was 7 a.m.We did encounter a problem with the electronic on ordering system and ended up have to go to the register to finalize our order.I must say that seeing a nicely decorated McDonalds made you feel that someone actually sent some time getting things looking good.

2022-02-09Everytime I go here they forget something in my order. This time they forgot a sandwich and my Dr.pepper is just carbonated water. And they think they deserve $17 an hour. SMH

2022-03-21The place was so clean!! And every table was decorated for St. Patricks day! And the food was good and the Shamrock Shake was DELICIOUS!!
